Chapter 6B:
Present:
Rah-ye lijiye madam aapka ghar aa gaya!! Rahul halted the car outside Muskaan's house and turned towards her smiling.Lost in thoughts,Muskaan didnt realise that when he had stopped the car and when did she reach her house.
Mus(coming back from her thoughts)-huh!!??
Rahul sighed and smiled.Taking hold of her hands,which were fiddling with her dupatta,he leaned in closer to open the car door for her.
Rah-Muskaan!!Kabhi toh apne iss Psychologist waale avtaar se 'meri' Muskaan ban jaao....Muskaan looked up in his eyes while Rahul continued.
Rah-wohi Muskaan jisse mujhe pyaar hua tha pehli baar.....baarish mein bheegti hui,chote-chote bachon ke saath khelti-phudakti hui,khilkhilaake hasti hui.....Muskaan smiled hearing how he remembered everything abt their first meeting.
Rah-main chahta hoon ki tumhare chehre se wo 'Muskaan' kabhi na jaaye jo uss din tumhare chehre par thi....aur pata hai kya...
Mus-kya?
Rah(smiles)-tum jab waise muskuraati ho na...
Mus(confused)-kaise?
Rah(smiles)-hmm....dil se...tab tum aur bhi pyaari lagti ho.....Muskaan blushed and looked down.Taking his hands away from hers,he sat straight on the seat and with a serious look said:
Rah-waise mujhe koi problem nahi hai tumhaari tareef karne mein..lekin kya hai na Muskaan,raat ke 9 baj chuke hai...aur agar tumhara iraada yahi ruk ke mere moo se apni tareef sunne ka hai toh phir toh poori raat lag jaayegi......aur phir Moushmi di....
Mus-itna naatak karne ki koi zarorat nahi hai....jaa rahi hoon main.....Rahul laughed slightly while Muskaan smiled.She took her belongings and got down of the car.Smiling the last time at him for the day,she walked.
Rah-Muskaan!!...Hearing his call,she turned and went back near the car.With her hands folded around her chest and smiling face..she said:
Mus(sarcastic smile)-kya baat hai,painter saahab ab aapko dair nahi ho rahi.....ghar nahi jaana kya....!!
Rah(smiles)-aisi koi baat nahi hai par main sabse important baat toh tumse kehna bhool hi gaya......
Mus(serious & confused)-kya!!??
Rah(smiles)-I love you!
Muskaan smiled and turned red while Rahul smiled looking at her blush.He used to love it.
Mus-Rahul,aap bhi na.....bye!!
Rah-arre ek second...'I love you' ka jawaab 'bye' nahi hota....
Mus(smiles)-bye Rahul!! She left while Rahul looked at her till she reached the door of her house.Before entering,Muskaan turned and smiled at Rahul which surprised him.She placed her hands on her chest,then clasped together on her heart and then towards him...gesturing him a 'I love you' without words.Rahul was surprised at her sweet gesture.Smiling and slightly blushing,Muskaan entered her house and closed the door behind while Rahul couldnt help but smile and think abt her the whole journey back home.
Back At The Orphanage
M-Raj!!pichle ek ghante se main pooch rahi hoon ki tum mujhe bata rahe ho ki nahi......Moushmi looked irritated and annoyed at Raj's behaviour.Sitting on the same bech,she had been asking him the tenth time whether he would tell her abt his and Rahul's relationship,but there was no answer.Finally,angry to the heights she went close to Raj,who had his back behind her standing near a book-shelf pretending to read a book but actually deep down inside he knew that he didnt want to open this topic up and was ignoring Moushmi's questions.
M(angry)-bahut ho gaya,Raj...tum mujhe bata rahe ho ya main jaao....raat ke 9.30 baj chuke hai...Muskaan mera intezaar kar rahi hogi.....Pretening to not hear her,Raj got involved in his book and didnt make a move.Moushmi had had it now.She snatched the book from his hands,kept it back on the book-shelf and made him look towards her.
M(calming down abit)-Raj!kya baat hai...jab bhi main tumse iss baare mein poochti hoon toh tum humesha iss baat ko taall jaate ho....abhi thodi dair pehle hi toh tumne mujhse kaha tha ki tum mujhe sab kuch sach-sach bataoge...toh phir..kya ho gaya achanak.......!!??
