EXCITEMENT ABOUT THE PROM NIGHT

Every one is at their home.

Atul: I am so excited,Anjali finally said ye to go out with me, now I will not leave this opportunity to impress her.( suddenly he became sad)but what will I wear ? ( he went to his wardrobe) I don't have good clothes( while he was checking his clothes)nothing is good here'.( suddenly he found something)awww'' I got it ( he took out a suit , a blue coloured blazer and trouser and went to the mirrorr to check how he looked.) yes it suits me, Nikki gifted me this last year on my birthday and she said I look good in it. Whoope'''.

Anjali:(checking her wardrobe )awwwwwww'''. What to wear?( to herself) I am unable to decide what I will wear. I have to look good and stunning, like I always do, its my last prom night at college.

( she checked all her new clothes and selected a beautiful blue one piece dress and went to the mirror to see it ,she liked what she saw and praised her self.)

Anjali! You look good ! but I should ask ridhima.And she moved towards her sisters room where she was also trying some dress.

Anjali: rids, how I look in this dress.

Rids: di you will look very nice in it.

Anjali( happy) :thanks, what are you wearing ? well I must tell ,you have to look good as you are going with ammy,and he is the college stud.

Rids smiled and picked her dress(a beautiful red gown) and showed it to anjali.

Rids: how is this?

Anjali: wow'.ridzi lovely yaar !beautifull !what a beautifull dress ,specially red colour.

Ridhima smiled as she remembered that armaan asked her to wear red .

Rids: thanks di.

Armaan was in his room lost in rids thought lying on his bed ,remembring his moments with rids when niki entered in his room with a bundle of dresses in her hand.

nikki : ammy, help me decide what to wear for tomorrow.

Ammy gets up and see her lodged with dresses .ammy held her arm and took her to her room and made her stand in front of her wardrobe and point to bunch of dresses there.

Nikki looks at him.

Ammy: you have bunch of dresses decide yourself.(and left saying this)

Nikki was still confused what to wear then remembring that ammy asked rids to wear red and then suddenly abhi passed through her thoughts. Suddenly her phone rang and she picked it up .It was abhi ! she was shocked.

Nikki: you have a long life sadu

Nikki( on phone):what !

Abhi: a wwwww.,'''. Awww'''.

Nikki( irritatingly):are u gonna open your mouth or should I hang up.

Abhi: aww woh'''I just called you for asking ,what you are you wearing for prom night .

Nikkki: clothes '''. Clothes.

Abhi: very funny. Tell me what are u wearing .

Nikki: I guesss ,its none of your business.

Abhi: mujhe bhi koi shauk nahi hai, rupa ma'am called me and said that our dresses should match since we are partners and hosts for the eve.

Nikki: ohh' I have not decided yet .

Abhi: ( in a romantic tone): wear white.

Nikki: excuse me , I will wear something that I will decide ,not you . waise bhi we are only dance partners, you are not my BF.

FOR FEW SECONDS THERE WAS SILENCE ON BOTHSIDES.

Abhi: ( slowly): white suits you .( it touched her, some kind of twinkle came in her eyes and starting of a sweet smile on her face) .i will pick you at 7 good night .

Abhi hung up.

Abhi: ( took a deep breath and closed his eyes) she will never wear white. I know her.

Nikki who was unknowingly touched by his line ,she smiled and walked towards her wardrobe and picked a dress ( white dress) and headed towards the mirror . She tried it and looked at herself in the mirror and after seeing herself she smiled .

Nikki: white suits me ? huh !.. '''.. nice observation sadu.

Suddenly a thought struck her mind.

Nikki: that means sadu observes me ,he notices what suits me and what not . I knew it , all men are like that only . I will not leave him .I will , I will awww ,never mind, I will decide later .( suddenly her eyes stopped at the dress in her eyes, white , I will not wear white. Saying this she walked to her bed .

prom night.

atul and anjali.

Atul was waiting for anjali outside her house. Anjali came there, she was wearing a blue haltered dress. she called atul and he turned and saw her and anjali headed towards him and when she reached him and found atul just lost in her.anjali smiled , as it was usaual on atu'sl side. suddenly atul started falling and anjali held him .

