Devyani,Chandni and Gunjan are chatting and laughing at the Coffee house.Suddenly Gunjan's eyes fall on Manav who is sipping coffee and watching Gunjan.
She thinks:Manav is here...
She blushes when she realizes that Manav's eyes are fixed on her face..
She goes to him leaving Devyani and Chandni in wonder.
G:Manav...you were here?I did'nt know that.
Manav thinks:You never know my presense even when i'm with you.
Manav smiles simply.
G:What a pleasant surprise!How did you vanish so fast yesterday?
Manav says in his mind:I wanted to be with you for more time.But i doubted whether you will like it.But now your eyes say that you crave for my presense.I hope so.
Manav gets up:Ok..Gunjan..i'm going.
G:Ok bye.
Manav goes.Gunjan does'nt move till he vanishes completely.
She goes back to her friends.
D:That is the business man Manav.Right?
G:Yes.
D:Saw him at yesterday's party.Why did you go to him?
Gunjan smiles simply.
D:Yesterday i was shocked to see you dancing with him when he asked you to dance with him.Today he came here.You went and spoke to him.Is it love?
Gunjan becomes shy.
D:Gunjan..be careful.We can't trust these rich business men.For them girls are a time pass.
Gunjan's joy fades from her face.
C:Manav Gareweal?No way.Adi knows him.He is a nice guy.
Gunjan smiles.
D:But love exits only in the beginning.After some time the sweetness of love disappears.Earlier I and Druv used to crave to be with each other.We used to find time to roam about.But now..Druv is always busy in his hospital.When he gets free time i'm stuck up in the school.Now there is no romance in our life.Life becomes boring fast in our busy life.So don't think this excitement will last forever.I don't believe in love.
C:I don't think so.I believe in love.I know Adi since our college days.Our romance has'nt gone sour.Still we have candle light dinners and a walk on the beach.But Gunjan..i forgot to tell you one thing about Manav.I heard that he is a divorcee.
G:He divorced only once?

G:No never.I know that he divorced his first wife.Did'nt he remarry?
C:No.He is single.He did'nt marry after his divorce.
Gunjan's face becomes gloomy.
C:What happened Gunjan?Suddenly you went to some other world.
D:Still thinking of Manav?
G:Yes.
D:After knowing that Manav is a divorcee also you are thinking of him?
G:Yes.I can never stop thinking of him.Because i can't forget him.
Chandni grins:Gunjan is out of control.Deeply in love with Manav..
D:What rubbish!Gunjan..you don't know anything about Manav.You don't know how his character is..why he divorced his wife..then how can you fall in love?
G:I'm not falling in love now.I fell in love with him long ago.
Chandni and Devyani are wondered.
D:What?You have seen him before Adi's birthday party?
G:Yes.Our first meeting took place long ago.And i know why he divorced his wife.

G:We had a different reason to split.
D:What is that?
G:I was in Nainital orphanage.Orphans have no right to dream of marriage.Who will marry an orphan who does'nt know anything about her own birth?But Manav was willing to marry me.Our head mother was happy about that and she told me that i'mlucky to get a man like Manav in my life.I dreamt a lot about my life with Manav.

Flashback...
The head mother gives a red lehenga and ornaments to Gunjan.
She:Usually orphans get married in a simple manner.But Manav wants you to look grand on the wedding though the wedding is simple.So he requested me to hand over the wedding dress and ornaments to you.
Gunjan smiles.
She:You are lucky.That's why Manav chose you from the girls he saw here.
She blushes.

Gunjan wears the red lehenga and ornaments for the wedding.She feels secure and confident when Manav ties mangalsuthra around her neck.

Gunjan sits on the bed like a shy bride.When Manav enters the room,she craves to look at his face.But she is too shy for that.
Manav sits near her and looks at her face.She is nervous as well as happy.
He realizes that.
M:Don't be nervous Manav.It's me.Not a stranger.
Gunjan lifts her eyes slowly and looks at him.There is a sweet smile on her face.
G:Thank you for accepting me as your wife.If you had'nt married me,i would have lived the rest of my life as a spinster.
M:Why?
G:No one marries girls from orphanages.You are great.
M:I'm not great Gunjan.You are mistaking me.
G:You are very down to earth.
M:There is a reason for marrying you.
She looks at his face seriously.
M:I was in love with Soniya.
She is shocked.
G:Soniya?
M:My ex-girl friend.She deserted me when her parents found a richer guy for her when my business started falling.I managed to bring success again.My bisiness is going well now.I want to take a sweet revenge on Soniya.I want to make her jealous.That's why i married.

He signs the paper.

She feels that Manav is pricking her heart.She tries her best not to cry before him.

Gunjan is numb.His words fall on her deaf ears.

The next morning...
Gunjan brings coffee for Manav.Manav had just woken up from the bed.
G:Manav ji...Coffee..
He grins:Manavji?Call me Manav.I prefer that.
He takes the coffee and sits on the sofa.
M:You also sit Gunjan.
Gunjan sits near him.
He sips coffee.
M:Did you drink coffee?
G:No.
M:Why?
G:I don't feel like drinking tea.
M:Ok.
Suddenly he sees the clock.
M:Oh!Time goes so fast.I have to get ready for the meeting.
He keeps the tea on the table and runs to dress up.
G:You drink finish drinking coffee.It was bad?
