Hiii Guys… How are you all… I'am sorry I know that I'am back with the next part of my fanfic after a long time… actually I got caught up in some work… then when I wanted to post the fanfic, I could not sit & type it down because I had some writer's block.. so I was just thinking how to shape the fanfic after the 27th part I did not want to write further before I get proper ideas for the fanfic till the 30th part…I did not want to write a ff were I'am not satisfied with the final outcome.. I wanted the part to be nothing but the best, because I want to treat my readers to good reading, as you have been encouraging me all through the fanfic… the delay was never intented to be so long… woh tho bas yesterday while I was going to sleep certain ideas clicked my mind, which actually cleared my mind block, I wanted to think about the idea, so I gave it a thought & now I know how to put it put-forth. I was not sure if I'll be typing today, but then today I got up early & I thought why not write the fanfic & post it earlier than I had said that was Monday.. I hope all of you like what you read.. you may find the fanfic is going at a little in the slower pace in this part… this part will be at a normal pace, but from the next part you may find that the story has moved forward… I hope you don't mind that…. I'am really sorry once again for the delay… but I just could not help…. i hope this part compensates for all the time I have taken to post it… & I would like you guys to know that after the 28th part there will be only two parts remaining for this ff… I plan to end this fanfic by the 30th part… I hope you are ok with it… it is just that I don't want to drag the ff, without any meaning… because if I drag the ff, then the essence of the ff will be lost, this is what I think…. But do not worry I will surely start a new fanfic once this ff ends… thank you all that you have been so encouraging & supportive….. Now I think I have talked enough & I should get going with the 28th part of 'Hogi Pyaar Kii Jeet'… I hope all of you enjoy reading this part.. before I start typing the 28th part of 'Hogi Pyaar Kii Jeet', let us have a quick recap, to know what exactly happened in the 27th part of 'Hogi Pyaar Kii Jeet'… so here is the recap….

Recap:- well last part mein actually kya hua tha, main bhool gayi.. oppsss.. sorry… itna time hua na update post kiye hue, koi baat nahii, just let me refer to the previous part… haan abhi yaad aaya.. well in the last part we saw that yash & chah are in the 'CYG Lifeline Hospital's' conference hall, where they both are having there sweet lovey dovey talks.. yash is trying to cheer chah up with all kinds of funny talks…. & on the otherside yash's efforts do not go in vain he is successful in keeping chah smiling & happy…. Then later we saw that the gang comes to cheer chah, but they are happy to see that chah is already in a jovial mood smiling with yash… they take this as a good sign… the good talks keeps going on, when maya comes there & she starts blaming yash for cheating her… yash is very angry at maya & he wants to give her a piece of his mind, yash does that while maya is left stunned… maya in her anger tells yash that years back lalit & her father had talked about their (yash & maya's) wedding… yash who was angry now is left even more angrier than his original self as he gets to know that his so called father has done something like that… yash tells maya in clear words that the first & last woman who happens to be his love, his someone special in his life was only chah & no one else.. maya ko yash warn kartha hai to stay away from chah or any of his family members… maya has no other option but leave… yash is very angry at lalit, but to stop the confrontation between yash & lalit, chah diverts yash & takes him out for a moon light walk along with him..yash really does feel much much better after spending some quality time with yash… it is almost 6 months after yash & chah's wedding.. yash is gone to Hyderabad for a business deal.. both yash & chah are missing each other immensenly… they are just not able to stay without each other but as mature adults they are coping with the situation.. during yash's trip yash gets some doubt about the accounts in the Garewal Industries so he tells chah to meet a detective who works with Garewal Industries Mr. Khan… chah does as she is told.. but as luck would want it swayam sees chah meeting Mr. Khan… & then in the next day morning local paper the headlines says that chah is cheating yash & she is having a affair with Mr. Khan… the garewals have gone out to visit some Temple, except for lalit & chah… lalit is very angry once he sees the headlines & then he goes onto blame chah for each & every small thing that is happening.. lalit hurts chah to a great extent & he just closes the door on her face asking her to get out of the house… chah goes out… swayam is happy & he seems like he has accomplished a big task… chah is with armaan, armaan tries to get in contact with ridhimma & he tells her what has conspired when they were not here.. ridhimma, akshat, rishi come to armaan's place to talk to chah but chah does not talk anything… later when yash calls them up he gets to know that there is some kind of grave problem back home, he is shocked to know what has hapened.. & he says he would come back as soon as possible.. ab chaliye agge badhthe hai with the 28th part of 'Hogi Pyaar Kii Jeet'….. 😊

