heyy amazing post again but please dont make geet so superior... and maan so restless... it looks as if maan is an inferior... maan waiting for her till she finishes her work... maan making breakfast for her.... hes hot as he is... ,... but an exceptional work tho... u hv an amazing writing talent..=)

hey its not about one of them being superior.. its just that he is in love and has been doing things he never generally does.. and people in love when smitten do behave like tht.. and in anycase.. in the coming parts... you will see how geet makes errors as well.. right now its all rosy.. and for us to show that they are in love, his level of accomodation is necessary!

hey thanks!

i think ill try making it one of these days! dekhe toh sahi... tadke waala pasta taste karta kaise hai...! tehre is something about Indian Masalas i tell you!!
while i love italian myself.. the indian touch to it wouldnt be a bad idea.. and now since i used it on our Maaneet.. i am tempted to try it myself..!

Part 6:
The next day Geet is working in her cabin as usual, getting a model for her next dubai project ready. She prays to Babaji that she shouldn't mess up this time either. This time around she is determined to get a few words of praise from maan. She tells herself..
"Haar baat daant khaate rehti hai tu geet.. iss bar.. Maan sir se acchi baate sunne ke liye tayar hoja…"
Just as she looks at a raw sketch of the model she has made of a school, she thinks, yeh kaisa school hai, jahan pe swimming pool bhi hai.. aur fir, computer with local internet? Aur movie ka hall bhi? Yeh sab yahan pe rahega toh bacche padhayi kahan se karenge.. yeh paise waale bhi na…!
As she thinks of all this Adi comes there with huge file that is as fat as Geet herself…
Geet: Adi sir! Yeh kya hai? Aapko yeh meri judwi behen kahan se mili….
Adi: geet yeh, maan sir ne diya hai… aur unhone kaha hai ke tum yeh sab study kar lo.. aur kal subah unhe briefing chahiye…
Geet looks at the huge file and says… " itni moti file.. aur who bhi ek raat main?
Geet: sasha maam ne isko dekha…
Adi: haan hum sab ke paas ek ek copy hai.. aur yeh waali tumhari….
Geet: agar main yeh sab padh paati, toh, main bhi sasha maam ki tarah architect ban jaati haina sir?
She gives Adi a five. And she is laughing when… unknown to her.. there is Maan on the other side of the room, watching all this.. he notices Geet with Adi and an unknown feeling takes over him.. and he cant explain it.. the only thing that he knows is he doesn't like it…he makes a child like hurt comical face …
Adi: don't worry geet, mmmain hhoonn nnnaaa… main tumhe sab samjha doonga.. itna difficult bhi nahi hai…
Geet: sach sir? Thank you! She shakes hands with Adi… ( innocently).. pinky also comes there to check on whats happening…
Both Adi and geet are on one side and Pinky on the other and all three of them are talking.. and from what Maan can see… he doesn't understand why he is feeling that possessive about Geet… he didn't have a problem with Adi.. and he had also seen the three of them bonding together earlier… he also knew, they were her only support system in the office other than him… but he didn't like it…he grits his teeth and picks up the phone…and dials it…
Maan: geet.. abhi mere cabin main aao…!
Geet nods and sends Adi and pinky away…
She knocks the door and enters…
Geet: ji sir.. aapne mujhe bulaya…
Maan: Ab.. zaahir si baat hai.. maine call karke tumhe.. andar ane ko bola toh.. maine tumhe bulaya hi hoga na! bina wajeh main tumhe call kyun karoonga.. ( fumbling and mumbling within himself)
Geet: ( is a little confused ) .. Jee sir… batayiye…
Maan: aa.. wo… kaam.. haan.. project ka kaam.. kaise chal raha hai…
Geet: theek chal raha hai na sir… Adi sir meri help kar rahe hai..
Maan is angry.. but hides it… and says…
Maan: kyun? Uske paas karne ke liye khud ka kaam nahi hai kya…
Geet: wo baat nahi hai sir.. actually…. Wo file.. itna mota hai.. aur usme kuch ajeeb ajeeb si baatein likhi hai na… toh..
Maan: oh! Toh tumhe project samajh main nahi aaya?
Geet shakes her head meaning to say .. not even a bit..
Maan: oh! Toh… mujhe pooch leti tum.. main samjha deta na…
Geet: (surprised) sir aap?
Maan: haan main…! Kyun?
Geet: nahi sir… main aapse kaise pooch sakti hoon.. aap toh bahut busy hote hai na.. aaj aapki meeting hai oberoi main… aur uske baad apne dadi ko vaada kiya tha ke aap unko beach ko drive pe le jayenge…aur fir…
Maan: ( under his breath) yeh ladki secretary ki secretary hi rahegi.. kya karoon main iska…
Geet: Sir?
Maan: haan geet ( kinda exasperated)
Geet: aur kuch kehna tha sir? Mera matlab hai.. ke project.. main
Maan: Maan Singh Khurana se important kaam kya ho sakta hai tumhare life main Miss Geet Handa… ( saying this he walks up to her.. makes her sit on the chair and rest his hands on her shoulders…and Geet slowly moves them from there)
Geet: Haan sir! Agar main yeh kal tak khatam na karoon toh mere team mates mera bharta bana denge… aur fir.. meri naukri.. fir log…( she sounds all hassled when she says this.. and maan has to ask her to quieten)
Maan: kuch nahi hoga… mera meeting khatam hote hai.. dadi maa ko bahar le je kar waapis aane ke baad main tumhari madad karoonga okay?
Geet: sacchi sir?
Maan: promise.
Geet: thank you sir.. thank you very much ( all happy and jumpy) toh main jaun sir?
Maan: huh.. haan.. jao .. aur acchi tarah se kaam karna ( with a tinge of sarcasm)
Geet nods and is about to reach the door when maan says…
Maan: aur haan Geet…Adi ya kisi aur ko kuch poochne ki koi zaroorat nahi hai.. main shaam ko tumhari madad karoonga na.. aur fir.. akele try karo.. issey tumhara dimaag aur kaam karega…! Haan!
Geet innocently nods and leaves… and maan says…Phew!

