Angad stayed with kripa for one week avoiding his Mom and Louise all the time. Kartik knew this and always made up excuse when Naina enquired about Angad. He helped her with music exam as he her dates were sent the day she sat her law exam. He noticed she can sing heartrending songs very well that really empathizes her pain reflecting her soul. It was heart breaking to see her at this stage. When it comes to sing more cheer-full songs she'd always loose her voice. She would sing but the voice doesn't come from her heart. It just didn't suit. He tried to make her happy but she was stubborn on her own way. He knows she still blames herself for Neal's Death. He had seen her giving her punishment everyday even thought she was trying to cover for it, he knew it.
"You're doing it right kripa!" Angad said once again interrupting her from her song. "Make it sound like you are meaning it." After five hours was her exam and they have been up all night practicing.
"Why don't you do it, if you are so good!" said kripa angrily as he always keep telling her off.
"You sang the other song so well, why not this? How long is this going to go on?"
Kripa pretended herself looking at magazines while Angad's eyes stayed on her. "I am talking to you." Kripa looked up from Magazines, "Do you want anything to drink?"
He grabbed from her and threw it across the room. "Damn it kripa, why are you doing this to yourself?"
Kripa looked away and didn't answer. They were both standing next to each other in the living room. "I AM TALKING TO YOU!" he said shaking her from her shoulders, his each and every word suppressing anger.
Kripa reached her flat during night time. It would take a lot of convincing for her examiners to let her take the exam again. She left for personal reasons and hoped they understand. There was no convenience food left in her fridge, decided to take the take away.
"We should do this more often" Kartik said as he parked his car in front of a restaurant.
Angad nodded, it was nice to spend time with his brother, and he missed it a lot. "Only if you can spare your time with your lady love"
"Angad!" Kartik blushed.
They joined the queue but didn't notice kripa behind. Kripa was aware of him and decided not to disturb him. Both Kartik and Angad grabbed their food turned to go when all of sudden Angad crashed into kripa!
"Kripa!" Angad cried in happiness. He stood shocked as he gazed at her; she has become weak, pale. "You scared me so much, why didn't you tell me. I am sorry for Neal!" he hugged her while kripa stood there dump. "I missed you so much, you should have called me, I tried to call you so many times but no one picked the phone"
"Kripa" he said again as he pulled away from her, "when did you come back?"
Kripa pushed him away, "What the hell Angad? I didn't ask you on that day when you were sleeping with that b***, did I. I wasn't that busy and as for you it's not my problem you weren't there! Excuse me I have some work to do" They were making a scne there, Angad looked at her shocked. Kartik stood and watched the scene.

Across the room she saw her own picture with Neal during their college days in New York; life was refreshing at that time. "I don't have to answer all of your questions!"
"TODAY, YOU HAVE TO, RIGHT NOW!"
She pushed him away, "NO!"
Angad once again took her by shoulders, "I am not going to leave you!"
She looked at him in his eyes; they were demanding answer from her. She was thankful for having him help her but he was also invading her privacy. "It's my life, I chose to tell who I want or not!"
"DAMN IT KRIPA!! I SEE YOU EVERY NIGHT CUTTING YOURSELF!" He took hold of her arm pulled the long sleeves up to see dark cuts. "WHAT THE HELL IS THIS!"
She looked away as she pulled her arm away. "YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO INTEFER IN MY PRIVATE LIFE!" she yelled at him. He looked at her shocked and moved away from her. "I DON'T CARE, JUST LEAVE ME! GO TO HELL!" she screamed again in frustration.
"You are right, After all I am only your friend, and who am I to interfere in your private life." He said slowly leaving her.
The next two days passed with no sign of Angad near bye. She was living on her own. Everything felt so lonely to her but then again she deserved it, she thought. She didn't feel like going out for fresh air but stay inside in dark. Somewhere inside her felt guilty for saying those words, she knew he was hurt. She saw it in his eyes. But then again he was invading her privacy, eyeing her everywhere.
Now she felt taking a mid-night stroll in beach. She was in sweats and comfortable pair of jean, her hair tied up in pony tail.
The sand under feet felt smooth as she walked on it, holding her sandals. Why the life does have to be so complicated? She thought. As she was immersed into her own thoughts, Angad saw her, he was there sitting on the rocks looking at the waves with a bottle in her hand. In the two days, he had drunk the night away.
Kripa looked towards the sea, she saw someone sitting there. As she walked closer and closer, she felt her heart beat faster. It was him, she realized as she put up hand on his back. He turned around; she saw he had red eyes.
K – Angad!
A : Oops Do I know you Madam?
"Stop it, Angad" she said, she tried to pull him up. His breath stinks because of alcohol.
"I have no where to go! Leave me here and someday someone will come up to me and say Angad go to hell and there would be no Angad left to –"Before he can say anything he felt something hard on his face, he looked up to saw teary kripa.
"Don't you even speak like that mister!" she said, holding him from his collars. "Why are you crying kripa?" he asked holding her from her shoulders, "you're the one who said me to go away!"
"Stupid!" she said, "I was angry at that time!"
"I am not going anywhere with you, not until you promise me not to cut yourself!"
"Angad, why don't you understand, I killed him!" It was now his turn to slap her.
"SILLY GIRL! IDIOT! WHO SAID YOU KILLED HIM! IT WAS AN ACCIDENT AND HE IS NO MORE LEFT, KRIPA, FACE THE REALITY! DAMN YOU KRIPA, YOU ARE HURTING YOURSELF, IT HURTS ME. WHAT WOULD I DO WITH OUT YOU? TELL ME. IF NOT FOR ME, ATLEAST FOR NEAL, DON'T DO THIS TO YOU. HE WANTED TO SEE YOU HAPPY NOT ATTEMPTING SUICIDE. HE'S DEAD!"
"NO!" She screamed at him. Before he knew it, she fell down on her knees crying, "I want him back,!" she sobbed in between tears. "I want him back".
They both were crying, he knelt opposite to her. "He's always there for you and he must be watching you now" he said but it made no affect to her, she was crying loudly. Her cries echoed the silent beach. His face flashed every where in her mind, there young days, love days in between everything they have done so far, flashed before her eyes and he was no more left. No more Neal for her. Angad hugged her unable to see her in this condition, it pained him inside.
