@ Rachana: Finally I made you write 👏...LOL....Its a one shot about my NY trip...ROTFL.
So the next time, I meet a Arjun, I'm really really going to get carried away thinking its a sign. So now it will be interesting to see if the guy I end up with will also have the name Arjun. And I have no idea why I just wrote that last sentence. 😕
I hope that doesn't happen. But thanks anyways, because you made my day with the OS. I'm really flattered that you wrote me a mahi moment. What can I say, that is what family is there for...to truly sense what you need for that day and give it to you.
So when is your FF coming out? Trust me this OS is an FF in the making...please continue...just change the character names please....Arjun is fine...give Hasini another name.
But I think I sort of missed out on something and wrote to you that I will not be able to identify a Mahi moment even if it stared me in the eye. The truth is I have been carrying it with me ever since I had felt it. Not for a moment, but for 10 days. Those 10 days will never come back in my life. And the face is still green in my mind. I guess its time to write it down. i was talking about it to Pushpi today and I feel there is no harm in coming out with it. Will write it down in scenes and post it later.

@shradav: We are all NY times family. And need I say more? Will that help you to your heart out in this thread? Please continue and that is all that I care about. Your pointers only help me to mold the character than anything else. I have always loved your comments so...keep it coming, if you trust me.

He had brown streaks and that was not normal for a south Indian. It was the first time she had laid eyes on a guy this tall for his age. They both came from the same standards but different schools. She boarded her luggage and turned to see if she could catch a glimpse of him once again. He wasn't there and instead an old man in his fifties stood in his place. "Oh! you must be Hasini, Prami's daughter" he cheerfully greeted. She simply smiled for she wasn't used to being around her mom's colleagues."Here meet my nephew, Hari" said the old man and she was shy to look up for it was him, whom she was eagerly awaiting to get introduced to.
He greeted her casually and walked back to his birth. She didn't know if he was excited about her the same way she was for him as she had not greeted him back. There was just one thought that plagued her mind that moment and that was the fact that she was going to be around him the next 10 days touring Northern India together. She didn't know if attraction was good for her age, but all she knew was that it was normal.
For the next 5 days, his eyes would follow her everywhere and she would simply acknowledge it with a turn to look at him occasionally.
Things took an unexpected turn that fifth day.
It was lunch time and it was her turn to serve sambhar to the others who were still eating, for she had finished her lunch early. He sat down at the stairs far away from the others conveniently and had a serving of steaming white rice on his plate. "Oi Sambhar" he called out to her with a tease in his voice. She had not expected that and slowly walked towards him to serve him the very dish he had asked for. She was careful not to meet his eyes as she poured the hot lentil soup onto his plate, but lost the fight as she was about to turn and walk away. His forehead was narrow and he had large round eyes. Soft hazel ones that had the same cheerfulness that sounded in his voice when he had teasingly called for her. He had five courses of Sambhar that day and that is all he had for lunch for that is all she served that afternoon. She chuckled the fifth time she served him and had every intention to tease him back. "Are you done this time?" she asked him as she looked up to meet his eyes for the last time that day. He simply smiled and that spoke to her in many words that she had never heard before.

This is something that had happened in my life many years ago. I don't know his full name so unfortunately I'm never going to find him. Just a quick write up of one of the Maahi moments I had with him. I have a few more. I will post if I can. I don't expect comments, just read and enjoy something I had never revealed to anyone expect pushpi till date.

Everyone was excited to go this particular temple, for it was the same one where the famous Roja movie was shot. It was the scene where Arvind Swamy was kidnapped by the terrorists and it made everyone buzz around with enthusiasm for no one in the group had ever visited a place that had been in a famous movie before.
She was not going to join them for it was that time of the month and her mom had left her behind in the hotel room. She watched her group members board the bus from her hotel patio that was about 5 stories from the ground level. She looked around for him and he was nowhere to be found. She was troubled to miss out on the last opportunity to take in a sight of him for they would not be returning until late evening that day. As she continued to ponder about him, he walked out of the hotel lobby, looking around for someone else. Hari was frantically searching for someone inside the bus and ran back inside the lobby once again. She was curious and leaned as far as she could to find out what was going on with him. She jumped back quickly as she did not expect him to lean back in a quick moment to look up and spot her peering into him as he was running around the bus and the lobby. Her hear skipped a beat when she realized she was the one he had been searching for. He asked her if she was coming, simply using hand gestures and she answered back with a No by swaying her head her head from left to right. His eyes spoke disappointment and his legs turned into lead, for he carried himself with great pain in his heart into the bus that was about to take off for the day.

Yet another one...a couple of more left out...but I will store it for later.

Idealizing love is the worst thing you can do and that is exactly what I'm doing here, trying to drive all you people towards it, which is creating a bad world out there...more expectations and more break ups...LOL Hopefully all that doesnt happen.

No SweetCoco I'm not kidding about Geet moving to SF. You will see.,That hasnt happened yet but will happen.

Ok...stop writing. I have been screaming my lungs out in terms of being a script writer
I'm not a writer because I dont write. Have you read Yasu's FF. that is writing. Man the way she writes.
I dont have great vocabs either...So stop it and lets drown in Maan and Geet's world. Time to write my live update from NY.

will update your praise post in some time.
But thank you..THANK YOU for all the long updates you write. You have no idea how I keep waiting for yours. Its been a long time since you wrote and read it with all smiles with a crazy guy sitting and staring at my screen.

OMG!!! I'm even behind in your live posts!!! Hope you're having fun!! BTW: The live updates started in this thread only right? Let me know...I wanna read them all!! BTW: I love yasu's writing also....check out Liz's also....you're like it too!!! But yasu is taking a little break I think...or at least I hope!! But you're amazing...why do I get the feeling...you're super modest and hate compliments!!!!😆

Well....I found out you weren't kidding, but I also saw the pics in the upcoming parts that I'm gonna read and so excited!!!

Have fun and it's snowing here...this very minute, hopefully, you're getting snow too!!! I love snow and I think you do also!!!!😃

Haha well your ff makes up for the cv'e mistakes but yeh bcackto the update well loved the bondig and understanding nature that is growing within them and Aww the chocolate part was so cute and maan bought all of them just to make his geet happy. And Aww only ear infection phew well atleast for now an Aww geet is too cute wanting to bring happiness and fun to their relationship she is getting naughtier by the minute lol and ooh they're going back to NY can wait to see how their relationship progresses but also their journey their, hmm my overall intake on this part I that theyre getting to know each other by doing sime gestures and are willing to make each other happy and geet is trying to make their relationship more fun but also make up for the time she denied the love she had for him and maan is trying to walk along with her in this journey and take date of her which he always did but this time with authority lol anyways great part and loved the scenes between maan as I always say they're original and new and continue soon 😊
