Chapter 1 ? The introduction :

# Dr. Riddhima Gupta ? A very happy-go-lucky kind of girl .A perfect mixture of elegance and naughtiness .Has a heart of Gold ,which is sometimes taken for granted .Loves the pampering given to her by her family .A total Tomboy .A total Gadget-Freak .Often referred as "The Sci-Fi Chic".

# Dr. Armaan Mallik ? A total Hunk .Very emotional too ,but has attained a master's degree in hiding them .Music is his passion .Very obsessive about his Collection of CD's ,His Self-Composed Songs and His Car (the Mini-Jeep) .Life for Him is only about 3 things ? Music ,His Brother ,Himself .Hates when his brother lectures him..

? I've tried to keep both of them away from their usual character in DMG .

# Dr. Anjali Gupta ? Riddhima's Sister ,always there for her .A girl who is always confused ,she is so confused that she can't even choose between water and H2O .Very different from her sister .One can write a book on their differences . She's a total Girly-Girl?

# Aditya Mallik ? Armaan's Brother ,his friend ,his life ,his everything .He's the best brother one can ever have .He loves armaan to the core of his heart .A single tear in Armaan's eyes can make him insecure .He can never see Armaan getting hurt ,even on seeing a small bruise on Armaan he loses his temper .

Chapter 2 – When The Two Worlds Collided

Scene 1 – Temple:

It all started with a very amiable morning .The bells crooned the chorus of happiness, the birds chirped the melody of Peace .Everything was perfect until…. A girl almost out of her breath came scampering towards me .It took her a few minutes to retrieve herself, she finally joined her hands and spoke …..

Girl – Bhagwaan Jee... (She giggled) I hope you don't mind me calling you "Jee". I learned it from Nani …. But I think "Bhaggu" suits you more! What Say?

(She paused)

Girl – As Nani says "no matter what we call you, you're always with us!" .So, now coming to the point….. You must've noticed that I was not able to sleep last night… that's because I was nervous..! Yeah, I was nervous! (She heard someone giggling)...Don't laugh….I can hear you! ..... Hey stop it now!

Then her gaze fell on her mobile phone which was ringing….. Or we can say giggling!!

Girl – Sorry! Forgot to switch off the alarm .So, where were we? Ah! Yes...Today's my first day at Sanjeevani, as an Intern! And I'm not at all ready to be referred as a "Doctor" or an "Intern" .I hope everything goes well … So ciao for now…I'm already late for Jogging!

Scene 2 – Park:

After taking several rounds .She sat down on the bench, all exhausted and tired with her legs spread wide open.
A guy almost lost in his world of Fantasy, came jogging from the other side .He lost his balance due to his shoe-laces and fell over the girl! This made the girl screech .The boy stood up, rubbing his ear.

Boy – Loud Speaker!
Girl – Come Again!
Boy – (a bit louder) Loud Speaker!
Girl – You……How dare you? Tum mere upar baithe the
Boy – It was an accident .Ho jaata hai!
Girl – (widening her eyes) Ho jaata hai?? What do you mean?
Boy – Well I'm not in a mood to argue .So, excuse me! (And started leaving)
Girl – Darpok!
Boy – (He stood there but did not turn) Oh really!
Girl – Kyun sach kadwa laga?
Boy – Dekho … (turning) you're crossing the limits!
Girl – (Looking around) I can't see the limits! …… Oh because they were already crossed!
(The boy looked at his watch and exclaimed)
Boy – 6:30!!!!
Girl – What!?!?!
(Both of them ran in opposite directions)


Scene 3 – Gupta Residence:

The girl entered the house …… An old Lady called her

Old Lady – Riddhima Beta! Time dekh rahi ho?
Riddhima – Sorry Nani! Wo aapke Bhagwaan Jee se baat kar rahi thi.
Nani – mere nahi wo sabke hote hain….. Pagli!
Riddhima – Di kahan hai?
Nani – Kahan ho sakti hai?
Both – Room Main!

She entered a room …. It had a special kind of aroma … The aroma of new shoes, new clothes and a new spirit!

