Mahal roof top

Sia kept wondering that what was she doing here and why did Dharam bring her here? She saw how he kept giving her these lovable glances and his eyes expressed a strange sensation. Something she had never noticed since tonight. A soft breeze flowed making her shudder slightly and it was hard for her to decide, was it due to the wind or simply by his proximity.

Sia: Aap…Aap hame yaha kyu laaye hai?

Dharam: Hame aapko kuch dikhaana hai, per osse pehle aap apni aakhe band kijye

Sia: (surprised) Ji?

Dharam: Aap kijye to sahi. (saw she was still hesitant) Ham pe bharosa rakhye Sia ham aapke saath kuch aisa waisa nahi karenge

she closed her eyes showing that she did trust him and he held her gently and moved her along with her somewhere. She kept wondering where he was taking her but soon they halted and she died out of curiosity.

Dharam: ab dhirese apni aakhe kholye

She opened her eyes and was exhalted. The view in front of her was simply out of this world. She saw the whole Aryanagar lit up with diyas and lamps and it just didn't allow her eyes to look away.

Sia: Itnee khoobsurat jaga hamne aaj tak nahi dekhee

Dharam: (kept staring at her lit up face and his heart fluttered) sach me bohat khoobsurat hai (she turned towards him and saw him staring. He quickly tunred away hiding his flushed face) hamara matlab hai ke…yeh jaga sach me bohat khoobsurat hai. (turns towards the view) Jaanti hai Sia yahee wo jage hai jahase pura Aryanagar dikhta hai. Yeh jage khaas oske liye hee banaee gayee hai taake yaha ke jitney bhi Raja ho wo pure Aryanager ke upar nazar rakh sakhe. Bachpan se hame pita ji ne yehi sab sikhaaya tha or ham yaha kai raato beetaa chuke hai, yeh saabit karne ke liye ke ham bhi ek kaabil Raja ban sakte hai. Tab to ham bare chote the Sia lekin pitaji ko tab bhi hamper bara gaurav tha. Yaha pe aake hame ek alag hee sukoon milta hai.

She doesn't say anything but keeps staring at him. His talks really make her wonder if she is with the same Dharam of which she had thought so many negative things about. Is this the same Dharam for which she had vowed will never stand next to him ever again? She soon snapped out by him calling her.

Dharam: kaha khogayee aap?

Sia: Huh? (feels a bit embarrassed) ji ham to bus…hamara matlab hai ke kahi nahi. Bus is haseen nazaare se nazar haata hee nahi paarahe the.

Dharam: ham samajh sakte hai. Aap jaanti hai yaha kee sabse khoob baat kya hai?

Sia: (nods her head) Ji nahi, kya hai?

Dharam: yaha pe jo bhi awaaz deta hai oskee goonj pure Aryanagar me phel jaati hai.

Sia: ham samjhe nahi

Dharam: ham abhi dikhaate hai (he paused and in took some breath and then he raised his voice) SIA!

Echo: SIA! SIA! SIA! SIA!

She looks on in amazement as her name keeps ringing in the far corners of the land. Her name didn't appear any beautiful than now.

Dharam: Ab aap bhi pukaar ke khud dekh lijye (she gives him a hesitant look) Kijyena bara maza aaehga

Sia: (closes her eyes and also in takes some breath. Then opens her eyes and raises her voice) DHARAM!

Echo: DHARAM! DHARAM! DHARAM! DHARAM!

Both smiled at each other and decided to do it again.

Dharam: SIA!

Echo: SIA! SIA! SIA! SIA!

Sia: DHARAM!

Echo: DHARAM! DHARAM! DHARAM! DHARAM!

The loud noise made Veer jerk up and he fell off his bed. It was too alarming for him so he quickly went to the window to find out who was shouting at that hour of the night. And he sure was surprised.

Dharam: SIA!

Echo: SIA! SIA! SIA! SIA!

Sia: DHARAM!

Echo: DHARAM! DHARAM! DHARAM! DHARAM!

Dharam: SIA!

Echo: SIA! SIA! SIA! SIA!

Sia: DHARAM!

Echo: DHARAM! DHARAM! DHARAM! DHARAM!

Veer: yeh dono ko kya hogaya? (wonders) Lagta hai Dharam ka bukhaar kuch ziada hee char gaya hai

Dharam: SIA!

Echo: SIA! SIA! SIA! SIA!

Sia: DHARAM!

Echo: DHARAM! DHARAM! DHARAM! DHARAM!

Veer: (pops head out of the window and raises his voice) Are Aryanagar me aaj raat kuch shaanti mile gee bhi ke nahi?

