Day four … Three days left.
The two days were spent at her apartment with press outside her apartment. Now on the fourth day it's less crowded but she would still feel people peeking from the curtain to see whether she's alone or with Angad. The news was major headline with the rumors whether Angad and kripa are still having an affair? With fresh pictures of Louise leaving kripa apartment teary eyed. The wedding bells of Angad Khanna. Kripa was working on there financial problems. She trusts Angad on not sleeping with her but then Angad you never know what you're doing when you're drunk. The financial plan was working and Angad was still unaware of it as he's still worried about the wedding.
Angad, on the other hand was curious about every move as she kept telling him to leave it to her. With false news of pregnancy and if the wedding did happen it'll only not ruin his life but their firm too, The Khanna Enterprise. How could he not be worried when he's not aware about her plans, he trusted alright. But still there was a bad feeling..
"Angad you should go today.."
"WHAT?"
"It's sangeet today! Everyone would notice your disappearance and come knocking on my door. It's best if you leave and pretend nothing has happened"
"But .."
"Trust me it'll make it easier for me and they won't suspect us a bit!"
He relented and sighed. Kripa hugged him, "Don't worry everything will be alright. I'll call you" he nodded and pressed a kiss on her temple. She looked through the door whole and it was clear. He went left un-noticed by public.

Meanwhile in Khanna mansion both the press and the guest Where was the groom? Naina was worried herself yet cursed that girl kripa behind all this. The ceremony has started with no sight of the groom. The guest and press were both whispering about the rumors…Whether Angad khanna having an affair or planning to elope the wedding with kripa Sharma? Across the room she saw Mr. and Mrs. Vuitton clearly affected by rumors spreading. Behind them she saw Louise coming down with group of girls dressed in bridal clothes…
"Is it true Angad khanna has done runaway before the wedding?" One member asked. Room fell silent as the audience looked towards her. She caught a glimpse of angry faces of Mr. and Mrs. Vuitton. If anything go wrong everything would drown.. Her long dream to become owner of the known
Dilip and Kartik were present in the wedding too watching Naina covering for Angad's presence. Kartik shook his head as why didn't he understood it earlier. He too has been trying to reach Angad but his cell phone was off lately since Naina last talked to him.
"Who said I was going to run-away?" said a voice from the entrance. Faces turned towards the door to see Angad khanna entering. The press ran towards him clicking their cameras and firing questions at him. Naina relived rescued him from the press and took him straight to the room where Vuitton family followed them.
As he was about to protest, two people walked in the room. Naina followed his gaze and smiled. "Angad, meet your in-laws!" he looked at the man with same height as his dressed modestly in Sherwani. He had a fair French face, it looked odd to see someone French in Asian clothes nevertheless it suited it. The man before him must be in fifties but didn't look like so perhaps looked much younger. The woman also was dressed fashionably in bridal saree attire looked so much like Louise. She had same brown hair except her was much darker than. With age, the color of her must have gone darker. He wondered whether they know about their daughter wedding proposition.
"We were getting worried" Naina said "I already assure them that you were gone in Delhi shooting. Why didn't you pick my call?"
Before he could say anything, the man moved towards him shook his hand and hugged him. "I'm very pleased with my daughter's choice. For a moment I was also going to be fooled by the press" The man. Angad hesitated for a minute embraced him back. He felt sorry for them but then again it was Louise fault. Why was she after him?

Meanwhile back in kripa's flat, she took the paper reports that Louise has left and left for the hospital that was in the report. It was understandable if Louise turned out to be pregnant and the child could be Angad's! Who would she know the child's Angad even if she's pregnant. She hoped everything would turn out easily soon.
The company matter was simple too, she thought. If the pregnancy issue solved, she would inform Josh to continue with the matter as she has told him about the happening. It was simply since the company was handed down to Louise and she being the 52% owners will sign the paper. The signing part wasn't very hard infact it was easy just to imitate her signature... Once the shares would be ready to sell in the market she would get Josh to buy the shares and sell it back to them. It was impossible for Khanna's to buy the shares as they have lost much due to the shares sold to Louise.
