Part-8

Recap: Raj & Naina have nice time in Delhi where they meet Brigadier Mehra about the case and also found out that BC knows about them and approves their decision. All cadets have great time at Darjeeling and Abhi & Naveen talk about bring Raj & Ritu closer.

Now:

The next morning, Naina wakes early as she used to, and she came out of the guest room to find that Raj was still asleep as the door of his room was locked. Naina headed for the bathroom to get ready and within few minutes, she got ready for the day. Raj still hasn't woken up, and Naina thought it was due to long journey and driving the previous day. She was thinking when the door of his bed-room opened, and he came out in his night clothes rubbing his eyes tiredly.

Raj- Good morning, I can't believe I slept so much'

Naina- Good morning. I think it was due to yesterday's long driving. Anyways get ready while I get the breakfast ready.

Raj- It's ok. Once I am ready, we can go out for breakfast. You don't have to.

Naina- I don't cook that bad so get ready.

Raj smiled and went to the bathroom to get ready, and when he came out, Naina already put the breakfast on the table. Raj couldn't believe how delicious it smelled. She came with two mugs of chai in her hand and indicated him to sit down for breakfast.

They both ate their breakfast and Raj felt that he was in heaven as he was eating home cooked breakfast after a very long time.

Raj- This is delicious Naina'

Naina(smiled)- I told you I am not a bad cook.

Raj also smiled in return and he was about to ask her what they were doing today, he got a phone call from Naveen. He indicated Naina not to say anything while he answered the phone.

Raj- Haan, Naveen bol'

Naveen(on the phone)- Raj, when are you coming back? We all are waiting for you. You told that it was only half day worth of work.

Raj- Sorry yaar, but I guess I will meet you guys back at KMA after four days. I got some other work to finish while I am here and it's important.

Naveen- All right, by the way do you have a phone number of sherry because naina didn't give me one when they went for Darjeeling.

Raj- Actually, sherry didn't give me hers either but don't worry about them, they are together so let them have fun. It's just for four days'

Naveen- I guess you are right. I will see you later bye..

Raj- Bye and have fun.

Naina- So, bhaiya was asking about my number?

Raj- Yeah, and thank god that you didn't give him or he would have caught your lie. By the way can you give me sherry's?

Naina- now you are behaving like typical older brother. She is fine and you can trust my friends because I trust them. I will make a call to aalekh right now ok'

Naina made a call to aalekh.

Aalekh- Hey Naina, everything is good so far. We all are going for skiing right now. When are you coming?

Naina- I am afraid, I won't be able to but have fun and we will meet at KMA.

Aalekh- That's bad but all right and you have a great time with your parents. We will see you later'

Naina- Bye.

Raj- So they are having fun'

Naina- Yeah they were thinking about going to skiing.

Raj- good, now what's our POA for the day.

When they reach at the spot, somehow huda, aalekh & sherry decided that it was best to leave ali & pooja alone obviously having witnessed mutual attraction between them. So while Ali was going at a slow pace teaching pooja how to ski, all three of them took off telling them that they will wait at for them at further point.

Ali blushed understanding his friends' efforts while pooja was completely unaware as she was interested in learning how to ski. In the process, she fell over twice on ali and twice ali pulled her to him to save her from falling. It was a pleasure moments for both of them and pooja realized that for the first time, she totally forgot about rohit and enjoyed herself with ali.

On the other side, huda was showing his best moves to impress sherry while skiing, and he unfortunately fell down and bruised himself and both aalekh and sherry broke into grin as they witnessed those hilarious moments. Aalekh helped huda go down while sherry enjoyed passing some comments on huda's state.

Ali & pooja were down after sometime, and they both laughed when sherry told them incident with huda. Eventually they all had great time for the day and they all were tired so after the dinner they all went straight to sleep. After that all three days passed where they visited various tourist attractions and had fun together.

On the other hand, Naveen and abhi had to forget about their romantic outings as Raj wasn't there and they couldn't leave ritu alone. Ritu came so much closer to all of them in just one day and became so nice friend with her sweet attitude. Suriji and lolitajee spent their all time with each other while Naveen, Shalu, Abhi, nandini and ritu spent their time playing cards, watching movies or going out on walking together.

Naina told Raj that she had an informer who used to work for Kunal and he passed so much information about his case to them after his death. She was going to meet him in the afternoon alone as he had remaining information to give it to her. Raj refused flat out that she was not going to meet him alone.

But Naina assured him that he was harmless and their friend and she also allowed Raj to be nearby in case something happens. Raj reluctantly agreed as he knew he had no other choice.

In the afternoon, Lieutenant Gorpade told her to meet him at cogonut place; and Naina met him there.

Gorpade- This is my last time to meet you nainaji'

Naina- And why is that? Are you in any danger or someone knows about the case?

Gorpade- No, not at all. Actually my transfer orders are out and I got posted at Ladakh in border areas so from now on I won't be able to help you but today I am going to give you all the files and final information about kunal sir's case. From now on, it's your responsibility to prove him innocent and carry out your duty.

Naina- I will do that and that's my promise to you.

