I am so sorry for this super delay! actually, i had been not in mood to write much lately, so i was serving from my reserve tank, then i decided that its time to go on once again, and i started writing but at a very slow pace, then i felt like i shud and cud do it twice a week,,,but for some reasons cudnt keep up to it.

as u all know i hate to break any sort of commitment, i hated it very much and decided, now i will only update when this storyline is finished,,,now,,,,as i have completed the storyline apart from one episode, i think i will do it twice a week, INSHALLAH, this time its gonna happen!

i know i am going to be forgiven as u are absolutely supportive and caring to my work.

Thanks to ALLAH for giving me such wonderful family in real line and over net, for blessing me with everything i cud ever want and these mercy will continue forever!

Sunday at the mall

Gunjan is browsing through some watches while rimjhim is taking ages in the trial room of the next shop trying her picks.

G (muttering herself): aur kitna der lagaogi tum rimjhim,,,(he eye settles on a simple but stylish watch) zara ye dikhaie.

Salesman (indicating a wrong one): ye?

G: nahin uska left pe ,,3^rd one (salesman touches the right one) haan ye.(she tries it on, it looks perfect on her wrist) kitneka hain?

Salesman: rupees 1,71,000, mam.

G: huh? (untying it hurriedly as if wearing it will cost too)

Salesman (looking a bit confused): 1 lakh 71 hazar, mam.

G (composing herself, looking at the posh yet ordinary looking watch): haan, mujhe pata hain, par itna kiu?

Salesman : mam, actually dial me jo char stones hain wo asli diamonds hain aur, chain bhi bilkul asli platinum hain aur brand bhi (gunjan's eyes flickers through the brand name, 'rolex' noticing beyond the salesman she turns read, seeing the clearly visible 'rolex' sign which she managed to miss somehow)

R (from behind): tum yaha ho? Maine naa jaane kitne shops ,,,wow nice watch!kharid rahi ho kaya?

G (hurriedly hands over the watch): nahi wo,,,(staring at the salesman) thank you,,,(se kinda drags the fully loaded rimjhim out of there)

R: hey hold on! Baat kya hain? Aare gunjan kuchh to bolo? Aare

Bhushan's place

Nupur is on phone.

N: haan, par mayank, films dekhna bhi to zaruri hota hain, hain na? aur aaj Sunday bhi hain! Chalo bhi na mayank!

M: nahin nupur aaj nahin,,,project ka thoda sa kaam pending hain,,,

N(making a face): is memory ke sath tumhe itne saare padhai yaad kaise rehta hain mayank!

M:kya matlab?

N: matlab, project aagle Monday ko submit karni hain, is Monday ko nahin! By God, mayank! Amnesia samrat ko hain tumhe nahin!

M (sighs): mujhe yaad hain! Par agle hafte tumhara project ka bachekhuche kamo ka jo chhote mote everest bannewala hain us par charneke liye is bandeka free hona zaruri hoga na nupur?

N: mayank tum bhi na! uffffff! Impossible ho! Socha tha pyar ke baad apna khadus miter ko thodi niche karoge, par nahin! ab to shaadi bhi hone wala hain lakin tum to waise ke (she stops,blushing)

M (smiling): aaccchhaa???!!! Mujhe to pata hi nahin tha! Congrats! Akhbar me chhapwadu?

N: mayank!!!

M (mocking): nupur! (gulping the chuckle, in a false serious posture) aur haan ye koi achar nahin, mera dimag hain, jo agar tum chatna bandh karogi na, to mujhpe bada ahsan hoga..u know padhai ke thoda sa dimag bachake jo rakhna hain!

