Riddhima turned slowly and saw him on his one knee with the ring in his hand "will you riddhima gupta accept me as your lawfully wedded husband'"

There was a pin drop silence. Everyone was praying for a "yes". Riddhima was confused which was replaced by shock when she saw muskaan hugging rahul, asking her to say yes. It was then she realized that it was all a prank. She looked at armaan who was looking at her with love and hope. Hope to spend the rest of their life together. She knew armaan loves her. Tears of joy were rolling down from her eyes. Looking at her, armaan knew that she loves him too but he wanted to hear it from her mouth. Everyone was waiting eagerly to hear "yes", especially rahul coz muskaan had clearly told him that she won't marry him till armaan and riddhima are together.

"Riddhima'please say yes please.." rahul prayed closing his eyes as muskaan held his arms, smiling at his desperation.

"AAAAHHHH'"riddhima shouted in pain as armaan crooked his eyebrows at her reply.

"AAAHHH" armaan said confusingly not knowing whether it's a yes or no..

"AAAHHH" everyone present in the church repeated looking at them..

"AAAHHHHHHHH" riddhima screamed holding her stomach. Everyone present in church knew that she is in labor except for two- armaan and rahul. Armaan was still trying to interpret the meaning of "AAAHHH" as rahul scratched his head coz even he had no idea.

"rahul'AAAHHH ka matlab..yes or no' jaldi bata.."armaan asked as rahul looked at muskaan for the answer.

"dumbo she is gonna have a baby.." muskaan said running towards riddhima to support her. armaan got up and keeping the ring in his pocket held her. They took her out of the church and muskaan ran towards the parking lot.

"riddhima everything gonna be fine..you just try to relax..okay..oh god..oh god..we are gonna have our baby today" Hearing him say her baby as ours bought fresh tears in her eyes. When abhi left her all alone, she never thought that one day she'll met armaan who'll be a father to her baby, who will treat her baby as their own baby, who will make her believe in love once again. Now she knew that armaan will be the best dad to her baby. He'll love the baby more than her. He'll be the perfect dad.

Setting her inside the car, armaan sat beside her as muskaan took the driver's seat. On the way he tried calling rahul but he wasn't picking up the call. They reached the hospital and picking her up in his arms took her inside the hospital. He stopped in his tracks as he saw him waiting for them at the door.

"how come he is here before me.." he thought looking at rahul but hearing her voice, he dropped the idea of asking him now. He laid her on the stretcher and held her hand as the doc took her to the OT. They were outside the OT, about to go inside when armaan stopped them.

"riddhima I know this is not the perfect time and moment and I promise you as soon as you are out of the OT you can give me any punishment you want but please just tell me your answer 'yes or no'. I can't take this suspense anymore." the doc and the nurse looked at him as if he has gone insane.

"mr. malik please can't you wait for this."

"no doc, you have no idea what I have been' " he stopped as he felt someone's fingers digging in his shoulder. He turned and saw rahul standing behind him.

"I mean you have no idea what we have ..." he stopped again as rahul dig his fingers again on his shoulders.

"What?.." he asked as he turned around looking at rahul. "de to diya tujhe credit. Ab kya saara credit khud lega" he asked glaring at him. The eye-to-eye contact was broken with the voice of riddhima.

"yes.." riddima whispered nodding her head slowly as armaan loosen his grip and the doc took her inside.

Riddhima gave birth to a healthy baby boy. Armaan entered the room and looked at her. She was tired but the glow on her face of becoming a mother suppressed the tiredness. She slowly opened her eyes and looked at him standing at the door. She blushed as she saw him coming towards her. He sat beside her and keeping his one hand on her shoulder hugged her sideways. He took the baby in his hand and kissed her forehead thanking her for entering in his life. They were looking at each other not realizing that rahul and muskaan were standing at the door watching them.

"awww'" muskaan said as she saw them cuddled together on the bed. "you guys are looking so cute together" she switched on the video camera to capture the perfect family moment.

"congrats.. buddy" rahul hugged him and patted his back. After a long time, he had his best friend back.

"and thank you Riddhima" he sighed keeping his one hand on his heart as Riddhima looked at him. "tum dono ki love story ki perfect ending ke chakkar mein meri story par full stop lag gaya tha. Now even I can marry peacefully" rahul said winking at muskaan as she giggled at his open flirting. Their eye to eye talk was interrupted by the nurse who took the baby. As she saw her leaving the room, she turned and looked at rahul who was ready to pounce on her.

"so are you ready.."he asked sitting on the chair as Armaan stood behind him. Even he wanted to know about the sudden disappearance that day. Although riddhima knew that armaan won't ask her directly is she is not comfortable but she also knew that rahul won't leave her before knowing the real reason. How is she gonna tell them knowing very well that they'll be mad at her especially Armaan.

"ready for what?" she pretended as rahul looked at her with a "you-know-what-I 'am talking- about" look.

"oh come on you know what I am talking about. In fact we all know what I am talking about including you..I won't let you go out of this room without knowing the real reason. Why you left that day?. everything was going fine. Did abhi said something or did he threaten you" he asked and saw her shaking her head.