Riddhima – Anjie Di! Kuch decide hua?
Anjali – Abhi kahan Ridz! Mere paas to kapde hi nahi hai!

(Riddhima looked around .The whole bed was covered with dresses, her wardrobe was running out of space and still her sister said "mere paas kapde nahi hai!")

Riddhima – Di! Aap bhi Na … aap pe sab acha lagta hai! Aap ye pehno (picking up a tight-fitted jeans and a very pretty pink top)
Anjali – Thanks Ridz! You're the best.
Riddhima – Tell me something I don't know!

(And she went away from there, on her way to her room)
Reaching there she picked up a pair of jeans with a very simple short sleeved black top with "Riot" written on it.
(Riddhima does not wear salwaar-kameez in my FF so no dupatta scenes :P)


Scene 4 – Mallik Residence

The guy entered the house, panting...
Boy – I know I'm late.
(A voice came from the kitchen)
Voice – Very late Lesley, very late!
Boy – (entering the kitchen) – Ok! So, what's cookin'?
Voice – Cheese Omelettes
Boy – Oh! Armaan like it!
Voice – Whatever! Go and get ready …….. I don't want you to be late!
(The boy entered his room, and stood there boggled)
Armaan – AAAAaaaaaaAAAaHhhhhh
(His brother came running to him)
Aditya – (scared) Kya hua?
Armaan – M…mera... (Pointing towards his room)
Aditya – Kya? Sahi to hai...
Armaan – Wahi to! Itna saaf… Main meri cheeze kaise dhoondunga?
Aditya – Stop it! Maine itni mehnat se saaf kiya hai
Armaan – Aur mere Cut-Outs?
Aditya – Wo kachra? Maine wo phek diye!
Armaan – Kyaaa !?!?!
Aditya – Sirf cars aur bikes ke to photos the
Armaan – Sirf ?!?! I hate you…
Aditya – (Patting him) Kuch naya batao .Ab jaldi se tayyar ho jaao
Armaan – Ab pata nahi mere kapde kahan hai??
(And he started throwing out things from his wardrobe)


Scene 5 – Outside Grewal Residence:

A girl was screaming at the top of her voice.
Muskaan – Oye Rahul! Khotte! So Gaya kya? ... Rahul nahi jaana kya?

Inside the house we see an urbane family peacefully eating their breakfast

A lady – Pata nahi kaise-kaise log aa jaate hain!
(A little girl giggled and nudged a boy)
Lady – Sana! Manners…
Boy – Mom, I'm getting late … Dad please let me go!
Dad – Thik hai! Jao…
Rahul – Thanks! Bye Mom, bye Dad, bye Monster.
Sana – Bye Vampire …
Lady – Language!
(Rahul went away tittering and got down from the stairs)
Rahul – Kya hua? Itna chilla kyun rahi thi?
Muskaan – Itni der se khadi hoon! Chal jaldi gaadi nikal…


Scene 6 – Sanjeevani Parking Lot:

Boy – Dad! I'm nervous!
Omi – Atul! Kuch nahi hoga
Atul – Dad, aap Dr. Shashank se bolna ki mujhe jyada kaam na de!
Omi – Kyun?
Atul – Pata nahi! Aise hi!
Omi – Atul! Sab theek hoga. Main hoon Na, koi bhi problem ho to bata dena …
Atul – Hmmm…
Omi – Now Smile!
(Atul gave a fake smile)
Omi – chalo jaao tumhe late ho raha hai


Scene 7 – Sanjeevani Nurse Station:

A guy is walking along the corridor giving a million-dollar smile to everyone …
Every girl from a youngster to an adult was dying to catch a glimpse of his aura. (Guess who's He?)