*****Hogi Pyaar Kii Jeet – Part 28*****

Yash talks to akshat & then cuts the call & then he makes some calls to people back in Shimla… he has a angry look on his face.. but he is also worried for chah.. so on one side we can see a quiet chah who was not reacting to anything.. on the other side there is yash who has a stern look on his face.. yash is determined that he will get to the end of this situation by the next day morning…. Yash knows very well that there is some kind of foul play in these things.. yash also has his doubts on swayam.. but at this stage yash was blaming kudhko bhi because first of all he left chah alone in Shimla aur dusari baat it was him who asked chah to go & meet Mr. Khan & deal with the problems…. Yash thinks that may be it is his mistake that he did it.. he feels that if at least he had not told chah to go & meet Mr. Khan then she would not have stuck in this problem…. Yash makes one more call.. & he is waiting for the person to pick the call.. yash is getting restess because that person is not picking up the call even after three rings… yash keeps mumbling to himself pick up, pick up, pick up…. & finally the person on the other side picks up the call… & he says:- hello sir…
Yash:- Mr. Khan… aap kahaan the main aapko contact karne kii koshish karr raha tha….
Mr. Khan:- sorry sir…
Yash:- [yash senses that Mr. Khan is a bit nervous so he says] Mr. Khan it is alright…. Now you please listen to me I have something important to discuss with you…
Mr. Khan:- sir if it is about the mess created in the newspaper today then I swear that I have not done it.. I have no role to play in that..
Yash:- Mr. Khan, I know that you have no hand in the mess.. & may be I know who is the master mind behind this mess.. but now that is not what I want to discuss with you… I have something else to tell you… I'am looking for ways to get out of this mess & Mr. Khan I would like you to do something for me…
Mr. Khan:- I'll do whatever you ask me to do sir, after all those newspapers fellows are defaming your wife, who happens to be a very nice & polite lady.. I'll do whatever is in my hands to help you sir… & even I want chah maa'm out of this mess..
Yash:- I want that too Mr. Khan & I'll surely get her out of this mess.. now you carefully listen to me what I want you to do…. Yash then starts telling something to Mr. Khan, some idea.. (the readers will get to know the idea in the later section of the part….).. Mr. Khan is giving his inputs here & there & yash tells him everything in a precise manner…. After telling Mr. Khan the idea yash tells:- Mr. Khan I hope you have understood what I want you to do….
Mr. Khan- yes sir.. I have got it… & you don't worry the things here will be done just as you want it… I'll make sure everything is in place……
Yash:- I believe you on that Mr. Khan… see to it that the work is done as soon as possible.. I will be reaching Shimla in two hours.. so Mr. Khan you have exactly two hours to get all the work done & to meet me at the airport…
Mr. Khan:- sir this time is more than enough for me to get the thing going… the things will start rolling.. & I'll see you in two hours at the airport with the arrangements you have asked me to…. I will not let you down sir…
Yash:- yes I know that Mr. Khan.. you have been one of the most trusted persons who work for the Garewal Industries… I know I cannot doubt your loyalties but this time the person involved in this mess is my life.. someone has tried to harm my life, my wife, & this time I'am not lettings things go on so easily… that is the reason no one should know about what we are planning.. anyway everyone will get to know what we are upto tomorrow morning, these 12 hours are very necessary for us & we have to give 200% to it…
Mr. Khan:- I promise you sir that my team & I will give whatever it takes to clear off the mess… & save Mrs. Garewal…
Yash:- ok Mr. Khan, now you get to work… & ya before I hang up one more thing ask one of your team members to keep a close watch on Mr. Swayam Garewal….. I totally doubt him & his intentions.. so just have a eye on him so that we will know if he has any hand in this mess…
Mr. Khan:- right sir… I'll do it…
Yash:- thank you so much Mr. Khan, I'll see you in two hours.. now I'll go & board my flight….
Mr. Khan:- ok sir.. see you in sometime with the things you want to get out of this mess…. Yash & Mr. Khan hang up the phone.. while in Shimla, Mr. Khan tells his team that they have a very important job to be done as soon as they can… he assigns some of his members something which yash has said & he also sends two people to keep a close watch on swayam & his movements….
Yash boards his flight, he heaves a sigh a relief.. now he is kind off sure that the mess will be sorted out by the next day morning.. but more than the mess yash's thoughts were going to chah & he was thinking kii how would chah be how will she be getting along with this mess… yash ko is baat se aur bhi zyada pareshaani ho rahi thi kii he has not spoken to chah & she is not coming on the phone.. yash somewhere knows that this mess would have created a negative impact on chah… yash is angry at lalit & he is worried about chah… his restlessness to meet chah quickly was clearly shown on his face, seeing him so restless twice, thrice even the air-hostess asks yash if he is feeling alright… yash keeps looking at the watch for every five & ten minutes.. he is counting the minutes passing by… dekhthe hii dekhthe time passes by.. the flight lands in Shimla & yash is the first one to rush out of the plane carrying his brief case, some people who saw yash thought that may be he has some other flight to catch so he is rushing out like the wind.. people around yash were giving him weird glances for the speed with which he was going, but yash did not bother nor did he look at anyone who was looking at him.. only one thing was running his mind that was he has to meet Mr. Khan outside & then meet chah & after that he has some other important thing to do… actually yash's mind was running faster then actually he was running… yash rushes out of the airport.. he immediately calls Mr. Khan, Mr. Khan informs him that he is already present at the airport & he is waiting for him in the car parking… yash cuts the call & goes to the car parking he is looking for Mr. Khan, once he reaches the car park, he spots Mr. Khan waving at him, yash goes to him & then he says:- Mr. Khan…. Kaam hogaya…
Mr. Khan smiles & says:- yes sir, the work is done….
Yash:- that is very good.. can I have a look Mr. Khan…
Mr. Khan:- yes ofcourse.. he takes a packet from the car & hands it to yash.. yash takes it & he starts seeing & checking the contents in the packet.. seeing certain things he gets angry & seeing other things he is happy….
Yash:- Mr. Khan you & your team have done a very good job…. I feel you surely need to be paid more for your services…
Mr. Khan:- that's ok sir… I only did my job… I don't want anything for it…
Yash:- but Mr. Khan you have arranged everything in the limited time I gave you.. I had given you only 2 hours & you have managed everything perfectly.. I'am very grateful to you.. you were really very helpful in this time of time… thank you very much…
Mr. Khan:- sir you can thank me once the whole of this mess created is solved & I'am not accepting your thank you until this mess gets sorted out…
Yash:- don't worry Mr. Khan, you have done a very good job.. & now the rest I'll take care of it.. & just don't worry things will be solved & sorted out by tomorrow morning… & Mr. Khan now I have to leave there are many things which I need to take care of at this point of time, so I'll take your leave now & you keep a watch on swayam & get back to me if there is any new development or information on that front…..
Mr. Khan:- sure sir, I'll surely inform you.. bye sir.. & sir wish you all the luck..
Yash smiles at him & then leaves the place.. once he leaves Mr. Khan, he starts looking around the car park for his car… actually before calling Mr. Khan, yash had called his driver in Garewal house & asked him to gethis car to the airport & leave it in the car parking & leave.. yash spots his car, he sees that there is a security personnel standing beside the car, yash goes to him & the security personnel gives him the key after knowing his identity, the driver had actually given the keys to the personnel so that he can give it to yash when he arrives.. yash thanks the personnel & in a great speed he zooms off from the place.. his car was zooming off the streets of Shimla, it was like yash was participating in the Formula 1 car race, his car was just flying on the roads & yash really had no intention to stop his car until he reaches armaan's home… here back in armaan's house akshat, rishi, ridhimma & armaan are all totally worried.. they have tried talking to chah & they have even tried to get her out of er sad mood, but she was not at all cheerful.. & chah was not even laughing on the stupid jokes cracked by armaan & rishi.. she was just quiet & her eyes were staring at a blank place… she was just silent… akshat, armaan, ridhimma & rishi left chah in armaan's room & they were sitting in the small hall area & discussing about the happenings, about yash & also about how to get chah out of her sorrow… they were even getting worried kii abhi thak yash kyun nahii aaya.. all the four knew it very well that if there was anyone who could get chah out of her sorrow, her pain & get her talking again then it was only yash… & now these four sitting in the hall were justy keeping their fingers crossed & praying that yash jitni jaldi ho sake wahaan aajaye aur chah ko sambhale.. suddenly akshat, rishi, ridhimma & armaan hear a screeching sound of the car in the car parking of the apartment.. but they down pay much attention to that as because at that time they have too many things to take care of… the four sit keep talking that chah has to eat something as she has not eaten anything since morning…. Suddenly there is a loud bang on the door & someone starts ringing the bell frantically, as though akshat, armaan, rishi, ridhimma guess it is yash, all the four rush to open the door… & to their relief they see yash standing there.. yash who is looking like he has run miles together to reach here.. his hair all dis-shelved & his half the shirt hanging out of the in-shirt… as soon as ridhimma sees him she hugs him with tears in her eyes… ridhimma says:- big-b…. yash holds her & looks at the other three for any sort of reply… yash comes inside, & he starts looking for chah in the hall.. akshat who observes that yash's eyes are searching for the one person who is not in the hall, he tells yash:- chah andar kamre mein hai yash… yash nods listening to akshat's reply… now armaan says:- jijzz, Thank God aap yahaan aagaye.. hum logon ko tho samaj mein hii nahii aa raha tha kii aakhir hum kya kare.. chah hum mein se kissi se bhi baat hii nahii karr rahi hai.. aur tho aur chah ne subaah se kuch nahii khaya hai… ab zara dekhiye na usse… armaan gets a bit teary eyed because he just cannot see his elder sister in such a state.. yash gives armaan a look which says I understand & then he tells armaan:- armaan main tumhare yeh haalat achchi tarah se samajtha hoon.. main jaantha hoon chah tumhare liye kya mayine rakhthi hai… aur mujhe yeh lagtha hai kii main kasoorvaar hoon.. maine joh waada tumse, tumhare gharwaalon se, chah se aur kudh se kiya tha kii main hamesha uska saath doonga, us par koi aanch nahi aane doonga, shayad main hii us mein kamiyaab nahii hua.. yash has a guilty kind of look in his eyes…
Armaan:- nahii jijzz, aisi koi baat nahii hai.. joh bhi hua us mein aapka koi kasoor nahii hai.. aap kyun kudh ko blame karr rahe hai..
Yash:- nahii armaan tum meri baat ko samaj nahii rahe ho.. ghalthi meri hii hai.. kahiin na kahiin aaj joh chot chah ko pohanchi hai, jaane, anjaane mein main bhi uska zimedaar hoon.. maine kudh se yeh promise kiya tha kii main kabhi kissi dukh ko, aasoo ko chah ko choone bhi nahii doonga.. lekin aaj chah ka dil dhuka hai aur kahiin na kahiin mujhe aisa lagtha hai kii meri wajah se hii yeh sab kuch hua hai..
Armaan:- nahii jijz, aisa nahii hai…. Aap ne tho chah ko duniyaan kii harr khushi di hai.. aur aaj joh hua woh aapka kasoor nahii tha..
Yash:- nahii meri ghalthi hai.. kyunke yeh jisne bhi kiya hai uska shikaar chah nahii balki main tha.. koi ek aisa insaan hai joh shayad chahtha tha kii mujhe problem ho, mujhe dukh ho, issi wajah se mujhe hurt karne ke liye shayad yeh sab drama kiya gaya tha paper headlines mein shayad…
Rishi:- Big-B aisa kaun hai.. aap abhi batao main us insaan ko chodoonga nahii, jisne itni ghatiya chaal chali hai.. [rishi is angry that someone has wantedly created all this mess for yash & chah]
Akshat:- yash if I'am not wrong kya tumhara ishara swayam kii taraf hai… all look at akshat in shock & they have the same thought running in their mind kii why did not they think about this earlier.. everyone is looking at yash waiting for his answer & yash gives them a look & says…
Yash:- dekho main abhi is baat ko leke sure nahii hoon… lekin shayad in sab ke peeche swayam ka haath hai.. but it is not sure.. maine kuch logon ko uske peeche lagaya hai don't worry bohat jald hume humare sawaal ka jawaab bhi mil jaayega aur humein patah chal jaayega kii kya swayam ka haath hai in sab mein… bas ek barr patah chal jaye tho phir hum koi action le sakthe hai.. lekin haan main yeh chahtha hoon jab thak yeh prove na hojaye kii swayam ka hii in sab mein haath hai tab thak hum mein se koi bhi swayam ke saamne kuch nahii kahega aur uske saamne bas normally behave karenge.. swayam ko is baat kii bhanak bhi nahii padni chahiye kii hum logon ko us par zara sa bhi shakh hai… theek hai… akshat, ridhimma, armaan, rishi nod their heads understanding what yash is telling them & they even accept it.. even though all of them were so angry that, at this moment if they get a chance they would love to go & break all the bones in swayam's body, but they also thought that it was rationally correct to handle swayam with the proof so that he does not get way with anything… then suddenly akshat says:- yash humein is problem se jald se jald nikal na chahiye.. we have to find a solution quickly warna shayad yeh controversy jitney din rahega utna hii zyada asar chah ko hoga.. aur shayad usse aur bhi zyada dukh hoga.. humein kuch na kuch na sochna hii hoga….
Yash:- akiii don't worry, maine sab kuch dekh liya hai.. & jahaan thak main jaantha hoon sab kuch jaldi theek ho jaayega.. if I have to tell you the fact then kal subaah thak shayad sab kuch theek ho hii jaayega… kal subaah ke baad koi Mr. Lalit Garewal meri Chah par ungli nahii uta paayenge… bas kal subaah thak ka wait karna hai hum logon ko… yash says it with so much of confidene that all the rest of the four understand that yash is surely upto something.. & they understand that he has a plan to strike back at them…
Ridhimma:- big-b kya aapne koi plan banaya hai.. kuch soch kar rakha hai kya aapne…
Yash:- haan ridzi, actually kuch soch karr nahii rakha hai, lekin hai kuch plan zaroor kiya hai… aur woh plan bas socha nahii hai, us plan par almost half of the work is done….
Akshat, rishi, ridhimma, armaan look at yash open mouthed.. yash smiles at them & says:- aree tum log aisa kya dek rahe ho….
Akshat:- tune already plan banakar, uska kaam bhi done hai…
Rishi:- batao na big-b plan kya hai…
Yash:- haannn… lekin main abhi tum logon ko bata nahii saktha.. tum saare logon ke jawaab tumhe kal subaah mil jaayega…. Tho tab thak ke liye tum log wait karo…. Aur abhi tum log yahaan ruko main zara jaakar chah ko dekhtha hoon, kyunke main jaantha hoon kii maamla bohat hii serious hoga, kyunke chah ko ehsaas tho hogaya hoga kii main yahaan hoon lekin usne abhi thak apna chehra yahaan nahii dikhaya hai tho iska matlab kii ab bhi chah udaas hogi… tum log yahaan ruko aur main jaakar koshish kartha hoon kii apni chah kii muskurahat ko wapas uske chehre par lane kii koshish kartha hoon…. All smile & nod their head & wish him all the luck… yash tells them that he will needs much more than luck as chah ko wapas muskurane ka kaam karna is very hard, so he asks them to pray for him.. now yash very slowly walks inside the room, once he is inside he closes the rooms door… he looks at chah who is sitting on the bed leaning her head on the bed post… yash observes kii chah does not yet open her eyes.. but yash pretty well knows that chah has realized that he is there in this room, it is just that she does not want to face him… yash was determined that come what may woh harr nahii manega, chahe kuch bhi ho, he will get his chah back in her real spirits.. yash walks closer to chah he stands beside her near the bed… chah still does not give any reaction… yash observes chah, her face for sometime, he can see the tears strained marks on her cheeks, yash understands that chah has been crying feom morning… yash dheere se apna haath chah ke sarr par rakhtha hai… & he runs his hand on her head… here chah who knows that yash is there in the rooms thinks that when she will give him no reaction he would just go or leave her alone, but now that he is so close to her & she can feel him standing right next to the ed & where she can feel yash running his hand affectionately on her head she slowly opens her eyes… she looks up at yash… yash looks at her & he is a bit taken aback seeing chah's eyes so red… seeing this yash ko tho ayr bhi zyada ghussa aatha hai on those people who are responsible for chah's pain & tears.. yash vows to himself that every person who is ivolved in giving chah tears or whoever is responsible for taking away chah's smile, he would teach all of them a proper lesson, give them a piece of his mind & no matter who it was he would do it.. & that is what he vowed to himself.. chah keeps looking at yash… yash's heart winches in pain seeing chah in that state but without showing his pain, yash has a small smile on his face & he sits at the corner of the bed near chah, he is looking at chah…. They both keep looking at each other for about five to ten minutes… then breaking the silence yash in his usual way says:- chah yeh kya.. main tumhe surprise den eke liye jaldi aaya hoon aur tum thon a mujhe hii keh rahii ho, na hello keh rahii ho, na koi hug, na kuch aur.. not fair yaar… tum tho bas mujhe hii dekhthe hii jaa rahe ho… ab tum is tarah mujhe ghoor rahii ho tho mujhe darr lag raha hai kii kahiin mere chehre par un ladkiyon ke lipstick marks tho nahii hai jinhone mujhe Hyderabad mein kiss kiya.. [he tells this in a funny way, seeing kii if chah will react if she gets to know some other girls kissed him, knowing her possessive attitude yash thought she would react.. but chah did not..] yash sees that chah is not telling anything nor is she reacting to what yash has said, so yash says:- ruko main apna chehra dekhkar aatha hoon.. saying this yash walks to the small mirror which is placed in the room… yash acts like he is seeing himself in the mirror & then he turns back to chah & says:- chah mere tho chehre pe kuch bhi nahii haii… na mere chehre par lipstick ke marks hai aur na hii mere chehre par clown ke face ke jaisa paint hai… tho phir tum mujhe aise ghoor kyun rahii ho.. [yash comes & sits back near chah, he knows that though chah is not replying anything but still her eyes are only on him & her ears are listening to whatever he is saying… now yash starts his next set of talks….] yash says:- chah tum abhi mujhe batao tum mujhe aise kyun dekh rahii ho.. kya main tumhe itna handsome lagg raha hoon kii tum mere chehre se apni nazar hatana nahii chahthi ho.. ya phir tumhe mujhe aaj chaar din baad dekhkar itni khushi ho rahii hai kii tumhe aisa lagg raha ho kii tum mujh par apna pyaar barsao…. [yash acts like he is blushing at this thought & says..] bolo na chah kya tumhara mann karr raha hai kii tum mujhe kiss karo.. agar tumhare mann mein aisi koi baat hai na tho chah main tumhe pehle hii bata dena chahtha hoon kii main bohat hii achcha bachcha hoon.. aur mujhe sharam aathi