Nupur goes to Abhay's cabin to tell him.

Nupur: Abhay! I need to go to hospital!

ABhay:(worried) Why?

Nupur: Continous Pain in head.

Abhay: Come on! Let me drop you then I will go to Pick Riddhima.

In the Mount college, all the students are in their class..

Piya is all lost in Abhay...

Abhay and Nupur are in the car!

Abhay dropes Nupur at hospital.

Abhay drive to Mount College!

Classes are over! They are in the canteen!

Riddhima and Piya are gossiping while Misha and kabir, Gunjan and Samrat are lost in looking at each others eyes!

Doctor comes and give the report and he goes..

Nupur: I should check the reports in the Taxi, I need to pick Piya nad samrat!

She quickly start Walking!

BANG!!

Nupur and an other woman crash into each other and their report fell!

Nupur: I am so sorry! I will pick the reports!

Nupur picks both the repots ! She gives the woman the reports and rushes out!!

Nupur gets in a Taxi!

Nupur: Mount College!

Taxi Starts and head to Mount college!

Nupur: Oh the pain is better after taking some medicines...

Nupur looks at the reports..

She picks it up and open it...

she starts reading it...

Nupur;( shocked) WHat?? But how??

Nupur is shocked after seeing her report!

Nupur: Cancer??

Mayank leaves the office and head to Mount College!

Mayank calls Nupur

Nupur Picks it!

Mayank: Hello! Is everything Fine?

Nupur: (in Heart): Should i Hide it) Yes i should ... I can't see tears in Samrat and Piya"s eyes because of me... and in Maynak's eyes too...

Mayank: Hello? Nupur?

Nupur: YES! Just a headache... Everything fine!!

Mayank: Thank God! Bye!

Nupur: Bye!
