hey guys. soo sorry. i know i'm soo latee! but i'm almost done the next part! and its not even long! but i promise from now on...i'll post the next parts up regularly!!!! im posting the next part today! so keep checking!!!

PART FOUR:

"Aayush," Mrs. Sharma called. "And Meghna and Tina. I want to see your project…well…what you have so far. Then you can do the finishing touches today and hand it in tomorrow."

Meghna got up to give the teacher her file. Tina smiled.

"At least she came to some use," Tina said to herself.

Aayush watched Meghna give the file to the teacher and say, "Mrs. Sharma. I did this on my own. I can't work with Aayush and Tina. All they do is sit around and flirt. So we decided to go our own ways."

Mrs. Sharma looked at Meghna surprised. "Are you sure you did this on your own? It's a lot of work for one person. And you even skipped a grade."

Meghna shot Aayush a dirty look and replied, "At least I have a brain. And besides…I'm a doctor. Well…studying to be one. I am supposed to be an intern in a hospital in America. But then I moved here and they want me to show some credits from India. They also don't allow anyone under 23 to join. And I won't be 23 until a couple of months."

Ms. Sharma was surprised. "Wow…" she said slowly. "So after this year, you are going to study more medicine and be an intern at the same time?"

"Yea…because I already studied some medicine in America…so I just have to study a year or two more."

Aayush starred at Meghna in surprise. She always shocked him with news every time they met.

Tina's mouth dropped open. "How about you finish this project, Aayush?"

Aayush looked from Meghna to Tina. "Why do I have to do it? You can help, you know?"

Tina was shocked by Aayush's response. Clearly he was upset.

"You're…you're upset at the fact that Meghna left our group?" she asked in disbelief.

Aayush didn't want the world knowing that a girl had turned him down. He looked up at Tina and grinned. "Tins baby…the only reason I'm upset is that now…I have to work on this project."

Tina smiled in return and exclaimed, "That's like the Aayush I know!"

The class finished and without a word, Meghna got up and left.

A few days passed. The more Meghna ignored Aayush, the more he wanted to be her friend. He saw Meghna everywhere! He saw her in the park. He saw her in the gym. He saw her at college. He saw her at home. He even started seeing her in dance practices! Tina had begged Aayush to be in her dance group. But Aayush clearly said no using basketball as an excuse.

"Aayush!" Tina exclaimed. "Where are you lost? What are you thing!? Or should I ask, who are you thinking about?"

Aayush looked up and smiled. "Me?" he asked. "I'm thinking about her."

"Who's her?" Tina asked jealously.

"I don't know," Aayush replied slowly. "Her face isn't clear. But she is defiantly the girl of my dreams."

Tina smiled thinking, "Maybe…it is me."

"What's she wearing?" Tina asked wondering if it really was her.

"Hmm…" Aayush said getting up. "I see white jeans and a red top."

"Red and white?" Tina asked. "Aren't those like your favourite colours?"

"I guess so," Aayush replied confused of why Tina was asking all these questions.

Aayush yawned and fell on his bed. He was still regretting the fact that he had shouted at Meghna and lost the chance to be her partner. Of course, he had finished the project in time but it wasn't the same as it would have been having Meghna with him.

"I wonder what she is doing," he said to himself.

Aayush got up and walked to his balcony. His eyes searched for Meghna's face through her balcony.

The white curtains from Meghna's balcony door flew around as Aayush caught a glimpse of her dancing.

"She must be practicing for the show," he guessed.

He quickly got up and took a shower. After his basketball practice, he made his way back home and then to college. He looked around with his eyes wide open in surprise. "Woah!" he exclaimed! "What the hell is going on!?"

Meghna quickly drove in the college campus and got out off the car. She took her sunglasses off and put them in her black bag. She quickly looked at her reflection in her car. She had to admit, she looked pretty hot today in short black tights and a long blue top. She turned fixing her hair and looked around.

"Holy!" she exclaimed. "Did I miss something today?"

Meghna walked down the hallway looking all around her as she bumped into Aayush, who was doing the same.

"Uff!" she muttered. "Watch where you're going!"

Aayush looked at Meghna. "Wow…" he whispered. "You're looking nice today."

"Thanks," Meghna replied without arguing.

"Wow again!" Aayush said surprised. "You didn't argue back!"

"Yea…" Meghna said smiling. "I'm just confused of why all the girls are wearing red tops and white jeans!"

"I am too!" Aayush exclaimed. "I thought I was the only one! Holy! And they've all been smiling at me and they keep walking around me!"

Meghna frowned. "Okay then. Glad I didn't wear them."

"What do you mean?" Aayush asked confused.

"Well…if it has something to do with you…then I kind of don't want to be a part of it."

Aayush laughed at Meghna's comment. "You really don't like me, right?"

Meghna smiled. "Don't like doesn't seem strong enough. Try using hate."

Saying this she walked away.

Aayush smiled and turned around.

"Woah!" he exclaimed looking at Tina. "You too!"

Tina looked down embarrassed. She didn't want to tell him she wore those clothes because of the same reason as the other girls: to be Aayush's dream girl.