Anjali: atul. Be carefull ! what happened ?

Atul( with a smile): anjali you are looking amazing.( anjali smiled on that and made him stand on his own).beautifull , gorgeous , sizzling, fabulous.

Anjali: stop it stop it stop it atul. If you will keep on complimenting me .prom party will be over( laugh).lets go.

Anjali started walking .

Anjali: thank god you didn't bring your cycle.

Anjali noticed that atul was not with her she turned back atul was standing still.anjali thought that might the cycle comment had hurt him .she walked towards atul.

Anjali: atul ,I was just joking , I didn't mean to hurt you. I love your cycle . Id love to ride on it.seriously.

Atul: ( making a sad face )ohh in that case anjali ,you will miss my cycle today.

Anjali got surprised by this .atul smiled and tuned anjali around. A car was there. Anajli saw it and then look at atul.

Atul: my lifes 1^st date with you so I rented it .

Anjali turned to him and a big smile came on her face. Atul gave her his hand and they proceeded to her car .

Rids and ammy

Armaan after atul and anjali left reached there and messaged rids that she he was there.rids came down wearing a red long gown. Ammy's eyes just stopped at her ,his breath stopped too .with every step of rids coming closer his heart started beating faster. Rids reached him and wished him "good evening".

Ammy( with a blink ): you know how to kill people. Right.

Rids was a bit confuse at that .

Ammy: with your beauty.

Rids smiled and moved towards the car .ammy still seeing her and smiling .

Rids: ( without turning) lets go

Ammy smiled on that and looked up in sky.

Ammy: god save me .

Nikki and abhi

Abhi was waiting for nikkki outside her house.he had already called her thrice but still she was not there. abhi was irritated now, he hated to wait and his anger started growing.

Abhi( moving here and there.): these girls na ,just love to make others wait .no sense of responsibity.i am waiting here from last half an hour( pause) that's it ,I am leaving. ( stoped) but rupa ma'am she will kill me."kahan phas gaya".i guess I have to go i inside.

Abhi moved towards her house.and was about to knock when the door opened and nikki was standing in front of him .his hand just froze in air seeing her ,she was wearing white gown and abhi eyes were stuck on her.her beauty was magnetizing his eyes ,the charm of her face was holding his breadth.nikki was feeling a bit awkward the way he was staring at her without a blink .nikki passed her hand between them but there was no effect .

Nikki: will you stop.

Abhi: ( still lost ): huh.

Nikki:huh ( louder) stop staring.

Abhi come back to his senses. But still his eyes were on nikki.

Abhi: ( with a smile)gorgeous!

Nikki: what.

Abhi: (smilingly) nothing.

Nikki: can we go now ,you are making us late.

Nikki stepped ahead towards the car while abhi was watching her , then he followed her and rushed to reach the car first . Nikki found him stupid but then abhi stood near the non driving side of car and slowly opened the car door , this gave a reason to nikki to smile ,she knew he was a gentleman.nikki sat in the car. Abhi smiled on her smile that made her look more gorgeous

Abhi: (to himself,while going to his side): she wore white !

Nikki: ( while abhi was sitting)why are you smiling.

Abhi: ( smiled again)lets go.. but before that just put the seat belt.

Nikki( attitude): leave it.

Abhi: why, its against the rules just do it.

Nikki: can't you understand .if I will ,it will spoil my dress. So I will not. And don't even try to make me .

Abhi got a bit irritated .

Abhi: I will not start the car till the time you fasten your seat belt.( with a little aggressiveness)

Nikki: fine then , lets stay in this car only.

This just angered abhi, but he knew that saying anything to nikki was worthless, he unfastened his seat belt on which niki got a bit surprised and looked towards him.abhi tuned his face to her and started getting closer to her ,that froze her, what was abhi doing ?she got scared as there was no one around and she knew he was strong.abhi got more close .

Nikki(nervously and totally scared): why are you coming near me .stop. I said stop. See I 'll shout .

Abhi still kept on coming closer his eyes passionately met nikki's .the spark was just growing more and more and both couldn't resist the attraction .

Nikki( with a low voice):stop it ( looking into his eyes)

While nikki was saying stop it ,abhi smartly took the belt in his hand and now they were almost on left side of car.

