Well guys.................update coming soon.................for this............... by soon I mean.......about 2 mins......and erm erm erm before I do that

As they made their way through the hustle bustle of kids in the lunch court to find a good table to be seated at, they spotted Maan and Adi at the far corner and made their way towards them with their lunches.

Geet & Pinky: Hey guys *as they sat down opposite to them - facing their back to the rest of the hall*

Adi: Oh hi............*looks at Maan and then quietens*

Geet and Pinky noticed the sudden silence between the two and began to feel as they perhaps intruded in into something, it was getting a little too uncomfortable for their liking – and Tishuu's.

Pinky: I think we perhaps came at the wrong time.......sorry...come on Geet, we'll sit....

Geet: Hey.......that's not fair........I've already started eating – I'm not moving nowhere, and plus......they weren't even talking when we came, so how can you say we intruded? They didn't even mention anything of such......

Pinky gave Geet a look and tried to get her to stop talking......but Geet is Geet...

Geet: Adi..... you tell me......are we disturbing you? Are we wrong if we saw two empty chairs and came over to have our lunch with our friends....hmmm tell tell....

"NO!!!"

Geet shut up at once out of shock......Pinky just looked like she'd seen a ghost and Adi turned to a rather tense MK and put his hand over his shoulder to calm him down

Geet: b...b....b...but..

Adi: It's ok Geet...we were just about to leave anyway....we're done with lunch......*he nudged Maan ahead of him towards the exit*...you girls enjoy *with a weak smile* come on.....let's go.....

Maan who by this time seemed to have managed to get over the shock himself at how he rudely and abruptly had yelled at Geet and banged his fist on the table, said nothing and without looking over at Geet moved towards the door as directed by Adi.

Geet: Eehhh....Emmm.....MK?? *Maan stopped midway*......are you...... ok? *as she raised up from her chair and took a step towards him only to be stopped by his hand which he raised to halt her in her steps without looking back at her*

Geet: Look I'm sor...sorry if.......

Maan: Hmmm......*with that said, he left the lunch court faster than Geet could imagine*

Geet felt bad....she had never seen him like this. She didn't mean to upset him..but then.....*wait why I am feeling bad....he's the one who acting strange...nto me....plus I said sorry na...toh phir.....nahi nahi......leave him....don't over think* But phir bhi....isse hua kya hai? Why's he gone sooo weird? He was fine before..........weirdo.........probably a boy thing......argh Boys smell!!!

Pinky: Chal Geet.....I'm really hungry......come on.....

They both made it back to their seats and began eating their lunches whilst talking about all the exciting things they will do whilst on the trip – though there was a chance that they may not be able to go – either if their names weren't pulled out or if one of them had to cancel due to the other not being pulled out, but they had made back up plans for that already – by having a week long sleepover at Pinky's house – so all was sought out for but they didn't want to put an end their hopes.

"Meera hurry up!!!" Pari shouted across the playground to get Meera's attention, who was somewhat lost and seemed to have been left behind as Pari advanced forward to get into the dinner queue. Both were just returning from rehearsals for the Christmas show and were feeling too hungry.

Seeing no reponse from Meera, Pari walked upto her and waved in front of her face.

Pari: Helloooo....Meera...........can you hear me?......What's wrong??

Meera: *just got out of her daze* huh yea yea...I'm coming......what.......lets go....why...huh...

Pari looked at her once and began laughing out loud

Meera: What?? What is soo funny.......why are laughing – tell me.....Pari.........are you gonna tell me or just like a monkey...tell me.....

That hit Pari at the right spot – Meera knew all too well that Pari hated being called a monkey and had used it to her advantage to distract Pari from asking her anything.

Pari: What....did you just call me.......??? Meera how could you?? I was being nice to you.........and you...you called me....a....a....THAT thing......Meera!!! That's it I'm not going to talk to you now! *and turned around only to walk into her older bro....Maan*

Pari: Big bro...... hey what a surprise!!!! Wow it seems like I haven't seen you for so long.....oh I missed you so much........you know you are the best.........you are like the only person who understands me and is nice to me....unlike some people I happen to know *looking towards Meera and then turning away*

Maan: Woah....hold it right there Pari....hmm....sooo it seems.....someone has had an arguement....with their best friend....hmm not good.....what happened?? *looking from Pari to Meera having gotten no answer from Pari*

Meera: uhh....well....uh........woh......

"I'll tell you.......your sweet little angel here was laughing her head for no apparent reason..and wasn't sharing the joke..." Dev shot in as he too joined them in their small huddle in the middle of the ground.

Meera looked at him, relieved at saving her...she smiled at him- which he retuned with a quick wink – which happened to have gone by unnoticed....well except for by Pari.......who didn't want to think much of it.....(or did she?)

Maan who was like the most oblivious to this all, was the first to speak

"Laughing...but...what's wrong about that? Pari.......Meera....what's the joke...tell us too...?"

Meera: That's what I wanted to know...but she won't tell me

Pari: Because you called me a monkey

Meera: because you kept on laughing your head off at me, did you know everyone was looking at you?

Pari: So what's so bad about that?

Meera: I wanted to know too....you didn't tell me

Pari: Oh yeah, and what about you...huh walking like a zombie in the middle of the ground...and then when I try to get you back to this planet – you tell me nothing but a load of jumbled words ..huh...what was that about then huh?? Tell me...

Meera: because that was because of Sasha.....*and covered her mouth with her hand regretting what she said*

SASHA!? Dev and Maan exclaimed together..........Maan's anger was back now........hearing Sasha's name brought back the thoughts he was trying to get rid of during lunch whist talking to Adi when Geet and Pinky had just come and interrupted.

Meera looked down as if ashamed by what she said, Pari put a hand on her shoulder to reassure and seeing a small smile creep up on her face, she turned to Maan

"Big Bro actually...I wanted to ask you something......woh actually.....erm....." *looking towards Meera and then Dev, thinking about how to start......*

Pari: Big bro...woh I wanted to ask........woh is it true? Is what Sasha...is saying....tt...r.true??

Maan looked at Pari – anger evident in his eyes and simply patted her head – "don't believe everything anyone says to you...." and went away leaving Dev, Pari and Meera a little lost.

Dev: Wait...you heard the same too......*looking towards Pari and then Meera's sad face- feeling the same pain within too...if only he could do something to take it away from her.....*

Meera nodded but Pari's face brightened up.......

Pari: Big Bro said not to believe anything right........but Sasha seemed so sure......but Big Bro's anger....hmm theres only one way left now......We'll have to ask the person this is all about

Meera's head jerked up and she looked at Pari with disbelief: you mean......we...no no Pari...we should just leave it...I mean if it was true – she would have told us.....no no....I dnt think.....

Pari:....no Meera, it's final...we're going in to ask her....and that's final!
