As Rahul goes to open the door.. Muskaan shouts "Wait!!"

Rahul turns back towards Muskaan giving her a questioning look "Kya hua" he says..

Muskaan comes closer to him and whispers "zor se mat bol.. pehle mujhe yaha se jaane do" saying that Muskaan exits Rahul's room through the connecting door..

Rahul slips on a shirt and track pants quickly and goes to open the door..

A guy notifies him saying that all students are eating dinner now.. if they would like to join..

Saying ok.. Rahul closes the door..

Rahul goes up to the connecting door.. and knocks lightly "Muskaan" he says quietly… hearing no response.. Rahul slowly turns the knob and let's himself in..

He sees Muskaan fast aleep on her bed.. she did not change or anything.. she just kind of fell onto the bed and slept..

Rahul keeps looking at her as she sleeps on.. looking angelic.. he sees that a loose strand of hair was bothering her.. so he slowly tiptoes his way to her bed.. as he reaches to move her hair.. Muskaan turns around.. entrapping his hands in her hands.. Rahul not wanting to awaken her looks around the room.. wondering what he can do.. finding no way.. Rahul slowly pulls a chair close to him with his leg and settles down in it..

Soon thereafter Rahul dozes off.. and Muskaan opens her eyes.. she was awake the whole time.. she smiles looking at Rahul's sleeping figure..

"Rahul.." she starts of softly.. "tumne mujhe uss din I don't love you keh diya.. and that broke my heart.. and uske baad I tried to forget you.. I really did.. but jo kaam na munkin hai.. mai kaise kar sakti hoon.. but ever since the past week.. we have been having constant interactions with each other.. that day in the library.. when I fell into your arms.. I felt something.. and I know you did too.. and just now when we were soo close to each other.. I felt a shockwave going through me.. all the times you looked at me lovingly.. I was confused.. why do you tell me that you don't love me.. but then you do everything with love for me.. I still don't know the reason kyu tum mujhse chupa rahe ho Rahul.. but I want to find out.. I want to find out why you love me .. but refuse to tell me" Muskaan says this all blushing and smiling at Rahul.. Rahul did not hear a word of it.. as he was sleeping…

Saying all this Muskaan kisses Rahul's hand that is within her own hand.. and saying a sweet good night to his sleeping figure.. Muskaan drifts off into sleep with Rahul's hands in hers..

**Next Morning**

Rahul wakes up.. looking around the room.. then his gaze falls on Muskaan.. "Gosh how can someone be sooo breath-takingly gorgeous??" he moves her hair off her face with his free hand..

Muskaan stirs.. looking at Rahul.. and whispers a sweet "good morning" to him.. Rahul is slightly taken aback by this sweet gesture of Muskaan's.. he says good morning and leaves to go to his room.. little does he know that Muskaan has it all figured out!

After they are both ready.. they have breakfast and head to the bus.. Muskaan takes a seat.. expecting Rahul to sit next to her.. disappointed.. Muskaan turns to look out the window.. soon after she feels someone next to her.. thinking that Rahul has changed his mind.. she turns around with a huge grin… but the grin soon turns into a look of horror.. who would sit next to her but..

DA DA DA!!! (this is the suspense sound theu have in movies!!) 😆

Mohit!!

Muskaan gulps.. looking at him.. he slowly turns around.. giving her an evil grin.. almost mad! (like SRK gave Juhi in the movie Darr)

The last few years after Muskaan escaped his cluches.. Mohit has deceived many girls.. he has fooled them with his sweet talk and taken advantage of their gullibility and took their money.. but for a few weeks now.. his target has been Muskaan.. ever since he heard that Muskaan is coming back to India.. he has been planning to get her back.. to get her money…

Muskaan is gripped with fear.. this is the exact reason she did not want to come back to India.. and the thing she most dreaded is happening..

Muskaan turns around.. as she catches Rahul's eye.. she tries to signal to him that she needs his help.. but Rahul had picked the wrong time to ignore her… he was tired of her constant show of attitude… so he decided he would not give her any bhaav..

Muskaan's heart hits against her chest.. what can she do??

As the bus comes to a halt.. everyone gets down.. but Mohit does not move.. in turn blocking Muskaan from leaving the bus..

But lucky for her.. Mr. Sanjay comes back to check the bus and makes Mohit and Muskaan leave the bus.. as soon as Muskaan is out of the bus.. she runs to Rahul's side..

R: Muskaan tum..

M: uh.. Rahul.. wo.. *she kind of isharas back at Mohit with her eyes*

R: kya Muskaan..

As Muskaan continues her isharas.. Rahul thinks she is upto something stupid again and walks away from her..

Once in the building.. the teachers tell all to choose a partner..

Muskaan runs upto Rahul.. "Rahul.. please be my partner" with a shiver in her voice..

R: um.. Muskaan I was going to..

"Rahul please.. " Muskaan begs.. with the utmost fear in her eyes..

Rahul has never seen Muskaan like this.. so he agrees.. "Theek hai Muskaan"

Muskaan gives him a slight smile and stands very close to him.. that is the only place she feel safe.. only place she feels protected..