Abhi: I know how to do things..

These words scared niki even more,.what was he talking abou?, she immediately closed her eyes in fear. abhi saw her and a cute smile came over his face seeing her cute and scared face..

Nikki: ( crying cutely): I thought you are a nice guy, I agree you are a bit stupid ,little bit rude, a jerk and sadu but you are still a good human'.but I was wrong , you are also like other boys .wanting only''one thing

Abhi smiled on that and immediately fastened her belt, the noise of which made nikki open her eyes and found abhi sitting on his side and smiling at her.soon she realised that her seat belt was tied and then she understood what abhi meant by "I know how to do things" ,she immediately sat straight on her seat .

Abhi ( teasing her,came a little closer):wanting what'.. nikki? What were you saying ?

Nikki hid her face with one hand so that abhi doesn't come in her sight. Abhi started the car and kept driving but kept looking at Nikki through the whole drive.

Abhi: thanks for wearing white.

Nikki: (suddenly): don't think that I wore that since you asked me to.( abhi looked at her) I did it because rupa ma'am wished that we wear some thing matching and its good that you are also wearing white.( abhi was wearing white and blue combination).

It upset abhi that nikki did not care even a bit for his emotions.

Nikkki: stop observing me.

Abhi immediately stopped car.

Abhi: what .what do you mean .

Nikki: how do you know I look good in white ?

Abhi was just lost now .he was just about to open his mouth but decided better to be quiet ,he started the car and without saying anything kept driving.nikki too kept silent and they both reached prom party.

Abhi and nikki came out of car in a bad mood and were just about to enter when rupa ma'am came in front them..they wished her.

Ma'am:you both come with me you are going to announce the play first and then only the party will start. you both are looking good and wore matching clothes also.We will enter from back.come with me.

Both followed her.

In party.

Atul ,rids ,anjali and ammy were there in party .they were talking to each other when suddenly the lights were switched off and a spot light shone on stage.and abhi nikkki both came and behind them was a poster of their play: "Sometimes in love".

Abhi : sometimes in love we love someone more than ourselves.

Nikki: sometime in love we care for someone the most .

Abhi: sometimes in love we just forget every thing.

Nikki: sometimes''.when two people ,who hate each other ,fight without any reason,suddenly fall for each other'.

Nikki said these line looking at abhi as they both were going through these emotions and these lines were not in the script. Both of them were looking in each other's eye.

Abhi: when a boy who ,dosen't even look at girls, suddenly starts to notice someone , getting lost in someone.

Nikki stooped startled and looked at him surprised.

suddenly some one from the back asked them to continue.

Abhi: and when they confess to each other that yes they are in love .

Nikki: they live their love life and some times distances come too .and then what happens'..sometimes in love .

On this line, the lights were switched on and abhi and nikki were standing at side of the poster 'sometime in love'.

Every one clapped and teacher and all other members of the play joined them. while all this was happening rids,nikki and atul were shock to see nikki with abhi .on which ammy cleared all their confusion .

Abhi and nikki came down from the stage.

All their friends joiedn them and told them it was very nice. ammy didn't like Abhi ,so he just wished nikki.

Abhi: rids who's your partner..

Everyone froze on that. No one was able to answer him . ammy seeing that revealed.

Ammy(with attitude): me.

Abhi was totally shocked

Abhi: what,( he looked at rids) ridhima ,I think we need to talk.

Abhi took rids aside and anjali followed them

Abhi: whats this rids ,armaan is your partner?

Rids was unable to say anything so anjali handeled.

Anjjali: bhai,actually I choose him.

Abhi: ( loud): why.

Anjali: bhai relax ,I did it because I know armaan and rids too .and being ammy's partner nikki will be with us only.

Abhi was still angry.

Anjali: bhai,I too care for our sweet sister. I am there with her. Okay.

Abhi saw his sister and didn't wanted to spoil their mood so he left the topic.

Ammy was totally annoyed from his behavior and wanted to teach him a lesson and he got a naughty idea. Ammy came to abhimanyu.