Gorpade handed her key to some locker and gave a piece of paper where the location of that locker was written.

Gorpade- You can find all the files and some coded letters of Captain Kapoor; you have to decode the information and find out the secret that will help you in future. All the best. He handshakes her and left from there waving his final good bye.

After few minutes, Raj and Naina were together at the location and they took out all the files and useful information from the locker making sure that nobody was following them to find out what they were up to.

Later in the evening, once they got back at Raj's apartment with files, naina was partially happy to find some useful information at last.

Naina- This will help us a lot, don't you think?

Raj- It will, but since all the information is in code, it will take us long time to decode it but we will get on it as soon as we are back in KMA.

Naina nodded happily, and seeing her happy, a small smile came on raj's face.

Raj- So are you hungry because I am since I haven't had any lunch.

Naina- I can cook something for us.

Raj- No need, you had a busy day as well so I will order something while you can freshen up.

Naina went to fresh up while Raj ordered Chinese food and when he himself also went to fresh up. When they both emerged out from their rooms, Raj adored that how beautiful naina looked even in her night suit with her hairs in loose pony tail. He was about to say something when the delivery boy knocked and he answered the door and took the food in while paid him.

Naina was surprised to see her favorite food on the table.

Naina- How did you know that I liked Chinese food?

Raj- I don't. I ordered because I like Chinese food.

Naina- well we at least have a common food choice that's nice.

Raj smiled and soon they both dig in to eat dinner as they both were quite hungry.

After dinner, Raj pulled out an old comedy movie to watch and they both sat on the sofa to watch the movie. Soon after raj saw that naina was asleep when her head rested on his shoulder comfortably. He resisted an urge to tug back the loose hair behind her ear and picked her up and put her on her own bed in the guest room. He made her comfortable while covering her with blanket and went to his room to sleep.

The next day, Raj finished his work what he was supposed to do while in Delhi and naina went for some shopping and met some of old college friends there. Both Raj and Naina left a day early back to KMA to reach there before everyone else to avoid any suspicion.

Everyone else also arrived next day and the whole day passed when all five cadets told their stories about the trip to Naina while Raj spent his time with his friends as all of them knew the appraisals were starting the following morning and none of them knew that who the officer in charge of appraisals was. All of them went to sleep peacefully and soon drifted off in deep slumber.

It was 3:00 a.m. in the night and they're sound asleep when the academy's assembly alarm goes off, startling all of the cadets and faculty members waking up.

Everyone make their way to the main assembly area where all faculty members are now standing around, concerned and most of the cadets were annoyed as why their sleep was being disturbed?

Pooja- Who the hell is disrupting my sleep mode; at first we don't have time to recharge our batteries and now this virus' uff

Sherry- I think someone has gone mad, it's just 3:00 in the morning, and we are not at war.

Aalekh- apun ko daru ki zarorrat padegi phir se sone ke liye'

Ali- I think it's something important so pay attention..

Everyone looked at the stage when they heard a stern voice and they found a bald man in his army uniform with disgusting look on his face.

Hearing his voice, all cadets try their best to stand in attention while Naina, Huda, Ali & Aalekh exchanged glances at the site of the man whom they hated very much.

"Why don't you all start to jog around the mountain' and keep jogging until I tell you to stop." Major Bhargav indicated in a shout and everyone started to jog with displeasure and anger.

Major Bhargav now came forward to faculty members where most of them didn't like him and it was Raj and his friends.

"Ah, what a pleasure to see you all again after such a very long time." He tells them, "It's been many years since your batch graduated, hasn't it?"

And seeing the man standing there in front of them, everyone stood in attention with displeasure look on their faces.

"Yes Sir," Naveen tells him, "It had been many years."

"Well, I am looking forward to next two weeks in KMA." MB tells them.

"We are too, sir" Abhi sarcastically answers.

And all of them dissembled to raj's room as they all knew how difficult it's going to be for cadets in next two weeks and there were so many issues to discuss at MB's arrival.

Part- 9

At KMA, the arrival of Major Bhargav had been like the arrival of a devil in disguise of him. From cadets to faculty members, he thought everything was not up to his standards. First he ordered cadets to jog for the remaining night and then he gave faculty members half an hour to get ready for the meeting. Major Niar liked him as he was just as evil as himself. BC was not at the meeting or at the academy as he was on some official work while MC was in charge during the time of appraisals; so it was too bad for everyone at KMA.

The faculty members were in a meeting room waiting for MC, MB wondering how hard and horrible would it be for cadets as well as for them to spend next two weeks under MB and MC's rules. Ritu and Lolitaji weren't there either.

Shalini- Ab ek iski hi kami rah gayi thi KMA main? In ko koi aur officer nahi mila appraisals ke liye?

Naveen- Kismat hi kharab hai hamari & cadets ki jo MB ko phir se hamari zindagi main bhej diya…

Abhi- Hum to phir bhi zhel lenge aur we don't have to worry that much as we are not his cadets any more but first year cadets are going to be hysterical for two weeks.

