Although I would love to have c but i know the complications n It's not fair that we always act according to majority's wish, no one should get disappointed.
So with a heavy heart 'option A'.

Quick question: My banner(s) did not have any couples for the reason of bias, am I allowed to submit them again? That is if Option A is chosen.

^ I would have said yes, but you just revealed that you made the banner...so unfortunately, you cannot submit the same one. When members vote, they should not know who made the signatures. You can submit a new one when I ask for entries again.

I think IF should have standardised banners where only the title changes depending upon what the name of the forum is...best way to negate most of these issues before they arise.

I'd go for A for now.
