Lovely update Dew...You expressed Maan's pain beautifully...It is really heart wrenching to see both of them in such a pain...I hope Meera will persuade Geet to call Maan and meet him....Great update dear...keep writing.

Geet is now dialing another number & is waiting for an answer from the other end … who is maan BTW …

maan – helloo … helloo …. Helloo … kaun hain …

(Maan checks the phone number to see from where he got the call … the number is new to him …. )

Maan – helloo … jab phone kiya tho baath kyun nahin karthae … (then he quickly thinks that it might be geet … ) geet kya tum ho ….

Geet on hearing her name hangs the phone …

Maan now dials the number from where he got the call …

Geet picks up the phone but does not answer immediately … she answers but after a pause …. – helloo … helloo ...

Maan confirms that it is geet … but he does not hang up the phone … he is listening to her voice ….

They both remain silent for some time … as they both realise who is there on the opposite end … but neither of them build courage to speak to each other …. just stay calm with heavy hearts ...

(BTW this scene has already been written in my update … bcoz of no internet connection & me moving from US to India could not update to U all in time)

They both hang up the phone with a heavy heart … thinking what went wrong in their relationship ….

Maan again gets a call now … this time it is meera … as she is been trying to talk to him … since a long time …. as his phone line was busy she could not get hold of him …

Maan – helloo …

Meera – maan … geet ka pata chal gaya hain …

Maan – acha … geet kahan par hain meera …

Meera – geet yash kae ghar par hain …. Usnae geet ko Malhotra Industries main job diya hain ….

Maan – kya … geet nae Malhotra Industries join kiya hain …

Meera – haan maan … uss nae abhi mujhe inform kiya hain …

Maan - thank You meera … for the information … main tumsae baad main baath karungaa … bye …

Meera – bye … maan …

Maan to himself while coming back to delhi – "geet tum mere alava kisi aur kae saath kaam nahin kar sakhthi … main bhi dekhungaa ki tum kaise udhar job karogi …Ms.Geet Handa main tumhe mujhsae dur jaane nahin dunga…. "

Next day morning …. Geet sends bunty & babli to school … yash asks her to accompany him to office …. They both go to the office …

Yash – geet main normally office nahin jaatha hun … par aaj tumhara 1^st day hain … is liyae main tumhe office lae jaa rahan hoon … phir main thodi baad main office sae nikal jaaungaa … tumhe hi office ko sambhalna padega …

Geet – par yash …. Main tho nayi hun … aur aap bhi office sae chale jayengae … tho … main tho udhar kuch bhi nahin janthi …

Yash – geet tumnae …khurana constructions main abhi tak job kiya hain naa … tumhare liyae wo experience enough hain ….

Yash & geet both go to the office … when they reach the office they get to know that a meeting has been called by the board of directors & will be starting in a short while … yash & geet both attend the meeting …

In the meeting they come to know that the company is in financial crisis & they either need to get into partnership or sell the company … otherwise the bank will come & seal it … this all has happened due to Yash's negligence as he never concentrated on the business which his brother had developed …. he never attended office … so does not have any clue about what is going on in the office …

Yash – tho humein koi bhi bank loan nahin dae rahin hain …

(BOD)Board of directors – no sir no bank wants to give us a loan …. We lost that option too …

Yash – phir ab kya kar sakhthae hain …

BOD – the only solution is either get into partnership or sell the company….

Yash holds his head – ab kya karengae … bhai mujhae maaf kardijiyae …. Yeh sab meri laparwahi kae wajah sae hua hain … agar main business main interest letha tho shayad aaj yeh din dekhna nahin padhtha …

Yash asks his board to try – aap sab log ek kaam kariye aap log bhi investors doondiyen …. Main bhi try karungaa … agar koi humein milgaya tho … yeh hamara company kae liyae acha hoga … aur hum hamari company ko bacha payengae …

Yash leaves the office & asks Geet to take care of the office … & to search for investors for their business …

Geet to yash - kya ... main investors ko dundu ...

