Ives, thank you! I think we've always thought that a lot of the actions and decisions Nikki made were influenced from the way she grew up. The insecurity, toughness on the outside, vulnerability on the inside, indecisiveness, uncertainty...how you grow up really does have an effect on how you behave, and exploring this side of her is definitely interesting.

Shachee, thanks so much! Hope by the time we're done, Abhi will be able to heal all of her wounds by making her realize her own true worth 😊 And yes, there are so many things they never focused on in the show, so many things worth milking, but eh.

Rati, I think even we're amazed at how small she is, yet what a spit-fire! 😆 And so Abhi is too, despite the fact that he's gotten beat up so many times, and is now even living with her for a while :P Will continue soon, hopefully. Thank you so much!

Awesome update.. you girls really nail down this side of Niki.. her insecurities - suddenly thinking about abhi and doubting about the love - well thats how human mind thinks when the troubled mind is set free... thoughts were fluent and yet they were random for it to mind game.. awesome.. well i want to see how you guys get down to abhi's side of the story - given that you guys adore Abhi - update soon.

Hey Bhavs and Fati!!!!😃 😃 I really liked your update!! I love your detailed descriptions throughout and the way you revealed Niki's thought process - 👏 👏 👏my fav part was when she tries to convince herself that Abhi loves her and isn't with her just out of pity - my heart went out to her - so sad:

But Abhi had been different, she thought fiercely. Her mind flashed to his hand on her shoulder as she cried during the Save Sanjivani Concert, turning to find compassion on his face. Compassion or - something else? Had Abhi seen her for what she was? How had he loved her, when all the others couldn't?

Him, offering her his handkerchief as she cried in a secluded lab. What had made him love her?

His insistence that she complete her internship after leaving the previous three unfinished. A thought, previously fluttering around the borders of her memories swooped forward in a lurching moment of clarity. Had he pitied her wretched state and decided to set her right?

All his efforts to keep her in Sanjivani. Was it all because he had felt sorry for her? Her hand shrank away from the phone just as it ceased to ring. She was suddenly afraid of talking to him, afraid of hearing the pity that might have been there, pity that had gone unnoticed by her in what she believed to be a safe cocoon of love and happiness.

No. She hugged her knees closer to chest, craving the warmth of security. L

i still cant believe tht it is her dad out of all people...i dont know how nikki can forgive him when he left her and made her go through misery...this selfish man has missed out on a lot like her birthdays, her graduation day and of course, the most biiggest day of her life...her wedding!😡
