To me it was natural for Armaan to go through this...he is finally being forced to accept what is very unpalatable but needs to be done..there are bound to be questions, insecurities etc... there was never a doubt over who he would choose - he had already demonstrated that - but a queston of how to deal with Anjali...

By the way I am very impressed with the effort that you make with all your resonses...I am really touched...thank you so much!

I am so glad that you have enjoyed the FF and esp my characterisation of Ridhima'.yup Ridhima in DMG when it started out was far more spunky and more interesting than what she's turned out to be now though that's true of Armaan as well! Those two were an absolute joy to watch. It was the Ridhima and that Armaan- and them together that was something. The Ridhima in this ff, reminds me of that Ridhima at times.

However the biggest compliment that I could have got was that you have sat down to write something'looking forward to reading it soon! Yes, trying to channelise my AR fascination(!) and my summer leisure(;-) more productively, now if that makes any sense..would love to read your feedback on that sometime

There is no way I can read and comment on the new part right now but I will do so tomorrow-touchwood- when I am in the right mind and not dazed by sleep and the annoying viral fever

coming to the part

I really enjoyed reading about Padma's visit to Ridhima's room and your description of what she saw.. couldn't be more real including the little detail of Ridhima clutching on to her cell phone. Makes these characters look so real..

sleepyhead? it was cute, how Padma responds as in 'your sleepyhead' to Armaan..haha.. Padma is close to figuring it out. I am looking forward to seeing how Padma pieces together the puzzle (if I can call it that) and completes the AR picture. She's already in the right direction, something called a mother's instict, I'm sure Ridhima's changed demeanour at breakfast esp on receiving Armaan's call will not have escaped her notice either. Ridhima better brace herself for the next 'talk' with her mum-who will come prepared... Overall I'm loving this. And eager to read more of AR's next meet.

That said- the uneasy thoughts at the back of Armaan's mind about the impending doom will surely catch up soon. Waiting to see how that unfolds but I found it a little ironical how Ankit and Anjali confided in themselves about their respective issues and the kind of advice each gave reflects their own nature and approach- this looks like its heading for something big. I feel that Ankit is a lot more balanced and will take the whole revelation of AR's relation better than Anjali.

Yeah, mom's are diffiult to fool, aren't they? I used to often tell mine, that I couldn't understand how she always knew when I was frauding (and i have done stuff that would give most mom's heart attacks!) ...now she tells me she let a lot more pass w/o commenting cos she figured I needed to have some space of my own!

Ys, Ridhima bettr be prepared for her next "confrontartion" with Padma!

I guess the diff between Anjali and Ankit is that for Ankit its a newly discovered emotion while ANjali had lived with it for the last year so she is bound to take it harder.....but let's see how both of them deal with it, in their own way....

Wonderful part as usual. I'm worried about what Armaan's feeling of impending doom could mean...hope nothing too catastrophic occurs. I loved Padma's night time visit to Ridhima's room and her thoughts. It seems that she's pretty close to figuring out what's going on...I'm sure she'll be supportive since she likes Armaan so much. Ankit and Anjali were great as well...they understand each other so well...but I do think that Anjali is being a little dense. It should be clear that he's talking about Ridhima and Armaan.

First of all, all the best for your finals! Study hard and do well! That should be your first priority...sometimes now i wish Ihad paid mor attention at school though I doubt it would have done me any good, lol!

I am so glad that you enjoyed readingthe part...I know it did not really have AR but the idea was to show how everyones lies are being affected since it will have a bearing on what happens later...

Padma is n astutue mom, she already knows her daughter had a fight with a certain "he" which upset her a lt and meant a lot to her, and now Armaan being by her side...cant take rocket science to figure things out!

As for Anali, she is begining to acknowledge that Armaan has moved away frm her but refusing to accept it...it happens all the time..it takes osmething drastic to make you face reality...