Maan is at the oberoi, meeting the client, but the client hasn't come yet-normally maan singh khurana would have gotten annoyed, but today, he is mentally preoccupied… he is thinking of geet.. he see's a couple sitting on another table and imagines geet is with him.. with this..he smiles to himself... he wonders what geet must be doing and dials her number….
Geet: hello!
Maan: geet… ! tum kya kar rahi thi…
Geet: sir, main aap hi ke bare main soch rahi thi.. aur aap…
Maan: main.. wo.. kya karoonga.. client ka intezaar kar raha tha…
Geet: sir! Aap intezaar kar rahe hai? Aur wo abhi tak aaya nahi..
Maan: haan.. kyun?
Geet: aur aap gussa nahi ho?
Maan: ( wondering why she asking all this…) kyun.. tum pagal ho gayi ho kya?
Geet: Sir meeting 5 baje kit hi na?
Maan: haan
Geet: zara ghadi pe nazar daaliye..
Maan: its quarter to 6! Itni der ho gayi.. yeh aadmi aaya kyun nahi abhi tak…
Geet: ab aap maan sir lag rahe hai. Waise itni der tak aap kar kya rahe they
Maan: wahi jot um kar rahi thi…
Geet blushes… and she says.. sir… jaldi se kaam khatam kee jiye aur ghar aa jayiye.. main aap ka intezaar kar rahi hoon…
Maan smiles.. he likes the idea of someone waiting for him… and that too geet…
Maan: geet wo.. client aa gaya… main rakhta hoon..
He hangs up..!
Geet here is sitting with the huge file, nothing going into her head… she holds it.. does dumbels with it… and says… "bas babaji.. ab mujhse nahi hota…" she puts it aside…

Maan on the other hand at the party.. finishes his deal.. but notices that the couple next to them, are dancing.. the guy arranges for flowers, champagne, as well as a ring for the girl.. and he serves cake on the house… the waiter tells them… the guy has brought this girl on their first date and he is making sure he gives her a night to remember…The girl is so touched she takes the mike and announces how happy and moved she is with all the love the guy has showered and for making her feel special… she says.. she will never forget the this night…
Maan: sab fizul ki cheezen hai ye he says.. looking away…
Girl: ( who over hears him) ji bilkul nahi… yehi saari cheezen hoti hai jo aage jaake acchi, aur kabhi na bhoolne waali yaadien banker eh jaati hai…
Kya aapne kabhi kisi se pyar kia hai?
Maan doesn't say anything, just blushes…
Girl: toh kabhi aap bhi yeh sab try karo… agar ladki khush na hui, toh..aap mera naam change kar lena…

That evening as maan is driving back home, he remembers all those things that the girl had told him-though he wants to divert his mind he cant from the whole thought.. he reaches home with a determined look-he dials a number and says… main neeche hoon… intezaar kar raha hoon…
A few moments later, dadi comes down and gets into the front seat of the car…
Dadi: she says.. ek minute maan koi aur bhi humare saath aane waala hai?
Maan: koun geet?
Dadi: nahi.. lekin agar aap chaho..toh main usey bhi bula sakti hoon.. she takes her phone to dial Geets number when maan stops her..
Jus then dev comes and sits at the back seat of the car and says…
Dev: naintara apne kisi party pe gayi hai.. so I finally have my freedom.. aaj main apne family ke saath time spend karoonga…
They drive towards the beach.. see loads of couples…
Dadi: dekho beta maan, kitne pyar lagte hai log pyar main.. aap ko bhi mere khayal se ek ladki dhoond leni chahiye.. jise aap date pe le jaa sako.. jise aap special treat kar sako..
Maan: please dadi.. aap fir se…
Dev: bro toh kabhi mujhse kuch kehte hi nahi…
Dadi: lekin chupa rustam hai tumhara bhai.. mann hi mannapne secy ko chahta hai.. lekin batata nahi .. Maan beta kyun na aap usey kabhi ek date pe le jaaye.. kisi acchi si romantic jagah pe…
Maan: aap sab log pagal ho gaye hai..
Dadi: how unromantic maan!
Dev: dadi! Par aap toh badi romantic hai…
Dadi: aur nahi toh kya… humare zamaane main aapke dadaji aur hum long drives pe jaaya karte they humare Ford anglia me… wo bhi kya din the… ladki ko khush karna… matlab khud khush hona.. kab samjhenge Maan aap… !
Dev: yeh baat toh apne sahi kahi dadi…
Maan doesn't say anything, but a thought has entered his head by now! He masks it with seriousness though.

Precap:
Maan and Geet working till late at night-there is a power cut-Geet is scared-she clasps his hand real tight and they come real close! Will they kiss?
Will Maan Singh Khurana actually plan out a date for Geet?
Scene:( at the conf hall)
Geet looks really scared as Maan says... " miss geet handa.. aap koi doodh peeti bacchi toh nahi, ke har baar aapko ungli pakad ke chalana shikhaya jaaye... yeh prepare kia hai aapne? disgusting... he throws the file across the table...!!! attrocious!!
Geet has tears in her eyes...!!

guys! the week starts tomorrow, so i wont be able to post so many parts.. may be one at the most! its been fun writing :) and please ignore the typos.. esp with the vowels.. i mess them up when i type fast.. LOL
