Chapter 5 Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there, wondering, fearing, doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before. Edgar Ellen Poe . I shut the book of quoted which one of the closest fren Rosa had gifted me. She knew how much I love poetry. I questioned my dream. Was the strange figure my darkness, or my guide to my light. I was seeking my answers. I knew whatever answer was , my questions would be left unanswered. The puzzle was going to be sloved someday. I did not know if the spirit who was manifesting my dream was symbol of my destiny, or some prophecy. I did not have any notion what the spirit was wanted. Did she wanted to warn me of a future danger? Piya thought putting the book in the book shelf in the library. The mansion had a library Piya lived in. The mansion was one of the finest Mansion. It was desgined victorian style, and it had been previosuly been a summer home for colonel of the British Army. Piya admired the beauty of her new Mansion, and explored the surrounding. She could never deny Aliyah had an excellent taste, and Piya's fashion she had learned from her too. Her blackberry torch vibrated near the bed. She looked to she who it was, it was her sister Aliyah.And, there was Abhay a guy who she had recently and knew she was falling for him.
Piya picks up the phone
Piya: Hey sissy! What's up
Aliyah on the phone: So! How are you liking there so far?
Piya rubbed her nose which was sore cold- It's fine, but little bit of cold. I love weather here, and at least it's not that cold as Jersey.
Aliyah: I am glad u r enjoying it.So met any new guy, and or made any new frens yet?
Piya was not going to tell her sis yet about Abhay. Before, she would know her sis would be doing tons of research to give the nod of her approval. Piya! Took a breath of bresh hair, and inhaled it to answer Aliyah because she had never lied to her sis until today. Just Misha, and Ruhi Piya said grinning. Piya had almost forgotten to ask permission to write a check for charity ball she was invited.
Piya: Can I write it the 20 million dollar check?
Aliyah: Anyway, I will meet them when I come. Piya, you are my sis. Please don't ask me whether you can you use the money or not. You are to free to spend it. Whatever I have is yours .
Piya: Thanks sis, Bye cee ya. Piya hung of the phone..
Piya thanked Aliyah. She had need her permission to donate money where Piya was invited as a Cheif Guest of Honor.It was just that her sis had worked to sore in to heights , and it was her money. Aliyah might have made her heiress, but she still she wanted to respect her higher authority(her sis) ,when it came to dealing with money.Hassena(Abhay's mom). She was excited to meet Abhay's family, and would see him at the charity ball. Abhay name brought a new wave of sensations to her body. Even the name sounded so intoxicating. Piya shaked her head.
Piya to herself: If I keep on thinking of you Mr. Raichand, I will be late for school for school to drop my assignment off. Piya wore a cream color dress, with a brown belt over it. She finished it off with her L.B.'s shoes. She got her books packed , and left for her college.
Piya on the way out.
Rose: Missy! Where are you thinking your are head with out having breakfast? You will sit your butt down ,and eat and go. Rose shouted at her daughter.
Piya had not time to eat today. Piya in hurry grabbed a cream cheese with bagel, and rushed out the door.
Rose: O God! This girl will never give change. Frustrated, she said hitting her head with her right hand.
Piya ate half of the bagel, and threw it in the trash. She drove to Misha' house to pick her up. Misha's fren Kabir opened the door for her. All he did was stare at her blankly, she snapped her finger at him.
Kabir- Are you ok? Where is Misha? We are late.
Kabir still frozen for seeing Piya. She looked better than last time. Piya was natural beauty, and he knew she did not need to try any hard to look good. Kabir shaked his head to let her in. Misha instantly seeing Piya had eyes out widely
Misha- Piya! Is that you?
Piya: Is it appor for college?
Misha- It's ok, but u look hot. Piya, Do you have any idea how pretty you are? u look like fresh out of magazine, and last time you looked the same too. But, you look extra special. Last time you had walked to school, you looked a little bit tired. But Piya! Wow Piya: Thanks, I am not going to college. I am just going to drop my assignment. Misha, Why are you ready? Are you gonna go to chairty event like that?
