Part 5
Riddhima entered her science class with Nikki while Armaan came in with Rahul and Abhi. They all sat down. Armaan came to Ridz's table and said, "Is she new?"
"Ya. Why do you ask?" Riddhima retorted.
"Just like that." The teacher came and yelled,
"Armaan, get back to you seat right now."
"Ok sir." Armaan said and muttered under his breath "Moron". Riddhima heard him and chuckled. The teacher looked at her questioningly and she just pretended to be reading her book.
"Ok, I am giving you guys your first assessment task. It is due in 2 weeks."
"What the hell??!! Sir, give us some more time." Armaan said.
"It's not my decision. You can talk to the head teacher of science about it." He turned to the class and started teaching.
Armaan was sad because in two weeks his brother was coming. His brother was coming on the same date the assessment was due. He has to do so much for a grand welcome back to Australia but he won't have any time now.
"Stupid assessment task." He thought.
On the other hand, although Riddhima didn't care much about science, she still was pissed off about the assessment. It was due on her birthday.
"Damn it yaar, party ki preparations bhi dhang se nahi ho payegi." She thought. While the teacher taught them, she almost slept while Nikki made notes. Nikki tried to make her pay attention, but she told her that she didn't like science and will the notes off Nikki later. Nikki just sighed and continued making notes. The bell went and everyone went to their next class.
"What room do you have now Nikki?" Riddhima asked.
"Room 14. But I don't know where it is. =(" Nikki said.
"Don't worry. I am here. I will show you around in lunch. Ok?"
"Okies. Thanks.
:D"
"Never mind. So you do commerce on this line. I do computing studies. I do commerce on the other line."
"Oh ok."
"You don't seem to talk a lot. Don't worry, with me and Muski, you'll start speaking like anything."
"Ok." Nikki didn't know what else to say. Her class came and she went in. Riddhima went to her class. She was a bit late and so ran in and sat down. Luckily, the teacher didn't notice her come in.
G1 ' Girl One.
G2 ' Girl Two
"Hey Riddhima, how's Armaan?" G1 teased.
"What! Are they going out? Awww' how cute!" G2 said.
"What - the - heck - are - you - guys - talking about?" Riddhima yelled. The teacher glared at her and she said sorry and turned to the other girls once she knew it was safe to talk again. "What are you guys talking about?" she said in a low voice.
"Don't ask as if you don't know. We saw you and Armaan in commerce yesterday. You look soooo cute together." G1 said.
"Look, it's nothing like what you think. Armaan is my friend and that's it. Ok!"
"Friends?!?! Or maybe, 'Armaan is my boyfriend" sounds better from your mouth

"Look, just shut up ok. There is nothing as such." Riddhima was now loosing her cool. She was very short tempered (just like Armaan
:P).
"Ridzy, let them be. You know it's not true, Armaan knows it's not true and so do I. Isn't that good enough?" Muskaan said.
"Ya I guess so." Riddhima said. But little did these two know that rumours spread like a disease that has gone out of control in their school and that these rumours can hurt, hurt a lot.
O~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~O Armaan found out about the rumours as well. He was teased too but he didn't care less about them. He knew it was all bullshit. He liked school, but not will all this crap going around. It was irritating.
"What was the fun in it?" he thought.
"Can't a girl and a guy be friends, just friends? So frustrating. :@ :@" But this was not going to lessen his excitement about his brother coming to Australia in two weeks. He couldn't wait.
"But wait, the maths test is after recess. Damn it. Kill me." He thought.
O~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~O LUNCH (guys, in Australia there are two breaks: Recess and Lunch. So it is the same day)
Muskaan was alone and so Rahul decided to talk to her.
"Hey." Rahul said with a cute smile.
"Hey. What sup!" Muskaan was sort of lost in his smile but them came out and mentally kicked herself.
"Nothing. You are standing alone so I thought I will talk to you."
"Oh. How nice of you. Thanks.
:)"
"It's ok. Anything for friends. So where is Riddhima and your other friends?"
"That other friend of mine has a name ok!"
"Dude, do you have some problem?"
"Why?"
"You always forget that I am no magician who can find out the names of people I have never met before." Muskaan was confused. "Remember that day after maths, when your wallet had fallen out of your bag?"
*FLASHBACK*
"What are you deaf??? I have been calling out for you for so long." Rahul said.
"Excuse me. No I am not deaf. And hello. I don't like being addressed like that. Call me by my name. Get it?" Muskaan retorted.
"I am no magician who will find out your name without you telling me. Have you forgotten that you are new to this school and not everyone knows you?" Rahul said.
*FLASHBACK END* "Umm... so what do you mean to say?"
"I mean to say that I don't know your friends name because I have never met her before and that she is new."
"Oh." was all that Muskaan could manage to say.
"So, what's her name?"
"Her name is Nikki.
:)"
"Ok. So where are they?"
"Kyun? Unka peecha karna hai.
:P"
"Oh no-no-no. Nahi. I don't want to follow them. Just asking you like that. Ab tumhe to har cheez galat hi lagti hai to main kya karu. Arre Riddhima is my friend, so I am just asking man."
"Arre mujhe bhi pata hai ki you are just asking. I was kidding. Anyways, Riddhima is showing Nikki around the school because she is new. And where is Armaan and the new guy'... I don't know his name because 'I am no magician who can find out the names of people I have never met before.'

Rahul smiled at her. She was cute.
"What are you thinking dude?" he thought and mentally kicked himself.
