Hola people!! I hope you guys remember me! I know that I've disappeared without any prior intimation. But I just couldn't help it. My college started 3 months ago and I had to give up coming here. Although in between I did try to come, I couldn't update this one. I'm genuinely sorry about that. I sincerely apologize. *kaan pakad ke*
I'm glad with the wonderful response I've received for the previous chapter. Thank you! Here's the next update. If you forgot what happened in the previous chapter. Here it is.
And about the boy, although you all have guessed it right, I'd still like to go with what I've thought and put my idea like I had earlier thought. I'm a little surprised as to how come none of you all asked me what was Her POV in the previous chapter. Anyways, here's the next chapter.
UNTIL THE LAST MOMENT
Chapter ' 4
Nupur reached her class and asked her teacher's permission to get inside. But before she got in, she did look back to see the guy who had held her a few minutes ago. She turned only to find him still standing there. She was quite surprised and immediately turned around and went into her class.
She was the tallest girl, so she was made to sit in the last bench, which was adjacent to the door. But this time, she didn't dare to look towards the staircase.
"What if he's still there?" she thought.
She sat down and opened her Physics text. Concentrating on the subject was quite difficult. Obviously, she hated Mathematics, Physical Sciences and Chemistry but she loved the teachers who taught these particular subjects. That was the main reason she never said a word against these three subjects even though she hated them.
Ms. Surekha had been teaching about 'Dynamics'. Nupur listened to the chapter carefully and made notes but her attention was getting diverted for every few minutes.
She didn't know what was happening with her. After 45 minutes, the bell rang and she let out a sigh.
"Finally!" she muttered.
Meanwhile, all during the first period, Samrat and CJ were planning against Mrs. Sarita Nair, their English teacher, as to how to teach her a lesson.
Suhani and Adhiraj had their Mathematics period. They were sitting together and Suhani was quick at solving problems. As soon as she solved a problem, Adhiraj would raise his hand and say the answer aloud. Suhani was sensitive and short tempered. She kept quiet for some time. But when Adhiraj, rose to tell the answer once again, she decided to play with him. She had written the wrong answer. Adhiraj without checking it said the answer aloud, only to get a good lecture from his teacher.
The next hour was English for Nupur. She loved English. She listened to the class intently. After 45 minutes the bell rang. It's time for recess.
"Gosh! Although I love English, the class was quite boring!!" she said to the girl sitting beside her.
"I agree" said the girl and smiled.
Once out of the class, she met with Suhani and Adhiraj who were arguing about something. If they didn't, then it's a matter to discuss.
"Guys! Stop fighting right now! I'm fed up of your constant fights" Nupur said irritated.
"I didn't start it Nups!" said Raj.
"Neither did I!" said Su glaring at Raj.
"Enough people! I'm off to meet Bro. See ya!" she said and made a move.
"Bro?! Or the guy?" asked Su in a teasing tone.
"I'm going to meet Bro. I'm still in two minds as to whether I should meet 'him' or not!" she said confused.
"There is no harm in meeting him Nups" said Su while Raj continued, "And he is a very good friend of Sam. No worried at all" he said with an assuring smile.
"Thanks guys! I'll go and meet Bro and the Sharma guy. Bye! See ya!" she said and hurried off downstairs while Su and Raj got back to their fight.
* * * * * * * *
Nupur reached Samrat's classroom. Samrat was busy talking to CJ. She leaned on the door and called him out. Both Samrat and CJ walked out of the classroom.
"Hey sis! How have you been?" he asked.
"Good" she said lost somewhere.
"What's wrong?" he asked taking her away from others while CJ got back to the class.
"Nothing! I met a guy in the morning and I gave him my ID card!" she said flatly.
"What? You gave your ID card to someone you don't know! How can you do that?" he asked utterly shocked. As far as Nupur was concerned, she never tries to mingle with strangers. It's true that she didn't like being around girls but being around strangers is something she hated the most.
"Well, that's a long story!" she said yawning.
"Nupur!" he said with a raised tone.
"Bro! It's not important. I'm here to meet the Sharma guy. So, it would be a pleasure if you call him and introduce me to him" she said sarcastically.
"You will not meet him unless you tell me to whom you gave your ID card" he said angrily.
"Fine! I'm happy with not meeting him" she said and tried to move away only to be stopped by Samrat.
"Nupur! I want to know all of it. RIGHT NOW!" he said.
"As you wish! But don't interrupt in between. Do you get that?" she asked.
"Okay!" he said.
She started, "I met him today morning. He was near the basement area. I guess he is a part of the Student Council which was recently elected. Mr. Rohan had given me the details of the upcoming tournament and asked me to plan the strategies and also asked me to form the team. So, I was busy thinking about it and was aimlessly walking. None was around me. The steps were damp and I held onto the railing. But when I reached the basement area, I lost my balance when I was about to take the second half of the stairs. And fell right into his arms."
"What? You fell into his arms?" he asked shocked.
Completely ignoring him, she continued, "I was very scared and was confident that I'd break at least 2 or 3 bones. But when I realized that I didn't fall down. I sighed and opened my eyes only to be lost into a pair of chocolate brown eyes."
"What? You were staring at him? Nups!! Why didn't you come out of his grip?" he asked gritting his teeth.
Again ignoring him, she continued, "I perfectly fit into his arms. His lips twitched into most beautiful and contagious smile I'd ever seen. To add to it, he had such cute dimples!! I so badly wanted to place my own lips on his!" she said dreamily.
"What? Nupur!! Have you officially lost all your marbles?" he asked absolutely terrified with the thought process of his sister.
Yet again she ignored him. And continued, "He had spiky hair. I had an insane urge to ruffle it but I resisted."
"Thank God! You saved yourself from making a fool out of yourself" he said sarcastically.
Once again she ignored him. "He had broad shoulders and also perfectly built body."
"How on Earth did you know that? Don't tell me that you stripped him off!" he said a little worried about the guy.
This time she glared at him and continued, "My hands were on his shoulders. And slowly my left hand slid down his shoulder while I placed my right hand on his chest. So, that I don't hurt myself with his 'stars' and also get a better support."
"Thank God! I assumed something else" he sighed but continued, "Why on Earth did you need support when you can actually get off his hold? That would be much better" he said glaring at her.
Without answering his question, she continued, "I looked from top to bottom. He had the perfect built. His physique was awesome! He looked nothing less than a Greek God! And then, I got back to staring into his eyes. Those chocolate brown eyes'"
Cutting her off in between, "Finally, you were done with checking him out. And for your kind information, I remember, you already mentioned about his eyes!" he said shooting daggers at her.

