With the Lower judiciary bearing the burnt of overload and infested with corruption, justice is often delayed, and hence rightly put, denied!!

Add to this, hostile witnesses is another factor that cripples our judicial system, leaving it stamped as a paper-tiger.

An awakened society is the only beacon of light, not only for our judicial system, but every other machinery of the state. The power of the same showed the country that the system can be jolted to action, as in the Jessica's murder case.
