Kabir saw Pia's eyes open getting over excited he kisses her all over her face until Pia had to physically stop him with her hands. Abhay had run up with Tara as soon as he'd felt her come round with Rosa on their tail. He saw Kabir all over Pia and his hands clenched into a fist as his features hardened up with anger. Pia saw Abhay and moved Kabir towards Misha. Kabir didn't bother to even look at Abhay. He kept focussed on Pia. Kabir apologized-Sorry princess i went a little too far but it was my kiss that woke Sleeping beauty up. I thought the effects would be greater if i carried on until U were fully alert.
Pia saw Abhay's face darken with s storm rising-U mean U were taking a chance while i'm still recovering from my slumber. U are too much sometime.
Misha hugged Pia scowling at her-Never do that again Pia. I've got dark circles with worry for U and no sleep. I'm grouchy and moody. U scared the hell out of all of us.
Kabir told Pia about Angad and Tracker's fear-They were too scared to come in the room but they are waiting outside.
Pia felt bad for causing this much ruckus. She's scanned the room and saw eyes all baring down at her. Weary, tired eyes. It was Abhay's eyes that worried her the most. He looked like she felt inside a mess. Nothing made sense. The whole night seemed like a dream to her. A nightmare but the faces filled with fatigue told her what she wanted to know. Her head hurt. She had a migraine. Pia shifted around to sit against the pillows behind her bed which Misha had arranged for her.
Kabir concerned for Piya scrunched his face-U feeling Ok princess?
Pia snapped back-Don't call me that! (Kabir taken aback). Sorry i er don't like being called that.
Abhay walks closer to Pia-Princess?
Pia glared at Abhay-I said don't call me that! My name is Pia Jaiswal got that.
Misha intervened moving Abhay away then mouths shut it-I think Pia needs a moment.
Tara searched into Pia's mind but Pia shot her a look-I was just.........
Pia smirked-Oh i know what U we're trying to do stay the hell out of my head.
Abhay asked-Is she still her?
Rosa nodded with her grave face. Pia's eyes widened-Yeah i'm still me Abhay. I know this maybe a disappointment to U but you'll get her back. I'm not going to fight her.
Kabir was perplexed with this air of secrecy-Why would Pia be anybody else? Pia fight who?
Rosa evaded the question-We'd better give her a moment like Misha said. We need a little rest.
Angad from the door asks with fear as he is petrified of Pia shaking-Pia have U got a ghost inside U?
Pia shoots-It's OK Angad i'm still sane but anymore nonsense from U i'll haunt U down.
Angad gulped-Sorry Tracker was putting the fear of God in me. I'm scared of ghosts na. Thats why.
Kabir being wilful-I'm not moving outta here until he (points at Abhay) leaves first. U saw what happened last time he was with her.
Pia loses interest in their squabbles as she examines her wrists and palms. There wasn't a scratch on there. She'd fell outside on her way to the palace. She saw Abhay on the ground in agony as his skin was burnt with an S sign on it and then a sharp pain and her being taken over then a blank.. But after all that it was all a haze. She glanced over to Abhay and just started fazing out. Then came back again. Oh her head was feeling heavy as she was bombarded with a wave of emotion. It was so full on. Where was it all coming from? Unfortunately Pia knew the answer already. It was the woman she'd given herself freely to. Abhay's love. The woman who seared his very soul and could not forget. Pia's own emotions were hard enough to control now it was amplified by a thousand watts. It was so overwhelming. She closed her eyes trying to control herself. Images began to invade her thoughts of Abhay as he was back in the day. He was handsome then but how he looked now Pia had no words that could do justice to Abhay.
Pia told Kabir-Its OK U guys go. He won't hurt us.
Kabir searches Pia's eyes-Us?
Pia groaned putting her hand over her face-I meant me. Misha I'm really hungry. Please can i get something to eat?
Misha smiled gathering Kabir away from Pia-Will do babes. Kabir can help.
