'Hey, Khanak shut your mouth, or else you want a lollipop?' Shaan mocked at Khanak as he started driving
'Shantanu, aren't we supposed to go to Dulwadi?' Khanak wanted an answer from Shaan
'Khanak, I'm taking you where you belong to, my beautiful wife' it wasn't the first time he complimented on her beauty
'Well, I don't think that I should go back to Mumbai again. I know I was your wife and our contract is over' Khanak cannot believe what was going around
'For your kind information, we didn't do a contract marriage, and then you are still my wife, so where ever I go you have every right to be with me' Shaan kept on explaining in his own style
'simply being the wife of you doesn't mean that I have to go back again?' Khanak twisted her lips like a kid
'what's wrong with you Khanak? you could ask me directly what is going on your mind. ok? by the way, what had happened between us last night wasn't an accident. I was concious as well as you were. I don't regret it, infact I think I should have done it before' He went on talking proving himself as a straight forward guy.
Khank looked at his eyes while he talked 'what?' she shouted back in surprise upon hearing his last statement
'of course Khanak, you know me right? Shantanu Kandelwal, the most handsome and coolest guy you could ever see' he said with having a huge grin on his face
'Shantanu, this is not funny, I'm serious' Khanak couldn't take his words seriously
'Khanak, if you are one hundred percent serious then I'm two hundred percent serious' he was still talking like a teenager
'ok, stop the car now' he stopped the car as she ordered him. She opened the door and tried to get up from the seat. It was then she felt his strong hands holding her wrist
'she was tossed back to her seat and he moved closer to her 'Khanak, I'm not joking, tell me what can I do to make you believe my words?' he held her chin with his thumb and forefinger
She looked at his eyes and saw the affection that she hasn't seen before. His eyes expressed his inner feelings. The feelings he have for her
He leaned closer to her again, slowly yet carefully so that he can see her eyes. She felt his warm breaths and closed her eyes.
'Khanak, open your eyes and look at me. look into my eyes and feel what I want.' he muttered into her hair
She felt that her heart beat quickened and closed her eyes again.
He traced her lips with his fingers. He wanted to kiss her swollen lips again. He moved his face closer to hers. It was then they were taken back with sound of a lorry that was passing by