Ammy : so mr abhimanyu , since you are the lead of our college dancing play, why don't you show us a trailer for that.( raising his eyebrow, he was revolving around abhi, who was giving him a stern look.)

Ammy came near abhi and said.

Ammy: come on abhimanyu, lets see it ( suddenly raising his volume) so guys lets hear it for mr abhimanyu modi.

He started clapping for him and all the people in the hall joined in. nikki who as standing just in front of abhi and beside ridhima was looking at abhi ,she caught the anger in his eyes while he looked sternly at ammy . then abhi eyes caught nikki's. He found her looking at him and he was also looking at her .they were not ready to blink their eyes as they were talking to each other with their eyes.nikki was able to read the anger on ammy's behavior in his eyes.Abhi knew, Nikki was telling him to calm down ,she was giving him strength to deal with the situation positively ,she was telling him that he can answer ammy that yes he can do it.just then their eyelock broke as ammy came between them and in front of abhi.abhi looked at him ,gave him a stern smile and stepped ahead towards nikki and rids..on which ammy thought that he is leaving the place .

Ammy: what happened, you got scared ( raising his eyebrow)

Abhi didn't pay any attention to him and kept walking towards nikki

Ammy( once again): I didn't know that you were such a loser.

Abhi stopped on this and now he was very close to nikki . nikki and abhi were looking into each others eyes .Abhi was asking nikki if she was with him and nikki was saying yes to him ,by making him believe that she knew he could do it. rids saw the exchange between the two and was totally surprised .abhi passed a smile to nikki and nikki smiled back .abhi turned towards ammy,gave him a tough smile ,letting him know that he was now ready to answer him.

Abhi: music!

Abhi stepped ahead and gave his hand to nikki, with a diffrent ,never seen intensity in his eyes, as he was thanking her for the support. niki gave him her hand.

Ammy was shocked to see that and angry too.

Abhi: can't dance with out my partner.( he pulled nikki towards himself and she fell on him. abhi held her tight and they were now in each others arms.

Throughout the song their had eyes just for each other .every time abhi touched nikki 's hand, her waist, her face ,she felt a spark. Every time he came close to her, all the lifts she felt comfortable in his arms, she trusted him and their dancing was in perfect synchronisation,chemistry was sizzling. Not once did they fall out of step. What they were feeling for each other they didn't know. The dance ended but their feeling started .

Everyone was surprised and delighted to see them .the hall was filled with claps. The claps brought them back to the present , they steped back from each other and bent forward thanking everyone and again glanced at each other. The air was filled with appreciation . every person present in the hall was left stunned by their sizzling and hot chemistry.While atul, anjali and rids were happily surprised , ammy hated what all happened. Abhi and nikki reached the group and were waiting for their comments. There was a smile on rids face ,while atul and anjali were standing with open mouths and wide eyes.

Rid( hugging abhi) : bhai ,you were terrific ,just brilliant and nikki you too( looking at nikki) what a performance it was ,you both stole my heart.

While rids finished her words of appreciation abhi and nikki glanced at each other and smiled. Nikki moved her eyes towards atul and anjali while abhi was still looking at nikki.seeing this rids whispered in abhi's ear" bhai ,dance is finished, now stop staring at her." Abhi got a little embarresed and looked away and answered rids shyly.

Abhi: I am not staring at her.

Rids gave a teasing smile to him. While nikki was looking at atul and anjali expression's.

Nikii: atul ,anjali won't you say anything.

Atul: yeh sach nahi ho sakta.

Nikki: what.

Anjali: that you and bhai danced.

Nikki abhi and rids burst out with laughter.

Abhi: ( to atul) should I pinch you, to make you realise its true.( abhi pinched him)

Atul (shoutingly): awwwwwww

Abhi: believed or you need one more( laugh).

Atul( rubbing where abhi pinched him.) : no need.

Anjali: you both were just superb ,what a chemistry you two have.( abhi and nikki glanced at each other again).

While they were getting praised by the group,ammy was standing quietly slightly away from others .he was not at all happy to see his rival getting praised and that too along with his best friend. Abhi's eyes suddenly turned to ammy and he saw that he was not ok. he stepped towards ammy and stood in front of him there was a happiness in abhi's eye's while ammy was filled with anger.but ammy without saying anything started to move ahead ,just then abhi started.