"Hello.
Are you deaf or what?? Maine kuch poocha hai."
"Huh. Oh sorry. Armaan is showing Abhi around. He is new as well, that's why."
"Oh ok." And they continued their talks and little fights waiting for their friends to come.
O~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~O "Nikki, this is the science quad ok?" Riddhima said.
"Alright. I will try to remember. This school is soooo big." Nikki said with a frown n her face.
"Arre yaar. Don't worry, sab yaad ho jayega. Main aur Muski hain na."
"Ok. Fine.
:)"
"Hey Armaan, what are you doing here and who is this?"
"Hey, this is Abhi, new student. I am showing him around. And who is this?" Armaan said.
"New student dumbo. Don't you remember her from science."
"Ya I remember her but 'what is her name?' is the question I wanted to ask."
"Ok. Then you should have said that. Anyways, this is Nikki, new student and I am showing her around. Oh, by the way Abhi, welcome to our' oops... I mean your new school.
:)"
"Thanks, and you are'.??"
"Oh sorry, forgot to introduce myself. I am Riddhima."
"Oh, so you are Armaan's girlfriend. Good choice dude." He knew it was not true but he was just kidding. Little did he know that Riddhima would get pissed off at him. Well, she got pissed off at him and ran away from there. (Not crying but fuming with anger)
"You moron. You shouldn't have done that Abhi." Nikki said, going red with anger. "Idiot. Ghada." Saying that se ran off after Riddhima.
"Kya yaar. Main to sirf mazak kar raha tha. Mujhe kya pata tha wo itna bura maan jayegi.
:(" Abhi said.
"Abhi, tujhe bola tha na that she doesn't like these rumours. Tu bhi na." Armaan was sad now. "Ab meri Riddhy mujhse baat nahi karegi."
"
Meri Riddhy. Nice."
"Haan. To Riddhy to meri hai na. Riddhima, Ridz, Ridzy etc. doosro ki hai but
Riddhy sirf aur sirf
meri hai. Samjha?"
"Hmm... ok. So nothing as such?"
"Nope, nothing as such. Ab main chalta hun, usse manane."
"Abe ruk, main bhi chalta hoon."
"Ok."
O~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~o~O "Riddhima, you ok?" Muskaan asked.
"Ok my ass. Bloody moron. Armaan usse bata nahi sakta ki ye sab sach nahi hai. UUGGHHH' idiot." Riddhima bluttered.
"Yaar, tu kiski baa kar rahi hai. Mujhe kuch samajh nahi aa raha hai." Riddhima narrated everything to Muskaan.
"Dude I am 100% sure that he was kidding." Rahul said.
"You shut up." Riddhima, Muskaan and Nikki yelled at him. Rahul just sat there quietly waiting for Armaan and Abhi to come. He ran to them as soon as he saw them.
"Yaar kaha the tum dono."
"Abe chup kar yaar?" Armaan and Abhi said.
"Arre hadd hai. Sab mujh par kyun chilla rahe ho?"
"Shut up." "Fine, I will shut up." Saying that Rahul went away.
"Damn it." Armaan said. "Ab is Rahul ko bhi manana padega, shit yaar. Mera din hi sada hua hai."
"Kyun?" Abhi asked jokingly.
"Abe tu - "
"Ok. Ok. Mazaak kar raha the."
They went up to Riddhima and Abhi decided to speak first. "Riddhima, I am sorry. Armaan told me ki - "
"Shut up. Ju ' ju ' just shut up. Ab mere dost hi mujhe itna pareshan karenge to main un kameeno se kya expect karu huh!" Riddhima yelled.
"Yaar please ek baar baat to sun lo." Abhi was scared of her sudden out burst.
"Bol, kaan band nahi hai mere."
"Ok." He gulped. He was damn scared of Riddhima now. "Armaan had told me that you don't like this rumour and that it is' it' it is not true. Um. Bu- but, you know, I thought you wouldn't mind me mucking around. S-s-so, I just said it as... as a... aahh... a joke."
Riddhima burst out laughing. Well, it was a fake laugh. "Very funny joke Abhi. I laughed soooo much. Good joke man. Happy? Happy that I laughed? Dekh, first mistake hai, isilye maaf kar rahi hun. Wapas kabhi aise mat karna. Get it?"
"Ya. I get it. Sorry."
"It's ok. By the way, are you scared of me?"
"Ya. Aise chilaugi tum, to koi bhi dar jaaega."
"Achcha. Sorry, tumhe darane ka intention nahi tha."
"Ok.
:D"
"Umm... Riddhy, are you angry at me?" Armaan asked.
"Nope. Why?" Riddhima had cooled down now.
"No, just confirming.
:)"
"Ok. Now go." She pointed towards Rahul. "Rahul. Go."
"Oh ya. Wish me luck."
"LOL. Good luck."
Armaan went up to Rahul and started to talk to him. "Hey dude, sorry man. I was just a bit tensed about Riddhy at that time, that's why I yelled at you. Yaar, please maan ja."
"She is so important that you yelled at me.
:( " Rahul said sadly.
"Oye, no one come between you and me.
No one, get that. You are my brother, you are a part of my family. Aur meri family se pehle aur koi nahi aata. OK?"
"Tu saale, baate banane mein number 1 hai.
:D" They both hugged. "Tujhse naraaz nahi reh sakta na main?"
"Nope.
:D" Armaan looked at Riddhima an smiled. She smiled back and gave him a thumbs up. But were these smile going to last long?