Pia was again shot with another burst of emotions as soon as Misha and Kabir left the scene. Abhay was reeling from the images Pia was seeing. He was re-linked with her mentally as if they were one. He could feel Pia was overcome with bursts of emotions. He glimpses he'd seen were from how he was before but the pure love he'd had for Maithali was conflicting with how he'd felt for Pia. How did two people make such an impact yet in different ways. They both were the exact replica of the other but Maithali was a delicate flower he'd given his life for while Pia was a tigress in charge of her own life. Both had an equal place in his heart yet despite what Maithali had done he was searching for some goodness in her which was tainted by her deception. Maithali couldn't do this she didn't have a bad bone in her body but in spirit who knew. Now he stood the risk of losing Pia for good. He couldn't lose her not now he found her. Pia finally relaxed. Tara stood in the far back while Abhay walked towards Pia's bedside. He hadn't realized his hands were still clenched in a fist. Kabir sure riled him up. The kisses were too much. If Pia hadn't been there Abhay would have lost his life.
Pia turns her head round to face Abhay. She takes his hands into hers trying to find the scar-There's no marks. (She touches his lips with her fingers in remembrance to sharp teeth but it seemed normal. She then traced round Abhays jaw line then towards his eyes). My hands they were grazed right? Your eyes Abhay they were..........
Abhay makes up an excuse-It was dark Pia. U were frightened. Sometimes the mind plays tricks on U.
Pia still not convinced-I know what i saw Abhay. I'm not crazy U know?
Tara intervened-Pia in all due respect i think fatigue may have played a game in all this.
Pia should have known the witch would jump in to help her friend out-Whatever!
Abhay took Pia's hands caressing them-Why did U do it Pia? Why?
Tara searched into Pia's mind again this time finding an answer-She threatened U didn't she? Maithali swore she'd hurt us to force U to comply with her demands. Didn't she?
Pia rolled her eys angrily-She didn't have any other choice. She couldn't afford me to leave the grounds leaving her behind. I'm her only shot at escaping her imprisonment. She did what she had to. I have no qualms with that.
Tara and Rosa both had their jaws open in shock-U are defending her actions! Pia she coerced U into something we all warned U not to do. Do U know what the consequences are for allowing her in? I cautioned U and this is what U did? I'm a witch so's Rosa. We could have stopped any threat we may have faced.
Pia didn't care. She was cranky-Well i wasn't thinking. It was impulsive. Sorry OK.
Rosa moved round the other side of the bed-She duped U Pia and U fell for it.
Tara could see Pia was looking at all this from a different perspective-She knew your weakness Pia. Friends and Love. She used it against U. No offense Abhay but Maithali is not the woman i saw in your mind. She was an angel but it was from a biased take from U. In reality she's not the woman U knew at all.
Pia stood up unsteadily all too quick getting a headrush Abhay made her sit back down-Stop it both of U! She is not the villain in this. Just a victim. Its been no picnic U know for her being trapped there in isolation through hundreds of years. I'm not saying her technique for getting her goal was correct but she did what she had to. I get that now. God how can i make U see. She doesn't want U in my head. I can't have U in my head its over crowded.
Tara knew Pia was saying this because her mind was being fused with Maithali's-Pia i highly doubt Metz did this out of the goodness of her heart. She will end up hurting your soul more than U know. (Tara glances over at Abhay saying the next quote) Losing a soul is beyond Pain. We don't know where yours will go and i don't think Abhay is willing to let U lose that. He knows what it can do to one. Pia she's already forcing U out. Why can't U see it Pia? She is fighting to get out and U are letting her do it. It's not normal.
Abhay thought long and hard listening to both Pia and Tara. He didn't want Pia hurt-Pia right now is all that matters to me. I've lived in the past. Actually truth be told i'm still in the past but i'd never put your life in jeopardy to get Maithali back. (Abhay forces Pia to look into his eyes when he talks to her. Sh was so distant yet so near him. He was livid at himself for being in the dark. It was his job to save her)Stop this madness Pia. Reason with us. It's not too late we can get her out of U.
Pia shook her head in defeat-I don't have the energy for this Abhay. Your woman was something alright. The love U have is what i crave from U Abhay but now i see the error of my way. I can't compete with a ghost. She is perfect in every way. Not a fault in her other than her only crime was to fall in love with U but that's my crime too. I should have listened to U Abhay and stayed far away from U but my heart wasn't listening and did what it wanted. With her so might as well let the madness in. For U are my obsession Abhay and like it or leave it theres nothing i can do about it. Maybe this is my fate all a long to help U both. There's a reason for all of this. I know there is.
