The next day riddhima leaves with abhimanyu to the new sanjeevani early so she isnt able to meet armaan.
Now all interns reported in Sanjeevani. They were in the locker room before briefing.
Armaan: Anji ridzi aaye nahi?
Anjali: Armaan abhi ne kaha ki usko subah he jaana hoga to woh chali gayi.
Armaan is so upset and he feels like killing abhimanyu.
Armaan: Lekin anji...
Voice: Saare interns nurse station report kare.
Dr Keerthi: Interns aapko aaj kuch zyada duty karna hai kyunki Riddhima nahi hai.

Nisha: Sorry if im interrupting. Lekin akele baithna to aacha nahin lagta! Is it ok?
Rahul sees that muski is watching so he says, Of course maam! Kyun nahin! Muski gets angry and gets up and leaves. So nisha sits and chats with them....Then breaks over and they leave. They get back to duties.
At 7pm when everyone's to go home. They are all outside Sanjeevani talking. Nisha is seen trying to start her car. It doesnt start at all.
Nisha: Rahul kya aap mujhe ghar chodenge. Car kharaab hogaya.
Rahul doesnt wanna say yes but he does.
Rahul: My pleasure maam!
They both leave and all interns are shocked with Rahul and everyone leaves. Muski thinks she has to ask rahul why he's flirting with nisha. Armaan is thinking about ridzi and decides to call her up.
Armaan : Riddhima kya tum free ho?
Riddhima: Haan ghar pahunch rahi hoon. Tum kaise ho armaan?
Armaan: Tum batao jaan! Tumhari nayi din kaise thi sanjeevani mein?
Riddhima: Teekh tha!
Armaan: Us modi ne kaam karvaya kya? Use to mein!
