What ? More! this just isn't fair he thought. Rahul dad was telling me that Sanjeevani is sinking. Things have not been handled well by him since his first attack and his second attack has been the last straw. I am so worried Rahul! Sanjeevani is his pride, if that is stripped off him he would surely get another attack. Dr. Shubhankar informed me that he would not survive another attack Rahul. I am so worried about him.
After him taking Angie's side all the way how can you still care for him Ridzie I never understand. I take it now this problem has been dumped on your shoulders what are you planning to do about it? Let me know if I can help in any way.
You are already helping me a lot just by listening and being here for me. As for the problem, well I am having a meeting with the finance group.
Apparently the old management sold Sanjeevani's account to another group and things are handled by the new group. In short they supply us with the money and we already owe them huge sums in prior loans. If we don't cough up profits and start paying back they can sell us or close us down. Someone called Armaan Maalik is the CEO there. Tina, papa's PA told me they were a very big group from UK and they have a share in almost every other company. She was surprised they had an interest in a hospital like Sanjeevani as they had never done business with hospitals before. Anyways, I told her to set up a meeting with the group head. Maybe I will try to get him to see the good work done at Sanjeevani and bargain for time so that things can be improved at Sanjeevani. This guy is my last hope!
Anyways, enough about me and my problems you tell me when are you going to introduce me with Muski?
At that moment a tall gorgeous girl in a sexy short dress screamed Rahul!!! She came running and bumped right into him and smooched him on the lips. Missed you a lot baby after last night she said in a sultry voice! Rahul shrugged off her in embarrassment and Ridzie was having a huge laugh at seeing him squirm like this!
She brought Muski's attention to her and introduced herself.
Oh, Hi Riddhima sorry I missed Rahul since morning didn't notice he was with someone. Rahul coughed in more embarrassment that Muski was talking about last night. Its fine Muski I have been waiting to meet you. Rahul has told me so much about you. In fact I was just asking him when he was going to introduce us when you came along.
Over dinner they talked about various things and Ridzie loved Muski she could see why Rahul loved her. She was just lovable. So sweet, innocent in some ways, but her temper! Phew! She was all in all perfect for Rahul.
All right, see you guys got to go dad will wonder where I am and I need to make sure he has had his medicines. Muski hope we can chat up sometime soon and catch up on Rahul ;) Oh! would love it Ridzie! I hope I am your best friend too from now on.
Riddhima felt happy that Muski was chilled out and understood her and Rahul's friendship and was not the jealous type. Definitely count on it here this is my number and Riddhima gave Muski her number and left. See you tomorrow at Sanjeevani Rahul! Take care Muski and she waved them off and walked back home.
Rahul had insisted that he would drop her but she had declined she wanted the love birds to have a nice time and didn't want to be stuck with them. And anyway she loved walking it cleared her head always.
She had become a doctor and brought out the most difficult babies alive but she had never learned to drive. Rahul had tried many times to teach her but she had not been able to. In the end when she had told Rahul why she could not he had understood and let her be.
Her mum Smriti had died in a car accident and she had been with her when she had died. She would never forget her mum hit the brakes and severe the car around to avoid hitting the truck! Every time she had sat in the drivers seat she had remembered this incident and had never been able to drive! She would remember the bang and her mum lying around in a pool of blood and the scream!! Even today her nightmares were filled with her mom's screams and her trying to save Riddhima and the last hug she had of her mum before she had passed away. She had been just around 10 years and had been holding her mom's hand after she had died and getting scared and asking her to get up! But her mum had never gotten up...
She looked up towards the sky where she though her mum was. Mum! Please help me save Sanjeevani for dad. Please mum! She always spoke to her mum and took her help and guidance they had been close and she missed her a lot! In many ways Dr. Shashank Gupta her dad had grudged that she Riddhima had lived and his wife Smriti had died.
And she understood sometimes even she wondered why God chose her over her mother. Her dad, Angie and her mum had been a perfect family her entering into it had just complicated matters. Angie had been intensely jealous of her mother's love for her and Shashank had always taken Angie's side and her mum hers. But when her mum had died Angie had made sure Shashank hated her as well.
After all she was the adopted one and it was Smriti who had forced Shashank to adopt her. Angie had hated the attention and love her mum had for Riddhima and sulked and grew jealous. With Shashank encouraging this jealousy unknowingly it had ended up with disastrous consequences later on for all of them. Her life had turned upside down with jealous tantrums from Angie and Shashank taking Angie's side always. Her talks with her mum had alone helped her and of course for a brief time Ammy had.
She would never forget Ammy. He had been so caring, loving and protective of her and no one could love another like that. She was thankful that for a brief time she had felt totally loved and she cherished those moments even now. But giving it up even now she wondered how she had done? Maybe she was destined not to be loved? Riddhima wiped away her tears and went back home to check on her dad.
No matter what she still loved her dad and Angie because her mum had loved them both and to her they were her only family. She had been adopted when she was a baby and given her a life and love. She was happy for this and thanked them all for it. She had taken something from Angie which was hers alone and that is why she never let Angie's jealousy irritate her. She was eternally grateful to her for sharing willingly or unwillingly something which was hers and hers alone her mom's love. With these thoughts Riddhima walked back to the place which she could call home!
