"Your job is done. We'll handle it from here. Here's half the payment, in cash. Rest will be made once the entire job is done"
Yadav nodded, "Yeah I know. Thanks"
The other man nodded aswell, "And listen, you and your organisation cannot flee from this county, for that matter this city, until the job is over. Boss has given me strict orders to make this clear to you"
"Yeah I know that ok ? I've read the 'contract' "
"Hmm, well then, I guess we'll take it from here. It was nice working with you, Mr. Yadav. I'll keep you updated. Good day"
They shook hands and departed in opposite directions.

5:30 pm, 20th October, 2009:
Ridhima got down from the bus and walked towards the 'Arrivals' gate. She was finally here. Posing as an eligible candidate for Armaan Mallik's secretary's post, she looked absolutely opposite the usual Ridhima. She was wearing a simple blue kurta, a white churidar and her hair was tighed in a tight bun. If that wasn't enough to make her look like a potential geek, she had also donned a pair of old fashioned glasses.
She picked up her luggage from the conveyer belt and walked towards the exit. She had always loved Mumbai. It was just so full of life.
Somehow, while stepping out in the open air, she had an uncanny feeling that there was more to this mission than just killing that Mallik dude. She was known to have killer insticts, she could sense danger or succes from afar, and this was mysteriously a mix of both.
******************************************
"Come in", Armaan Mallik said in his usual firm tone.
The door opened and girl who seemed to be in her late 20's walked inside. Armaan looked up and said, "Yes ?"
The girl looked confused for a moment, she adjusted her glasses and managed to utter, "Um, well, I'm here for an interview..I was told there's an opening -"
"Are you here for my secretary's job ?", interrupted Armaan, leaning back in his chair.
"Yes, I saw the advertisement in the paper so I -"
"Have a seat"
As she walked towards the chair, Armaan srutinized her from bottom to top, she looks like a geek, slow walk, slight slump, lacks self-confidence, "So, what are your capabilities ?"
She looked confused again. Gathering her thoughts, she managed to utter, "Well, I've done my MBA from IIM Ahemdabad. I got a 98.9 % on my 12th final, and I -"
"I don't give a damn about how much you scored on those worthless exams. I asked - What are your capabilities ?"
She opened and closed her mouth like a fish a few times, adjusted her glasses again, and said, "Err..I'm, um, intelligent, efficient and quick"
Quick ? Armaan nodded and said, "Are you capable of getting coffee for me at 2 in the morning if I demand ?"
The question caught her off-guard, "Sir ?" she blinked twice before the feeling of reality settled in, he's actually asking me that absurd question, "Well, yes, I think I can"
"Can you clean my desk every morning before I arrive ?"
"Yes.."
"Can you sacrifice sleep and work on a presentation if you're required to do so ?"
"Err, yes ?"
"Can you drive the car if the driver doesn't come ?"
"I guess so.."
"Great. Then go and get my a cup of strong coffee in 15 minutes", he said quickly before adding, "Oh and make sure that the quantity of water and milk is exactly the same", and with that, he went back to his laptop.
She stared at him like a statue. She blinked twice before speaking, "D-do I..have the j-job ?"
Armaan looked up and said incredulously, "Well yes! Why the hell would I ask you to bring coffee for me otherwise ? You said you were quick, so stop gawking at me and get to work!"
She quickly regained her composure and hurriedly nodded, "Yes sir. I'll just get it", having said that, she dashed towards the door. Before walking out, she quickly turned towards him and hastily asked, "Sir, you didn't ask my na-"
"Don't bother. I know you're Ridhima Gupta. I was just pretending not to know you when you entered"
Ridhima felt more confused than ever. Armaan Mallik was either too cold, or completely insane. Either way, his sense of humour escaped her.
Without wasting more time, she dashed out of the door.
*************************************
"Boss, it's all upto you now. The dude's done his job"
"Thanks Amit. I owe you one", the voice on the other side said.
"Naah, boss anything for you. You helped me when I needed it most. It's my turn to repay back"
The other man smiled, "Thanks Amit. Thanks a ton", and snapped his mobile phone shut.
The war had begun.
********************************
What the...?? Ridhima mumbled to herself as she ran across the floor with a cup of coffee in her hands. And this is what I'm supposed to do ? Be Armaan Mallik's glorified maid ? He seemed absolutely crazy to her. What kind of a joke was that ? This is all Yadav's fault, he's got me stuck in this godforsaken place. Damn!
She reached Armaan's floor and practically bumped into every single man. After a rough walk, she finally reached his cabin, taking a deep breath, she knocked on his door.
"Come in"
She peeped inside, "Sir, I bought your coffee"
"Aaah yes, please keep it here"
Ridhima nodded and walked inside. Armaan looked up as she walked and said, "Go to the 3rd floor after this, and get me all files related to the Armori project within 30 minutes, alright ?" Ridhima nodded and kept the coffee on his table. She quickly turned around and started walking towards the door, glancing at her wristwatch, Ughh only 30 minutes ??, She was about to open the door when a loud voice literally shook her.
"What the hell is this ?! This is the worst coffee I've ever had in my life! Go get me another one NOW!"