Geet to herself – "babaji …. Ab main investors kahan aur kaise doondhu … jis ko yeh sab karna chahiye tha wo tho dum laga kae baag gaya …"

While geet was thinking about investors she gets a phone call from someone who says that – we need to speak to the owner …

Geet – aap mujhsae baath kar sakhthe hain ….

other side – sorry maam … hamein aap ki boss sae hi baath karni hain … wo yahan par nahin hain tho …. hum unhae contact kar laengae ... hum yeh baath aap sae nahin keh sakhthae hain …

Geet – teek hain … phir aap unhein hi contact kariyen …

Geet hangs up the phone …& is now checking all the old files of this company … geet now gets another call after some time … this time this call is from yash …

Yash – geet … hamein investor mill gaya hain … aur maine partnership papers bhi sign kar diya hain ….

Geet – ithni jaldi … aap ko investor mil gaye …. Yeh tho achi baath hain … par aapnae ithni jaldi papers bhi sign kar liya hain …

Yash – haan deal acha tha .... sign kar liya … yehin nahin … hamein iss partnership ki khushi main aaj shaam ko ek party daeni hogi ….

Geet – party … aaj … shaam ko …

Yash – haan aaaj shaam ko … aur Hamare sabhi board of directors ko naye investor sae milaana padega …. Iss liye tum shaam ko ek party arrange karogi …. Aur party evening 8:00 ko start ho jani chahiye … aur sabhi ko invite kar dena … naya investor ko main invite kar letha hun …

Geet – par yash … ithni short notice main party … aur tumhe arragements kaisi chahiye …

Yash – wo sab tum dekh lena … yehin nahin … kal sae tumhara naya boss office ayengae ….

Geet – aur tum …

Yash – main office aaungaa … par kabhie kabhie … aur tum nayi boss ki secretary banogi … meri nahin ….

Geet goes to the party venue & starts arranging for the party exactly the same way she arranged the first party for Khurana constructions… the way maan wanted … the dcor of the hall was the same how he wanted that day … the food …. every thing the same all according to his taste …

Geet is dressed in a pale blue saree … she is checking every thing again to be on the safe side …

Geet to herself – "geet sab ek baar wapas check kar lena … nahin tho dhust dhanav tujhae baat sunaanae main koi bhi mauka nahin chodega."

Geet again to herself – " geet tu yeh kiskae khayalon main koi hain … yeh party tumnae maan kae liyea thodi arrange kiya hain … yeh tho tumnae yash kae business partner kae liyae arrange kiya hain …. hain naa ... "

Thinking about maan & the arrangements she made ... without thinking … it reminded her of the kurbaan hua night …. She danced with maan....

Geet – maan aapnae yeh mere saath aisa kyun kiya hain ….

Geet is lost in maan's thoughts but comes out of it … she is checking out the engagement ring …

Geet 2 her self – "geet tu kab samjhegi ki tumnae … khud maan ko apni duniya sae alag kiya hain … par maine yeh sab jaan bhuj kae tho nahin kiya …. Hamare saath Jo hua acha nahin hua … bahut ghalat hua …

Par Ab main kyun baar baar unko yaad kar rahin hun … Kya karun … jo bhi cheez dekhthi hun har ek cheez sae … hum dono kae yaadein judi hain aur sab main unki yaadein chupi hain … chahe wo coffee ho … ya white rose ho … ya phir yeh sab flowers (looking at the party dcor) ... ya phir party kae liyae order ki gayi italian food … har ek cheez ...

jab tunae unsae pyar kiya hain … tho un sae judi baathein bhi tho har pal tumhari saath rahengae … yaad tho ayengae naa … ithni asaani sae bhul thodi paayengae wo sab baathein … wo sab baathein agar ithni asani sae bhul gaye tho wo pyar kaise ho sakhtha hain geet … par geet agar pyar ho tho … bharosa aur viswaas bhi tho honi chahiyae … wo sab kahan chalae gaye geet … ek baar socho tho sahin geet … kahin kuch kamee reh gayi thi … isliyae yeh sab ho gaya … "

Yash enters the hall & geet is already present over there & is in her thoughts … all the guests start arriving …

Yash comes near geet … - geet … geet …

Geet comes out of the thoughts … she is been thinking about maan …. Geet is now looking at the watch …. – haan …

Yash - don't worry geet … tumhara naya boss time kae bahut paaband hain … he will be over here on time …

Geet – teek hain … main sab ek baar check kar laethi hun …

Geet is checking every thing again & taking care of the guests … her back is facing the door while the new partner has entered the party hall & yash is accompanying him …

will update if u all want me to continue ... plz let me know ... otherwise i will stop over here as the current story line has gone a bit ahead … so I am planning to stop it …
