Part 7

1 aur din hanste khelte khatam hua.Muskaan and Riddhima
walk together after school.Muskaan's house comes first
so they stop there and talk
Mu:So? aaj Nishant bhaiyya aa rahe hain?
Ri:Haan.[with a sigh] chalo dekhte hain kya hota hai.
Mu:[trying to cheer her up] Oye! jo hoga achcha hoga.
Ri:Hmm,hope so.
Mu:Arre yaar,aaj Saturday hai phir to tu Monday ko hi
bata payegi ke kya hua.
Ridz gives her a quissical look.
Tu call to karegi nahi aur main bahar jaa rahi hun
to mera bhi pata nahi.Anyways mujhe first hand
account chahiye samjhi?
Ri:Haan maharani saheba.Ab jao.[with a smile] Bye.
Mu:Aise nahi.[singing]HUM HAIN RAAHI PYAAR KE
PHIR MILENGE CHALTE CHALTE.
Ri:Chup nautanki.😆

Monday aa gaya hahaha!!!!!😃😆

Muskaan had told every1 about their after school talk.
So the gang was impatiently waiting 4 Riddhima.
She entered with a huge smile.
Ri:Heya! kaise ho? kya haal chaal? maze me ho na?
At:Ridz tumhari tabiyat to theek hai na?
Nu: Haan ye kya bole jaa rahi ho?
Ri:Arre baba!Aaj Monday hai right?[every1 nodded]
Hum last mile Saturday ke din?[same response]
1 minute me duniya idhar ki udhar ho sakti hai to 2 dino
me kya kuch nahi ho sakta?
Mu:Oye! bohot ho gaya.😡Seedhe seedhe bata kya hua?
Ri:Theek hai suno.

Flashback

Ridz reached home and was greeted by Rexx as usual.
She went in her room and freshened up.Nishant bhaiyya
hadn't arrived till now.It was nearing 4 o clock when
some1 knocked at the door.Ridz rushed towards it and
found a tall lean figure with a bag in 1 hand looking grimly
at her.
Ri:[with slight tears in her eyes]Nishant bhaiyya!
(Oye Maanchi!I don't know about how it all happened so I'm
just penning down my thoughts)
He hugged her and they went inside.Padma and Adi had gone out
so they had plenty of time to discuss things.
Ni:Riddhima mujhe sab shuru se batao.
After she explained she said in a grim voice
Ni:So tumhe darr lag raha hai iska asar tumhari studies par
hoga?
She nodded teary-eyed.
Ni:Hmm.Theek hai I'll see to it.Tum jao aur padhai karo.

Oops maine Nishant bhaiyya ke baare me nahi bataya.Well
he's Ridz ke cousin.Bade bhaiyya whom she loves to the core
and he too loves his sis and can do anything to make her smile.

Itna kaafi hai.Aaj hi wapis aayi hun.After a few hours perhaps
you'll get another update.

Part 7 [II]
Flashback continues
Phir shaam me Armaan aur uski family ko dinner par invite
kiya tha mujhe nahi pata kisne kiya.Phir dinner ke baad
Nishant bhaiyya ne sabko bataya ke main itni jaldi ye sab
nahi chahti aur iski wajah se mere studies par asar ho raha
hai.Sabne socha phir....[pauses]

Phir mujhe nahi pata.The next thing I knew mujhse ring
waapis maangi aur engangement toot gayi.
Flashback ends

At:Haila! Armaan ne kuch nahi kaha?
Ri:Uske chehre par jo expression tha wo mujhe samajh nahi aaya
Ud:I think I know.Bechara dukhi hoga.Pehli pehli engangement
toot gayi.
Di:Shut up DoDo
Sam:Nahi candy.Shayad Uday theek keh raha ho.
[Uday pulls his collar up]
Nu:By God! Zindagi me pehli baar aisa hote hue sun rahi hun.
Mu:Oye! Lagta hai tere bhaiyya ka bada rob hai.
Ri:[smiles] Of course mere bhaiyya hain.
Gu:Hmm.Ant bhala to sab bhala.
**(Is it really the end?)**