After hearing his voice both Dharam and Sia became alert and looked at each other

Veer: maana ke kuch log aaj bohat khush hai per dusro kee khushi me kyu apatti laarahe ho

Dharam: (shakes his head) yeh Veer bhi na…jab dekho anaab shanaab boleta rehta hai (looks down towards Veer's room) Veer chup chaap jaake sojao

Veer: aap log sone de to na. Wese mujhe koi shoke nahi hai aap logo ke beech baadha daalne ka. Aap karte rahee ye me hee kaano me rooi daal ke sojaata hu. (laughs) me kya lagta hai Aryanagar me sab ke kaano me daaldete hai

Dharam: VEER!!!!!!

Veer: theek hai theek hai jaaraha hu (he just shook his head and laughed)

Then Dharam gave Sia a sorry look as he saw how embarrassed she had become after hearing Veer's comments. He didn't want to hurt her again with all that but somehow this time he knew that things had changed. She had changed but he still hesitated in popping that big question again.

She also kept looking at him wondering what he was thinking about. She knew that surely there was a big reason for him bringing her here so why was he holding back?

Slowly she could feel his hand extending towards hers and before she could even protest he held her hand and held it quite tight. She didn't feel like pulling her hand away and on the contrary was quite enjoying the soft warm touch of his palm in hers.

Gradually they came closer as if it was happening automatically and they didn't take their eyes off each other. Were afraid that if they'll look away then this would disappear.

Dharam: Sia wo ham…

Sia: (wide eyes with shock after seeing something) Dharam wo waha…

He becomes alert and turns around to see what happened and was surprised himself too. Far in the distance he saw this huge fire blowing and it didn't look like a small one at all. It looked huge.

Dharam: yeh kya horaha hai?

This was serious so he left Sia's hand and went down to find out and she also followed. When he reached his room again he saw the mahal was bustling about.

Sainik: Maharaj, bohat buri khabar hai sainiko kee basti me aag lag gayee hai

Dharam: Kya? (shocked) lekin yeh kese huwa?

Sainik: puri baat pata nahi maharaj lekin kuch dair pehle hee is aag ke bare me khabar milee hai

Just then Veer enters really hyper about this.

Veer: mujhe lagta hai ke mujhe waha jaake dekhna chaaheeye. On logo ko hamaree zaroorat parsakti hai

Dharam: ha sahi kehte ho tum Veer. Ham bhi saath chalte hai

Veer was surprised to hear that as usually he would refuse to such an act and wouldn't even allow him to go but here not only did he agree with him but was also going along with him. Something was definitely wrong with him but Veer knew this was not the time to think about this.

All of them reached the Sainik Basti and saw everyone running around saving themselves. The fire had caught on real bad and it had destroyed many houses and many people had been injured or had even lost their lives. Veer went about helping everyone and Dharam also did the same. He actually went into the awkward places to take people out without thinking twice.

The mahal

Sumaina's maharaj had arrived as he was getting worried about Sia not having had returned back and plus she didn't even send any message. When he came he found her in her room.

Sia: Pitaji (gets up with surprise and go to him) aap yaha?

S.M: Sia aap itne dino tak yahi reh gayee or aapne hame koi sandesh bhi nahi bheja. To ham chintit hogaye

Sia: wo darasal kya huwa pitaji ke jab ham yaha aaye to Maharaj Dharam kee tabiyat bohat kharaab hogayee to ham yahee ruk gaye or phir onhe bukhaar bhi hogaya to ham…Or abhi to or anarth hogaya

S.M: kya huwa hai?

Sia: (really tensed) Pitaji sainiko kee basti me aag lagayee hai or maharaj or Rajkumar Veer bhi gaye hai (holds him) hame bohat darr lagraha hai pitaji ke kahi onhe kuch…

S.M: aise chinta nahi karte. Bhagwaan onhe surikchit rakhenge. (after consoling he kept thinking about how Sia looked so worried for both of them. She seemed rather too keen about Dharam. Something was definitely up which he didn't know and he would have to find out.)

Sainik's basti

They were still at it helping everyone and helping the injured to get to a safer place. There was this house in which the fire had spread but a mother was crying as her child was left inside. She kept crying for help but no one was listening. Dharam heard her loud and clear and he went over to her amongst the commotion. She requested him to save her child so without thinking twice he dared to enter the house full of fire.

Veer saw this and tried stopping Dharam as it was too risky but he didn't listen to anything and jumped inside barely saving himself. Veer got really worried and tried going in after him but the sainiks came and stopped him.

After five ten minutes Dharam came running out with the child wrapped in his arms and he was successful in saving through the fire. Veer was relieved as well as unhappy with him.

Veer: yeh kya harkat thi Dharam. Aise bina soche samjhe kuud pare aag me

Dharam: ham kya karte Veer? Wo aurat apne bacche ke liye ro rahi thi to hamse dekha nahi gaya. Or wese bhi yeh sab hamaree zimmedaari hai to hame hee onkee madad karnee hai na

Veer couldn't say anything further as he was just dumbstruck after hearing Dharam's words. He couldn't believe he was actually saying all this.