N: kya????!!! Tum ,,,mujhse,,,aise,,,chhi! Tumse toh baat hi nahi karni ab mujhe! (she slams the receiver on the cradle)

M :aare nupur main to,,,(he shakes his head, realizing the phone is disconnected and starts dialing, then shakes his head once again and starts typing , thinking, 'reaction to aamne saamne dekhna hain,,,gusse me jab laal-pila hote ho na, tab kitna cute lagti ho,,tumhe khud bhi nahin pta miss. nupur bhusan)

On the other hand nupur is fuming in the drawing room of bhushan's place., "is mayank ki bacche ne ,,,,chhi nupur , mayank ka aisa hone me bechare uncle aur auntie ka kya kasoor hain???parents me mat jaa ok? Haan toh main kya keh rahi thi is mayank ko na main kaal aisa ,,,"

G (entering a while ago now reaching totally absent minded nupur) : ye kisse baate kar rahi di?

R (throwing the packets on the sofa): lagta hain, mayank ka dimag kha rahi hain, akele akele, hume bhi thoda

N (flushing in a fashion that makes the other two kinda jump): kiu? Kiu khau uska dimag??? Nahi to wo kitkat hain aur nahi munch,,,to phir kiu,,,khhane ki aur kya hain uske bheje me? Bhuse ko chhodke?

R: hey !!!nupur yaar, come down!!main toh sirf

G (smiling): don't worry rimi! Di tumse naraz nahin hain,,,(to nupur) ab kya kiya hain usne?

N (as if she has been waiting for this question all her life): kya nahi kiya gunjan! Pucchh mat! Usne na aaj hadh ,,,(in the mean time the doorbell rings for a couple of times of which nupur seems extremely oblivious while gunjan cant pay attention after trying, as nupur express is still on with full speed tho withought any sound as the sound technician is focusing on the bell now, the bell rings for the 3^rd time and rimjhim opens, she and the the other two freeze at the sight of a huge bouquet , wit a card and a small package attached to it)

G: dekha di? Tum toh bina vaajaye hi mayank se

R (picking it up, reading the card): ye nupur ke liyee nahin hain,

N and g looks at each other looking confused.

R ;tumhaare liye hain gunjan.

Excel corridor

Samben are gossiping while gunjan confront sam.

G: tum ab mera pichha karna bhi shuru kardiya? Aapne aap kp samajhte kya ho tum? Haan? jab

S (recovering from this sudden attack): what! main? aur tumhara pichha? Nahin toh,,,main tumhara pichha kiu karu gunjan (takes a leap toward gunjan, making her retreat a bit, benji is watching closely , bemused)jabki mujhe tumhara sath chalna hain?

G (blushing pink then flushing red abruptly ignores him and shows the box ): tumhe kya laga? Tum agar mujhe zarurat se zyada kimti kuchh present kar doge to main jhatse maan jaaungi? Haan? Tum kya

B (interrupting): tum ghalath samajh rahi ho gunjan! Samrat ne tumhe ye ghadi nahi (he freezes, and so does everybody else for a moment)

G (recovering first): aacchhaa? Toh tum bhi ho isme shamil? Kiu benji? Ho na?

B: gunjan ye tum kya bol rahi ho mujhe to kuchh

G: agar tumhe itnisi baat samajhme nahi aa raha hain to phir ye kaise samajh me aa gaya ki isme kya hain? Wo bhi mere bolne ki vagair?

B: wo ,main batata hoon na

S (aiding him): oh pls gunjan, give him some credit ok? Box ka top me toh clearly likha hain, rolex, (gunjan gets a lil confused but still somehow unconvinced) zahir si baat hain, isme ghadi hi hogi (benji smiles in relief in anticipation)

G: to tum ye kehna chahte ho tumne mujhe ye

S: kehna nahi chahta, keh raha hoon,,,

G (muttering to herself, looking mortified): toh phir kisne,,,

B (fully composed now): wait a minute! Yani ke gunjan ko kisi anonymous shaqs ne rolex watch bheja hain?

G starts walking turning away from them still lost in thoughts.

S (loudly): it's the simplest case of "Secret Admirer" benji (gunjan halts at this, samrat winks at benji smiling)

B ( nodding, louder): par tu toh bilkul bhi tensed nahi lag raha!

S (even louder): tension? Kiu! Chahe gunjan ki kitne bhi dewano rahe ho, Top me toh samrat hi rahega na benji?

Gunjan dashes past the rest of the corridor hearing this.

Samrat grins.

