"Mr.Dev...U are an educated person..how can u behave so like this.." said doctor nandini looking at dev who was in shock looking at his unconscious wife ...he simply lowered his head...taking the entire fault on him...the tears were flowing continuously in his eyes..whenever he looks at his wife...his heart shattered...as he was responsible for her condition...without speaking a word dev sat beside the bed on which naiantara was lying in unconscious state..he took her hand in his...kept near his cheek...crying like a child...
nandini felt bad when she saw dev in such condition...
nandini: dev...please control urself...
dev closed his eyes in pain...and held his wife's hand more tightly...in a fear that he may loose her...
nandini: dev...plz...control urself...ur wife is ok now...but from next time please be careful...
having said these words nandini left the room...dev looked at his wife who was sleeping peacefully...he kissed her on forehead ..saying..."aage aisa kabhi nahi hoga"..he then got up with a firm decision in his mind...and closed the room door...to implement it...

nandini was feeling too sleepy...she looked at her watch..it was 5.00am in the morning...
she was in heavy sleep and suddenly woke up...when dev called her saying that his wife was unconcious...she had to come to his house as nainatara was her patient...she was treating nainatara past two years...
nandini sighed and sat in her car...to leave...then she remebered that she forgot her mobile in dev's house...she got down from the car and went inside to take her mobile...
when she reached dev's room..it was locked from inside...she knocked...but there was no answer...after several attempts...she got doubt and looked through the key hole...she screamed in shock when dev was lying on the ground with blood all around...she tried to open the door..but it was too strong for her...not knowing what to do...she called the police...within few minutes police came...broke the door and entered inside...nandini ran near dev..to check his condition...his wrist was bleeding...his pulse was very weak...nandini sighed in relief when she found him alive...with the help of paramedics dev was shifted to the hospital...nainatara was still unconscious...nandini stayed back to be with nainatara..

maan looked at geet who was sleping peacefully in his arms...he kissed her gently...he closed his eyes and tried to sleep..but he couldnot...when he thought about dev...
maan: dev se teek se baaath bhi nahi karpaya...patha nahi woh kaisa haal mein hey...let me call him once...
maan then slowly came out of the room..trying not to disturb geet and called dev...nandini who was sitting near the bed..looked at the mobile...which was on table...she hesitated for a second to answer the call..but finally decided to answer the call...
nandini: hello
maan got confused when he heard a lady voice..he again checked the number...it was dev's number only...
maan(monologue): yeh ladki kaun hey?
maan: hello dev...
nandini: iam sorry sir...myself nandini..dev's family doctor...dev attempted suicide..so he was shifted to hospital..his wife is also in unconscious state..thats why iam staying withher now...
maan got shocked and screamed.."what?"...dev attempted suicide...
nandini: yes sir...
maan: how is he now...i mean there is no danger no...
nandini: i don't no sir...he was taken to hospital...as his wife is also ill..i had to stay with her...because there is no one here to look after her...
maan: what happened to her...
nandini was in dilemma ...whether to say or not...
maan: doctor..plz..what happened to her...
nandini: sir she is unconscious...
maan: oh..no...in which hospital dev got admitted...
nandini: life care hospital...
maan: thank u doctor...we will be reaching there...
geet woke up when maan was speaking aloud in tension on phone...she came out and looked at him in confusion...
maan cut the call and cursed himself for leaving dev like that when he was in such vulnerable situation...
maan: what kind of a person am i? instead of helping them..i was getting scared thinking about destiny..
said these words he turned back to see geet standing behind him confused and worried...she came near him...
geet: maan kya hua..?
maan: geet..jaldhi tayyar ho jao..hume nikhal na hey abhi...
geet understood that something was terribly wrong...without asking any questions further...she got ready...both maan and geet sat in car...geet looked at maan...with a lot of questions in her eyes...maan understood her situation...he started the car saying..."dev suicide attempt kiya hey?" geet eyes widened in shock...and she became speechless...maan silently drove the car towards dev's house...
when they reached dev's house...maan looked at geet...and asked her to get down...she without asking any question did what maan said...
maan: geet...nainatara behosh hey...tum uske saath raho...i will go to hospital...and look after dev...
geet again got shocked when she heard about nainatara...
geet: per maan..didi ko..kya...
maan interrupted her saying..."geet...mein tumhe sab kuch batha doonga...lekin ab nahi..dev ka condition ke baare mein kuch patha chal nahi raha hey...i need to reach hospital as early as possible..."
geet nodded and started to walk inside...maan looked at geet...
maan: geet...
geet turned back...
maan: apna khayal rakhna...
geet smiled and nodded saying.."aap bhi"
maan nodded and drove the car towards the hospital...geet sighed and went inside...