Abhay hated seeing this side of Pia what the hell did she think she was getting out of all this-Pia! Honey I don't know how to get that stubborn head of yours to get a grip to reality. This has got to stop. Maithali has got to stop. I won't have her hurting U pia. God help me if she hurt a hair on yor body because i don't give a damn about what U have in your head. I don't care what Maithali has cooking up so long as she leaves U out of it. (Abhay raised his voice at Pia) Maithali if U can hear this get the hell outta her.
Rosa was frightened by Abhay's new avatar-I think U need to leave Abhay.
Abhay yelled at Rosa-U going to make me witch?
Tara calmed Abhay down with her mind link-It's Ok. We will get through to her Abhay.
Pia didn't mind Abhay losing his temper at her-Abhay she can't speak to U yet. See it from her point of view. Out of the tree of U i thought you'd be the one to understand our plight.
Abhay let go of Pia's hand and stood up to get away from her knocking the chair down-Now its our plight! U are U Pia not Maithali. U can never be her and don't let her control U. Pia U can only ever be Pia. Don't be so irrational!
Pia walked towards Abhay-Irrational. I've always been this way Abhay. Around U i've always been a silly girl. The recollection of this life U both led fills my mind. Your time together Abhay. U gave your life for her Abhay. The vivid memories are not of my own but of hers. I did nothing in comparison of that. I handed her my body. Now U can be happy with her Abhay. I don't know exactly what that means for me but i could care less.
Abhay had to get out of there before he damaged Pia by shaking her to death-Care Pia. Care. Losing a soul is the most gut wrenching thing ever. Losing your humanity. I will not stand by and watch U destroy yourself. I can never be happy with that Pia. With losing U to gain her. Never! (Abhay slams the door leaving Pia.)
Pia hurtles to the floor with tears of frustration. She wasn't having a good day. She was hurting Abhay. More than she'd realized. What was she to do? Pia wasn't blind. The others didn't understand. Pia had suffered through what Maithali was going through. Maithali wasn't trying to hurt her but unknown to her being around Abhay was creating unexpected problems from both Pia and Maithali. The two extremes were excruciatingly overpowering consuming them both. Maithali didn't want Abhay to feel pain but they were both helpless. Yes Maithali had invaded her body but the outer experience was great until something had stopped Pia from veering out. Pia knew Maithali had her own agenda. Pia wasn't fighting her due to the vast pain both would face. Pia peered over to Rosa and Tara who reached out to her. If looks could kill Tara was thinking of chewing Maithali out. For causing grief. Abhay had a difficult time in even contemplating on moving on from Maithali after holding on to her tightly for two centuries. He was right they'd never know what losing a soul would do to them but what did he mean he'd lost his? Abhay was sometimes a riddle within a riddle.the more she thought she'd figured Abhay out the more multifaceted he became. She doubted even Maithali knew him well enough. Pia wasn't expecting Abhay to be so unreasonable. He as getting what he wanted so what was he so cut up about?
Rosa picked Pia from the floor rocking her-Pia i wish i knew what this is? What is going on but my visions have never been wrong. I predicted Maithali would need a body and U are her vessel. She's evil Pia. Well i haven't been in your head to see otherwise. Can't U see how much Abhay is suffering? He's worked hard to leave the past but how can he if it keeps coming back when he least expects it. He has a picture of Maithali and now he see's she's not how she was it changes everything.
Pia knew Rosa was right but she also knew Maithali-When she grows stronger she will show U what i see.
Tara wasn't impressed by Pia-We will see! She's showing U what she wants U to see not the whole truth. I've seen Rosa's thoughts and its not pretty. No matter what Metz has planned U are not coming out of this in one piece. I can feel a surge of energy growing inside U Pia already.
Pia laughed-Didn't U know i'm supposed to be a saviour of some kind. The chosen one.The first hunter among a family of men. The Dobrial men. Its all a play on words. The future is not set in stone. We make our own destiny.
Rosa gleamed-Exactly so U write it the way it should be and not by the way someone else shows it U.
Tara nods in agreement-Ditto
Rosa chimes in-See. What we are both wrong? We are witches Pia. Powerful ones at that. Well Tara is anyway. U think she's going to give U the wrong advice and bear the wrath of Abhay. They are linked just like U and Abhay are linked.