He finally reached the nurse station … and saw a girl standing there, waiting for someone

Armaan – Excuse Me!
(The girl turned)
Both – TUM!!
Riddhima – Tum yahan kya kar rahe ho?
Armaan – What do you think? (Showing off his lab coat)
Riddhima – Doctor aur tum?!? MBBS ka M bhi aata hai?
Armaan – Ha Ha Ha! Not very funny
(Just then Anjali entered, waving at Riddhima)
Armaan – Now who's she?
Riddhima – (Ignoring him) Hi Di!
Anjali – Mere liye ruki bhi nahi! (But before Riddhima could answer she turned towards Armaan)
Anjali – Hi! I'm Anjali Gupta, new intern
Armaan – (Giving his killer smile) Armaan Mallik
Anjali – Aur ye hai Riddhima, meri sister
Armaan – Oh interesting! Do you know where's Dr.Mehra's cabin?
Anjali – You mean Dr. Kirti Mehra?
Armaan – (Surprised) Dr. Mehra is a Lady?
(A vey choleric voice interrupted the conversation)
Voice – Any problem about it?
(Armaan turned)
Armaan – Huh?
Kirti – Aapko koi problem hai mere gender se?
Armaan – No Ma'am …. I…..I was just
Kirti – Aap naye hain isliye aap ko chod rahi hoon! (Changing the topic) It's good to see ki aap teeno time se pehle pauhunch gaye … 15 minutes main mere cabin main (she left)
Armaan – Phew! Poori hitler hai!
Riddhima – Par dil ki bauhut achi hai!
Armaan – Tumse Poocha?
(She frowned)
Riddhima – (Under her breath) Pata nahi kaise aire-gairon ko appoint kar liya hai!
Armaan – Sach main! (Looking at her)
Riddhima – (Sticking her tongue out)
Armaan – Pehle hi badsoorat lagti ho … apne aap ko aur portray mat karo. Mujhe itni ugliness ki aadat nahi hai!
Anjali – Stop it Guys!
(Atul, Rahul and Muskaan arrived)
Atul – Hi Ridz, Anjie aur…
Armaan – Armaan
Atul – Armaan, kaafi bhaari naam hai! He he he … Don't mind main aisa hi hoon! Waise main Atul.
Armaan – Yeah! (They both shook hands)
Atul – Aur ye Muskaan aur Rahul hai.
Muskaan & Rahul – Hi
Anjali – Tum inhe kab mile?
Atul – Aaj, parking lot main! To ab hum (Counting) 2, 4, 6 hain
Rahul – Fantastic Six!
Muskaan – Sizzling Six! (Muskaan always had a Habit of proving Rahul wrong!)

Armaan walked away from there as he was least interested

Atul – Hey! Kya hua?? Umm... Armaan
Armaan – It's almost time to report in Dr.Mehra's Cabin! To obviously wahi dhondh raha hoon.
Atul – Wo idhar nahi udhar hai … Chalo .Dekho ye yaad rakhna – Nurse Station se seedhe aur SOK.S
Armaan – SOK.S?
Anjali – Shubhankar, Omi, Kirti, Shashank
Armaan – To Dr. Shashank dot ke baad kyun?
Atul – Thoda door haina unka cabin!
(Muskaan Snickered)

They reported in Kirti's Cabin, She gave them their ID cards and Pagers .While they were moving out towards the nurse station, Riddhima was the last one to come and Armaan locked her inside, giving her a Devil's Grin and joined the others.
Riddhima started banging the door, Kirti heard it…

Kirti – Aree … Dr. Riddhima (Opening the door) aap yahan andar?
Riddhima – Ma'am wo usne (Pointing at Armaan) mujhe band kar diya tha
Armaan – Maine! Jhooti
Riddhima – Main jhooti?
Kirti – Chup ho jaaiye…. Jo bhi ho….now carry on
She gave them duties:
Kirti – Dr. Anjali, Dr. Atul, Dr.Muskaan – General Ward
Dr. Riddhima, Dr.Armaan – Children's Ward
Dr. Rahul – Rectal Examinations
(Armaan and Riddhima were fuming with anger, while Rahul was Sad)

Chapter – 3 – When It All Started

Scene 1 – Nurse Station:

First Day at Sanjeevani, The top-rated Hospital in India. For some it was dreams come true but for both of them it was their worst nightmare betide!
(Kirti Left)
Armaan – Meri to kismet hi kharab hai, pehle ghar pe, phir Dr. Mehra aur ab ye Godzilla!
Riddhima – Mind your Language!
Armaan – (Imitating her) Sach kadwa Laga!
Riddhima – Mujhe koi khushi nahi ho rahi hai tumhare saath kam karne main! Woh to mera itna Amiable nature….
Armaan – (Before she could complete) Amiable Nature?????? .Please! Hum sabko dikh raha hai ki tumhara nature kitna Unfriendly aur Stand-Offish hai!

