Thank you so much guys, I'm really happy that you liked it. I tried to make it longer this time, but I'm sorry that it's short. BTW, the title of the movie is really stupid from my POV. I couldn't think of anything else!
Part 2: Shooting
I started shooting after a month of practicing my lines, meeting people, and living the life. Mayank was very supportive of this. I was glad that he believed in my dreams. Today was the day, the day that my dreams would come true. Guess who my co-actors were? They were Shah Rukh Kahn and Akshay Kumar.
The movie was called Kya Pyaar Hota Hai? Of course, this is a Karan Johar movie, so it has to start with K even though Dostana and My Name is Khan don't start with K. Oh well, it really didn't matter. My dream was coming true. I was everywhere, in newspapers, magazines, and so many more things. People would be saying, "Yeh Nupur hai! Chalo autograph lete hai". Kids and even their parents ran up to me to take pictures and have my autograph.
K: Chalo shuroo karte hai: Take 1
N: Aap yaha kyun hai? Chardo mujhe.
Akshay: Tum kaabi nahi samaj sakti ho mera dil pe kya chal raha hai
N: Lies! Tumhara dil ek pathar ka dil hai.
We worked on this scene for an hour at least. First day was very good. I didn't realize how well I was doing until working for 7 hours straight.
K: Cut! Good job Nupur, you are showing a lot of emotions. I must say, you are the perfect person for this job.
K: Ok guys, good job on the first day. Pack up.
I left and then a girl comes up to me, it looked like she was 10 years old?
Nidhi: Hi, I'm Nidhi. You're Nupur.
Nupur: Aap kho kaise phata hai?
Nidhi: Oh come on, everyone knows you. Sirf tumhari baat ho rehi hai do hafto ki liye. I must say, you are one lucky yet talented girl.
Nupur: Thank you.
Nidhi: Koi baat nahi.
Nupur: Waise tumhara mummy papa kaha hai?
Nidhi: Mera mummy papa is duniya me nahin hai
Nupur: Oh I'm so sorry
Nidhi: Koi baat nahin, actually I lived in America, my parents were never at home they were either on a business meeting or came home late because they got so caught up at work. Meri ma Karan ko janta hai aur issiliye voh mujhe yaha lekar aya hai
Nupur: Toh voh tujhe adopt kar raha hai?
Nidhi: Nahin, Karan toh sirft mujhe help karna jata hai
Nupur: Oh ok
Then I received a phone call. It was Mayank.
Nupur: Ab mujhe jaana hai. Bye!
Nidhi: Bye see you soon!
I picked up the phone and walked away
N: Hi Mayank
M: Hey Nupur tum kab ghar ar rehi ho?
N: Baas mein abhi ati hoon
M: Tikha Nupur bye!
N: Bye
I was feeling sorry for Nidhi. She was such a sweet girl. With her parents dying, she doesn't have anyone in her life. Then I came home. Mayank and I both ate dinner when he asked about how it went on the first day of shooting.
M: Toh phela din kaisa tha?
N: By god, mera 3rd best din tha meri puri zindagi pein.
M: Tumhara 1st and 2nd best din kya hai?
N: Mayank, tum bhi na. Mera 1st best din tha jab hamari shaadi thi aur 2nd tha jab tum I love you kehda Drama ka din pe.
M: Voh kitna acha din tha jab hamari shaadi thi
N: Ha, yaad hai jab hamari reception tha tho bilkul dill mill gayye style tha by god
M: jab tum by god kehti ho, tho mujhe bohot acha lagta hai.
N: Mayank, phele tho tum ko bilkul pasad nahi tha jab mein by god kehti thi
M: Well now, you're my wife
N: And you still are my loving husband
M: Vaise, kisi ke saath dost ban gayi
N: Haan?
M: Kaun?
N: Nidhi
M: Nidhi?
N: Haan ek bachi hai
M: Cool
N: Ab Chalo Mujhe bahot need ar rehi hai
M: Tikh hai, chalo
Mayank was probably the sweetest husband out there, but after two months, everything changed.
It's been a couple of months since I have started shooting. Karan told me my strengths and my weaknesses and how I can improve those weak points. Life was pretty good right now. I became closer to Nidhi and learned how lucky I was. Nidhi has some of the funniest stories in the world. She was such a sweet and simple girl. Right now she is doing her studies. Anyways, back to the point, we only had to finish shooting in two more months. Nobody except Nidhi knew that I was married. I guess nobody cared. But now the problem arises.
There was this one cameraman who I became some-what friends with. One day he comes up to me:
Cameraman: hey Nupur, let's go to the club today, don't worry a lot of other people are coming too.
Nupur: Okay
I didn't realize how Mayank would feel about this. So at around seven o'clock, I went to the club I met the camera men there and all of his friends. His friends seemed really nice, all more importantly, they didn't drink. They thought that going to the club/bar doesn't mean you drink. I was happy they were doing this. Then this one guy grabs my hand and takes me to the dance floor.
N: Let go of me
Random guy (RG): Come on let's dance!
N: Phir bhi chordo mujhe
RG: Kyun?
N: Dekho, main shaadi shooda hoon
RG: Toh, tumhara pati toh yaha nahi hain
N: Toh? Phir bhi
RG: Ab chalo mere saath
N: Nahi, let go of my hand!
RG: Chalo
N: No!
I kicked him really hard in the leg
RG: Ouch! Idiot! Ab mein chordon ga nahi!
Cameraman's friend (Jacqueline): Yeh kya ho raha hai?
RG: Kuch nahi, tum bech mein mat aao
J: Yeh meri dost hain. Agar tum abhi meri dost ko nahi chordonga, then I'll call the police
RG: Call them, I don't care
J: Security!
RG: Tikh hai!
He finally lets go of my hand, I was about to slap him but he ran away, loser.
J: Chalo Nupur, hum vaha chalte hai dance floor par
N: Gladi chalo
We were near the entrance door and we were dancing to Lucky Boy. I was having fun. It felt like a break from work. Then I saw a familiar face at the entrance of the club.
