Part-2:

Both samrat and mayank went to a restaurant and having food and simultaneously chatting with each other.

S: mayank tumhaari tho lottery lag gayi yaar. Nupur mil gayi tujhe.

M: shut up samrat. Agar mujhe nupur milgayi tho iska matlab tumhe bhi gunjan mil gayi.

S in a sad tone: dude agar mujhe gunjan aaj dikhegi bhi tho kisi aur ki patni ban kar dikhegi isi iye main use milna nahi chahtha hu.

M: samrat aisi baatein mat karo. Lets hope for the best.

They finished their lunch and went to respective houses.

Sharma's residence:

Mm: tho office ka pehla din kaisa tha?

M lifted his mom and turned her around and left her.

Mm: kya baath hai aaj mera beta bohut khush nazar aa raha hai?

M: maa mujhe nupur mil gayi. Can u believe it aaj Mumbai me pehla din hi mujhe nupur milgayi. I am so happy maa…….. I am so happy.

Mm: mayank tum itni khush kabri itni deir ke baad bol raha hai? Magar tune use ghar kyun nahi laaya. Mujhe use dekhne ka aur baath karne ka bohut man kar raha hai.

M: maa main use 3 saal baad dekh raha hu aur main use yuhi ghar le aau? Aur vaise bhi vo abhi mera shakal tak dekhna nahi chahthi hogi…. Agar is vaqt main uske saamne gaya tho uski aankhon main sirf aur sirf dard dekhunga. Again changing the atmosphere, but u don't worry maa main use aapke paas zaroor le aaonga…….ye pakka promise hai.

He smiled at his mom and went to his room and dozed off thinking about his sweet wife.

Next morning:

He got ready as early as possible and went to office to meet his dearest wife. When he went only some people came and many are yet to come and his sweetheart is one among them. He went to his cabin and called to his PA to bring the list of all candidates who are working in the office. The assistant handed over the papers containing the list of all staff of their office. But nupur's name was missing in it. Mayank was shocked. He called his PA to his cabin.

After sometime:

Somebody knocked the door .

Pa: may I come in sir?

M: yes please……..

P: sir aapne mujhe bulaya?

M: yes Mr. Joshi ye aapne jo file diye hai usme ek candidate ka naam missing hai …… kya main jaan saktha hu reason kya hai?

P: sir could you please tell me that whom are you talking about?

M thought that she might have said that she is unmarried. So he thought to mention her as miss rather than mrs.

M: vo miss. Bhushan ke baare main……

P: sorry to say this but there is no one in our office naming Miss. Bhushan sir……..

M: how can it be happen? I saw her yesterday in office in that desk.

He pointed the desk in which he saw her.

P: sir, the lady who was sitting is a temporary employee in our company. She just came to design some of our required projects. And she is not Miss. Bhushan but she is Mrs. Nupur Sharma sir.

Mayank was sad initially to listen that she is just a temporary employee but he was on cloud nine when he listened that she addressed herself as Mrs. Nupur Sharma……….

His face was covered with a 1000 watt smile and he is in his own world of nupur.

P: sir, is everything alright?

M: yes Mr. joshi every thing is alright. Perfectly alright and if its not I will make it right…..

He said this thinking about her but Joshi could not understand what he is talking about… so he kept quite.

P: sir, can I leave now?

M: yes Mr. joshi but could you please give me the contact no. of Mrs. Nupur Sharma? Actually we were friends long back and lost contact with each other and I want to meet her again.

He covered his question with a reasonable explanation only to avoid each and problem that may arise for nupur.

Joshi gave nupur no. and left.

Mayank was so much happy that he is going to get his nupur back in his life after 3 long years which passed like 3 yugas for him.

But he was in a dilemma whether to call her or not. She may not speak with him but he want to talk to her, listen to her voice. But he can't. he finally saved her no. in his mobile but didn't called. He thought when time comes he will definitely call until then he should just wait for the appropriate minute to come.

He reached home. He rang the door bell and when his mom opened it he could clearly make out that something is wrong and that is clearly visible on his mom's face.

He asked his mom immediately.

M: maa kya huwa? Aap ka chehra itna sad kyun hai?

Mm: kuch nahi tu jaa ke fresh hokar aaja main khaana lagathi hu.

He thought it's not the right time to ask so, he quietly went to his room and freshened up and then came to have his dinner. Instead of having the dinner he went to his mom and held her hands in his and asked her.

M: maa kya huwa hai? Aap zaroor mujhse kuch chupa rahi hai? Please maa ……batayiye na kya huwa?

Mm: kuch nahi beta tu pehle khaana kha le

M: maa main 3 saal se appke paas nahi tha kamsekam aapke chehre tak dekh nahi paaya abhi jab main aa gaya tho ab bhi aap mujhse aapke dukh share nahi karenge tho ……..

