i've left your PM unread for WEEKS because i wanted to come and read this story...and im finally here...first of all...hats off to you for taking on such a sensitive subject!! i feel a more personal connection to this story because one of my best friends is in a similar inter-religion situation...she's a muslim (practicing though not devout) ...her boyfriend of nearly 5yrs is Sikh (semi-practicing and not devout)...they are ready to tie the knot but religion is what keeps them from doing so...though individually they are not devout followers of each religion...their families are highly traditional and devout...im trying to help her the best i can...but no one seems to be ready for a compromise!

any way...enough of my bak bak...so the first thing about your story that made me smile...you said "authoritarian parents"...ah!!! as a child development major i know all to well about the 4 types of parenting...and my thesis was on the same ideas!! eeps!! just a random moment of excitement!! excuse the craziness!!

i cant say what an awesome job you've done...everything is so well played out...the past they share...unknown to geet cuz of her amnesia!! that was surprising...i for one agree with Geet's mother on the men and women "friend" aspect...cant happen...eventually...at one point...one falls for the other...and if a pair says they dont have those feelings or never did at some point...they are lying!!! ha ha...

cant wait to see whats wrong with Geet's mother and more on their past...update soon...loving this story!!
