And a little while later, it was Geet who wanted him, who teased him, until he could bear it no longer.

'Oh God,' he said afterwards "You are too young for me, you're going to kill me…but what a way to die." And then suddenly he wondered if he had committed a faux pass, and looked at her in horror, but she only laughed. It was all all right now, much to their joint amazement.

She forced himself to buy her a vanilla ice cream the next day, and they had a lovely weekend. They spent much time of it in their room, discovering each other, and the rest on the beach, in the sun, and when they got back to Delhi again on Sunday night, they made love again in her house; just to make sure it had the magic in her house. And Maan decided it was even better!

"By the way," he rolled over sleepily afterwards and whispered to her, "You are fired, Geet". He was half asleep but she sat bolt upright. What was he saying to her? What was all this about? She looked frightened.

"What?" she almost shouted the word in darkness, and he opened an eye in surprise. "What do you mean?" She was staring at him.

"You heard me. You are fired." He smiled happily.

"Why?" she was near tears. She loved working for him, especially now, and she was due to go back that week. This wasn't fair. What was he doing?

"I don't sleep with my secretaries," he explained, and then he grinned as he lay there. "Don't look so worried. I have a new job in mind for you." It's a step up, or it could be, depending on how you see it. How would you like to be my wife?" he was wide-awake now, and she looked stunned. She was shaking when she answered.

"Are you serious?"

"No, I am just kidding. What do you think? Of course I am serious. Will you?"

"Really?" she still couldn't believe it as she sat looking at him in disbelief and she laughed at her.

"Off course really!"

"Wow!"

"Well?"

"I would love to," and with that, she leaned down and kissed him. And he grabbed her.

She fell asleep in his arms; and as the candles were blown away; the couple slept cherishing the night of their unison!

The sunrays entering through the curtains were falling on Maan's face. His face was naturally glowing. And the rays all the more added to his charm. The sunlight made him get up. He couldn't get up as his Geet lay in his arms. . She was sleeping but still a smile was playing on her lips. He thought that she might be remembering about what happened yesterday night; he grinned; at the innocent face of his love! The rays were also falling on her face and to avoid them he moves more closely to her. She could now sense he was very close but was still in a daze. He slowly removes a strand of hair and puts it behind her ear. He for the first time was very close to her and he could now easily see how beautiful she looked. The sunlight added to her beauty he thought. He didn't feel like waking her up but couldn't concentrate anywhere so decides to wake her. He gets even closer; bends down and gently makes his lips meet hers. She not knowingly responds but with much more passion and intensity that now all her weight his body bore. Now she was atop him. She was passionately kissing him in her sleep also and she finally parted. Only one word came out of her mouth; "I love you Maan."

He slowly made her sit next to him. His arms automatically went around her shoulders. What ever happened last night was just what both were thinking of. He takes out a small box from the drawer where he had kept it safely; it was a ring. The 7 cut diamond was embedded with MG finely printed on it!

He slides it over the ring finger; and gently kisses her hand!

Tucking strands of hair behind her ears; he said

Maan: "Main tumse bahut pyaar karta hoon Geet. aur aaj main vaada karat hoon tumse; ki tumhara har pal main saath doonga. Har faisle main main tumhare saath rahoonga. Tumhare har sapne ko hakikat main badoonga. Haan Geet; yeh tumhare Maan ka vaada hai tumse."

Geet with tears in her eyes; cupping his face; just said a thank you!

Geet: "Maan main jaanti hoon ki jab tak hamara pyaar hamare saath hai; main khush rahoongi! Main bhi aapse bahut pyaar karti hoon. Mere liye aapse badhkar ahem koi nahi; mera baccha mere jeevan ka atoot hissa hai; lekin us jeevan ke haqdaar aap ho maan; sirf aap!"