hai… please mujhe dekhna band karo, warna main sharam se paani paani ho jaaunga…. [yash says this while blushing with a naughty glint in his words & eyes..] chah keeps looking at yash as though he has lost his mind, but still she does not open her mouth to say even a word…. Yash knows kii the best way to make chah talk in such a situation is make her angry or yell by irritate her & that is what yash was doing at that point of time… yash:- chah dekho agar tum mujhe kiss karna chahthi ho tho main tumhe abhi keh detha hoon I'am ready… tum chaho tho mujhe kiss karr sakthi ho.. main na thou ff karoonga aur na hii blush karoonga… I promise…… see chah you want to kiss me I know that now stop staring & kiss kar do na… karo na chah kitne dair tum mujhe yun hii dekhthi rahogi.. don't you think you are wasting your time.. don't you think if you kiss me then we can put our time to better use, instead of just staring at each other we can put our time to do many productive things… common chah why are waiting for… [yash keeps observing that chah is getting angry by each thing which he is uttering.. yash sees that chah ka chehre ghusse se ek dum laal hogaya hai.. & he knows that it is time for his last strike & he knows once he does that chah will surely give him the reaction which he wants… so yash decides to go for it, he acts like he is not seeing chah's face nor he is perturbed seeing her anger…. So yash finally deciding to go for the kill says:- chah mujhe patah hai kii main bohat handsome hoon, main jaantha hoon kii main bohat hii hot hoon, main yeh bhi jaantha hoon kii you think I'am really very attractive, lekin main tumse phir se keh raha hoon, take this as my valuable advice tum mujhe kiss karr sakthi ho, I would not mind at all.. aur jaise maine kaha may be kiss ke baad we can stop staring at each other & do something else…. [yash raises his eye-brow & says this… then yash acts like he acts like he is thinking something & he continues saying] ohhhh tho ab main samjha… tumhe kya problem hai mujhe kiss karne mein.. main samaj gaya chah tumhe kuch bhi kehne kii zaroorat hii nahii hai… chah sahii bhi hai mujhe tumhari baat tumhare aankhon se padh lena chahiye aur main hii gadha hoon tabse main tumhare dil kii baat ko tumhari aankhon mein padh hii nahii paa raha hoon.. lekin don't worry chah ab main samaj gaya hoon kii tumhari aankhein mujhse kya kehna chah rahii hai… sab kuch samaj gaya main… tumhari aankhein mujhse yeh keh rahii hai kii 'yash main tumhe kaise kiss karr sakthi hoon, main tho ladki hoon na.. aur initiative lene mein mujhe sharam sii aathi hai..' yahii keh rahii hai na tumhari yeh aankhein ohhh no problem is baat ka bhi solution mere pass hai… tum mujhe kiss nahii karr sakthi ho lekin main tho tumhe kiss karr hii saktha hoon na… tho fine tho ab main apni chah, apni biwi kii chahat ko poora karoonga… saying this yash starts to near his face to chah's face, chah cannot move anywhere because yash is sitting near her & he is holding her hands… chah tries to move her face away, but yash does not give any room for that, yash takes his face so close to chah that they can feel each other breath on their faces & their noses are almost touching, yash is going to near his face more but in the fraction of the second chah pulls her hand out of yash's grip, she strikes on his face with a great force & pushes yash away from her with great amount of force, yash falls back on the bed…. Now chah gets up from the bed & screams:- you just shut up, mere pass matt aao tum… and just get out of here I do not need you… is that understood.. I do not need you… so just leave.. [chah says this in more of a harsher & screaming tone…] but yash par tho in baaton ka koi asar hii nahii padtha he is just staring at chah he is finally relieved that chah spoke & showed some reaction… while outside the room rishi, ridhimma, akshat & armaan see each others faces wondering what is wrong… but akshat tells them that let yash handle chah alone because he is the best person who can do that may be if they go inside the matters between yash & chah could get worse.. so all just decide to sit & wait for yash & chah to come out of the room.. they decide to give the both of them the space which they require… back in the room chah again shouts at yash & says:- kitne barr bolun tumko tum jao yahaan se.. I don't need you.. I don't need anyone… just leave me alone… go away…. Chah sees that yash is not saying anything he is just staring at chah & chah also sees that yash has a look of relief on his face… chah gets more angry seeing yash like that… not able to understand what she has to do chah just walks off from there in a huff, she goes & stands in the small balcony attached to the room… he just keeps her hand on the railing & keeps observing the night sky… chah thinks that yash will go away noe because first of all she slapped him & then she spoke very rudely with him… actually chah is very angry at herself because she feels that now because of her yash's reputation is at stake… she feels that she has brought bad name to the Garewal family.. & chah is some what blaming herself & that is the reason she is angry at herself.. but also by being rude to yash she is trying to push yash away from her…. She is trying to reduce yash's attachment to her… but what she knew deep down in her heart was that chahe woh yash ko kudh se kitna hii durr kyun re push kare but still he would continue coming close to her.. & that was yash's intention to he had already decided that jitna chah usse kudh se durr push karne kii koshish karenge utna hii woh uske utne kareeb jaayega… yash sits on the bed & then he turns back & looks at chah who is standing in the balcong, yash sees that chah's shoulders are shuddering.. yash realizes that chah is crying.. & she indeed was crying.. because she feels responsible for yash's pain.. she is somewhere responsible for yash getting a bad name… she feels she should never have come in yash's life.. she feels that she has brought her bad luck with her to yash.. & she feels yash is undergoing everything only because of her.. chah was crying uncontrollably but still she was trying to control her tears but she was unable to do so… yash quickly walks to the balcony, he stands beside chah & keeps observing her face.. chah who realizes that yash is standing by her wipes her tears & tries to keep her tears in her eyes… but yash sees through her act & he just smiles… they both stand beside each other without telling anything, after some minutes of silence chah in a very rude manner says:- maine tumse kaha than a tum yahaan se chale jao.. mujhe na tumse baat karne mein koi dilchaspi hai aur na hii mujhe tumhare shakal dekhne mein koi interest hai.. so just go… get out… yahaan se chale jao, bas yahaan se hii nahii balki tum meri zindagi se bhi chale jao.. mujhe tumhari koi zaroorat nahii hai… mark my words yash I don't need you, I don't need you now, I never needed you nor will I need you in the future so just get out out of my life & never come back… let us both think that this phase which has passed is just a passing phase & move on.. I don't want to be without you…. Yash I think I have made myself clear so out of here right now..
Yash keeps observing chah & listening to what she is saying.. yash knows this very well that chah does not mean even a single thing of what she has uttered just now but still even he could not deny that listening to chah talking like this it really did hurt him.. what hurt him more was the feeling that chah is behaving like a recluse because of the hurt caused to her by one of his so called family member… yash was more hurt because listening to chah talk like that he was realizing to what extent today's incident had actually hurt chah… he knew the extent to which he needed chah in his life to the same extent even chah needed him in her life.. but he decided to just keep quiet & wait until chah vents out all her anger on him.. yash was thinking that once chah vents all her anger at him then she would feel better & that is why yash was standing there with her in silence… chah on the other hand knows this fact that yash will be hurt by what she is saying, but on the other hand chah was even more hurt telling all those kind of things to yash.. it was hurting her to talk to yash in such a manner.. but she could not help it, she was angry & emotional.. it was a case where chah herself was unable to understand what she is going through right now… seeing chah in this state yash was getting worried that chah might have a break down & might go into a depression which yash did not want at any cost… yash jut continued staring at chah as if what chah is telling him did not matter at all… as if he was nor affected or hurt by what chah was talking.. yeh dekhkar chah ka irritation aur bhi badh jaatha hai, because she wanted to hurt him & make him angry with her so that he will leave her.. & finally this will make things easir for yash when he wants to leave her.. though chah's heart was telling her that come what may, whatever happens yash would not leave her but still her mind was telling her to make yash move away from her so that from now on atleast she would not cause any problems for him…
Chah:- yash tum abhi thak yahaan kyun khade ho… dekho agar tum abhi yahaan se nahii jaa rahe ho tho main yahaan se chali jaaungi… aur yash I'am not joking, if you don't want to leave then suit yourself I'am leaving from here… chah yeh baat kehkar starts going back into the room… when she hears yash talking:- chah, tum chahthi ho na kii main yahaan se chala jaaun theek hai main waise hii karoonga jaise tume kaha hai.. chala jaaunga yahaan se… lekin mere yahaan jaane se pehle meri ek choti si shart (condition) hai…
Chah looks back at yash & says:- shart, kaisi shart…
Yash:- well shart jaanne ke liye tumhe yahaan mere pass aana hoga…. [yash points to the place where chah was standing some time back..]
Chah:- yash dekho tumhari joh bhi shart hai tum abhi bolo main wahaan nahii aa rahii hoon… so bas bol do…