Meanwhile, the guy reached Nupur's classroom. As soon as he reached the classroom, all the girls stared at him.
He walked to a girl and asked her, "Hey! Do you know Ms. Nupur Bhushan?"
"Of course! Who doesn't know her?" she said rolling her eyes.
"Can you tell me where she is? I can't find her anywhere here" he said looking around.
"Well, she went to meet her brother, Samrat Bhushan. Class 9B, downstairs" she said and left without he asked her any further questions.
"Okay. Thank you!" he shouted behind and left to meet her.
* * * * * * * *
"Bro!! Stop being all possessive and jealous. You know that I hate it when you behave all brotherly" she said laughing at his frowning face.
"Nupur! It's not funny at all. I love you baby. That's the reason I'm all possessive" he said a little hurt by her words.
"Aww' my brother is upset! I'm so sorry" she said making a cute puppy like face.
"It's alright!" he said hugging her and continued "By the way, you didn't tell me how you lost your ID card!"
"Oh, yeah! I forgot. The bell rang to break our perfect moment. Damn bell!!" she said cursing the bell.
He chuckled and said, "Thank God! At least someone was there to get you back to reality" he said sticking his tongue out.
She glared at him. "In a hurry to get back to class, I moved away from him only to get bumped into him once again. Then, our ID cards got entangled so I gave him mine so that I rush back to class on time" she said a little sad.
"Aha! That's the end of the story I guess. But what's his name?" he asked.
"I've no idea. Let's leave it. You were supposed to introduce me to that Sharma guy. That's the reason I'm here I guess" she said.
"Oh, yeah! I forgot. Let me go and look for him. I guess he'd be in his class. Wait right here. I'll back in 2" he said and rushed off.
Nupur stood there thinking about the guy she met in the morning. Automatically a smile crept on her face. And soon she was lost in his thoughts.

"Dude! Where is Mayank?" Samrat asked Uday.
"I don't know man! I'm also searching for him" Uday said.
"Okay! See you around" Samrat said and moved out of the class.
He came near the door and looked back to see any familiar faces so that he could ask them about Mayank. Without looking where he was walking, he bumped into a guy.
"What the'" Samrat trailed off.
"Sorry dude! I was preoccupied with something. I didn't notice you" said the guy.
"That's absolutely fine Mayank. Come along with me. I wanna introduce you to my sister" Samrat said smiling.
"Sure! Let's go" Mayank said and both started walking towards Nupur.
* * * * * * * *
Nupur was still lost in his dreams. She was staring into space and was smiling to herself. When she felt a tap on her shoulder, she turned around.
"Finally, you are'" she trailed off.
"Nupur Bhushan!" Mayank said aghast.
"You know each other?" asked Samrat confused.
"Bro! He is the guy whom I met in the morning" Nupur said still staring at him.
"Oh, The chocolate brown'" Samrat said winking at Nupur.
"Shut up Bro!" she said turning red.
"Ahem, ahem" Mayank coughed to grab their attention. Both the siblings looked at him.
"Hi, I'm Mayank Sharma" he said sticking his hand out.
"Hi, Nupur Bhushan" she said shaking hands with him.
"Nice to meet you, Nupur" he said smiling at her.
"The feeling is mutual" she said grinning at him.

That's it for today. I know it's kinda short but that's all I could come up with. Sorry! My next update will be only in December. Since I didn't update from a very long time I wanted to give you all one. And my first semester would end on 30th November. After that, you'll get updates more frequently I suppose.
