"Curse you and all you stand for! Hate, misery, vanity...may you never feel what it is to be loved, may you never win someone's heart. The day will come when you thirst for someone's affection and may you never recieve it."
He stared at her face for sometime, decapitated, hideous and grotesque. "Crazy old woman," he muttered under his breath as he began to shut the door.
"It wouldn't be wise you know," she warned him, something eerie coming over her voice.
"It would be wise if you never had asked me for shelter in the first place," he retorted.
"You couldn't offer me shelter, you have shown that only vanity and pride is within you heart...but you must remember son, that pride is the fall of a great many."
He couldn't take it anymore, she had done enough, daring to taunt him on his own estate. He slammed the door shut on her, stood there for a moment and then turned around to see his servants standing in the large foyer. They began to walk away one by one, but suddenly the lights began to flicker and finally gave out to the darkness.
"Whats going on?!" he spat at his servants. None of them answered, he turned around to go out and check the main switch himself but the door wouldn't open. He tried and tried again but to no avail, he was trapped! Trapped inside his own home!
Then her voice filled the room, "I asked and you never let me in, and now you will never be able to get out, everyone can leave, except you...the day you learn to lose your pride and selflessy learn to love someone else, is the day these doors shall open...remember the enchentress's curse."
