Samrat climbed up the ladder which he used to use for secret meetings with the love of his life, Gunjan Bhushan. As he climbed he thought of their love journey or rather their journey together. From the first time he met her at Dia's party to yesterday, the day she had finally told her I Love You publicly. Though she was drunk when she did that, it showed that she cared enough for him.

"Samrat tum yahaan?" Gunjan gushed as she saw her handsome boyfriend climbing up the ladder leading to her bedroom. "Pagal ho gaye ho kya?"

"Tumhare pyaar mein pagal Chashmish," Samrat said, smiling at her. "By the way you are looking beautiful."

"Tum bhi," Gunjan said, looking away.

"I'm looking beautiful?" Samrat asked. "Yeh kitna bada insult hain."

"Nahin nahin meri woh matlab nahin tha," Gunjan said, flushing brightly.

"Phir kya matlab tha Chashmish?" Samrat asked, clasping her hands in his. "Kya?"

"Meri matlab," Gunjan said, moving closer. "Di aap!"

Samrat immediately let go of her and she ran inside her room, locking him out. He then realized there was no Nupur there at all.

"Yeh Chasmish bhi naa," Samrat said. "Bilkul paagal hain."

He slightly taps on the door. Gunjan stuck her tongue out at him and went away.

"Yeh Samrat bhi naa," Gunjan thought. "Kaisa kaisa harkate karte hain!'"

"Kisse baath kar rahi hain?" Nupur, her sister asked.

"Kisi se bhi nahin Di," Gunjan answered.

"Ttheeke ttheeke," Nupur said. "Mayank study karne ke liye yahaan aane wala hain, tu andar jaa."

"Offo Di akele mein kya karna hain?" Gunjan asked. "Mujhe bhi yahaan rehne do naa."

"Ek maar de thi hoon," Nupur said, and started chasing Gunjan. They shared a cute sister-sister moment before the bell rang.

Gunjan ran forward and opened the door. It was Mayank.

"Hey Mayank jiju," Gunjan said, grinning.

"Hello Gunjan saali," Mayank said, grinning back.

"Tum dono ko akele baitna hain kya?" Gunjan asked.

"Gunjan jaa yahaan se," Nupur begged.

"Okay okay jaati hoon!" Gunjan said. "Bye Di, bye jiju."

Gunjan ran upstairs and shut the door, only to meet with a huge pleasant surprise.

"Samrat, tum yahaan?" she asked.

"Kyun Chashmish, mujhe yahaan nahin aana that kya?" Samrat asked, grinning at her.

"Lekin kaise?" Gunjan asked. "Maine toh window bandh karke rakha tha."

"Nahin nahin," Samrat said. "Tumne lock nahin kiya tha kyunki tum chahte the ki main andar aa jawoon."

Gunjan blushed hard and the color of her cheeks turned maroon.

"Aisa kuch nahin hain Samrat," Gunjan said. "Tum galat samjh rahe ho."

"Main kya galat samajh raha hoon?" Samrat asked, advancing towards the door. He locked it firmly and faced Gunjan.

"Samrat please," Gunjan said, a little frightened.

"Daro math Chashmish I LOVE YOU!" Samrat said, sitting down on her bed.

"Samrat tum please yahaan se jao," Gunjan. "Main tumhe college mein milungi."

"Daro math mere pyaari Chashmish," Samrat said. "I just want to talk to you."

Gunjan let out a sigh of relied. She went and sat next to him.

"Bolo kya bolna hain?" Gunjan asked, innocently placing her palm on Samrat's right thigh.

"Offo Chashmish bada romantic ban raha hain," Samrat said, taking her hand in his. "Waise main toh hamesha se romantic hoon Chashmish!"

"Samrat yeh kya kar rahe ho?" Gunjan said. "Koi aayega toh?"

"Achha," Samrat said. "Mayank yahan aa sakta hain, lekin main nahin."

"Aisa kuch bhi nahin hain Samrat," Gunjan said.

"Chashmish," Samrat said, his tone husky and rough, moving towards her.

Gunjan's immediate reaction would be moving back, but this time she didn't. She gazed into her lover's eyes trying to find out what was written in them. She wanted to know what he was thinking, whether he was thinking about her. She freed her hands from his and rubbed it against his cheek. Samrat took her hand from his cheek intertwined it with his own hand.

Then he suddenly pulled her closer (like how Mayu used to pull Nupur closer). Gunjan was definitely shocked but she couldn't deny the feeling that she liked being so close to her Samrat. The warmth that was radiating from him touched her and penetrated into her body. She slowly and softly embraced him, holding the man she loved so much close to her.

Samrat was shocked by her embracing him, but not enough to break away from her delicate grasp. He hugged her back too, tenderly and softly like she did.

"I love you Chashmish." he whispered into her ear.

His hot breath rubbing against her ear enticed Gunjan to do something she had never done before. She slowly and carefully broke away from the tender embrace and cupped Samrat's face in her hands. She moved towards him and gave him a soft kiss on his cheek. Samrat smiled broadly at this action of hers.

"I love you too Samrat," Gunjan said, smiling at him shyly, blushing hard.

Just then someone knocked on the door.

"Gunjan," Nupur called. "Chalo dinner tayyar hain."

"Haan di aayi," Gunjan said, suddenly jumping away from Samrat.

"Bye Samrat," Gunjan said. "Kal college main milte hain alright?"

"Tumhara hukum sar aankhon par mera jaan," Samrat said, bowing.

Gunjan giggled slightly. After one last hug Samrat climbed down the ladder and Gunjan went for dinner.

Down the ladder Samrat was greeted by his good friend Mayank.

"Thanks dude," Samrat said. "Aaj tumhari vajah se mujhe Gunjan ke saath ek secret meeting paayi. Agar tum nahin aaye hote to Nupur ko kaun busy rakhtha?"

"Anytime dude," Mayank said and the two did a high-five.
