Mayank z exit 4m da show n incomplete rahul-muskaan luv stry has encouraged me 2 do this....
Muskaan receives rahul z letter...n da wrds of the ltr r as follows:
"Muskaan...muskaan mein jaanta hoon k mein ne waada kia tha k tum sab se milne aaonga...par tujh se bye karne ki himat nahi hai mujh mein....mujhe maaf kar de muskaan...mein jaanta hoon k tu mujh se pyar karti hai...par mein?!...khair mein toh hamesha se tujh se pyaar karta tha...aur karta rahoonga...lekin is rishte ka koi future nahi hai muskaan...hum kabhi ek nahi ho payeinge....ho sake toh mujhe bhula dena...jab tak tujhe yeh letter milega muskaan mein jaa chuka hoonga!Bas BYE kehna chahta tha...

She wept in armaan z arms...
Armaan knew rahul was gone....nw muskaan knew it too...
She went home...sitting on the sofa....silently weeping...remembering the moments of lyf she spent with rahul....she remembered once rahul had taken her by her arm sayn:"Chala jaaon??????!"

Da interns wr no longer interns they were all doctors....
AR happily married......
Dr.Modi handed Sanjeevani in da hands of Dr.Shashank who then retired gvn da authorities in the hands of Dr.Shubhangar..who was assisted by his beloved wife....Dr.Keerti....
Abhimanyu himself became a doctor in the hospital....by then he created a special bond with the gang n was able 2 make his own space in their group....
Anjali n Atul wr finally deep in love bt anjie required tym n so they r engaged....
Abhi-Nikki....they knew their day didnt strt without seeing each other's face n fighting with each other....
N Muskaan??????????she was lonely...nt tht she didnt gt any proposals in those 5 yrs bt jst tht she didnt accept any.....her heart knew tht she was waiting 4 sm1 who wud nvr return bt 4 her....her lyf n true love was RAHUL.....she cud nevr gt ovr tht....muskaan was no longer da bubbly-chirpy grl she had been with rahul.....muskaan nvr laughed the way she used to 5 yrs ago....bt she didnt cry....as of her features....in shalwar-kamiz....somehow the natural beauty didnot fade....not that her friends nvr tried 2 cheer her up....bt she was not 2 change....
This morning was different 4 the doctors....rather the senior doctors....
They were told 2 assemble in Dr.Shubhankar z office...he had some very important announcement to make....in his office:
Shubhankar:"I know k aap sab mere us announcement ka wait kar rahe hain....pata hai doctors aaj mein bohat khush hoon....."
Atul:"Kyun Sir?"
Shubhankar:"Dr.Joshi aap....aap hi kyun....armaan,riddhimma, muskaan, abhi, nikki n ofcourse anjali se hamare sanjeevani ki pehchaan hai.....lekin in saat namoo mein ek naam aur jur raha hai..."
Armaan:"U mean new doctor?"
Shubhankar:"Not exactly...Dr.Malik....ye naam koi aaisa waisa naam nahi hai....ye woh naam hai jisne sanjeevani ki pehchaan banayi....aap interns k liye woh naam kaafi important hai....woh naam jo aaj se theek paanch saal pehle humse juda ho gaya tha....woh aaj lot aaya hai..."
Muskaan's heart strtd beating faster.....her face showed a smile tht didnt appear for 5 yrs....
Dr.Shubhankar:"Dr.Rahul!"
N he pointed towards the handsome figure walking....muskaan cudnt smile 4 sm reason....she turned 2 c rahul standing behind her....da ovrjoyed doctors hugged their best friend....
Bt a silence was maintained....muskaan didnt walk 2 rahul....she didnt hug him...she didnt weep....mayb the 5 yrs were enough 2 make her so strng....bt y?she questioned herself....y 2day wen my rahul z bak?
Evn rahul didnt utter a wrd 2 muskaan...they jst silently stared at each other.....