As she reached the hospital, she went to the office DR. The first reaction of Doctor seeing her was nervous due to the fact she was popular and can sue him. After bribing he admitted that Louise bribed him to prepare fake pregnancy reports. Kripa was shocked yet at the same time felt guilty for not believing him. He was right but right now another thing was left to be done.
Using her personal law contacts, she told her solicilitors to prepare contract papers for selling shares.
The next morning at Khanna mansion both families were sitting at sofa discussing wedding plans that was to happen after two days. Louise sat snuggled with Angad. Naina was shocked at how quite Angad was yesterday and today, he didn't protest. Kartik, Dilip and Louise were too not satisfied with mysterious behavior.
Where the hell could she be? Angad thought frustrated. He tried her cell last night many times no one responded. It seemed so true that wedding was going to happen while he'd have no choice! Why the hell didn't he just ask about her plan? He saw during staying at her house, she kept herself busy with the laptop most of the time. What was researching the internet going to help? What if kripa was right? What if he really slept with her when he was drunk? As he was occupied deeply in his thoughts he didn't hear the bell rang. At second time he was about to get up when Louise pulled him down gesturing teddy was attending the door. By now everyone's attention was toward the door.
Angad felt a sense of calm, peace as kripa entered and walked towards them, he smiled. Naina and Louise exchanged glances and thought what the hell was she doing? Angad excused himself and took her to his room. Louise parent seems unaffected but by looking at their daughter nervous and angry expression something was wrong…
Meanwhile in the room as soon the door closed, Angad hugged her. "Where the hell did you disappear yesterday?" kripa embraced him back thinking if she hadn't trusted him she'd be destroying his life. She buried her face in his chest feeling the warmth of his arms around her. Angad felt her tremble; he took her face in his eyes and saw tears rolling down her face. "Hey" he said softly brushing the tears away from her face by thumb, "what's the matter?" kripa closed her eyes, her lips trembling. "I am sorry." She said looking down then at him. His soft eyes looked at her confused, she hugged him. He ran his hands down her back calming her down. "You were right" she cried, "she faked her pregnancy." At that moment he understood her condition. Relieved, her face cupped in his hands he made her look at him, "it's not your fault, you did what you thought. Everyone would have thought it like that, I am glad it's sorted"
"yeah?" she said unsure whether he forgave her not.
"I forgive you" he said smiling a little. She looked a little girl who wouldn't feel at peace unless she's forgiven. Kripa smiled back at him and hugged him. Why it felt so strange and different every time I have her close to me, he thought. It feels so right as if she belonged there. "I am so lucky to have you"
"So I'm your luck charm khanna?" she said looking at him, eyebrows raised. Damn he loved this expression.
"So what does my luck say how to stop this wedding?" he said putting his arms around her as she put her hands on his touch giggling. "Hmmmmmmmmm what if the luck charm turns out to be a bad luck?" she said teasing him. Angad eyes widened, "You're lying!" kripa giggled and kissed his cheek. "You looked funny... Well I have done it; she doesn't own the shares anymore!"
"What? Explain kripa?"
"Khanna you forgot I also do law, so using my connections I got some solicitors to draw shares contract paper and the signing part wasn't hard either. All I had to do was sign her signatures. So she doesn't own the shares anymore!"
"Kripa.. You naughty girl.. You know you'd have to spend your life in jail in it!" he makes a horrified expression "But you do law! Did you learn law to get away with your criminal charges.. Why didn't it occur to me!"
She slapped him playfully in the chest, "I wouldn't mind staying the jail as I've already had enough experience!" she said smiling remembering their previous experience. Angad laughed along too remembering that moment and then frowned, "If she doesn't own the shares then who do?" he asked confused. Kripa pulled away from the embrace and turned. "That you don't have to worry, it's in safe hands"
Angad looked at her confused than it hit him. "Kripa turn around" when she didn't, he did it for her. Kripa tried to control the smile and looked anywhere but him. "You're not that good at lying but why?"
"But why what?" she asked pretending to be innocent. Angad looked at her mischievous glint dancing in her eyes.