Misha- I don't like pampering myself with barbie doll looks. If you wanna be frens with me , you better look like me this way.
Piya giving up- Ok ! Misha! Is you sis ready too?
Misha- Speaking of Panchi, look the fatie just walked in. Panchi had woren a pink dress. She looks voluptuous so! Piya! scrowling at her.
Piya: Panchi! You look really pretty ! Piya complementing her.
Madhu walked in wearing a sari.
Panchi to Piya- Piya same too you! You look drop dead gorgeous. Misha here is only to get off from school. Soon, here our Misha will be a college drop out. Panchi taunting her
Madhu- Panchi! Shut up! Truly, Piya you look like beautiful young lady. Please teach some manners to my little daughter she said pointing at her. Where is you mum beta?
Piya smiling at Madhu- Thanks Aunty! I like Misha the way she is .Mum is coming picking some frens on the way. She is from around here, but has been here a while. So, she wanted to pick them on the way to have a little bit of reunion, and stir up some old memories.
Madhu- That's really nice beta. Anyway, Panchi , Kabir . Let's go.
Panchi , and Kabir left at Madhu's signal.
Misha- Wow! Thank you Piya! Mere mum mere kabab me hadi bonthi rehete hai. Anyway! let's sail in to the sunset my fren she said wrapping her hand around. Piya made a stop at Mount college and submitted the assignment that had been assigned last week. When she arrived in college, guys were staring at her.All the mount college boys eyes popped out at her. Piya was not looking forward to being the center of attention. She wanted to fit in. She wanted to be treated the same , and she hoped that people would not get swept by her name. Miss. Protima was talking to her self. She was admiring her beauty in the mirror. Piya curiously observed her, and suppressed her laughter. Miss. Protima seeing her rushed to her. And, she inquired Piya. Piya just handed her the assignment, and quickly left. When she was back in the parking lot, she laughed unable to control it any longer. Misha who was sitting in the car came forward, and stared at her blankly. Misha hit Piya shoulders
Misha- Why r u laughing?
Piya- Sorry! Misha! It's just that Miss. Protima was talking to herself in the mirror. And, I could not suppress my reaction anymore
Misha laughed with her. You will see plenty of that. Last time, I saw her hid in a closest flirting with a generator. It's nothing new. Piya- Truly! Some professors are something she said. Piya and Misha drove to the charity event. As soon as she entered the charity event, Piya 's whole body was full buster, and heart did a somersault. Piya gulped her saliva in nervously. As soon as she walked , she saw Abhay looking dashing in a red tie, and black suit. He look liked a Calvin Kelin model, but snapped out of it. Abhay ignored her, and moved on. She was aware their friendship could not be out in the open. Abhay as soon as he saw Piya walk in , it was like a whole world had vanished. At that moment, his only desire to grab Pia take her to a secluded spot, and spent rest of the day kissing her. He dashed to another spot to get grip of this emotions, and his urges.
Rose came running, and hugged her daughter. Piya introduced her mum to Misha.
Piya- Mum! This is Misha!
Rose- It's the famous Misha. Piya has told me so much about you. It's nice to finally meet you Misha
Misha- Same to you Aunty.
Rose got a call from her fren.
Rose- Piya! Can you come meet some my old frens, and Misha ou you too.
Rose introduced her frens, and Madhu was there too.
Misha- Mum! You and Piya's mum are frens .
Madhu - Yes Beta! We just found out that we actually went to the same elementary school together. Small world nah!!! Piya received her text, and Piya excused herself. Misha grabbed her arms
Misha- Where do u think you are leaving me with this old ladies? I am coming with you.
Piya hesitantly- Misha u have Panchi, Kabir. I really will be right back.
Misha- Ok fine! But, You are not leave with these old lady. And, you right I will go find my fattie sis, and her dummy boss who is here too. This time only, I am excusing you ok.