Chah looks at yash & she knows that yash is very determined so she just sighs & comes back to the place where she was actually standing before, beside yash.. now yash turns to chah he faces her & then he holds chah by her shoulders, he turns her so that she faces him… chah is still not looking at yash, usne apni nazrein neechi kar li hai… yash ko is baat se behad bura lagtha hai kii she is so hurt that she does not want to show him her hurt… yash thinks that one thing chah is forgetting is that if chah is hurt even he is also hurt & there are no words required in between both of them to express their happiness, sorrow, tears or love… their love is enough for each other to understand them very well…. Yash ke mooh se yeh baatein sunnkarr chah ko bohat hurt hotha hai, kyunke yash kudh ko bura keh raha hai aur yeh baat chah ko bilkul bhi achchi nahii lagg rahii thi but still without telling anything she maintains a straight face & says:- yash jaldi bolo kya kehna hai tumhe, warna main jaa rahii hoon yahaan se…

Chah sees yash & says:- yash tum (she bends her head down again & continues) meri zindagi se chale jao.. mujhe tumhari zaroorat nahii hai.. you have no place in my life.. please go away….
Yash:- arre chah tum shayad bhool gayi ho.. no problem main tumhe apni shart phir se yaad dila detha hoon, maine tumse yeh kaha kii tum yeh sab baatein meri aankhon mein aankhein daalkar kaho.. yun nazrein churakar, nazrein jhukakar nahii… it would be good if you do as I have told you… dekho chah jaldi jaldi karna, mujhe bhi tumse chutkara chahiye.. actually bore hogaya hoon main tumse.. tho issi liye chalo joh shart maine rakhi woh jaldi se poori kar do.. taaki hum dono ko woh mil jaye joh hum chahthe hai… waise hojaye jaise humko chahiye… common chah…. Chah:- [still crying, she looks into yash eyes & starts saying] ya..sh.. main tumse yeh kehna chahthi hoon kii mujhe meri zindagi mei..nn… tumha…riii… za…rroorr…at [chah hestitates to continue further..] both yash & chah are looking at each other yash eyes are asking many questions to chah… yash was like he is holding his breath & waiting for chah to say further… chah feels like she is having goose-bumps all over her body…. She feels that the questions which are there in yash's eyes for her unke liye she has no answer to give him… chah then again continues telling:- yash main tumhare saath nnnna.. [chah stops to finish the word & with in a spur of the second she says] zaroorat hai mujhe… zaroorat hai.. suna tumne apni zindagi mein mujhe tumhari zaroorat hai.. utni hii jitni jeene ke liye saansein zaroori hai.. utni hii jitna dil ke liye uski dhadkan zaroori hai… haan zaroorat hai mujhe tumhari.. I need you.. chah ke aankhon se aasoo double rafter se behthe hai & without having any further control on her emotions chah hugs yash very tightly.. it could be considered one of their tightest higs, were even there was no space for the air to pass by their both bodies… yash keeps soothing chah by running his hand on her head & on her back… but it was like there was no stopping to chah's tears today, she just kept on crying… yash did not like her tears his tears were giving pain to him but he just wanted chah to vent out her emotions.. he knows this will help chah very very much so he just let's chah be… he does not try to stop her tears…. After a while chah realizes what she has done & she is in yash's arms now, she tries to pull away but yash does not leave her… when chah tries to move away he tightens his grip on her…. & in a very low voice yash says:- chah tum jitna chahthi ho utna ro lo.. aaj main tumhe aasoo bahane se rokoonga nahii… shayad agar tum ro dogi tho tumhare andar ka ghussa aur dard dono hii chale jaaye aur tum kudh mein hii ghutne kii zaroorat nahi hai… & this was all chah needed from yash.. she again broke down in his arms… yes chah's tears were troubling yash because from the day he had met her to this day, he had never seen her so broken, filled with so much amount of pain… yash just wanted chah to let out her pain & he was hopeful that with chah's tears even her pain will leave her…. So every time chah sobbed more his grip on chah tightened giving her the support & telling her that he would be there for her always, he would never ever leave her alone…. Chah found the much needed comfort which she was looking for in yash's arms.. when she was in his arms she knew that this is where she wanted to be.. this is where she belonged.. this is what she was looking for comfort & love in the arms of her beloved yash…. While in his arms chah understands what exactly yash means to her… in what way his existence changes her life to be a beautiful one this is what she was feeling when she was in his arms… she knew that every time yash was tightening his hold on her he wanted to convey to her without the words that he would always be there for her whatever happens, he is always there.. chah understood this very well.. yash & chah relationship was of that sort where words were not necessary to understand each others feelings.. they know each other better than they know themselves… & this was the most positive thing in their relationship… yash & chah hug each other for five more minutes & then chah in a very meek voice tells yash:- yash I'am very sorry…. Chah:- I'am sorry yash… I'am sorry for everything….. yash sees that chah is still in a vulnerable state… he looks around & finds a chair lying in the cornor of the bedroom, he tells chah to wait for a minute & he gets the chair to the balcony… he holds chah's hand makes her sit on the chair & then he kneels down in front of chah, he holds chah's hand in his, facing her he says:- kya hua chah… tum mujhse sorry kyun keh rahii ho.. maine tumse kaha than a kii hum dono ka rishtha sorry, thank you jaise shabdon se upar hai.. kaha than a maine.. tho phir tum mujhse apne yash se sorry kyun keh rahii ho…

Chah smiles, she ruffles yash's hair & says:- pukka waada… yash & chah are quiet for two minutes when chah says:- yash agar gharwaale bhi mujhse ghussa ho tho.. agar dadi, dadu, maa, chachu, chichi ko bhii yahii lage kii main ghalat hoon tho.. chah seems a bit apprehensive… seeing her like that yash says:- chalo agar aisi koi baat hai tho abhi jaan lethe hai.. & before even chah could stop him yash apne ghar ka number dial kartha hai, yash puts it on speaker chah is totally quiet, gulshan picks the call, yash informs him that chah is feeling that all are angry with her & that because of this she does not want to come back to the house.. listening to that gulshan says, haan hum sab ghussa hai… lekin isliye nahii kii chah ne kuch ghalat kiya hai.. hum sab is wajah se ghussa hai kyunke humari pyaari si bachchi hum sabse naraaz hai.. hum sab ghussa hai kyunke abhi thak chah ghar nahii aayi hai.. hum ghussa isliye hai kyunke lalit ke kehne par chah yahaan se chali gayi… hum log isliye ghussa hai kyunke chah yahaan nahii ruki.. jabki is ghar mein rehne waale harr ek sadasya ka is ghar par samaan sa haq hai.. aur chah bina kuch kahe yahaan se chali gayi.. woh chahe tho keh sakthi thi kii yeh ghar uska hai.. lekin shayad woh is ghar ko apna hii nahii maanthi, issi wajah se chah yahaan se chali gayi.. listening to this chah immediately responds:- nahii dadu aisi koi baat nahii hai.. woh bhi mera hii ghar hai.. aap sab log mere pariwaar ka hissa ho… jitna pyaar main apne maayke se karthi hoon utna hii pyaar main aone sasuraal se bhii karthi hoon.. then gulshan asks, pyaar karthi hai na is ghar se aur is ghar ke logon se.. chah says, yes, & gulshan says tho phir jaldi se apne ghar aajaa.. hum sab humare phool si bachchi kii raah dekh rahe hai… aaogi na… chah says she will come there as soon as she can with yash.. gulshan is happy with the reply & then he hangs up the phone… yash looks at chah & says:- mil gaya tumhe tumhara jawaab.. ab tho mere saath chalne mein.. mera saath dene mein.. jeevan ke is safar mein meri sangini bannkarr chalne mein koi takleef tho nahii hai na…
Chah smiles & says:- nahii….. yash heaves a sigh of relief after hearing that, he stands up on his feet again & says:- Thank God… Finally…. Aur thodi dair agar main apne knees mein baittha tho I'am sure main phir uthne ke bhi kaabil nahii rehtha…. Yash says this with a funny expression on his face…. Chah smiles at yash's reactions.. she gets up, stands in front of yash, aur dheere se yash ke cheeks par kiss karthi hai & she says:- sorry maine aaj tumhe thappad marra… aur bohat si ghalat baatein kahii… yash smiles & says:- arre agar mujhe thappad marrne se ya mujhe daant ne se tumhare chehre kii muskurahat wapas aa sakthi hai tho tum mujhe roz daantna aur roz jaise Mandir kii ghanti bhajthi hai waise hii tum roz mujhe daily dose mein mere chehre par ek thappad baja dena… chah smiles at yash, she kisses yash on his other side of the cheeks & says:- thank you for everything…..