(The fellow Interns were moving their head from left to right; no one even dared to utter a Word)

Riddhima – Tum to Chup hi raho… Tumhare gyaan ki jaroorat nahi hai hume!
Muskaan – Guys…Guys….Guys! Calm down! Bas karo…..Tum dono thakte nahi ho kya?
Armaan – Usne start kiya
Riddhima – (taking a step ahead) Maine! Jhoote.
Muskaan - (parting them) Bas! Ab jo thoda bauhut time aur energy bache hain unhe utilize kar le?


Scene 2 – Children's Ward:

Armaan and Riddhima were examining a Small Kid.

Kid – Bhaiya…. Aapka naam kya hai?
Armaan – (smiling) Armaan!
Kid – Aap yahan naye ho?
Armaan – Hmm…
Kid – (Pointing towards Riddhima) Yeh Auntie ka naam kya hai?

Armaan guffawed while Riddhima stood there Open-Mouthed

Riddhima – (Irately) Main auntie dikhti hoon tumhe?
Kid – To main aapko Didi nahi bulaunga!
Riddhima – Kyun?
Kid – Aap nahi samjhoge…..It's very deep
Riddhima – Rowdy Boys…!!

Armaan went to the next patient… Who was a Sweet Little girl.

Girl – Hi!
Armaan – Hey Sweetie! Aapka naam kya hai?
Girl – Mini
Armaan – Mini? (Examining her) tum to itni Mini nahi ho! Tumhara naam to Maxi hona tha!
Mini – Bauhut purana Joke hai!
Armaan – Acha! (Checking her eyes) Tum mujhe yeh batao ki India ki ladkiyon ko itna attitude kyun rehta hai?
Mini – Attitude nahi hoga to ladkon ko impress kaise karenge!
Armaan – (Filing the medicine into the ampoule) Tumhe to bauhut kuch pata hai!

As he was about to inject it into her body, She held his hand.

Armaan – Kya Hua?
Mini – Dard Hoga!
Armaan – Nahi Hoga….
Mini – Agar hua to?
Armaan – Main bol raha hoon nahi hoga!
Mini – Agar hua to tum mujhe ek KISS doge.
Armaan – What?
Mini – Nahi to Bye-Bye injection
Armaan – theek hai Deal!

(He injected it)
Mini – (Showing fake pain) Aaah!
Armaan – Dard hua?
Mini – Haan! Ab mujhe (bringing her cheek ahead)
(Armaan pinched her cheek)
Mini – Hey! What about the deal!
Armaan – Your deal just expired!
Mini – Not Fair!
Armaan – Better luck next time kiddo! (Giving her a Chocolate)

Scene 3 – General Ward

The trio entered .Atul and Anjali went straight towards an Old Lady. Muskaan followed them.

Atul & Anjali – Hi Bi!
Bi – Kaise ho tum dono?
Both – Bilkul Theek.
Muskaan – (To Atul and Anjali) Yeh, tumhari Bi hai?
Atul – Haan bhi Na bhi!
Muskaan – Matlab?
Atul – Rishte se to nahi. Par Dil se, Pyaar se jaroor humari Bi hai! Jab hum chote the to roz inse milne aate the … Yeh humko kahaniya sunati thi, Chocolates deti thi, She's the best!
Muskaan – Aree wah! Waise Bi main Muskaan! Aaj se Sanjeevani join kiya hai!
Bi – Tumhara naam to bilkul sahi rakha hai! Dekho kitni pyaari Muskaan hai tunhari…

(Muskaan grinned from ear to ear)
Bi – Anjali beta Riddhima kahan hai?
Anjali – Uski duty Children's Ward main hai … But I'm sure jaise hi uski duty khatam ho jaayegi who aapse milne jaroor aayegi!


