Gunjan glanced at the mirror for the last time before leaving her house to meet Samrat. She was wearing Nupur's red shalwar and her curly hair had been straightened. She wore her favourite chain which had a "S" pendant on it. It had been gifted to her by her late mother Sharda. It was her lucky charm and she wore it whenever she needed it.
She was wearing two thin bangles and caried a red purse. She sent a texted Mayank:-
Off to meet THE Samrat Shergill! Wish me luck.

She immediately received a reply:-
Break a leg Gunjz!! -M
Smiling, Gunjan left the house.
Samrat entered Caffe Latte and took a seat. He took out his notebook and saw all the names he had shortlisted for auditions. He had decided on taking only new models and a not-so-famous model for his showstopper.
Gunjan Kapoor, his showstopper was bound to arrive anytime. He had of her professionalism and had been impressed so decided to let her walk for his new show. She was not exactly a newcomer in the industry but was definitely a big time struggler and still maintained that professionalism which was rare even with successful models. Look at Mayank Sharma for instance! Such a top model but still sleeps with nearly half the women he works with!
"Hey Gunjan," said a warm, familiar voice. "Wahaan pahuncha kya?"
"Nahin Mayank," Gunjan said, onto the phone. "I'm almost there."
"Waise recommend me to your Samrat," Mayank said, joking.
"Woh mera Samrat nahin hain Mayank," Gunjan said in exasperation. "Aur I'm not going to recommend you."
"Awwie why?" Mayank asked.
"Don't you have any other work Mayank?" Gunjan asked. "I'm here at Caffe Latter. Bye."
"Good luck Gunjz." Mayank said.
"Thanks Manx," Gunjan said, keeping the phone.
She paid the taxi driver and got out. Taking a deep breath, she went inside Cafe Latte.
Samrat suddenly lifted his head from his notebook and looked at the door. There was a sudden rush of the breeze and he saw a fair lady enter the cafe. She had a few files and a red purse. The breeze blew her hair all over her face and as she tried to adjust her hair, her files fell down.
Samrat rushed to help her. The girl also bent down to pick up her files. As Samrat and she gathered the files, their hands brushed against each other and an electricity passed through each other. Samrat looked up into the most beautiful eyes he had ever seen.
"Ermm sorry," he said "Here, let me help you."
"It's alright I can manage," the girl said. "Hey aren't you Samrat Shergill?"
"Shoot," Samrat muttered to himself. "Discovered."
"Don't worry, I'm Gunjan Kapoor," the girl said, extending her hand.
"Oh," Samrat said. "Oh yeah."
He shook hands with the lovely lady standing in front of him. After breaking away both of them went over to Samrat's table.
Gunjan took the seat opposite Samrat and smiled.
"You said you wanted to meet me," she said.
"Yes," Samrat, said, not taking his eyes off her.
"So," Gunjan said.
"Well I just need you to sign these contracts," Samrat said, handing over the papers to her.
Gunjan signed them readily and handed over to him.
"I thought I needed to show you all my resumes," Gunjan said, smiling.
"I had already finalised you," Samrat said.
"Thanks a lot," Gunjan said, followed by an awkward silence.
"Hey listen do you know any potential models?" Samrat asked.
"Yeah," she said. "My new friend Nupur, is from a village but is an aspiring model."
"I meant someone who has had experience," Samrat said.
"Then they no longer are new," Gunjan said.
"I meant a graduate or something," he said. "Fashion graduate."
"But Nupur has a lot potential," she said.
"Okay I will meet her for an audition day-after-tomorrow," Samrat said. "In my studio."
"She'll be thrilled," Gunjan said.
"You know when I saw you just now I was confirmed that you are the girl I was looking for," he said.
"Huh?" she asked, confused.
"For the showstopper," he said. "Perfect Indian looks with a western touch, the theme of my new show!"
"Really?" she asked, making a mental note of thanking Nupur later on.
"Really," he said, confirming her doubts.
After both of them parted ways, Gunjan on her way home to celebrate, sent a SMS to Mayank:-
I got it AND an audition for Nupur!

Sizzlers? That was the hottest pub in the whole of Mumbai! She had never gone there since it was so very expensive, but today she would go, coz she could afford it.

Nups? Oh he might have meant Nupur.
Gunjan was so happy that she couldn't believe it! Her future would change and her dream would FINALLY come true! She was going to be showstopper and that too for Samrat Shergill, THE Samrat Shergill.

Sorry MN fans if I disappointed you with no MN scenes in this update!! I know SG got a more magical first-meeting than MN did, but MN's relationship is based on trust, change, passion and SG's relationship is based on love and friendship (but wont be boring like in MJHT).
And yeah this might be my last update till exams get over. Next part is going to be a LONG episode with some cute scenes for MN atleast, still planning for the SG scenes next part! It will be a mastibhari one at Sizzlers.
