Part 4

After 15mins Meher was ready with her and Heer's belongings. Prem was waiting for Nihaal's call.

As soon as Nihaal informed him that there is a person just standing outside Meher's apartment Prem got tensed. He went to window and saw that a well built man was lurking around looking for and open window or door. He called Meher near him just by her reaction he knew that man was none other than Rishab . He will deal with him later right now he has to get Meher and Heer out safely. He consoled Meher and told her nothing will happen as he is here. He will not let Rishab touch a hair of Heer. He called Nihaal.

Prem ' Nihaal, can you distract that man you told me about for 5 mins. Take him somewhere out of site and don't let him see the door of apartment keep your mobile on so that I can hear when you have distracted him. And then come to my apartment and see that no one follows us.'

As soon as Prem heard that Nihaal has distracted Rishab he asked Meher to pick there baggages and he went to pick up Heer from her room. They got out from the apartment quickly and reached his car in time to see that Nihaal was having trouble in keeping Rishab distracted for a long time. They quickly got in and drove away at full speed. They reached Prem's apartment within 10 mins. Soon Nihaal followed. Prem carried Heer in one of the spare bedrooms and asked Meher to settle in with Heer. He called his housekeeper Tony and instructed him to take care of Meher and Heer and to prepare a meal for all of them right now.

While Meher went to her room Prem asked Nihaal that he will explain everything later on but first he should call all his friends – Aayan, Ranbir, Nishant, Milind and also Preet Meher's fianc. He want all of them here as soon as possible. He went to check in Heer and Meher. When all his friends were there including Preet he told all of them about Rishab and what happened with Heer. Preet was very grateful to him for saving both Heer's and Meher's life. When Preet said that he can take Heer and Meher back to his house Prem said no he cannot take the risk because maybe Heer has already told Rishab about Meher's engagement with him. Together they all formulated a plan as how to how to deal with the situation. In the end it was decided that Meher would leave from office along with Preet and he would drop her back here at Prem's apartment. And as far as Heer was concerned Prem decided he will work from home and Meher will get him files and report back in evening. If Prem has to leave the house for any important thing Meher will stay back. And meantime rest all Prem's friends would try to be friends with Heer so that she could trust anyone of them if need to be alone with them.

They all had dinner and returned to their respective places. Morning when Heer woke up she was shocked to see a new place and was about to scream when she saw Prem entering the room with a food tray. She relaxed a bit and was about to question him but he stopped her with a gesture.

Prem ' Heer before you ask me any question you better be quite , get some food into you and we will talk then.'

Heer was about to say something again when he said 'don't even think about opening your mouth except to eat. So eat otherwise I will feed you myself.'

After Heer finished eating Prem set aside the tray and said ' now ask what all you want to.'

Heer ' Prem how come I am here. Last I remember we were in Meher's apartment and suddenly we heard someone banging the door violently. The Meher peeked through the door hole and went numb. When she didn't answer me I peaked through myself and after that I could not remember anything. All I remember is I saw Rishab before darkness claimed me. Oh god Meher where is she? Is she alright ? Prem I need to get her. Rishab will hurt her. '

She was frantic with hurry and was busy getting out of bed when Prem stilled her with firm hands on her shoulders. 'wait Heer. Meher is safe . don't worry about her . She is in office right at this moment. So don't worry nothing will go wrong now that I am here.'

Heer 'can I talk to her. I will not be able to relax until and unless I hear her voice.'

Prem ' ya sure.'

After talking to Meher Heer was relaxed.

Anagd ' Heer don't worry nothing will happen to Meher or to you. I will noit allow that Rishab near you or Meher atleast by 50 meters. So relax. Can I ask you something .?

Heer 'what is it Prem? '

Prem 'Heer why are you not ready to divorce Rishab. I mean look at the way he treated you. Is it the first time he behaved like that with you? Was he abusive before that also?'

Heer couldn't answer him. She remained quite and Prem got his answer. Just thinking about it had him filled with rage again. He was amazed at himself that he was still sitting here and was not out there beating the crap out of Rishab.

Prem 'Heer you need to testify against this man. Why are you not? Is there anything that is stopping you to testify against him?

Heer 'Prem I need to go back.'

Prem 'go back where?'

Heer 'Prem Rishab is my husband. I have to be back at home. I don't remember how many days it has been since I am here. I need to get back now.'

Prem 'Heer are you mad. You want to go back to that person who gave you so much pain. No you are not going back. I can't see both the special ladies in my life in so much pain. You don't know what state Meher is in seeing you like that. So you are not going anywhere. If I have to lock you inside this room forever I will.'

Heer 'Prem you don't understand. I have to go back to Rishab otherwise we all will be ruined. I know Rishab. Believe me if the cost to protect my loved ones is to stay in hell with that beast I am ready to do that. But I wont let him harm him her.'

Anagd 'Heer what are you talking about. How will Rishab try to hurt someone and who are you talking about….ur loved ones. All I know is that its just you and Meher. Your parents died in a car accident and your relatives abandoned you. So its just leaves you and Meher.'

Suddenly it stuck to him that it must be Meher whom Heer is trying to protect. But what could be possibly wrong with Meher. He mussing over his own thought when he heard Heer saying 'Prem move I need to leave now.'

To buy time Prem said 'Heer wait if you want to go I wont stop you from leaving. But I think its not good for you to leave right at this moment. It seems Rishab is very angry at this moment. Stay here for a few days and let his anger cool down then you can go.'

Heer thought for a moment and Prem was praying silently that Heer would buy this so that he will get some time to sort out this whole mess. At last Heer agreed and Prem heaved a sigh of relief.

Now Prem thought he has to act fast otherwise he won't be able to help Heer.