Abhi( with a winning smile): I hope I gave you nice trailer regarding the play.

Ammy stoped , abhi words were like small punches to him but he hide his anger and gave a fake smile to him.

Abhi: won't you say any words of appreciation( raising his eyebrow)

Ammy: good one.

Abhi( with full attitude in his voice): thanks.

Ammy: ( with a smile) don't thank me ,thank nikki she saved you.

Saying this ammy headed towards nikki where atul rids and anjali were praising her and abhi smiled on that and joined the group.

Ammy( giving a side hug to nikki): marvelous .( nikki smiled on that) as always.( her smile got bigger)

Nikki: thanks.

anjali: seriously saying ,before seeing this performance I always use to wonder what the play would be like ,since u two are the lead( every one laughed),but now I am really looking forward to it.

Atul: me too.

While all this conservation was going on abhi and nikki were exchanging glances at each other all this just made armaan a little worried about her and he decided to be with nikki , so that no one could come close to his sweet princes. armaan started protecting his best buddy from his latest competitor.

Atul and anjali were enjoying with each other on the dance floor, armaan was standing with nikki and rids while abhi were standing just a foot apart from them. Armaan was not even dancing with rids and was also not allowing nikki to go anywhere else.Rids was surprised and angry at Ammys behavior as he was not paying any attention to her but she couldn't do any thing other than cursing him .Abhi knew that after the dance ammy will not allow him or nikki to be close to each other and was frustrated as he could not do any thing .abhi went to have somethingto drink , he asked rids and she ordered a juice .On his way to mocktail stall he striked with a sardarji. Abhi became angry as already his mood was not good.

Abhi( shouted) : awwwwwwww. Sardarji walk carefully.

The sardarji was a cameramen holding a big camera with him, he was sorry for his deed.

Sardarji: sorry phaji,I didn't see u. kya karu,lots of pressure na.

Abhi: pressure hai toh,you will hit others haan? and by the way what pressure haan( irritatingly)

Sardarji: oh ji! One the pressure that I am doing live recording of this party ji( revolving his camera), second thing that my stupid assistant has vanished somewhere ,and third and most important ji.

Abhi: what's that.

Sardarji: I need to go to the loo from last 1 hour.

Abhi looked at sardarji's condition and felt pity for him.sardarji took the chance and got an idea.

Sardarji: phaji! Will you just hold his camera for a little while till the time I could just go to the washroom

Abhi: ( surprised) me ! no.no''.

Sardarji: phaji plz! Just two minutes. I will be back soon. Plz.

Saying this sardarji just handed over the canera to abhi and went to the loo.while abhi found himself holiding the camera and thought why not keep shooting . He started recording and suddenly his camera spotted nikki and his eye's were stuned by her beauty." Gosh! she is damm beautiful. Her eye's ,her lips ,her face ,all perfect. her hair just make her look more beautifull .white suits her so much. she looks fabulous from top to bottom.she's stunning" while all this was going in abhi's mind his camera was following Nikki. ammy, rids ,atul and anjali were watching the live telecast on screen and were surprised to see nikki on it and ammy was getting angry . Suddenly there was silence in the party and nikki was nervous and she lowered her face and looked down. Abhi who was lost in focusing on her ( nikki) suddenly noticed the sudden silence and then a loud voice came.

Ammy( angrily) : who's on the camera.

Everyone was stunned by his voice and abhi too ,though he was not fearful of armaan , he didn't want any one else to know about his feelings. abhi immediately switched off the camera and the screen turned blank .ammy was pissed off ,he just wanted to murder the cameramen but nikki and others stopped him and calmed him. Once ammy was cooled ,he along with atul went to find the cameraman and with the aim of breaking his neck, while abhi started looking for the sardarji( cameramen and founded him coming towards him , he just rushed to him.

Sardarji: ( relaxed): thank you phaji.

Abhi: ( hesitatingly and with a fake smile on his face): aaa''. Its' ok.

