Chapter-2 Ek hasina thi PASTHe was finally at peace,sitting alone inside the 1st class cabin....alone.He was habituated to this sort of isolation......something which he now prefers than being surrounded by odd people.Loneliness has long ago became a part of his life.
Thats when she entered......like a breath of fresh air.......breaking him from the chain of thoughts....chatting to someone.....in a high pitched tone.

First he thought her to be a fragment of his imagination.But her chatting and blabbering bought him to reality.SHE IS REAL-he thought.NO WAY!!!!

She did'nt notice him till now....not even him laughing.
She placed her luggage with the help of the good old man who carried her luggage from the sleeper class to the 1st class.
She thanked him and settled down chewing a strawberry flavoured bubble gum.

He was watching her every move very carefully,may be waiting for her to recognise him.
She did saw him but did'nt recognise him......he did'nt like it.
What was more irritating to him was that she did'nt seem to be affected by his presence either.
Was she an alien? He thought.Or worse a LESBIAN!!!
Nooooooo.....what is he thinking.....why does he care if she did'nt recognise him or drooling over him.......may be she IS diffrent.
"Hi i'm geet" said geet offering her hand in front of him,again breaking him from his chain of thoughts.
He looked at her hand and then at her as she raised one of her eyebrows.
"Are you deaf?" she said in a soft tone showing concern and then started to show through sign language what she meant when suddenly he said out loud and clear in atone of arrogance "i'm Maan Singh Khurana" offering his hand "and i'm not deaf''.

He went away,shutting the door behind him,leaving her thoughtless.
What was that? She thought after sometime falling on her knees.
She wanted to cry,but the tears dosen't seem to come out.
She wanted to scream but even her voice betrayed her.
What did he mean by those words "I don't give the deceiver's a second chance"?
Who is he to take someone's life even if they are his deceivers?
What is happening to her?
Where the hell her life is taking her?
May be somewhere she deserved this...after what she has done to her parents,her family......the ones who have loved her to bits....always guided her through her life.
They say if you make your parent's cry,you do get punished somehow.
And may be this is her punishment......living with a criminal,a murderer.
She knew maan won't free her of this relation.
Realation...yeah.....which was once beautiful..and now a burden.A burden too heavy.
She felt like ending her life....but she knew she cannot.....if not for herself then for her..........
Oh God maan has knowingly and unknowingly trapped her.....closed all the doors of her exit.
And she knew there was no way of escaping.