"What do you mean me too?" she asked looking back up. "I have no clue of why these girls wore red and white. But I have to go to a party this evening where the theme is red and white. And I have to go straight there after the party."

"Oh," Aayush replied simply oblivious of the reason and the fact that he had told them that his dream girl wore red and white. The truth was that Aayush had lied. He didn't want everyone knowing his personal dreams and wishes. Aayush had made up random colors on the spot.

Meghna walked up to Ishika and thanked God that she was wearing something other than red and white.

"Phew!" she sighed.

Ishika laughed. "You know why these idiots are wearing red and white? Because yesterday, Aayush told people that his favourite colours on his dream girl would be red and white."

Meghna frowned. How could he have been so unaware of the truth this morning?

After classes ended Meghna quickly changed into long, black, baggy shorts and a baggy, white t-shirt with a picture of her and two other boys, Karan and Rahul. On the back, it said 'Kashyap' in red, capital letters. She quickly ran to the college gym, where she promised to help a group with their dance routine. As she sat on the steps tying her shoe laces, a basketball hit her head (YES DMG! :D). She turned around and saw Aayush smack his teammates head and look away. Meghna told the dance group to continue practicing as she took the ball and walked to the basketball team.

"You guys think you're so cool, don't you?" she asked in a moderate tone.

"Correction, honey," Aayush said smiling. "I KNOW I'm cool."

Meghna rolled her eyes and started dribbling the basketball. "How about a one-on-one game?" Meghna asked shooting from across the gym.

The basketball went 'swish' through the net as the boys starred in awe.

Aayush, once again, felt a great need of getting to know this girl. There was something about her that attracted him. He had to be her friend. He wanted to get to know her well. He had to get to know her well.

Aayush snapped out of his thoughts and grinned. "I haven't seen a good player like you in ages! This'll be fun! But I have a condition."

Meghna raised her eyebrows and gave Aayush a questioning look. "And the condition is…?"

"If I win…you have to forgive me and at least try to be my friend."

"And if I win?"

"Then I'll never come in your way again."

Meghna smiled looking at the sincerity in his eyes. "Deal."

The game started with Ishika throwing the ball up in the air. Aayush decided to go easy on Meghna, let her start off with the first ball.

Meghna smiled to herself. She knew that Aayush did that on purpose. But seriously, did he think that she couldn't play well just because she was a girl? Meghna had grown up with three boys, for God's sake! Of course she knew how to play these sports and beat the opponents! The smile wiped of from her face when she thought about how good Aayush was. She had seen him play many times in the morning. Of course he was good too. This was like playing against someone her own level.

Meghna ran past Aayush and threw the ball through the net. She then turned around and bowed down in front of Aayush, grinning. Many boys, along with Ishika, clapped. In time of five minutes, the gym was packed with people coming to watch this game. Most boys came for Meghna as she had captured the hearts of most of them. Most girls that weren't in red and white were assumed to be in Meghna's side. But obviously, all the girls in red and white were there for Aayush.

Most of the game went on with Meghna scoring, then Aayush scoring. The score was soon tied to 20-20 and there was a minute left till the game ended. Tina walked through the door and quickly asked Dolly was on earth was going on. Dolly filled her with how the game was going, forgetting to mention Aayush's condition about becoming friends.

Meghna grasped the ball tighter as she grabbed the ball after Aayush scored again and ran towards the net. Tina, not wanting Meghna to tie with Aayush, loudly screamed to distract her. Meghna jumped with astonishment as the timer buzzed and the game finished.

"What the…?" Meghna thought to herself. "That was cheating. I could have shot!"

She sighed and walked up to Aayush. "Good game," she said managing a fake smile.

Aayush shook hands then added with a smile, "No worries. I'll leave you alone. I know you could have tied with me. Even won. But the distraction at the end threw you off. I understand. I'll leave you alone."

If friendship with Meghna was written in his destiny, he would definitely become friends with her.

Meghna smiled at the words Aayush said. "It's okay," she replied. "We never decided what would happen if the score tied. How about we do something in the middle? I won't become your friend. But I'll still forgive you. I mean, we can still be peers in college."

"By the way…" Meghna continued. "How come you acted unfamiliar to the fact that the girls are all wearing red and white because of you? I mean…I heard it was you who said his 'dream girl' was wearing red and white."

"Oh!" Aayush said laughing. "I actually didn't remember I said that. You just reminded me. But who my dream girl is, what my dream girl wears, and how she is, is private. I don't like sharing this kind of information. These are my dreams. So that day, I just made random colors up. I didn't know that this is the kind of reaction it was cause."

Meghna burst out laughing and walked away to class thinking of how wrong she was about Aayush.

ok.. this was jst WOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW... i was totally abt to die for the nxt part... but im SOOO GLAD u posted it now.. (itz abt timeEeEEeeEE)..

hey guys...i know yuu guys are probably mad at me that i barely update..but i hardly have any readers because its not based on any shows...so i slowly stopped writing the story...but since i am not very far in it...i will be starting over...faster than i've been writing this one..

AHEMMMMMM AHEMMMm..