Now yash in a very low tone whispers in chah's ear:- ab hum ghar chalein…..
Chah comes out of her trance, she moves away from yash, looks into his eyes, yash is just not able to look away.. even chah is unable to look away… she just nods her head & says:- haan chalo…. Yash & chah start walking beside each other.. they are stealing glances at each other, when they think that the other one is not looking at them… yash, chah slowly make their way to the door, once they reach the hall, akshat, rishi, ridhimma & armaan are finally tension free because seeing yash & chah's relaxed faces they can make it out that everything is fine.. all is well… akshat, ridhimma, armaan & rishi hug chah & ask her how she is feeling.. chah though not totally ok tells then she is fine… after talking to all of them for five to ten mintes yash tells akshat, ridhimma & rishi to go home in armaan's car.. as akshat, rishi, ridhimma were dropped by the driver here while the driver drove to the garewal house with others in the evening… rishi tells yash that they all can go together with yash, but yash denies saying that he has some other job which he has to take care off.. & he insists that he will take chah along… akshat, rishi, ridhimma agree to yash's suggestion & then they start going down, armaan walks down with them to bid them bye.. near armaan's car, while others are getting settle down, yash tells all of them that without fail see the next day mornings paper.. before the others can ask yash, what is it about… yash & chah bid good-bye to armaan & yash steers chah away to his car… yash & chah leave the place.. in the car chah asks him about what is with tomorrow's newspaper.. yash tells her that she had believed in him & given him time till tomorrow morning to set everything right so he would do it without fail.. yash tells chah just to wait & watch what happens tomorrow morning.. chah just hummes a reply & then she become quiet & stares out of the window… it was nearing one in the night… chah sees that yash is not driving towards the garewal house… but she just stays silent.. after about half an hour yash stops the car.. chah sees that yash has stopped the car in a cellar car parking.. she is wondering kii why has yash come here… yash understands chah's confusion & he tells her:- chah mujhe bas dus minute ka kaam hai.. upar mujhe ek office mein jaana hai… main bas yun gaya aur yun aaya.. please don't mind.. main jaldi aa jaaunga…
Chah gives yash a small nod & a weak smile… yash then rushes out of the car & he goes up.. chah sees him going.. she sighs to herself unable to understand kii itne raat mein yash ko kya kaam hai.. & one more thing which was confusing chah was that yash took a cover [the cover which Mr. Khan gave him] from the back seat while he was going up… chah was just hoping that yash would come back soon… because she really was not feeling too well.. chah just closes her eyes, leaning back on her seat.. & even she does not realize when sleeps envelops her & she is lost in deep slumber…. After almost a hour yash comes back to the car, he sees that chah is sleeping, he touches chah's forehead & realizes that chah's forehead is burning… he gets to know that chah has fever.. as soon as yash touches her forehead chah opens her eyes, she looks at yash then back to the time… & she says:- ek ghanta hogaya yash.. lekin tum ne tho kaha tha bas dus minute lagenge…
Yash:- woh chah thoda kaam aagaya tha upar.. issi liye delay hogaya.. wahaan ek shaqs ko meri baat samaj mein nahii aa rahii thi tho mujhe unhe zara theek se samjhana pada.. issi liye dair hogayi… chalo abhi ghar chalthe hai, waise bhi tumhe bhukhaar hai… main nahii chahtha kii tumhari tabiyath aur bhi zyada kharaab ho.. chah nods & then yash drives back to the Garewal house… once they reach there yash knows that chah does not have the strength to walk steadily, the day's events have got on her… so yash just supports chah while she is walking, chah leans on yash & takes small steps… once they reach inside, they see that gulshan, preeto, kamal, pallavi, veena, ridhimma, rishi, akshat all are sitting there & waiting for them… as soon as everyone sees yash, chah they understand that chah is not feeling well, yash tells them that chah is running temperature, all get worried and ask yash to take chah up soon…. Yash does as he is told, yash & chah reach the stairs, chah is climbing each step with great difficulty yash observes this & he does not want chah to strain herself so he carries her in his arma, all the way to the room.. by the time they reach the room chah is nearly asleep, yash makes chah ly down on the bed & he gets the medicine & gives it to chah, chah takes the medicine & swallows it in half sleep… yash then goes down & tells everyone to go & take rest.. he tells everyone that the mess created today will be over by the next day morning… all wish good night & leave to their respective rooms, where they can have a peaceful sleep after a hectic & eventful day… yash then walks to the kitchen he takes some juice & along with that he takes a small bowl with hot water & a small piece of cloth… yash comes back to his room, he wakes chah up… chah is still in her half sleep but yash holds the juice glass to her lips & keeps telling her to drink it… though chah does not want to drink she drinks the juice… after that yash again makes chah ly down.. he changes his clothes & comes to his side of the bed… he then takes the patti (cloth) dips it in the hot water & starts keeping the patti on chah's forehead… yash keeps repeating this process all through the night… chah is just in her deep sleep…. But yash does not sleep even for a second, he just attends to chah all through the night.. he keeps checking chah's temperature from time to time…. He just sits & keeps staring at chah'face.. he feels that chah has become so pale.. he whispers in a very low voice:- bas chah yeh kuch ghante aur phir sab kuch theek ho jaayega… yash then continues what he has been doing… the night slowly passes by, the sun rises.. we can see that yash is just closing his eyes & resting on her bed post… chah is still not awake… yash has just gone to sleep, because he could not keep his eyes open anymore…. Time passes by & it is 8 in the morning, yash opens his eyes he checks chah's temperature & then decides that it is time to set things right… yash leaves the bed, he gets ready & then goes down to meet everyone… yash sees that everyone is on the dining table, yash tells them a quick good morning, he ignores lalit's presense & then goes outside to collect that days newspaper which will be with the watchman on the gate who collects it everyday… yash takes the paper & then looks at the headlines.. seeing the headlines yash automatically gets a smile on his face.. now yash knows it is time for action so he just walks inside, he sees that except swayam & chah everyone is present there… yash walks near lalit on the dining table & he puts the newspaper in front of him.. lalit looks at yash & says:- yeh kya batameezi hai yash… newspaper hatao yahaan se.. lalit does not see the headlines.. yash with a cool look says:- yeh batameezi nahii hai.. main bas aapko yeh newspaper dikhane laaya hoon Mr. Garewal..
Lalit:- mujhe abhi newspaper nahii dekhna hai.. waise bhi shayad tum bhool gaye ho lekin dining table par log khana khathe hai, breakfast khathe hai… tho mujhe paper padhne mein koi interest nahii hai…. [all the people present there are watching the banter between yash & lalit…]
Yash says:- Mr. Garewal dekhiye paper dekh lijiye.. aapke liye bohat khaas news chapi hai.. aapke so called izzat ke bare mein.. dekhiye tho padh lijiye… lalit gets irritated with yash but he takes the paper & sees the headlines… after seeing the headlines lalit is unable to react or open his mouth… yash smirks seeing this & he says:- kya hua Mr. Garewal aap is tarah chup kyun hogaye… kal tho aap chah ke saamne bohat badi badi baatein karr rahe the.. ab kya hogaya hai aapko…
Now veena asks:- kya hua.. newspaper mein kya hai….
Yash:- kyun Mr. Garewal aap sabko batana chahenge kii newspaper mein kya chapa hai.. ya phir main bhii batadun… lalit does not say anything he just stares at yash, so yash finally says:- koi baat nahii Mr. Garewal main hii padhtha hoon kii kya chapa hai headlines mein….. yash takes the newspaper in his hand & starts reading out:- Shimla Local Newspaper Apoligises To Mrs. Chah Yash Garewal For Printing A Fake Article On The Previous Day… We Apoligise To The Garewal Family Who Were Defamed In A Article Which Was Untrue…' yash then looks at everyone & then says:- & this is not it, yahaan par kuch aur bhi likha hai… yahaan likha hai kii in logon ne Shimla mein circulate hone waale saare newspapers mein yeh headlines chapwa di hai asking for a apology… aur yahaan yeh bhi likha hai kii kal ke paper mein joh chah ke bare mein chapa tha woh sab jhoot tha.. aur kissi ne un logon ko ghalat tip off diya tha…. Yash then goes on to read the articles, which says that someone gave them wrong information & they had printed it without confirmed if the news was true at all… by the time yash finishes reading the article everybody has a smile on their face except for vasu, who has a look which says why do I care.. & lalit who has a mixes expression of confusion on his face…. Everyone is gushing to yash kii they are so happy that everything is sorted out.. lalit who feels out of place gets up from the chair & starts leaving the place… right when lalit is about to leave, yash stops him & says:- Mr. Garewal, aap kahaan jaa rahe hai…
Lalit:- main kahiin bhi jaaun yash, tumhe is baat se koi matlab nahii hona chahiye…
Yash comes & stands in front of lalit & says:- you cannot leave this place Mr. Garewal.. not so fast…. You need to answer some of my questions….
Lalit:- yash shayad tum bhool rahe ho tum apne pita se baat karr rahe ho.. & I'am clearly not answerable to you…. Do you get that…
Yash:- aap mere pita hai yeh baat tho main bohat pehle hii bhool chukka hoon Mr. Garewal… & yes you are answerable to me….. aap ne kal ka paper dekhkar chah ko bohat si aisi baatein sunayi thin a joh sahii nahii tha.. tho aaj ke paper ke headlines ko dekhne ka baa dab kya kehna hai aapka… ab kya karega aap… batayiye….
Lalit:- tum kehna kya chahthe ho yash..
Yash:- well main joh kehna chahtha hoon woh bohat hii simple hai.. kal jab aapko laga kii chah kii wajah se aapke khandaan ke naam par daag lagg gaya, tho aaj jab aapko patah chala hai kii chah kii koi ghalthi nahii tho aapko nahii lagtha kii aapko chah se maafi maang ni chahiye….
Lalit is very angry he raises his voice & says:- yash tumhara dimaag kharaab hogaya hai.. main maafi maangu aur woh bhi us ladki se kabhi nahii…
Yash:- us ladki ka naam hai chah samjge aap aur chah meri patni hai… jab aap chah ko daant sakthe hai tho ab jab aapki ghalthi sabke saamne aagayi hai kii aapne chah par joh ilzaam lagaye woh be-buniyaad hai tho aapko usse maafi bhi maang na chahiye na.. you see it is logical.. kyunke yahaan agar kissi kii bhi ghalthi hai tho woh aapki hai Mr. Garewal, kyunke aapne bina sach jaane chah par ilzaam lagaya, usse is ghar se chale jaane ko kaha.. tho ab jab sach sabke saamne hai tho aapko maafi maang ne mein kya problem hai..
Lalit:- tum pagal hogaye ho yash.. woh ladki itni bhi dhood kii dhuli nahii hai.. aur yeh baat tum jaan lo main us jaisi ladki se kabhi maafi nahii maang ne waala..
Before yash can say anything, gulshan says:- bas bohat hogaya lalit…. Jis ladki ke bare mein tum baat karr rahe ho woh ladki is ghar kii badi bahu hai… jisse hum is ghar mein apni beti banakarr laaye hai.. tho tum zara tameez se pesh aao… aur yash ne joh kaha hai woh bilkul sahii hai… ghalthi tumhari hai aur tumhe chah se maafi maang ni hii padegi…
Lalit:- main aisa kuch bhi nahii karne waala hoon bouji… chah ke naam kii patti aap sabke aankhon mein bhandi hui hai… lekin main chah jaise characterless ladki se maafi nahii maanguga..
Yash shouts saying:- Mr. Garewal just mid your language… aap meri patni ke bare mein baat karr rahe hai.. yeh baat aap hamesha yaad rakhiyega… aur ek baat aap ne chah se kaha than a kii woh mere laayak nahii hai…. Aap hothe hii kaun hai yeh bol ne waale… aapko yeh haq kisne diya kii aap meri zindagi mein dhakal de… mujhe jiske saath jeevan jeena hai main jeeyunga… aap mere liye koi mayine nahii rakhthe hai kii aap meri zindagi mein dhakal de sake… agar aapko chah se maafi maang ne mein itni hii problem hothi hai tho matt maangiye lekin haan aaj ke baad kabhi humari zindagi mein interfere matt kijiye… hum jaise bhii hai humein ussi haal mein chod dijiye… kyunke humko humari zindagi mein na tho aapki advice kii zaroorat hai aur nah ii humein aap kii intereference kii zaroorat hai… so just stay out of our lives… hum jaanthe hai kii humare liye kya sahii hai aapko fikar karne kii zaroorat nahii hai….