B ; dude chal,time ho gaya.

S (still staring at the deserted path of gunjan): kaha?

B: aare notice nahi padha kya? Princi ko kuchh announcement karna hain, 11 baaje?

S: aare haan! Chal yaar.

The gathering

P: students, I am happy to announce that another semester of learning has come to its end, its time to leap up another step of the stair, its time to

M (echoes ,immensely satisfied): sit for another exam!

A huge moan makes his smile broader.

P: starting from 17 of august,09. The detail schedule will be available on the notice board 1 week prior to the exam, so , dear students, study hard! Over to miss. Aha, thank you.

Aha (after the departure of the principal): hmm, exam ka news hamesha bura news hi hota hain, hain na? par is saal es karawahat ko minimal karneke liye mere pass ek asardar dawai hain, a party on the 31^st (the students burst out a cheer so loud that she has to wait until it fades away) july, on a cruise, (after another shower of excited applaud) actually ye ek introductory offer hain, albatross cruise ki or se jo aapna business india me expand kar rahe hain aur advertisement ke liye is company ne aisa hi 10 parties offer kar rahe hain 10 alag alag organizations ko, wo bhi bilkul free of charges me.

M: one question mam.

Aha: sure.

M: agar aisa hain toh phir, wo excel ko kaise chuna? Aur kiu?

S (whispers to benji): mayank special! Muft me cruise mil raha hain, use kya hota hain? Usko toh iska pada hain ke kiu mil raha hain! So typical of him!

Benji nods grinning.

Aha: simple, mayank! Jo maine drama ki waqt kaha tha, hamara connection (in a false conspiracy tone) bahat hi pauhcha hua hain! Jokes apart, actually yaha pe hamare hi ek student ka jack come kar gaya, jiska special request hain ke hum use back screen hi rakkhe! Anyway, please give that student a huge hand and get ready for the party!!! And then exam too!

But its pretty obvious that her last remains unnoticed as the students has already started chirping in their groups about the upcoming event.

Corridor

Mayank locates nupur just a few steps ahead of him and calls for her. She turns and then starts moing completely showing her lack of interest in him.

M (catching up, holding her elbow): kaan toh thik hain na tumhara? Ya phir ent ki pass le chalu???

N: pehle toh khud ka ye dimag ka ilaj karwao baad me mere sochna!

M (being absolutely pleased seeing his favorite expression, but not showing the hint of it): dekho nupur, kaal jobhi hua use bhul jaao, chalo hum

N: na sorry, na pls, na forgive me! Aur umeed rakhteho ki main aise hi maan jaau? Kis mitti ki bane ho tum mayank! Kitna man that ha mera us film dekhneka ! ya phir shopping chalneka par nahin, tumhe to sirf kitab ki hi

M: nupur, mere baat dhyan se suno, maa ne kaal mujhe saaf saaf keh diya ke engagement to jald se jald ho jayega, lakin shaadi,,, graduation ki baad hi karwegi! (he sulks at the idea)

N (curiously): par unhe to shaadi ki Jaldi thina? I mean, mujhe toh auntie ne yehi kaha tha ke unki tabyat ke

M: aare wo bhi toh natak ka hi ek hissa tha nupur! Kaal mujhe bataya unhone!

N: kya!!!

Gunrim

Gunjan is fuming , rimjhim is kinda trying to reason with her.

R: tumhe shyad galath fehmi huyi hogi gunjan,

G: koi galathi nahi huvi mujhse rimjhim! Ye samrat ne hi kiya hain!

R: par tum itna yakin se kaise keh sakti ho gunjan?

G: mera favorite flower kaunsi hain rimjhim?

R (getting a bit off-guard with the new track then composing herself): umm,,,shyad,,,gulab?

G: lily, wo bhi safed wala, ab bolo samrat ka kaunsa hain?

R (seeing her point): carnations?

G (nodding): main e is connection ko miss kaise kardia rimjhim? Aacchha bewkuf banaya gaya hain mujhe! Wo bhi do do baar! Wo bhi benji ki saamne?