Abhi just handed over the camera to sardarji and rushed to a near by room and just closed it. niki and anjali and ridhima were worried where atul and armaan had gone ,at that moment some boys came towards nikki and complimented her as she was looking good ,then some other boys and girls came and complimented her .after every one was done.ridsand anjali looked at niki furiously. Nikki knew what they were pointing at.

Rids and anjali (together): hmmmmmmm( with a smile)

Nikki: what.

Anjali: I think you should thank the cameramen .

All 3 burst out laughing.

Armaan and atul founded the cameramen and armaan turned him.and started interrogating him.

Armaan: are u the cameramen( angrily)

Sardarji: ji paaji .( smilingly)

Ammy gave sardarji a tight punch.and sardarji fell down ,the punch was thaty effective! and then ammy started.

Ammy: how dare you do that.

Sardarji: ( while getting up) did what.

Ammy held sardarji from his collar.and started accusing him.

Ammy: why you were focusing on nikki.

Nikki( scared) nikki, who nikki.i don't know what you are talking about.

Ammy( fused off) who nikki haan ?

Atul: ammy, he will not open his mouth so easily.

Armaan was just about to gave him another punch.but this time sardarji came out.

Sardarji: stop it. See I don'tknow what you are talking about.i don't know whos niki and I didn't focused on her.why will I do that.

Armaan: don't create stories I know that it was you ,who from the last five minutes was focusing on nikki.

Sardarji: oye last 5 minutes I was in loo .

Armaan: achha! Then who was running the camera. Ghost!

Sardarji: I don't know him. He was a student of your college only.

Atul: our college student!

Both ammy and atul looked at each other.

While all this was going on abhi realised that he was in the recording room which was empty.he was actually surprised to see the irresponsibility.but suddenly he noticed that the live screen was off.then he remembered that he himself had switched off the main camera.suddenly he found the live screen on and he thought that maybe the cameramen again switched on the camera. abhi took a relaxing breadth.but then he saw ammy on the live screen.ammy was holding a mike and calling for everyone's attention.

Ammy: hey everyone.i have something very important to tell you.

Atul ,nikki ,ridhimaand anjali and all other were surprised by amm'y behavior.

Ammy: few minutes ago you saw nikki on big screen right. she is beautifull isn't it .

Crowd responded " yes" .

Ammy( continuing) : yes she isand some one from our college only was focusing the camera on niki.( his tone changed ) so now I would like to ask one thing from him, agar guts hai, toh ! come ahead and do it again.

Abhi who was silently listening to all this , was now unable to control himself. he wants to break his head for sure.abhi was just opening the door but stopped himself .

Abhi( to himself):what will I do ,what I will say ,why I focused on nikki .nikki! what she will think.i don't know anything about her feelings. I don't know what she thinks about me and awww shit( he held his head with his hands and sat down on a chair).

While abhi was busy in thinking , nikki didn't like what ammy did and she went to ask him.

Nikki: ammy! What's all this.

Ammmy: nikki you stay out of all this.

Nikki: ammy just let it go yaar.who cares who was he.

Ammy: I care.as I don't want any one following you.

Nikki: ammy but( before she could continue ammy come close to her and cupped her face in his hand)

Ammy: nikki. I can't let any guy do any thing wrong with you. So please ,let me handle it in my way.

Nikki closed her eye's and nodded as she didn't want to say any thing to her caring friend.

Abhi in the recording room got an idea by which he could answer armaan without coming in front of him and most important, he could know a bit about nikki's feeling. he started fixing the wires,mike and recording ,he rewinded the recording of nikki and set the mike and took out his phone and played the music and set it and then he put the recording on live screen and switched on the mike and played the music started . nikki was again on screen and this time a voice came

Abhi( in recording room) : nikki this ones for you .

Niki armaan and all other were shocedk to see nikki again on screen and to hear that voice. hearing that voice nikki felt that it was abhi's voice .

As the song ended every one claped there was abig smile on nikki's face and abhi was smiling seeing her. He was setting the things and was about to leave when there was a loud knock at the door!.

Hey Richu, I jst lovd d update. U hv given a whole diff angle to d AN story. Lovd d way Abhi askd her to wear white as it suitd her. The entire prom night scene was awesome. Waiting for d nxt update coz I m vry keen to knw how Abhi wud escape from dat recording room.