Yash in a sarcastic way remarks:- ohhhh tho aapko ab yaad aaya kii main aapka beta hoon… whatever… thanks for your advice but no thanks I do not need your so called advice…
Lalit:- yash mera advice maan loge tho tumhari zindagi behtar ho jaayegi..
Yash:- agar aapke is advice se meri chah mujhse durr ho jaayegi… tho mujhe nahii lagtha kii aapka advice meri zindagi ko behtar karr saktha hai.. kyunke chah ke bina meri zindagi ke koi maayine hii nahii rakhthe… so for once & for all I'am telling you stay out of our life… we may be happy or ruin our lives but it is our life & you have no say in it… aur haan agli barr aap chah se aisi koi baat nahii karenge jisse uske aankhon mein aasoo aaye… agar aisa ek aur barr hua kii aapki wajah se chah ko takleef hui tho main is baat ko bardhast nahii karoonga.. samjhe aap… saying this yash gives lalit a final look & then goes up the stairs to his room.. here in the hall lalit says:- dekha yeh sab aap logon kii wajah se hua hai… aap sab ke laad ne hii yash ko bigaada hai… aaj yeh us ladki ke liye apne saare tameez bhool gaya hai… warna kissi kii itni himmat hothi kii woh mujhse is tarah se baat kare… main aap bhi aap sabse keh raha hoon waqt rehthe hii aap sab yash ko samjha dijiye kii woh sambhal jaaye warna yeh chah usse kahiin ka nahii chodegi…
Gulshan:- bas lalit… ab ek aur shabd nahii…. Aur yash ne joh bhii kaha hai woh sahii hii hai… agar tum yash aur chah ko apna pyaar aur khushi nahii de sakthe ho tho matt do.. yeh tumhari marzi hai… lekin tumhe koi haq nahii banntha tum unke zindagiyon ke bare mein koi bhii faisla lo… aur bas is baat ko yahii khatam karo…. Lalit stares at everyone there he knows everyone is against him [that is except vasu..]… so he just leaves the place in a huff in a angry mood.. all others in the hall just sigh & get back to their work… on the other hand we see yash is entering his room.. he sees that chah is awake, she is sitting & leaning back on the bed post… chah sees yash coming in & she says:- good morning yash.. tumne mujhe utaya kyun nahi…
Yash walks inside the room & says:- good morning.. aur rahii baat maine tumhe kyun nahii utaya, woh isliye kyunke mujhe laga tumhe bhi rest kii zaroorat hai.. waise bhi kal raat ko tumhe bhukhaar joh tha… tho maine socha kii tum jitna rest karogi utna achcha hoga…
Chah:- lekin yash mujhe aaj hospital jaana tha.. kal bhii nahii gayi thi main..
Yash:- well tum aaj kahiin nahii jaa rahii ho… patients bhii yeh nahii chahenge kii unka ilaaz ek beemaar doctor kare…
Chah throws a pillow at yash & says:- main beemaar nahii hoon.. samjhe tum..
Yash:- haan… haan abhi samaj gaya.. lekin chah mujhe lagtha hai kii tumhe aaj ek din atleast rest karna chahiye… waise bhi abhi tumhara bhukhaar kum hua hai… nahii tho raat mein tumhe kaafi high temperature tha.. tho Doctor sahiba aapke is priy pati dev ka yeh kehna hai kii aaj ek din aap rest kare and take it easy just for a day.. pleaseee…
Chah giggles at yash:- theek hai mere priy pati dev… aapki aagya sarr aankhon par….
Yash:- now that's good… aur haan aaj main poora tumhara khayal rakhoonga….
Chah:- kyun… tum office nahii jaa rahe ho kya…
Yash:- nahii main aaj office nahii jaa raha hoon…
Chah raises her eye-brow & asks:- tho kya main jaan sakthi hoon kii aaj mr. busy, yash garewal ne kyun office na jaane ka decide kiya hai…
Yash:- woh isliye kyunke mujhe lagtha hai kii aaj meri pyaari dharma patni, joh kii kudh ek doctor hoke sabki seva karthi hai, tho aaj mujhe aise laga kii meri pyaari si wife ko mere services kii zaroorat hai.. aur mere care kii zaroorat hai.. tho bas simple si baat hai maine office na jaane ka decision le liya… dekha kitna simple hai.. ab yeh bhanda aaj ka poora din aapki seva mein haazir hai.. hokum kijiye sarkar… yash bows his head down in front of chah…
Chah giggles at yash's antics & says:- mujhe lagtha hai shayad I'll be better off agar mujhe is bhande ke jagah ek bandhar ke services mil jaaye.. saying this chah starts laughing… yash smiles seeing chah laugh & he says:- arre jaanemann agar aap chaho tho main aapke liye bandhar bhi bann jaaunga.. mujhe koi problem nahii hai.. [yash keeps quiet for a second & then says] madam yeh Bandar aapke seva mein haazir hai.. kahiye kya kiddmat karr saktha hai yeh bandhar aapki…. Yash gets bows his head down like he had done it earlier…. Listening to this chah & seeing yash, chah bursts out into higher fits of laughter.. yash sees chah laughing her life out & even he joins her in the mirth of laughing… both yash & chah have a good time laughing like that… & then suddenly yash says:- arre tumhari in baaton mein, main bhool hii gaya tha mujhe tumhe kuch dikhana tha.. [yash sits by chah telling this..]
Chah:- kya dikhana chahthe ho tum… dikhao… yash then gives the newspaper he is holding in his hand.. & he tells chah:- yeh dekho…
Chah:- kya hai yash, tum mujhe yeh newspaper kyun de rahe ho… yash just smiles at chah aur chah ko ishara kartha hai to see it.. chah does as she is told aur woh joh headlines dekh rahii hai she just cannot believe her eyes.. she keeps looking to & fro from the paper to yash & from yash to the paper.. chah comes out of her intial shock, she has a smile on her face & she says:- yeh sab kaise hogaya..
Yash:- maine tumse kaha than a chah main aaj subaah thak sab kuch clear kardunga.. tho bas maine tumhare vishwaas ko tootne nahii diya aur apne wade ko poori tarah se nibhaya…
Chah:- lekin yash main jaanna chahthi hoon kii yeh sab kaise hua, tumne kya kiya.. yeh kaisa hogaya… bolo na yash… kaise manage kiya tumne yeh sab… jab kii tum tho kal raat hii laute na.. tho itne kum samay mein tumne itna sab kuch kaise karr liya…… chah keeps asking her questions repeatedly, yash smiles at chah & says:- arre baba batatha hoon… tho hua yun kii kal jab main tumhe surprise de ne ke liye airport se tumhe phone kiya tho tumne call pick nahii kiya.. phir meri akshat se baat hui aur usne mujhe bataya yahaan joh bhi hua hai… akii se baat karne ke baad maine Mr. Khan se baat kii…. Aur tab..

