He looked at her innocent face with a small smile in his lips.. He bent and gave a light kiss on her forehead waking her from her sleep.. She woke up and looked at him with a big smile sleepy smile..
Armaan : ( softly ) Its morning Ariya.. Wake up sleepy head... Time for school..
Ariya : Good morning Baiyya..
Armaan : ( gets up ) Now get up fast and get ready...
Before he could leave Ariya holds his wrist softly.. Armaan turns around with wid a frown..
Ariya : Armaan baiyya.. I want Shilpa Di..
He turned still as he heared the same plead from her again.. Everyday she asked him about her sister.. How was he going to explain her it was not only her suffering right now... Armaan controls his feelings and takes a seat beside her..
Armaan : Aru... Shilpa Di is still angry with Us.. She will come back soon ..She will
Ariya : ( Sadly ) Its 2 years now.. I want her my di back.. Why is she angry with us...
Armaan stared at her not able to answer her question.. What was he supposed to answer her.. He didint knew.. Just then a soft voice came from his behind..
Ananya : Ariya.. Shilpa Di will be back soon with Us again.. you dont worry.. She is little upset for now give her sometime she will comeback..
Ariya smiles and gets up giving a hug to Ananya..
Ananya : Now lets get you some warm bath.. Its time for school right..
Ananya looked up at Armaan with concerned eyes while he looked at from her quickly...
Armaan : ( softly speaks ) Mom.. its Almost 2 years now.. Why do u keep lying to her like that...
Ananya : ( firmly speaks ) I do cauxe you dont have courage to go and find Shilpa..
Armaan looked at her with both hurt and guilt.. He didint knew what to Answer his Mom.. He knew she was telling the truth.. He was running away from everything... Armaan quickly walks away from the room and heads back to his room quietly...
After a while he walked down and noticed Rahul in a deep conversation with Billy... Billy looks at him surprised to see in office clothes.. While Rahul stood smiling at him proudly...
Billy : ( Stunned ) Armaan... Son u are..
Armaan : ( interrupts ) Yes dad.. Am going back office again...
Billy :( Puts a hand on his shoulder ) Armaan.. Son is not like we want to force this on you.. We want you to become normal .. Become the old Armaan..
Armaan : ( Whispers ) Old Armaan died the day she left Dad...
Billy looked at him Sadly while Rahul kept staring at him concernedly..
Armaan : ( Firmly speaks ) But i cant keep running away from my responsibilities now.. I need to take care of Ariya and also i need to go back office.. I have to do it for myself..
Billy : ( Hugs him ) I am Proud of you Armaan.. Am very happy with your decision..
Rahul : ( walks close to them ) Proud of you Bro.. Believe me when you start to go office again you will be fine.. The works will keep you buxy it will help you to forget the pain..
Armaan looks up at Rahul and nods his head... He signals Rahul to wait for him in the car.. Heading back to his room to collect his bag he mumbles to himself...
Armaan : Rahul.. Some pains are too hard to forget.. i cant forget this pain.. never..
After 2 days :
Armaan kept working on his project quietly without a word.. Rahul noticed that there wasnt even a slight change in his behavior even though he attended office.. He was still quiet without any talk.. Tried his best to concentrate on work rather than his thoughts.. It was like he was punishing himself by working hard.. Rahul felt sad for his best friend.. For everything he was going through right now.. Just then a idea came in his mind..
Rahul : Armaan.. Now its almost time to wrap up work.. Any plans for today.. ?
Armaan : Nothing Rahul.. Will go home straight..
Rahul : No way Man.. Ok listen Muskaan was asking about you from somedays.. Why dont you come to my home for sometime.. Soo you can meet both Muskaan and Rishi..
Armaan looked at Rahul Hesitantly tempted to say No to Him.. But he knew he was making too many excuses from several days.. And it must have been upsetting both Rahul and Muskaan.. Taking a deep breath he looks at Rahul Calmly..
Armaan : Ok Rahul.. But i will come back home soon..
Rahul : ( Smiles ) Its fine.. Atleast you are coming.. Lets go bro..
