K: gud.. so aaj se aap sab apne juniors ko guide karenge.. officially u can perform individual surgories wid a lil guidence.. Par abhi bhi u'll hav to report me..

Dr. Ridhhima aap special ward ke saath saath interns ka bhi dhyaan rakheingi..

Dr. Armaan aap apni surgeries ke saath second half of the day mein interns ko guide karenge as Dr. Ridhhima leaves early coz of her son..

Dr. atul aap mere saath children's ward mein decisions lenge..

Dr. Anjali aap aur Dr. Rahul apni surgeries ki details aur case discussions Dr. Shubhankar ke saath kareinge..

Dr. Muskaan, Maternity ward ki responsibilty aapki hai..

Main yeh nahi keh rahi ki u all have to do this individually , u all are a really effective team.. par as per ur specialisations you'll be held responsible for any sort of neglegence towards ur patients.. Am I clear..

K: u can now get to ur duties.. nd Dr. Armaan nd Dr. Ridhhima naye interns aapka nurse station pe wait kar rahe hain.. Have a gud day..

At the nurse station:

There was sweet, simple , beautiful girl looking around nd saying prayers in her heart for her first day to be gud in THE SANJEEVNI.. she was non other than "RADHIKA"..

She oppened her eyes as someone tapped her shoulder..

"hey.. R u a new intern..?" He asked genuinely

Rad: Huh.? Haan main radhika.. aur aap…?

Ad: hi.. am Aditya .. Aditya Kapoor… why is ur beautiful face full of nervousness..?

Rad: Umm.. nothin as such…(trying to smile)

Ad: oh c'mon.. khubsoorat ladkiyan mujhse jhoot nahi bol paati….

Finally making her smile by his flirty lines nd sweet smile.. they noticed two other new faces walking to the nurse station.. A handsome guy who came all the way trying to ignore the girl walking besides him although she was beautiful but what irritated him was her overconfident nd flirty nature…

They walked over to Aditya nd Radhika..

Ad: new interns…? Hi I'm Aditya..

Ka: hey Adi m Karan..

Aa: I'm Aakansha Sharma.. But frnds call me ASH.. Aur tum…?

Ra: hi.. mera naam hai radhika verma..

Ka: hi radhika.. do u mind if i call u Ravs.. Radhika naam thoda lamba hai..

Ra: tum jo bulana chaho bula sakte ho but I prefer it to be radhika only..

Aa: wat attitude yar.. itna cute ladka tumse frndshp karna chata hai aur tum ho ki..Huh..!

Just den there enters another new face with a cute baby like smile on it..He joins in..

J: hello ppl.. aap log bhi yahan internship ke liye aaye hain..? BTW I'm Jai..

All of them can't help but smile on his friendly intro nd introduced themselves wen AR walked to the nurse station…

A:gud morning interns.. main hoon Dr. Armaan…

Aa: I know sir.. kaafi suna thha apke baare mein but you are even more handsome..

Ridhhima's face hardens seeing her intern flirting with her husband.. Armaan caught that expression of hers nd said

A: well thankyou for the compliment Ms. Sharma.. But I would be really greatfull if u would stop flirting with me coz certainly MY WiFE (pointing towards rids) won't lik it nd you might end up in trouble as she is ur incharge too..

Aa: (looking bashed) Umm.. sorry sir.. Umm.. mam… I was just complimenting you…

R: well..ow if u guys are done with ur complements, can we talk some work.. (glancing from armaan to Ash)

Looking at ridhhima all they could manage was a small nod..

R: welcome all of you.. I'm Dr. Ridhhima.. roz subah main hi aap logon ko duties assign karungi aur aap log yahin mujhe report kareinge 8am. sharp.. I don't want latecomers at all.. ab aap log sanjeevni ka hissa hain to aapko yahan ke rules bhi follow karne honge.. sanjeevni mein cell phones allowed nahi hain..

Aa: wat the.. phir main apni parties kaise plan karungi..?

A: (professionally) Ms. Sharma.. aap yahan Doctor banne aayi hain ya party planner banne…? You better behave yourself nd concentrate on ur work.. ap sab interns ko pure month aapke performance ke basis pe marks diye jaiyenge nd the winner will the intern of the month, who'll help me nd Dr.Ridhhima for a week in managing interns..

Aa: Sorry sir..

R: aap sab ki aaj ki duties register mein likhi hain.. If u guys hav any problem feel free to contact me before lunch and after lunch Dr. Armaan is here to guide you.. (she goes off to her cabin)

Armaan also walks off to Shubhankar for a case discussion..

Interns after the duty in the locker room :

Ad: wat a tiering day yar..

J: right dude.. pata nai aage kya hoga..

Aa: Dunno par aj ka din hi ajeeb thha.. pehle to subah subah GABBAR se dant padi aur ab I'm so tiered..

Ra: waise Aakansha.. mujhe nahi lagta ki Dr. Ridhhima ne kuch galat kaha.. We're here to become doctors so we should focus on dat only..

Aa: oh plzz… maine tumse koi advice nahi maangi okk.. So just buzz off..

Ka: Hey Ash.. I think Ravs is right.. nd that's no way of talking okk..

Ad: yup I guess karan is right..

Aa: WTF.. why are u guys backing her.. Look at her she is so LS…

Hearing this radhika ran out of the locker room..tears rolling down her cheeks.. She was walking as fast as she could in the corridor just get out of sanjeevni.. This was not the first time sumone was being rude to her.. She was used to such comments, being an orphan she misses a hand on her head, a shoulder to cry on nd share her happiness with…

GUYS I KNOW THIS WAS NOT THAT GR8 PART BUT IT WAS REQUIRED TO BUILD THE STORY FURTHER, TO LET U GUYS UNDERSTAND ALL THE CHARACTERS..