R-Moushmi please....mujhe iss baare mein koi baat nahi karni....
M-arre aise kaise koi baat nahi karni.....jab maine tumhe saari kahani bata di....toh tum mujhe kyun nahi bata sakte...aur waise bhi iss book ko likhne ke liye ye kahani ka saamne aana bahut zarori hai......
R-main jaanta hoon,Moushmi...lekin main.....main.....He sighed at his condition.Explaining his emotions on a sensitive issue like this was a difficult task for him.It wasnt that he didnt trust Moushmi...he ofcourse did.....but,he had never allowed anyone..not even Rahul to know that part of his heart...of his life which was still an unexplained mystery...how did it all start??This was one question which remained unanswered till now..to everyone he knew...even to Rahul.He had no clue abt anything.
Moushmi looked at his worried and confused face and smiled slightly.Coming closer to him,she took hold of his hands in hers which surprised Raj slightly.
M-dekho Raj,main jaanti hoon ki tumhare liye ye sab mushkil hai...jaanti hoon ki tum iss waqt kya soch rahe ho....jaanti hoon ki tum iss waqt kis kashmakash se guzar rahe ho....par Raj hum dost hai right(Raj nodded and smiled)...toh jaise tumne mera saath diya tha jab main tumhe meri kahani bata rahi thi......toh bharosa rakho ki main bhi tumhara saath dungi...tumhari madat karungi tumhari kahani batane mein.Tum jaante ho ki hum dono ke liye ye book likhna kitna zarori hai....lekin usse zyaada zarori ye hai ki.....ki.....
Raj looked up at her and placed his hand on hers.
R-ki??
Moushmi looked down.She didnt know how to explain.
M-ummm...ki.....iss kahani ko sabke saamne laane mein hum dono ek dusre ke saath ho.....kyunki shayad hum dono hi hai jo ek dusre ko sambhal sakte hai....
Raj grinned and looked at her with a smile and raised eyebrows.Moushmi took her hands back and while looking down,moved her hands through her hair.Raj leaned in closer and asked sweetly:
R-kyun???
M-matlab??
R(grins)-kyun sirf hum dono hi hai jo ek dusre ko sambhal sakte hai..??
Moushmi was left speechless.She didnt know what to answer and neither did she expect him to ask such questions.
M(nervous)-ummmmm...wo...ummm....kyunki hum dono hi iss mushkil se guzar chuke hai......toh hum naturally better samjh sakte hai......She mentally smiled on coming up with such a good yet true excuse.
Raj smiled and knew she was lieing.It was clearly shown on her face but he didnt want to stretch the matter...maybe because he felt that she wasnt ready yet to let her feelings out.
R-hmmm...right!
M-toh theek hai batao...!
R-Moushmi!!raat ke 10 baj chuke hai aur tumhe nahi lagta ki ye jagah bhi kuch...umm...u know odd hai....
Moushmi frowned.Raj smiled looking at her face.
R-theek hai baba...tumhe sab kuch sach sach bataoga..lekin abhi nahi.....kal...kyunki abhi bahut late ho chuka hai....chalo tumhe ghar drop kar doon....
M-hmmm....theek hai...lekin kal pakka..!!
R-pakka baba...kal main tumhare ghar aaunga aur wahi tumhe sab kuch sach-sach bata dunga......theek hai..
M-haan theek hai....kal waise bhi Sunday hai.....toh Muskaan ghar pe nahi hogi kyunki uski exta appointments hoti hai aur Rahul bhi......
R-Rahul bhi subah basketball khelne club jaata hai........
Moushmi smiled.
M-ab chale...

Note:

One more important thing which I would like to ask u all readers.This FF is definitely dedicated to RM...and their story only,but I wanted to ask ur honest feedback over parts related to Raj-Moushmi..whether I should shorten it or show them less.I dont want you guyz to think that its a FF of AR too...not because I hate the couple or anything...infact they used to be one of my fav.couple but not anymore.The name Armaan-Riddhima I had given so that everyone can imagine Raj-Moushmi...nothing else.I really would appreciate it if you would tell me honestly regarding it.Would be waiting for it.