Tara adds-We know this is all a pain in the a**. I know being around Abhay is blasting your brains out with this dual personas immense raw emotions for Abhay but U need to simmer down. Let us do the hard graft. Promise me U won't start thinking like Metz. Try to stop her Pia until we figure out her deal.
Rosa pleaded-Do this for us Pia. We are your friends. Do this for Abhay!
Pia wanted to say no-Fine.
Tara smiles-That's my girl. Abhay can't handle this Pia. He's breaking up inside. He's showing U one side but trust me this will kill him.
Misha came up with Pia's breakfast after 45 minutes-Sorry i burnt the first breakfast i made but Kabir helped me with this Should taste good......Did i miss something here. The chair on the floor. The hinge has come off on the door. Abhay has a face that only a mother could love and U guys mentioned it will kill Abhay. He looks like he's about to kill someone himself. What did U girls say to him?
Tara replied coolly-No we are OK. Abhay just had a disagreement with erm us (Looking at Pia. She wasn't going to say with Pia. It would raise alarm bells). Pia's just under the weather i suggest we all have a relaxing day. No fun but plenty of snoozing. We are a bit tired. How's Kabir?
Misha grins mischievously-Oh he's sulking coz he wanted to bring Pia breakfast but i beat him to it. He's still mad at Abhay. He blames him for everything.
Rosa chirped-Bechara Abhay. Always getting the blame for problems he has no control over. Nobody gets him.
Misha places the tray of food on the table picking Pia up-That's enough crying Pia. We are all going to forget our woes and just enjoy. Abhay will be alright. He's a big boy U know. Just needs some tome to cool off. Men can be such b*****ds sometimes. It happens when they don't get their way especially with us girls. I mean we are the dominant females. Work on getting yourself better.
Tara on her way out-Pia remember what we discussed. I'll go sort out Abhay. He'll come around so long as U keep your end of the bargain. He can't lose U.
Misha heard Tara go down. She handed Pia her plate and started feeding her crumpets with honey with a fork-U and Abhay are one deep pair man. He's always so dark and mysterious like a rebel and U are so sweet but firce trying to protect him. is there something going on between U coz i see loads of spark there. He fights U. While U chase after him with those love sick eyes. Pia kabir is crazy for U as well. U got all the men going crazy. Poor Abhay he's a dead man no doubt. U should see him he's like a man who's had his heart ripped out. What di U do to him Pia?
Pia wished she knew what she did? She was doing all things wrong-No idea. This is nice. U should make breakfast more often.
Misha burst out laughing-U should see the mess in the kitchen. I'd burn the place down Yo. Just be happy i did this for U. Misha and cooking don't go together.
Pia let out a smile-Oh come on Misha!
Misha grins-That's more like it. I was starting to get worried if my friend was abducted by aliens. Eat up coz the rest of us have some napping to do. U can chill on the ;aptop dudes keep U company then we are outta here.
Downstairs Abhay was pacing up and down like a madman. He wanted to leave but with Pia it was a complication he could not risk her being out of his sight. He had too much to contend with. What the hell was Maithali playing at? he loved her like no man could ever love another being. He revered the ground she walked on. Idolized her with his last breath. His very being was due to the love he'd had for her. Despite her entering Pia he still couldn't hate her. He still yearned for her touch. He'd hid this well from Pia. Pia was his only cause for existing now. Somewhere down the line he'd allowed some part of her in. He knew she loved him almost to the same level he'd loved Maithali. Only her insanity for him was a great burden he wasn't prepared to take on. How can he want two people. He loved Pia but at the same time he didn't. Her outburst of emotions had him reeling with pressure he thought he'd spontaneously combust had he not been a vampire. Good job he was one it felt as if he were human. Those emotions he'd missed. However Pia's body wasn't going to be able to handle all this. Pia was treading on a fine line. He'd physically would have to tie her up and have Tara work her mojo against her will if she had to as a last resort. He felt as if he'd been anaesthetized. He couldn't physically do anything but feel numb but he felt the quake off the rictor scale in his mind and worse his soul. God this pain he'd felt had no boundary. He scared poor Misha half to death and that girl was scared of no man. Abhay say Tara coming down. Her face told him what he wanted to know. She managed to get Pia thinking for once.