"then what Riddhima. do you have any idea what we have been through from the day you disappeared. Ye Armaan, he was this close of losing his mental balance. He stopped going out. Itna to thik tha but he even stopped me from going out with Muskaan. He started watching "devdas" every night. Itna to thik tha but he even made me watch that movie. Yesterday we completed a century. I was okay with this too but when he started imitating his dialogues. You know what, I don't know about him but I was sure mental hospital mere liye ab door nahin hai. And now since everything is settled mein bindass ho kar bol sakta hoon Armaan tu itna pakao actor hai. Do you even know the 'A' of acting. You should be ashamed of yourself. Never ever think about going into acting line. i am sure you'll be the clear winner in the razzie awards. aur ye muskaan , even though she is my girlfriend, she is more concerned about him. she clearly ordered me "dekh rahul agar ye dono ek nahin hua then forget about us". Technically speaking Armaan should be the sufferer in this case but no they both have been torturing me from that day and now I have full right to ask you why Riddhima'why? Did I do something? As far as I know I didn't even said anything or had any kind of fight with you. Please tell me Riddhima..i am begging you. I am seriously going mad thinking why you left. Now you have to tell me. Batao Riddhima tell me.."

"let her speak Dude.." Armaan glared keeping his hand on his mouth as he couldn't handle his non-stop blabbering anymore. Riddhima looked at Armaan and saw the desperation in his eyes. It was no denying that even he was desperate to know the reason but wasn't asking her directly like rahul. She knew one day or other she'll have to tell them, it's better to tell today then later.

"actually I thought 'I mean..i know I was wrong and I totally accept it but the circumstances were such that I had no other option but to leave. Now before I tell you the real reason both of you promise me that you won't be mad at me and you won't shut me out of your life.." she asked as they nodded agreeing to her conditions.

"I don't know how to say this'(pause).... but i left coz I thought you'I mean..i thought you both were couple.." she finally blurted out looking at their faces which first showed confusion followed by shock as the realization sunk in.

"you thought me and Armaan'I mean Armaan and me..i mean we both.."

"are GAY.." Armaan completed the sentence as Riddhima nodded her head. Armaan who till now was standing behind Rahul, removed his hand from his shoulder and sat beside Riddhima on the bed making some distance between them. Rahul held the chair he was sitting and hurriedly moved towards muskaan who was giggling and recording everything in the video cam and sat beside her on the opposite side.

" and what made to jump to the conclusion that we are'Oh no no no..don't tell me you saw us together and that's why.."rahul said knowing the reason of her sudden disappearance.

FLASHBACK

All three were waiting for Riddhima to show up. Armaan was excited as well as nervous. He was sweating like a pig in the cool environment. Rahul and muskaan tried distracting his mind but failed. He had seen his friends proposing but never in his dream had he seen himself proposing. He tried backing out but when you have friend like rahul , you shouldn't even thinking about this option.

"Armaan don't back off now. you love her then tell her about your feelings man. She is perfect for you and even though I am new to this love , I can say that the way she behaves around you even she likes you. Someday you'll have to tell her ..so tell her today how you feel about her. She won't say it but she needs someone in her life and I know that someone is you"

" okay do one thing..why don't you try it on muskaan..Practice it before she comes here."

Muskaan stood in front of him as he started practicing his speech that he had been working on since the past few days. Muskaan being muskaan wasn't of any help as she was continuously giggling at his condition.

"rahul..muskaan ko dekh na..she is not helping me..kab se hass rahi hai.." armaan complained. Since they were the only three people in the hall, rahul had no other option but to take muskaan's place. He came and stood in front of him as he started practicing, imagining rahul as riddhima.

They were so busy in their practice without realizing that riddhima had heard them as she stood behind the pillar, her eyes filled with tears of sadness. Without wasting any time she ran out from the hall and reached home. Her heart broke imagining rahul-armaan as couple. It was impossible for her to see her heart break the second time. Even though she knew that she and armaan can't ever be together but what about the feelings, she has developed towards him. Day after day her feelings were growing stronger and she knew it won't take long for him to realize her feelings. She had no other option but to leave the house and that day she left him a letter and walked out of the house before armaan comes and stops her.

FLASHBACK ENDS

"stupid girl..you wasted 4 months thinking that. Forget it, I am done with you ..i haven't seen a dumb girl like you in my entire life..i always thought, no not just thought I believed that Armaan is the dumbest person but you..tussi to cha gaye'now I know you both are couple made in heaven." Armaan who till now was angry on riddhima turned his face slowly towards rahul.

"so is it my fault that armaan spoke his lines so brilliantly" riddhima said as armaan looked at rahul telling him 'I told you I am a brilliant actor' look.

"and rahul you..you were crying hearing him and on top of that you said "yes". What was I suppose to interpret that you both were acting. It was beyond acting, nobody could have guessed that you both were acting" rahul looked at armaan raising his collar telling him 'even I am not less then you' look.

"and then I remembered about the photographs I saw that day" riddhima said and after few moments armaan realized what photos she is talking about.

"OMG riddhima you saw those photographs.. the ones in which me and rahul'I mean rahul and me ..i mean we both.." riddima nodded her head. "they..they are all fake..it was all rahul's idea.." armaan said glaring angrily at rahul. Those photographs were clicked on the first day of their college life when rahul was told to pretend like gay and select his partner. Armaan had no idea that the seniors had clicked those photographs; it was only in the final year when one day he saw those photographs in rahul's apartment and took it from him to avoid himself from further embarrassment.

Armaan opened his mouth to speak but stopped as he saw the look on riddhima's face. She was looking at the door, he slowly shifted his gaze towards the door and looked at the person standing at the door. Sensing the silence, rahul and muskaan looked at the door and even their expression changed as they saw the person standing at the door.

Okay guys this is part 8 . I hope you enjoyed it. Though I am not very happy with the update par mera dimag ne jawab de diya hai. I can't think of anything better.
