PART 9

That day geet went with Vicky to her flat. She missed Maan very much but didn't want to show them so she plastered a smile in her face all along. She went out of car but before checking here and there. And made her way straight to her room, lie down and dreamt about him...

Two weeks have passed, Annie progressed well, she start reading books, geet let her start her study in private matter though it was way difficult for her in start but geet give her short and easy notes fist but eventually she herself start studying. They go to walk in morning where geet let her enjoy the morning weather; they spent time in beach, and have lunch outside. Geet engrossed her whole time with her which brings lot of improvement in her. They become quite good friend in short time. Annie dress style was also changed by geet, she always makes sure Annie eat healthy food and take her medicine in time. After such a quick and good improvement geet suggested to decrease the medicine.

Savita was very happy with Annie improvement. She also notices Vicky's change behavior from many days; he was always around them, no more outgoing. They always have breakfast and lunch together. Maan behavior also caught by her mother, she notices the change in him whenever he looks at geet. The smile which is never seen in Maan face will always be seen when geet will be by his side. Savita was sure there was something going on between Maan and geet. She always thinks about the change in her family from the day geet came to their life. She has completely changed their life; she brought all their happiness back. She was desperately waiting for the day when geet will come in this house forever.

Relation between Maan and geet also become stronger. They were more comfortable with each other, though they didn't tell each other about their feeling but they can feel it. But Maan was finding it difficult to spend more time with her; she was engrossed with Annie in these three week. They only get time at night while having coffee in geet flat.

It was Saturday evening, Maan was in office, and he was in full mood due to not able to meet geet.

Maan: "this is the limit. Three week' three damn week and she is not having time for me'. Only Annie, mom and Vicky'" he was sitting in his cabin and thinking about geet. "Enough now... I can't wait more" he picks up the receiver and dials his mansion number.

Savita: "hello"

Maan: "hello mom"

Savita: "Maan beta. Aap??? Is everything ok??

Maan: "haan mom sab theek hain... it's just I forgot a file in home. Its Mr. Kapoors project file. And I need to give it to them today."

Savita: "ohoo' you don't worry I will send it with driver."

Maan: "NO" he yelled'.. "I mean that it's an important file I can't risk in this. Why don't you send it with geet?"

Savita straightway his intention and suppressed smile. "Hmm... but beta geet don't know your office"

Maan: "arey mom send her with driver' please mom do fast I need it'. ok I'm going I have a work. You send her fast." With that he hangs up to avoid more discussion. "Aahh ...now let's see how she will avoid me." He calls Adi to his cabin.

Adi: "yes sir' did you call me?"

Maan: haan Adi... after some time geet will come with Mr Kapoors project file."

Adi: "geet?"

Maan: "Adi, geet' wahi Jo'. Who" Adi smile "ohh so her name is geet'. Hmmm fine'. Let's meet the girl today who taught MAAN SINGH KHURANA smile." Maan smile and start to work.

After an hour geet entered khuranas mansion with the file Maan needed. As she proceed to the reception but was stopped by her. " excuse me madam. Can I help you?

Geet: "I want to know maan's cabin." Receptionist frowned at her. "Madam its Maan SIR and he don't meet with people without appointment so you please take appointment first."

Geet: "but he send me here" suddenly she hear a voice from back. "Really?" she turns around to find Sasha with her mini dress. "Every girl says this same line, but u see girl... MK doesn't invite any girl." She smirked at geet. "For your kind information miss... I am not any girl... and your MK has invited me here." Sasha becomes angry by her behavior. "How dare you talk to me like this?"

They were interrupted by another sound. "What's wrong" Adi came to see the situation. "What's happening here Han?"

Sasha: "oh Adi' look this girl' you know she is saying MK has called her'. isn't it funny?" Sasha laughed which make geet angrier. Adi looked at geet and the file at her hand. He smiled understanding who she is... "You must be geet' right?"

Geet: "yes."

Adi: "sir told me about you'. Come I will take you to his cabin" Adi move forward to show her way. He turns around to see Sasha. "Be good next time Sasha."

They entre Maan cabin but Maan was not there. "Geet Maan sir is in meeting... you please wait here until he comes." He smiles at her, but geet was kind of nervous. She just nodded and sits in a chair.

After half an hour Maan entre his cabin and saw geet standing by the window with her back toward him. A smile spread in his face. He goes near her and hugs her from back. She jerks by a sudden hug but become calm knowing who it will be. "Hey mishti" he whispered which make geet blush. Suddenly there was a knock on door which make both of them move away from each other. Sasha entered his cabin, she finds it odd that a girl standing in maan's cabin and that too so near to him.

Maan: "are you going to stand here full day or start what you want to say" he was already angry at her for interrupting them. "Sorry sir... who actually Mr Mehra came to meet you' should I call him?" Maan turn to look at geet and then at Sasha "hmm'. ok fine call him" as Sasha leaves the cabin, he told geet to sit for a while.

Mr. Mehta entered his cabin. He was a young boy. Maan greeted him and told him to take a seat, but his eye fell on geet... he turn toward her. "Hello miss'." He forwards his hand to her. She hesitantly shook her hand with him. "Hello" he smile and tightly hold her hand. "Rahul... my name'. and yours?" geet become nervous by his attitude and mischief look. On the other hand Maan did also not like the way he was holding her hand. He saw geet uncomfortable look, walk toward them and move her hand away. "Geet... her name is geet" rahul again look at geet from head to toe. Geet slowly make her way behind Maan. "It's good to see such a beauty..." Maan was now not able to control... "I think you came for a work Mr. Mehta... so will you??"Rahul become alert by his sudden anger. "Yea... actually I bought an invitation for you' there is a party at my place'. Here is the invitation'and for you to Miss Geet..."Maan just nodded but didn't reply to him. Rahul said bye to him and leave from there but turn at door to look for the last time at geet and smirked.

As he left geet look at Maan, he was surely angry. She wanted to make him avoid it knowing his temper. "Woh' aunty told me to give you this file" he was still angry. "hmm." He only looks down.'. "I didn't want to come" Maan suppressed a smile knowing he wanted her to come. He forgets everything and turns toward her and holds her close to her by holding her by waist. "Acha" geet straight way understood by her mischief smile. "So it was your plan Na" he holds her hand and brings it toward his shoulder. "What can I do then' someone was avoiding me too much." She giggled and moves her hand behind his neck. "You really need a reason Na" he comes near to her cheek and wisphere "kya kare' I can't stop thinking about you' you snatched my peace' so thought of punishing you" she blushed and lower her lashes and whispered. "Really?" Maan gently kissed her cheek. She gasped "Maan''. Its office..." he again kisses her seeing her red blushing cheek. "It's your mistake'. Stop making me crazy'." Geet move a little away from him and look at his eyes. They were distracted by ringing of geet cell. She receives the phone, which was from hospital calling her for emergency case. She finishes the call and look at Maan. "I need to go to hospital" he tightened his hold. "It's emergency.' I really need to go" ' he was not willing to let her go. "Please"... he only looks at her lovingly for a moment. "You have to promise me one thing first" she only smiles at him. "Fine..." he put his forehead on her. "Tomorrow you will have to spend full day with me only" she was surprised "but Maan... Annie?" '.. "No' no one else then me and you... I didn't have any time with you for long'" she can't deny him. "Theek hai' only you and me" he smile and kiss her forehead. She finally managed to go to hospital with the driver'..