Yash:- Mr. Khan main jaantha hoon joh hua usmein aapki koi bhi ghalthi nahii hai.. lekin ab main aapse kuch chahtha hoon.. aapko mera ek kaam karna hoga…
Mr. Khan:- jee sir kahiye..
Yash:- dekhiye main chahtha hoon kii aap pehle yeh patah lagaye kii woh Shimla Local Newspaper ke owner ko kya koi beti hai…
Mr. Khan interrupts & says:- yes sir yeh main jaantha hoon woh us owner kii ek beti hai joh college mein padhthi hai.. woh mere behen kii college mein hii padhthi hai uski class mate hai…
Yash:- good.. tho ab aap yun kariye kii us ladki kii ek tasveer lijiye aur usse kissi bhi ladke ke saath morph karke mujhe dijiye… bas aap itna karr dijiye baaki sab main sambhal loonga.. then Mr. Khan agrees to what yash has said..

Yash then says:- aur phir main do ghante mein Shimla pohanch gaya, wahaan Mr. Khan mujhse
milne aaye aur unhone mujhe woh morphed tasveerein dii aur phir main tumse milne aagaya…..
Chah is confused & she says lekin yash tumne us ladki kii tasveerein morph kyun karii.. yeh sahii nahii hai na..
Yash:- well chah woh kehthe hai na jab ghee seedhe unngli se nahii nikalthi tho ungli ko zara si thedi karni padhthi hai.. kuch logon ko seedha karne ke liye kudh ko thoda sa theda karna padtha hai..
Chah:- theek hai samaj gayi… lekin yeh batao kii tumne uske baad kya kiya…
Yash:- well tumhe yaad hai na main tumhe kal raat ek building mein lekr gaya tha… us building mein actually Shimla Local Newspaper ka main office hai… main Shimla Local Newspaper ke hii owner se milne gaya tha….

Flashback:- [this is what happened while yash had left chah in the cellar car parking & gone to visit someone..]
Yash starts narrating to chah:- tho chah aise hua kii main jab wahaan gaya tho udhar ka security mujhe andar nahii jaane de raha tha, phir yeh sab awaazein sunnkarr woh owner bahar aaya, actually yeh newspaper waale raat mein paper editing aur printing ko jaane se pehle apne owner ke saath baat karthe hai.. tho mujhe patah tha kii mujhe us paper ka maalik waahiin par milega.. woh shaqs mujhe dekhkar mujhe pechaan gaya.. usne phir mujhe apne cabin mein le gaya.. aur wahaan jaakar maine usse poocha kii un logon ke paper mein joh news chapi hai tumhare bare mein kya uske liye unke pass koi saboot hai.. woh maalik darr gaya aur usne kaha kii uske kissi source ne yeh baat batayi… phir maine unse kaha kii woh log kal ke paper mein yeh chaap de kii woh news ghalat thi.. lekin woh maalik nahii maana.. aur phir maine usse kaha kii mere pass uske kal ke paper ke liye ek aur headlines hai.. yeh sunnkarr woh khush hogaya aur phir maine uske saamne ussi kii beti kii tasveerein rakhi, joh kii kissi aur ke saath thi.. yeh dekhkar woh bhadak gaya… kii yeh thou ski beti hai & blah blah.. usne kaha kii woh jaantha hai yeh pictures fake hai aur woh aisi koi story kabhi nahii chapega.. tho bas maine usse keh diya kii agar woh nahii chapega tho Shimla mein baaki saare papers joh aathe hai usmein yeh news chapegi.. maine usse yeh bhi kaha kii jhoot ko sach mein badalthe dair nahii lagthi.. aur agar saare newspapers us tasveer ke saath ek jhoothi kahani chaap denge tho sab us par yakeen karenge.. meri yeh baat sunnthe hii woh paper ka owner darr gaya… aur tab jaakar uske dimaag mein yeh baat aayi kii main indirectly tumhare defence mein baat karr raha hoon.. tho bas maine uske saamne yeh shart rakh dii kii agar woh chahtha hai kii uske beti ke bare mein yeh jhooti khabar akbaar mein na chape tho un logon ko tumhare liye ek apology likhni hogi, har us paper mein joh Shimla mein circulate hothi ho woh bhi headlines mein.. bas woh maan gaya.. aur maine ussi ke saamne uski beti kii woh tasveerein jala di… bas kahani khatam.. aur aaj jaise maine chaha waise hii hua…
Chah is staring at yash open mouthed… she says:- mujhe nahii patah tha tum aisa bhi kuch karr sakthe ho..
Yash:- well mujhe bhi nahii patah tha kii main aisa kuch karr saktha hoon.. but maine joh bhi kiya woh bas us onner ko ek sabak seekhane ke liye kiya.. mera us ladki ko nuksaan pohanchna ne ka koi irada nahii tha.. bas thoda sa pressure daal ne ke liye mainr waise kiya.. not with any bad intention… ab jab sab kuch solve ho chukka hai tho I'am sure woh owner bhi apna sabak seekh chukka hoga.. & from now on he will never defame anyone for that matter… aur chah yeh tho kuch bhii nahii hai tumhare liye tho main kuch bhii karr guzar saktha hoon…
Chah hugs yash in the sitting position itself & she says:- you know what you are just the best… [saying this chah gives yash a small peck on his lips… phir woh ko sharam bhari nighahon se dekhthi hai.. yash looks at chah with all the love… chah shies away from yash & then again she hugs yash.. yash holds her…]
Yash says:- chah I ought to be the best… because I'am all your's….

Both yash & chah are lost in their hug… they have a smile on their face which says it all… the smile says & proves that they both content with the way life is taking them…. They may be imperfect for the rest of the world, but together they are each others world & they are perfect for each other…..

nice part.......... loved how....yash came running to support chah..........😃.......he is a sweetheart.......😳........not to mention........quite intelligent too.....do ghante mein plan bhi bana liya......👏......
he was best.....how he convinced chah......he tried every trick & finally managed............😃......
loved how yash handled everything............(including chah......)😃...........
now wud just wait 4 chah to accept......that she loves yash......... so that yash gets his ultimate hapiness...........😃.......

as 4 u ending......after few parts......😭...........wud like fic to continue more but as they all good things come to an end.............

Awe.....Yash ke to sapne ne bhi usse dhoka de diya...hehe. Waise I'm replying for part 25. I knw am late....but u knw na....mera laptop kharab tha....yet I'm quite sure....main jald hi khatam kar lungi....mujhe kaafi experience jo hai...hehe.

Coming to the part....loved the morning scene of Yash n Chah n Chah's blackmailing is cool....very nice!! And I loved the convo abt Saahil n Leher....how beautifully written!!

And then Yash ka swarthi wala dialogue....it reminded me of Sujal Garewal....btw it was inspired from there na?? However Yash ne apni dream ki kya band bajayi...and Chah gussa ho gayi....obvious hai!!

But then at the harbor she wanted Yash to stay despite her asking him to leave....really kiddish but very sweet!! And yeah....that kid scene was very cute!! And then Yash's message on the T-shirt....hehe. How coo!!

And then that sweet sleeping scene....at noon Yash was staring at her....and at night she stared at Yash for a while....wat a staring game!!! Lolz!!

And now the inclusion of Angad n Kripa n the way Yash n Chah made them realize their mistakes....it was simply gr8!!

And the song sequence was lovely...and am glad there is no regret in Chah becoz of their intimacy....that was lovely!! A gr8 honeymoon UD.

Okay so Yash n Chah r at bak home....and its gud to c chah is comfortable here now!! But this Lalit....how cud he go on wid his nonsense?? Dam....i so hate him....I dont care wat misconception he has bcoz of Swayam....at least he shud no forget he is an elder to her n must maintain that position as well. However Yash was there like always....and finally he ucd calm Chah down!!

At hospital none knws Chah is Chah Yash Garewal after whom the hospital is named....hehe. And Maya has a crush on Yash....tch tch tch.....she must be shown that mssg on Yash's T-shirt!!

And now stupid Swayam....is bak n acting stupid like usual. But wat an entry of our hero....she is Mrs. Chah Yash Garewal!! Lovely!!

That Swayam.....he cud stoop so low....bcoz of his Yash suffered that accident though that was planned for Chah I guess.

However all this summed up to sumthing even more interesting!! The way Yash defended Chah in the board meeting was tremendous!! Main to uchhal rahi hu....gr8!!

I truly loved both the parts Dii....lekin I dont knw kiss scene pe ye fic based hai....hope to knw that soon...lets see if u hav mentioned later sumwhere!!