Nandini- Poor cadets, poori raat jogging karvayega ab unse…

Suriji- Bachcho ko kam se kam sone to deta waise bhi kahan waqt milta hai un logo ko apne tough training se…

Raj was silent all through this conversation as he was thinking something so deeply.

Naveen- Raj? Kahan kho gaya? Tujhe MB ke aane se koi zhatka nahi laga kya? You hate him much more than any one of us…

Raj- Nothing yaar, I am just thinking about our particular fifth batch cadets. I hope those six behave themselves or they will get more likely to be in trouble with him. Cadet Huda doesn't talk to us properly and Sherry is always hostile to everyone and other four are not so discipline followers either…

Naveen- Oh shit, if he comes to know about their past then he would make their lives hell.

Abhi- well we will try our best to save them for next two weeks from getting into troubles with MC or MB.

But they didn't know one thing as MB already hated Naina, aalekh, ali and huda as it wasn't the first time he was meeting them. They already had their experiences when the gang was at NDA. Only Major Bhargav didn't know of their presence and it was just a matter of time when he will find out that they are in KMA.

The conversation was stopped as MC entered followed by Lolitaji, Ritu and MB.

Major Bhargav gave a short warning speech to all of them saying that they better not support cadets or try to cover their mistakes while he was here, but none of them were considering that warning as they couldn't let cadets go through what they went in their first year.

Meanwhile, our favorite six didn't even bother to start the jogging. It wasn't because they couldn't do it (well of course it was difficult for pooja and sherry and Huda wasn't too keen about exercising at night.), but they decided not to follow Mogambo's rules (Huda gave him that name when he first arrived at NDA) and all four of them very well knew the true nature of Major Bhargav so even if they obeyed his orders, he won't let them live peacefully so they knew the next two weeks were difficult and hard specially for them and it was just like war time.

Ali already explained to sherry and pooja about what kind of officer was Major Bhargav and pooja frowned at the thought of his punishments that ali described they have gotten at NDA from Major Bhargav. Sherry wasn't bothered as she wasn't scared of him or punishments. Pooja was scared at first but seeing her friends and ali's support (of course) a courage came in herself and she decided to be with her friends. She thought that she could survive any punishment as all her friends are with her.

Major Bhargav started from end point of jogging on mountain to start point to stroll around and to check along with suriji as he thought suriji needed a bit exercise (poor suriji) and noticed cadets lying on the ground exhausted and he made comments about future of the army and called orderlies to help cadets to their rooms. Finally, he and suriji made their way to first point just two kms from where the jogging was started and he was initially shocked to see four familiar faces relaxing with two other girl cadets.

Huda was talking as usual about his charm and others were enjoying his hearty flirt with sherry and sherry's counter back comments with their eyes closed lying on grounds on breezy morning. Huda opened his eyes to see MB with a shocked and angry face and suriji with concerned face.

Huda (got up saying, sarcastically)- Guys wake up, there is someone here to welcome us…

Everyone opened their eyes and saw MB standing there so everyone stood up in attention.

MB- Well well well… The whole gang is here and I see you already added two new members to your gang Cadet Huda…

Huda(sarcastically)- Good morning sir, it's so nice to see you again.

MB(with same tone)- Well yes, it's really a pleasure to see you here too. By the way I know that you guys are my far favorite cadets but I never knew that I was your favorite teacher.

Aalekh- Wo aap ko nahi, suriji ko dekh kar bol raha tha…

MB gave a smirk to them that he was going to enjoy next two weeks with them and cadets knew his smirk.

MB- By the way, who are the new comers?

Sherry- Cadet sherry gehlot…

Pooja- Cadet Pooja ghai sir…

MB- Well, so the daughter of powerful minister and Captain Rajveer's sister has decided to join military. That's something new as I have heard about your previous stunts too.

Sherry(shrugged)- Well I have heard a lot about you too sir…

MB- Very well, so answer me why haven't you jogged like your batch mates as ordered.

Naina- We weren't up for it and I know that no one even made it to the end point any way…

MB- Well at least they tried… You six, on the other hand didn't even make an attempt to do something. You all are useless bunch of people and you are ruining the future of army. It's not that your past records are any good. You all are sent here to improve and change but now it looks like that I have to make you understand what the rules and discipline is; and I will teach you that…

MB (sternly)- First of all, you all need to be disciplined and all of you have been thrown into solitary confinement for 24 hours without any food. Suriji, call orderlies to take cadets away.

Suriji- Sirji, bachche hain jane dijiye, doobara aisa nahi hoga…

MB- Just follow the order suriji, now…

Aalekh- Sir, suriji ko kyon takleef dete hain aap, apun log khud hi aata hai na aap ke saath…

MB left from there telling them to report at his office in half an hour with anger as his punishment didn't have any effect on any of the cadets.

All six of them just took shower, freshen up and got ready and came to the MB's office in half an hour.

Suriji was surprised that cadets were ready for punishment like they were going on some picnic. He already informed about this to other faculty members, and Naveen, Raj & Abhi also tried to talk to Major Bhargav but MC warned them not to support them as they are their family members.
