Part 6 (Part 2 of Part 6)
Yuvi was still looking for the items he had placed when he heard the annoucment. He didn't leave immediately, though, fearing that somebody might notice him leaving since everyone was heading the same way. He loitered around for few minutes before heading toward the conference room.
Naina reached the conference room just a few seconds before Yuvi, wondering if Yuvi walked fast or did she walk too slow. Unfortunately for Yuvi and fortunately for Naina there was no seats left, so they were forced to stand against the far wall of the room with each other as company. Naina was about to confront Yuvi when Dr. Keerti started speaking.
As Dr.Keerti was talking about the incident and how there is evidence against Dr.Atul for trying to poison Dr.Shashank because a very reliable staff member saw him last in Dr.Shashank's room, Yuvi was busy staring at Naina. For few minutes, he wished everything would disappear...or rather just the desire for revenge should disappear....he just wanted Naina to be with him. But those few minutes were soon interputed when he noticed Naina was staring back at him with the same emotions in her eyes. He immediately looked away but could still feel Naina's eyes bearing into him.
Flashback
"Naina, wait...I am really sorry!!! Please forgive me! I didn't mean to hurt you at all", Yuvi yelled at a retreating Naina.
Naina turned around and awared Yuvi's plead with an angry stare, she turned back around to leave but thought better of it.
"Stop it! You are not sorry, you don't even care about me...Yuvi...just stop this drama", Naina turned around to leave but was instead engulfed in a hug by a very distraught Yuvi. She was too surprise to move or say anything and just stood there while Yuvi kept wondering why he was doing what he was doing.
End of Flashback
As soon as the meetin was over, Naina dragged Yuvi by his arm to the nearest cleaning closet, which happned to be situated right next to the conference room. Yuvi didn't how to react so he just allowed Naina to drag him into the room. Naina shut the room loudly after them, while letting go of Yuvi's arm abruptly. She turned around to face him but realized that she couldn't possibly confront him with the lights off but before she could look for the switch, the lights came on. She found Yuvi standing by the switch looking at her with....a confused expression which made her confused herself. But she gathered herself immediately and decided to carry out on the task she wanted to do.
"Yuvi, why did you that? I am not entirely sure what Dr.Shashank or his family has done to you but that does not mean you can try to murder him and blame it on poor Atul", Naina's voice reflected enough angry fire to burn down Sanjeevani, if possible.
Yuvi looked at Naina, contemplating if should tell her what really happend and how he is not involved in the present circumstances...well not directly at least, but thought better of it. Naina waited for Yuvi for an answer but when he didn't say anything, she completely lost her the little patience she had preserved for such a situation.
"Yuvi, you are...I have not been taught by my parents to swear (Yuvi couldn't help but sneer at that, Naina looked at him anger but continued anyways) I have never met such a guy like you...you...you tried to kill...I can't believe you actually tried to kill...and poor Atul! How the hell could you blame all this at Atul? (Yuvi was starting to lose patience) you have not ruined one person's life today but two...no make that four...you have ruined Dr.Shashank's life, Atul's life, your own life....and mine, Yuvi", Naina started to cry uncontrobaly, which moved Yuvi to such an extent that he tried to wipe her tears away.
Naina was shocked to see a confused and distraught Yuvi trying to wipe her tears while trying to hide the fact that his own eyes were being welled up.
"Yuvi, please tell me why did you do this? please Yuvi!", Naina felt to her knees while grabbing onto Yuvi's shirt and still crying.
Yuvi sat down beside her and tried to console her by patting her hair but all he got was more wailing from Naina.
"Naina...Naina...I...I am not responsible for Dr.Shashank's condition or Atul's arrest...I promise...yes, I had...all the intention to kill Dr.Shashank but you know me Naina...I would never cause an innocent any harm...please believe me", Yuvi lifted Naina's face up to force her to look into his eyes and see the sincerity in them.
Naina did notice the sincerity but she also realized that Yuvi did want to kill Dr.Shashank...she wanted to yell at him for that but right now Atul was more important.
"If you didn't mean any harm for Atul...then go save him...get him out of the jail...NOW!", Naina wiped her tears and stared at Yuvi with anger filled eyes.