"Don't lie.. But how did you do it?"
"You forgot, my family owned hotel chain around USA, So I got my brother to buy your shares and don't worry he won't posses any control on your firm unless your company are able to buy it"
He realized how lucky he was to have her. With happiness rushing in his body, he swept her from the ground and twirled, "You're genius.. What would I do with you?"
Kripa laughed and screamed… "Angad let me down"... Finally Angad let her down and looked at her. She's so beautiful. He suddenly had a wild thought of kissing her right. He was shocked by his own thought and looked away. What was he thinking? She's only his friend and nothing else, he reassured himself.
"Come on... We've got tell everyone" she said, holding his leading him outside the room

The tension was clear in the living room although they try to pretend as everything was normal. But who are they kidding? Looking at the expression of Louise, the room suddenly felt hot!
There was something fishy going on and Mr.Vuitton could feel it earlier. Since his earlier here, he was shocked to discover press and public humiliating their future son in law and thought of him having affair was absurd. And then there was their only daughter Louise who said it was nothing but rumor. When asked, she said he was on a shooting, even the khanna's admitted too. Living with them, he felt Both Kartik and Dilip behaved strangely with Naina. He was surprised when he heard his own daughter said she fell in love with Angad khanna and the thought of him agreeing to do partnership with them that he sold most of his shares to them? It was not acceptable. Why sell more but not 50%? But now seeing other girl with Angad he felt the rumors were somehow true. Louise mother felt same but couldn't say anything against her daughter wishes. Marriage is build on terms of faith, trust and love but seeing Angad with Louise showed only her being possessive of him but not the other way round.
What could be so important that Angad had to go with that B**! She finally thought he'd have given up and the plan of pregnancy seemed successful. She wondered did kripa ever come to know about the truth. Even if she did, she could take over the company. True she lied to her parent but they wouldn't let her marry him if they knew the reality! Damn girl had to come at wrong, she could strange her right now! As she was about to check, kripa came down holding Angad hand.
Before kripa could say anything, Angad squeezed her hand as assuring her that he'd handle it. Why were they still holding hands? , Frowned Louise's parents.
"This wedding won't happen!" Angad said making loud and clear, looking at Louise. Naina and Louise faces paled white. Kartik and Dilip knew something was coming as looking at Angad's strange behavior.
Louise laughed. "Quit it guys, I know the joke" she said, walking up to them. Kripa sighed; it was harder than she thought.
"It's not a joke, I am marrying you!"
"Angad, I'm not in mood for games…. We've got a lot to do." She said pulling him away from kripa. Angad pushed her away "DAMN! I AIN'T JOKING!"
"ANGAD!" Naina yelled. "What have this girl done to you?"
"MOM!... Don't even think about it"
"What in the world is going on?" Mr.Vuitton
Angad looked at him and knew it's time to explain what their daughter's been up to. He explained them how she forced him into the marriage leaving the pregnancy part. They were shocked as it fits the missing puzzle. Louise looks outraged, "You can't do that to me, I am pregnant with your child" Everyone looks at her with their mouth open.
Kripa, who had enough of this, pushes her away… "Pregnant? You're a hell of a b** woman, who claims to be pregnant by bribing doctors to get a fake reports! Don't look like that we knew all of it!"
"YOU'RE LYING!" and look towards her parent "elle ment"
"Why would I lie…? Only you could pull up such a disgusting act!"
It was over but then there was issue of company. "You can't do anything. If you don't marry me I'll take over company!"
Angad smirks, "What company?"
"I don't think you own that company anymore…" Louise looked at them confused but then she gets a call where she's informed her shares has been sold and brought by someone else, she looked shocked. She grabs kripa hair, "you b**** I'll kill you!" Kripa screams but then kicks her in stomach as her parents rushes toward Louise and separate them. They drag Louise outside with them. Angad hugs her.
"ANGAD! WHAT HAVE YOU DONE.. HOW WOULD WE FACE!"
"Cut the crap Naina… It was bound to happen!" Dilip said, for the first time in the room.
Kartik gave his mother a look and left from there. Angad left with kripa….