Scene 4 – Canteen:

Everyone was sitting there, gabbing about their day except Riddhima and Rahul.

Anjali – Tum dono batao, tum konse college main the? Atul aur main to ek hi college main the
Muskaan – Main to Grant Medical College main thi
Armaan – Columbia University Medical Center, NYC
Atul – Wow yaar! Tum New-York main padte the…To phir India kyun?
Armaan – Pata nahi! Bas icha ho gayi
Anjali – To tum kabse India main ho?
Armaan – 2 saal se… Pehle Delhi main tha aur ab Mumbai
Muskaan – Wahan ki yaad nahi aati? Friends and all?
Armaan – Aati to hai par waapas jaane ka mann nahi karta

Just then Rahul arrived, he seemed quite happy and gratified …. He saw his newly made friends and joined them.

Muskaan – Tu itna khush kyun hai? Tu to rectal exams ke liye gaya tha na!
Rahul – Haan! Par mere college main mujhe itni practice ho gayi thi ki abhi koi problem hi nahi aayi! It was a cake walk for me!
Muskaan – Jyada Style mat maar!
Rahul – Tu to chup hi reh!
Muskaan – Nahi rahungi
Rahul – Fine! Go on…..Who cares?

Atul – Yaar, kitna ladte ho tum sab! Pehle Ridz aur Armaan aur ab tum dono!
Riddhima – (entering the Caf) Kisine mujhe bulaya?
Armaan – Think of the devil and the devil is here!
Riddhima – Yeh tumhari bachpan se aadat hai kya?
Armaan – Kya?
Riddhima – Ki, tum har topic par apne unnecessary aur moronic comments dete ho!
Armaan – Oh Really Auntie! (Fixating on the word "Auntie")
Riddhima – (Flaring Up) Woh ek chota sa, nasamajh sab bacha tha!
Armaan – Don't take it out on me Ridzilla!
Riddhima – Ridzilla! Tumhari complain to main Dr. Shashank se karungi..You know He's my Dad!
Armaan – You know what! Your T-Shirt says everything about you. You're a Rioter!
Rahul – (Butting In) you noticed! Hey Ridz Dikhao Na!
Anjali – Stop it now!
Atul – Chalo ek dusre ko thoda ache se jaante hain..(Giving a wicked smile) You know what I mean..!
Rahul – No we don't!
Atul – Lets Play Truth!

Riddhima and Anjali smiled while others had a probing expression on their face

Atul – Rules bauhut simple hain. Jisko ,jisse ,jo Question poochna hai pooch lo..But once questioned you have to give the answer …bhale hi question extreme personal ho, you have to answer. And don't even dare to lie. So, what say?
Muskaan – I'm in!
Rahul – Me too!
Armaan – Count me out! (And started to leave)
Atul – Kyun? Ree bauhut maze aayenge!
Riddhima – Janey de Atul! Ek number ka Darpok hai…..Bhaagne de!

Armaan came back and dumped himself on a chair

Armaan – Don't challenge me Ridzilla!
Anjali – Ab phir se mat chaalo ho jaana….I'll start...My question is for Muskaan!
Muskaan – Kya! Mere liye. Pooch!
Anjali – It seems ki tum aur Rahul kaafi close ho…..ek saath ate ho…ek dusre ko itne ache se jaante ho….Baat kya hai?
Muskaan – (Laughing in her typical way) Main aur yeh……yeh Kankhajura ..Yeh to bas mera neighbor hai! Aur iski wajah se (hitting him) mujhe Doctor banna pada.
Atul – You mean tumko doctor nahi banna tha?
Muskaan – Pagal ho gaye ho! Mujhe to khoon dekh ke ajeeb sa lagta hai! Main to mast Bollywood enter krne waali thi, par iski wajah se (hitting him again)
Rahul – Lagti hai mujhe!
Muskaan – Whatever! Chalo ab meri turn…..MMmmmmm….. ARMAAN
Armaan – (amazed) Main Kyun?
Muskaan – Aise hi!