Armaan walks inside Rahul's house and notice Muskaan who kept playing with Rishi happily.. As Muskaan saw Them she flashed them a big smile.. Taking Rishi in her arms she walks towards them ... She gives a hug to Rahul and handover Rishi to him..
Muskaan : ( Turns to Armaan ) Armaan.. I am soo happy to see you here.. How are you doing..
Armaan : ( gives a tight smile ) Doing Ok Muskaan..
Muskaan : Come and sit down .. I will put up dinner for you Both...
Armaan : ( Quickly speaks ) No Muskaan.. I will go in sometime so no dinner for me..
Muskaan knew it wont be good to press on him.. She nods her head with a small smile.. Armaan takes a seat in the sofa and looks Rishi cuddling with Rahul.. Only if his baby was alive he would also have... Abruptly he blocks his thoughts remembering the painful day again.. Muskaan noticed the pale face of Armaan and looked at him worriedly.. Muskaan moved close to Rahul
Muskaan : Rahul.. I need to do a talking with Armaan.. Remember that day i told i need to speak with him...
Rahul : ( Nods understandingly ) Ok i will take Rishi with me Upstairs..
Rahul gets up with Rishi in his arms..
Rahul : Armaan i will be back in a minute.. I need to get something from upstairs.. Rishi say bye to Armaan..
Rishi : ( In his babyish voice ) Byee Amyy...
Armaan smiles and gives a wave to Rishi.. He looks at Muskaan awkwardly and pulls his gaze down to the floor.. Muskaan sits beside him and puts a hand on his shoulder..
Muskaan : Armaan.. I need to discuss something with You...
Armaan : ( hesitantly ) Muskaan.. Uhh .. i..
Muskaan : Enough of excuses Armaan you have to listen to me ...
Armaan looks at her blankly and nods slowly...
Muskaan : Armaan.. I want to ask you a question.. One question.. Do you blame Shilpa for whatever happened... ?
Armaan : ( Stunned ) NOO Muskaan.. Never.. I would never..
Muskaan : ( Interrupts ) Than why are you sitting around like this.. Why did you stop searching for her..
Armaan : ( quietly speaks ) It was her decision to leave Muskaan.. I tried my best to search for her.. But..
Muskaan : ( Shouts ) NO U DIDINT... !! you really think you did your best to search for her.. Why did u give up Armaan.. Is that becauxe you dont trust her..
Armaan : ( In a hurt voice ) I love her the most Muskaan.. How can i not trust her.. I am just hurt she left me...
Muskaan notice the emotions running through his face.. Her expression softens..
Muskaan : Armaan i know u are going through painful pace now.. I know how you feel.. But what about Shilpa.. Dont u think she would be in a horrible pace too..
Armaan looked at Muskaan with his eyes welled up.. He knew she was saying the truth.. Wherever she was she also must be feeling the same pain like him..
Muskaan : I cant say whats the reason that made her leave like that abruptly.. I wish I knew.. But Armaan.. there got to be some reason for that right.. She loves you Most.. And Ariya.. She loves her dearly.. Why would Shilpa go away like that suddenly.. The girl i know is strong.. When she was abused she was strong enough to face it patiently.. She was never coward.. Soo do u really think she would only leave for the reason of guilt.. i really Dont think So...
Armaan registered her words in his Minds.. It felt ray of hope was back in his heart again.. Muskaan was right.. Something was there holding back Shilpa from coming back.. He cursed himself for being soo stupid not to get it..
Armaan : ( groans ) I have wasted 2 years like a idiot.. I should have known before.. I really need to do my best and find her now..
Muskaan : ( smiles ) Glad u understood Armaan.. yes you need to go and get her.. We all want her back..
Armaan gave a small smile to her trying to figure out what to do next...
Armaan walked back to his room tiredly.. But his mind was full of thoughts.. Trying his best to form a plan.. He had to get her back.. He had to find the reason for her leaving Him.. But with that a fear raised in his heart.. What if she refused to comeback with him... Armaan blocked away the negative thoughts from his head instantly... His love for her was true.. and He would get her back no matter what he had to go through.. He tried his best to control his tears but they welled up again in his eyes as he thought about her.. His yearning heart spoke out how much he needed her back in his life.. Back with him again..