Piya went to look for Abhay. Abhay who was hiding in the corner of the building grabbed her by her waist, and thrust her against the wall. Piya and Abhay gazed in to each other(quick eye lock session). . Abhay slowly touched her face.
Abhay: Piya! You look so entrancing today. As soon! I saw you , I was blown away.
Abhay: Thanks Abhay! So why did you bring me here? she said flirting
Abhay! Piya ! Hell No! What are you doing? Piya's flirting drove Abhay crazy, and his crave for her intensified. He wanted her every way. Abhay knew he had keep his control, and Piya was becoming a very special to him day by day. He could not lose her trust because of his control. He released her his hands from his waist, and regained his position.
Abhay: I thought you might wanted to see a little bit of history of this museum.
Piya- Yes! Piya cheered, and jumped like a little girl. Abhay intrigued by her, just observed her.
Abhay lead her to the corner of the Museum. They were artifacts collection from everywhere. And, they were photos of the founder, and his family . The founder had Maharaja Vikram Rathore. He had founded this museum as a way to preserve history of Dehradhun. They were pic of the construction , and designs of footage. Piya and Abhay explored each pictures curiously.
Piya: Abhay! Truly this part of the museum is magnificent
Abhay: I know. But you are only granted permission to come here sudden he said studying the photos. You know they this museum has a secret passage door. Do you wanna find it ? he asked her acting like a 8 year child.
Piya- Let's go! Piya, and Abhay explored each and part of the museum. Piya was touching the wall to see if there was like any hidden door. As soon as she touched it, the door automatically opened. Abhay! Abhay! Come here I found it.
Abhay- You found it Piya! Rumours are the passage hold several volumes of history books, and other precious sculptors, and artifacts that Maharaja did not want to show it to the world. They found exactly what they heard according to the rumor. It contained a huge collection of books , sculptors and, priceless arts pieces from all over the world. Abhay picked Piya up spun her around.
Piya: Abhay! I am getting dizzy. Abhay you already knew where the secret passage was she said crossing her hands.
Abhay shaking his hand, and pouting innocently -OK! I am guilty. I admit . But, what can this helpless victim do?
Piya intently watching his expression- Victim of what!
Abhay- Madam! Victim of a restlessness bec he is constantly thinking of this Lady. Yes, I brought you here. Whenever I want to be solicitude, I come here. It's so peaceful.Piya blushed with embarrassment
Piya got a call from on her phone. It was Misha
Piya- Abhay! we have to go.
Abhay sighing in relief . He was aware if he and Piya stayed any longer, he did not what would happen.
Piya did not question him. She was relieved too. Bec, she was not ready to kiss him.
Piya and Abhay went separate ways to arouse any suspicion. Piya joined her mum. Misha, Panchi, and every one where together already seated . She took a seat beside Misha.
Misha- Where were you? Your mum was looking for you.
Piya- Sorry! Misha I got lost. She searched for Abhay in the crowd. He was seated besides his whole family, and frens.

Ladies and Gentleman, We are gathered here this evening to honor De Crowyn Family for being so gracious by donating us 20 million dollars to NGO. This money here will provide who are victim of abuses,and domestic violence. We are honor to have support of people like them. They might be celebetries, but they have always saw them themselves as commoners. I would like humbly request for them to come on the stage to express this view point on their behalf. Rose and Piya walked in the center of the stage. Abhay had only eyes only for Piya. He clapped her, and smiled at her.
Rose- First ! Thank you so much for welcoming us with such opens arms. We are glad to have help organizations like NGO's. I have heard the cases of the victims. It's so touching, and bring tears to my eyes. I am glad my two daughter are also involved in this cause. Of course on is not here, but my daughter Piya has been the driving force in our family to aid with cause. Piya! Could please come here. I will leave my daughter speak the rest on my behalf
Piya- Friends! Honor guests! First, I would like to thank you for welcoming, and especially to one person she said looking at way. Abhay smiled, and paying only attention towards her. I have to thank my mum for influencing me become involve with NGOS' , and charity. I believe in giving back to the community which helped so much through our struggling times. Piya spoke with such depth and passion that everyone in the audience were enchanted by her. Abhay mostly was taken by her, and he was falling more and more every sec. Abhay thoughts. Who could not help falling for such an angel. She was so kind, and her optimistic nature. When Piya was done with her speech, People got up, and clapped for her.
