i remember when i used to be like that

anyways it quite simple

u can either start a list with everyones name on it who asked for one

and under their comment u'll see sumthing that says pm so u can send it from there

or u can buddy everyone who asks for a pm

and on top where u see Inbox click there

and u'll be able to send pms
