Chap - 1

Gunjan walked aimelessly on road.She sat on the nearby bench and went into a deep thought.His image floated acrossed her mind.A small sweet smile appeared on her face.But soon the smile faded as the realisation hit her.She loved him whole heartedly but he didn't.The chain of her thoughts broke as soon as her phone rang. Who the hell was calling her in midnight? She avoided the phone a few times.But she couldn't control it more.She picked it up.

"Gunjan Beta! Where are you?" a old woman exclaimed.

"Dadi Maa....I...I was....I mean....I am coming home." she stammered and hurried to her home.

She walked into the house.Her eyes downcast.She was afraid that Dadi maa will ask her why is she behaving so diffrently these few days? She went to her room and saw Aaditya crying continously and Dadi Maa pacifying him.She took Aaditya from her and tried to mollify him.

"No baccha! Good Babies don't cry! Shhhhhh"

"See Mumma is here! Did you miss your mother baby?'she asked him pinching his nose slightly.

"Muuuuummaa I louve youuu!" he was overjoyed to see her mother.

She told him a Raja-Rani story and he slept peacefully on her shoulder.She placed Aaditya on the bed without a single jingle.She noticed the glance which her grandmother gave her.She stared her at the envelop kept at the nearby table.She felt very helpless and miserable.She wished that she could die some way or the other.She gave a quick glance the table again.She sighed.She had to do it.It wasn't any ordinary letter.It was the appointment letter "SHERGILL ENTERPRISES".And He was the so called MD of "Shergill Enterprises".He don't deserve to be the MD atleast as I think so.She had to join the "Shergill Enterprises" and work with that 'Ugly Vicious Person'.It would be the toughest challenge to her and she couldn't just run away like a coward.

"I will think about the Appointment Letter Dadi Maa."she tried to rush the topic.

"Beta! you can't hide from him forever.You will have to face him one day or the another.Then why don't today? " she exclaimed.

"But How can I-"

"You can Gunjan" she tried to cool her down.

"Okay!" that was all she could say now.

She sat on her bed reading the Appointment Letter.Tears started forming in her eyes,her vision blurred.She quickly wiped off her tears.Why it always happens to me!?? I didn't do something to anyone then why me?

It all started in the college.Excel College.He used to be the Basketball Star of the college.He was the heart throb of the college.Girls drooled around him.'Samrat Shergill'.

My happy and peaceful life ended that very day when I came to Mumbai,The city of Dreams.I met him on the very first day.

P.S.-Don't get confuse! Aaditya is Gunjan's son.