He was about to say something but stopped after realizing that his mom is sobbing very badly.

M: maa??? He looked at her with questioning eyes.

Mm: aaj……..aaj…..aaj maine nupur ko dekha…

M: kya? Kab aur kaha?

Mm: jab main market ke liye jaa rahi thi tho maine ek beed dekhi thi aur jab main vaha pohunchi thi tho nupur behosh main padi thi. Maine use hospital legayi aur........

Flash back:

Doctors checked nupur condition and said that nothing serious. Its just because of sun stroke and they injected her a glucose bottle.

Mm: doctor ji kuch serious tho nahi hai na?

D: jee nahi bas doop ki vajeh se chakkar aagaya aur maine glucose bottle bhi laga diya thodi deir main use hosh aa jayegi aur aap use shaam ko ghar le jaa sakthe hai.

Mm: thanku.

D: ok but she needs some healthy food like fruits, milk etc…

Mm: jee doc I will take care of her.

Doctor left and mm went inside nupur's room and she is admiring her daughter –in-law when suddenly nupur's phone rang. Mm saw the screen and it flashed the name 'arjun' on it. She picked up the phone in order not to disturb nupur.

A: nupur tum kaha reh gayi kab se phone laga raha hu…….tum kuch bol kyun nahi rahi ho?

Mm: jee main nupur nahi… actually nupur road pe behosh hogayi thi so main use hospital le aaya.

A: kya? What happened? Ab use kaisa hai aur ab vo kaunsi hospital main hai?

Mm: ghabrane ki koi baath nahi hai. Bas thodi si chakkar aa gayi aur hum city hospital main hai.

A: ok thank u so much main abhi vaha aa raha hu.

Within no time arjun reached the hospital and entered the room with a worried expression on his face.

A: nupur…….. nupur ko kya huwa?

Mm: dekhiye aap chinta mat kijiye ab vo bilkul tik hai.

Arjun held mm's hands and said with tears in his eyes.

A: aapne aaj kisi ajnabi ki nahi balki meri nupur ki jaan bachayi hai. Agar aaj nupur ko kuch hojaatha tho ek nahi do jaan jaathi thi. Main aapko kaise shukriya aada karu mujhe samaj main nahi aa raha hai.

Mm: please do not thank. I know her very well. She is just like my daughter and it is my duty to save her.

Arjun just smiled at her sentence. But mm's eyes were filled with tears by the concern showed by this person.

Mm: main abhi aati hu. Aap yahi rukhiye.

A: jee tikh hai. Main yahi rukhtha hu…….. Seeing nupur's face………meri nupur ke paas.

Mm leaved from there and came with a bag of fruits and when she was about to enter the room she heard him talking alone to nupur who is sleeping peacefully on the bed and as she has a doubt on this person she decided to listen what he is going to say.

A: nupur aaj tho meri jaan jaathe jaathe bach gayi. Aakhir jab meri jaan khatre main hai tho main kaise jee saktha hu. Agar tumhe kuch ho jaatha tho mera kya hota nupur? Hamaari angel ka kya hota? Hum dono tumhaare bina jee nahi sakthe nupur…… ek pal bhi nahi…….. vaise bhi mera pyaar tumhe hamesha har musibat se bachatha hi rehtha hai. Haina? Ab jaldi se tumhe hosh aajaye aur hum jaldi se ghar vaapas chale jaaye………

Mm has tears in his eyes. She never thought that nupur will leave his son forever and ever and move on in her life. She could not control her tears. She handed the fruit basket to a nurse and asked her to keep it inside the room and silently skipped from there.

Flashback ends.

Mm: maine tumse pehle hi kaha tha ki nupur ko chod ke mat jaa. Use us waqt sabse zyaada tumhari zaroorat thi aur tum the hi nahi uske paas……. Bechari kitna dard sehi hogi vo bhi akeli……..

M: tho main kya kartha maa? Aisi hi chod deta nupur ko? Kya usko apni maut se ladne ke liye akela chod deta? Nahi maa main kabhi aisa nahi karsaktha. Us waqt maine jo bhi kiya uski bhalayi ke liye hi kiya hai . maine apne liye ya apni career ke liye nahi nupur ke liye nupur ki jaan ke liye gaya tha. Aur aaj vo jaise bhi ho main khush hu maa. Kamse kam usko koi tho milgaya us se pyaar karne wala. Kamse kam vo akeli tho nahi hai na maa meri tarah……..

Saying this he broke down and left from there without even uttering a word. His eyes were filled with tears.

Note: guys don't kill me for arjun. He will play a vital role in patching up mayur. He is not a negative role and yes he is in love with nupur but nupur is unaware of it and will never know about it. Don't worry all is well that end's as well. So guys chillax.

And now I am waiting for your comments and joothas and chappals for making u tensed by introducing arjun and please do press the like tab.