Misha- Good job babes! You know the best part of u is ur kind nature. Every body thanked Piya, and greeted her. Piya ,I am gonna go. I can't handle all this high societies party. I am gonna go. I have to meet tracker.
Rose took Piya to meet the Raichands. Abhay was standing besides his parents, and his fren parents ,and them were one group talking to each other.
Rose- Mr. and Mrs. Raichand! I hope you have met my youngest daughter. This is Piya!
Chand- Of course the famous Piya! We are so glad to finally meet you.
Haseena- It's our pleasure. And, this our son Abhay. You both might know each other.
Piya- It's nice to meet you Mr. and Mrs. Raichand. She said. I know Abhay. I have seen him around in college. Abhay, and Piya looked at each other, and smiled. Dhruv, Farah could sense something was def fishy.
Maya pushed Piya aside rudely, and went off. John followed her. Everyone watched Maya, and questioned.
Haseena- I am sorry about Maya's behavior. She is not feeling well.
Piya- It's ok Aunty! She is no fault at all.
Hassena- Abhay! Do you know know Piya attended Princeton University
Abhay- Mum! We know. Everyone in our college is completely besotted by her. She is a unique, and diff girl we ever had in our college. Most of the guys in our college our besotted by her. Piya listening to Abhay's compliment shivered.
Piya- And about you, I have a heard a lot of wonderful compliment too. she said .
Hassena- Pardon! Us we have to leave. We are getting late. It's wonderful meeting you Piya. Farah came besides Piya and whispered
Farah- You def like Abhay very much I can tell,and Abhay is too taken by you. If you ever need help to make move, call me she said leaving.
Piya , Rose and everybody left the party. Piya dreamt of the stranger figure again.
the spirit: Piya! You are getting closer, and closer to your destiny.
Piya: Please! Tell me What's my destiny. Please tell me ! I need to go
The Spirit- Soon ! Piya! But, u r certainly glowing. U r falling in love Piya which u won't be able to stop. His name is Abhay
Piya: I don't know. On one hand , I feel so good inside that my I am finally finding My Mr. Right. One hand ,I am scared at . I have not know him that long
the spirit- Piya! It does not take that long to fall in love. For you , your love is special. Believe in this magic Piya. The spirit vanished.
Piya did not know why the spirit kept on reminding her destiny. What was it? She hopes each day her patience would eventually wear off, and lead what she is destined for.
Maya's House
Maya had created a big fuss .
John- We don't even know her. We can't quickly judge her that fast. She is different
Maya- If Abhay gets near that human, he will endanger us. I saw how he is looking at her.
John- Maybe it's a fling
Maya- Not it's not. I saw him with her yesterday, and today at museum they were spending secretly time with her. She is like any other human bitch who has fantasy about vampires
John- She does even know we are human or not. John! She is like her sis.She might not be biologically related to her , but she is the same. She has influenced of that bitch
Maya- Her sis is not a evil. O John! Foolish John! Do you remember how she betrayed us? Do u even had any idea what price we had to pay. I am gonna make that bitch stay away from Abhay
John stopping her. No you are not gonna meddle. If you do , you will have to go through me. I don't what ur problem is. Maya frustrated with her vampirc speed.
Abhay's House
That night Abhay was restless more than ever. Abhay thought was Piya! It was Piya! Piya! everywhere. He only worried if she could ever love when she would find the deepest darkest secret of the Raichands in Dehradhun would know? Until then, he wanted to see Piya, and him were headed. To him Piya's happiness was becoming more than anything. She was becoming his life.