R: kya ben ka bhi haath hai isme?! Dekhna tum aaj uska aisa khabar le

G: tum aisa kuchh bhi nahin karogi! Mere liye benji se bilkul nahin ladogi tum? Ok?

R nods,halfheartedly.

G ; aur jaha tak mr. romeo ka sawal hain, iska hisab toh main lekar rahungi usse.

R(coughing ironically): tumhe nahin lagta us strong an confident gunjan ka bhut abhi bhi idhar udhar bhatak rahi hain?

G (smiling): kuchh zyada hi bhatak rahi hain!

Back to mayur

Par wo doctor, wo reports,,,itne saari dawaiyan???

M: doctor, maaki bachpan ki saheli hain, baki tum khud hi samajh lo!

N: ek terha se yehi aacchhaa huya mayank, (mayank looks at her in disbelief) chhoro na! auntie ki vaare me socho! Unka dil bilkul zabardast hain! Aur graduation ki baad shaadi hogi toh tumhara bhi padhai me koi disturbance nahi hogi! Tumhe toh khush hona chahie!

M: maaki baat pe main khush hoon! Par

N: ab mat kehna ke tumhe apna padhai ka bhi parwa nahin hain,,,

M: parwa hain nupur! Lakin ,,,

N: toh phir ye lakin yakin ka chakkar chhodo aur mujhe shopping le chalo!

M:tumhe toh koi fark hi nahi padta nupur!

N: kya! Kis baat se? mayank pls jobhi problem hain saaf saaf bolo na?

M (kinda desperately , still awkwardly): mujhse aur intezar nahin ho raha,

N (smiling): sach??? Mujhse bhi nahin!

M (enthusiastically): toh phir toh tumhe pata chal hi gaya hoga problem ki vaare me.

N (looking dumbstruck): tum razi ho, main bhi razi hoon toh isme problem kahase

M:wahi toh kabse keh raha hoon tumhe ke problem maaki nayi shart hain!

N (takes a few moment to do the equation and the result makes her blush): toh iska matlab ye hua ke tum ab tak shaadi ki,,I mean tumhe shaadi ki jaldi hai? (she lowers her lashes , stil stealing glances with him)

M , giving nupur a fair competition in blushing, nods , nupur beats him this time, after an uncomfortable hide n seek staring contest , something hits mayank)

M: btw, tum kis intzaar ka baatein kar rahi thi?

N (making a face): shopping ka.

M (laughing): I don't believe this! Tum bhi na nupur! (after a hearty laughter session) ab chale?

N: shopping karne?

M: padhai karne ! graduation ka shart toh tumhe bhi fulfill karna hain na?bhul gayi kya?

N (deemly): nahin wo actually

M (interrupting): ya phir tumhe koi jaldi nahin hain hamari shaadi ka?

N: maine aisa toh nahin kaha na ,mayank? (mayank beams crookedly , and nupur blushes and flushes at the same time) its not fair! Tum hamesha mujhse,,,jao phirse katti! (she leaves, ignoring his call for her entirely)

College premises

Ben is entering samrat's car, while sam is already inside.

Rimjan do pass them by, in an 'havent noticed' way.

R( as planned, audibly): toh tumhe abhi tak pata nahi chala, gunjan?

G: kya pata nahin chala, rimjhim?

R: us gift ki sender ki vaare me?

G: no idea!

R: ab tum uska kya karogi, gunjan?

G: main ajnabiyon ki diye huye koi bhi chis apni pass nahi rakhti rimjhim, afsos , main ise lauta nahi paya (getting the box out of her bag) sorry, rolex! (she throws it in to the trashcan next to her, rimjhim gasps looking horrified, as it wasn't the part of the plan)

Gunjan almost drags the still astounded rimjhim foreward smiling as she has just heard an ignition bein turned off.

kemon acho? kotodin thik kore kotha hoyni tomar sathe. tomar shorir kemon? jano, amar college e ki chap jachche. kal 9 am e bari theke beriyechi, 9 pm e phirechi. uff!! r parchi na. akhon khali pujor jonyo wait korchi. daarun moja hoy pujoy.
