Okay a new short story...The concept looks really common but yet very diffrent... It will eb interesting to read...

The first chapter was awesome... I didn't think Nupur's character would be like that. I though she would be the quiet daughter who obeyed to every wish... But she's diffrent, she doesn't obey she fulfills her parents wishes... But she does speak out her mind.... She so diffrent from what i though but i liked her...

The one character who seemed so easy to figure out is the difficult one... He's kind of a mystery... He has some past, but it seems so much deeper than just a normal past... he'svery confusing to figure out will have to wait and know about him...

And Ridhima is the oldest daughter i guess... But one question did she marry herself or was she just lucky to get someone very loaveable like Armaan...

& Gunjan... bad family, horrible husband... but why does she live a hell everyday... or is it again the same parent's wish?... I found her character interesting... would love to read more about her...

Sharma family is a mystery i soo want to know Mayank's past... Ususally there is a girl and all.. but i don't think theres a girl this time or is it... I feel it's something more...

Overall First chapter was Awesome, great suspense...

& yes I was a bit dissapointed when i started reading... I at first though u wrote it in english... But thankfully when i read further on u wrote in Urdu... 😳 and another reason to love the ss...

It was a beautiful start can't wait to read on...

Lekin one thing Sajjal... if u don't mind me asking... what was the characters names.. from the original story? 😳

Its lil difficult to read urdu, 😳 cant read fast... 😆

@Liaba - the real characters names were alishba and Zaib

there was a reason i chose these names, alishba being the light that would fill light into Zaibs life and Zaib being the other half that completes Alishba!

@Sami - remember this story is not based on mjht so the characters would be alot different!

Sajjal would u mind me sending the original story? Only after u posted it here... I'm not a big fan of reading stories which does not have MaYur... lekin this ones seems diffrent...I really want to read it. But only it's ur choice...

firstly- i dont think that its the mothers fault to crave for a son. i believe its the society's indifference to her makes her do the same with her daughter. i feel she despises her own life and pities her daughters but cant express.
secondly- sometimes its so difficult to forget your past and move forward. but then again your past is just the staircase that takes you to your future. and we dont stay at the staircase.
thirdly- i dont get why people tell that compromising makes life easier. what is the point in compromising if it takes away your life from you?

@roshnee - sweetheart it all comes down to the fact that its all easier said than done! When you live a society and are especially a girl ....there are many barriers placed infront of you abroad it might be different but in a conservative society a girl is chained by many restrictions!

and about past, yes i do you agree with you on that. My story really dwells on that fact!😳

Excellent one sajjal...
Its a common fact in muslim countries that they always prefer a son instead of a daughter...Also in my countries...Im thankful to god that being a muslim family i've never faced such gender discrimination...My family love me as much as they love my brother...
Here i can feel nupur's pain...Beautifully written the nupur-ridhima convo...Now im looking forward to their married life...

Meethi...this was an AWESOME start...hmm so Nupur is entering a loveless marriage soon and Mayank has a past that seems to have left some lifetime scars...now i am like sooo eager to see how Nupur's loveless marriage turns into one full of love and how she manages to make Mayank's scars heal with that love.....i wonder what happened in his past though......😕😕