A few days passed.
Ri:Hey aaj Adi ka birthday hai.
Sam:Cool! Use meri taraf se wish kar dena.
Nu:Meri taraf se bhi.
Ri:Arre! Kyun? Tum log nahi aaoge kya party me?
Ra:Wo actually Riddhima,papa ne sab ko dinner ke liye
invite kiya hai.Main tumhe abhi wohi batane waala tha.
Ridz ka mooh utar jaata hai.Poor girl.
Gu:[looks around n says]Waise bhi hum tumhare bhai ke
birthday par kya karte?Hum to use theek se jaante bhi nahi.
Ri:[with a fallen face]Agar tum log aate to main sabko tum se
introduce bhi karwati.Lekin anyways its OK.Phir kabhi.
Ra:Lekin haan batana ke party kaisi thi aur photos zarur
lana.
Mu:Aur haan ye bhi batana ki dishes kaunsi banayi thi aunty
ne.Mujhe unke haaton ka khaana bohot pasand hai.
[Ridz apna khana sabke saath share karti hai]
(Maanchi dekho kitna jhoot likhna pad raha hai)
Ra:Bhukkad! Hamesha khaane ke baake mein hi sochti hai.
Mu:Oye! Tujhe kya karna hai?Main kuch bhi karun.
Their usual banter starts n as usual...
Ni:Bachao! Bachao! Help! Ye lad rahe hain.
All:Chill Nikki!

The next day
Mu:Ridz aa gayi!
Ud:Kaisi thi party?
Ri:Tumhara dinner kaisa tha?
At:1st class.
Nu:Haan uncle aunty bohot achche hain.
Ud:Khana to unse bhi achcha tha[licks his lips]Yum !
taste abhi bhi mere honton par hai.
Abhi:Riddhima tum batao party kaisi thi.
Ri:Achchi thi.Lekin tum sab ko Armaan ke baare me kuch
batana hai.
Ud:Kya?Use khana pasand nahi aya?Nahi ata to mujhe bula
lete main kha leta.
Di:Shut up DoDo.Kabhi to khaane ke alawa kuch aur socho.
Ud:Par Dits..main to bas...[stops n keeps a finger on his lips]
Sap:Tum bolo Riddhima.
Ri:Party me jab sab dance kar rahe the tab Armaan ne mujhe
bulaya aur kaha...[is interrupted]
Mu:Kya?Wo bhi aya tha?
Ri:[continues]Hmm.Use bhi bulaya tha.Ab wo sirf mera friend hai.
Ni:Phir?
Flashback
Ar:Riddhima mujhe tumse baat karni hai.
Ri:Haan Armaan bolo.
Ar:Tum soch rahi hogi umm....wo...
Ri:Kya hua?
Ar:Maine tumhe engangement ke liye excited nahi dekha tha.
Ri:Wo...mujhe engangement nahi karni thi.
Ar:Kyun?Mujhe to lagta tha ki ladkiyon ko ye sab bohot
achcha lagta hai.
Ri:Main unme se nahi hun.[pauses]Par 1 bat puchun?Tum itne
khush kyun lag rahe the?
Ar:Main tumhe yahi batana chahta hun.Actually meri 1 gf hai
aur hamara jhagda ho gaya tha to use jalane ke liye maine
haan kaha tha.
Ri:Tumhare ghar me kisiko uske baare me pata hai?
Ar:Nahi.Agar sab kuch theek chalta to main khud sabko bata
deta aur engangement toot jati.
Ri:OK.Waise uska naam kya hai?
Ar:Maya.Par ab hamare beech sab theek hai.
Ri:I'm happy for you.
Ar:Errr...Riddhima tum ye ring rakh lo.As a friend ye main
tumhe de raha hun.
Ri:[hesitates initially but then takes it]Thanks.
Ar:Dosti me no sorry no thank you.
Ri:[in a bored tone]Bohot purani line.Tumhare pass kuch original
nahi hai kya Mr.Armaan Mallik?
At this both burst out laughing.
Flashback ends
At:Haila!Iski to 1 gf already hai.
Nu:Aur hume lag raha tha ki wo dukhi hoga.
Ri:Anyways guys it's all fine now.