Veer thought: kya yeh wohi Dharam hai jo inkee madad to dhoore onse seedhee mooh tak baat nahi karta tha? Yeh kya hogaya hai ise? Kya sach me wo badal gaya hai?

They all returned back to the mahal and Sia was really hysterical seeing them and when she saw Dharam at an impulse she went and hugged him without thinking twice. Dharam was surprised and so were others.

Sia: aapne to hame darra hee diya tha (she realizes what she did and slowly pulls out) wo…darasal ham kuch ziada hee pareshaan hogaye the isliye…wo hame maaf kardijye

Dharam: nahi aap maafi kyu maang rahee hai? Wo……

S.M: ab sab kesa hai Maharaj Dharam?

Dharam: (gets a good surprise) maharaj aap yaha?

S.M: ha wo Sia itne din tak lautee nahi to ham chintit hokar yaha pe pohoche or yaha pe aake khabar milee ke aag lagaayee hai

Dharam: ji ha wo Sainiko kee basti me aag laggayee thee lekin ab sab kuch theek hogaya hai

Sia: (looks at his hand) yeh kya huwa? (unhappy) aap ka haath to jalgaya hai (holds his hand and examines it) idhar aaye mere saath

She starts fussing over him again and Dharam feels a bit conscious as her father is also here and he didn't want to display all this in front of him. She didn't care about anything else and pulled him with her towards the side table where there was still some medicine left and she began applying it on him.

He saw how she was nearly in tears and he didn't like that. He didn't want to see her upset about anything.

Dharam: Sia ham bilkul theek hai. Yeh to bus chota sa zakham hai

Sia: ham jaante hai kitna chota sa zakhm hai. Aapko apni koi parwa hee nahi

Veer smiles as both of them look sweet together but the Sumaina's maharaj is thinking something else. This affection he sees in his daughter's eyes is creating a lot of questions for him.

S.M: ab raat bohat hochukee hai Sia to ab hame Maharaj ko araam karne dena chaheeye

She leaves his hand and then goes off with her father. Both Dharam and Sia keep looking at each other as if this partition is difficult for both of them. After she is gone he keeps looking at his wounded hand where she had applied the medicine and can still feel her touch on it.

Veer: (teasing tone) kya baat hai Dharam, kya kuch dhoondh rahe ho apne haath me?

Dharam: (puts hand down and pretends nothing happened) uh..nahi ham to…ham to bus aise hee

Veer: ha ha jaanta hu. Aaj raat sab kuch bus aise hee horaha hai (grins mischievously) lagta hai aaj kisee ko neend nahi aane waalee

Dharam: Kya matlab?

Veer: (arm around Dharam's shoulder) matlab yeh ke aaj puri raat koi kisee ke khayalo me hee nikaal ne waala hai to neend kaha se aaehgee. Nahi agar tum chaaho to me tumhaare saath rehsakta hu…(mischievous grin again) ya phir kisee or ko bulaane ka bandobast karu

Dharam: Veer (takes his arm off and glares at him)

Veer sees that Dharam is going to kill him so he slowly begins to move back but still teasing him.

Veer: are to isme ghalat kya kaha maine?

Dharam: Veer tum… (closing in on him)

Veer: ab raat ko neend nahi aaehgee to kisee ke saath kee zaroorat to paregee hee na (moving back ready to run)

Dharam: abhi ham tumhe batate hai ke hame kiskee zaroorat paregee

He chases after Veer and he escapes laughing at his brother. After Veer was gone

Dharam kept thinking about what he said and it was true as he was going to find it difficult to sleep tonight as Sia's memories were not going to leave him.

Next morning

Sia's guestroom

S.M: ab hame lagta hai ke hame Sumaina waapis laut jaana chaheeye

Sia: (upset) lekin pitaji abhi bhi Maharaj Dharam kee tabiyat puri tarhase theek nahi huwee hai

S.M: lekin Sia ab or yaha rehna ghalat hoga. Aap jaanti hai ke kya baate hongi isse.

Sia: lekin…

S.M: (holds Sia's hand and makes her understand) dekhye Sia ham jaante hai ke aapko Maharaj Dharam kee itnee fikar hai lekin ab or yaha rehna theek nahi hoga. To aap chalne kee tayaari kijye

Sia: theek hai

She relunctantly gets ready to leave but in her heart something is bursting making her feel very uneasy. Something was telling her to stop and not to go back.

Outside the mahal

When Dharam found out she was leaving he also was upset and quickly made his way to try and stop her but he had to hold back in front of her father.

Dharam: maharaj, aap abhi abhi to aaye hai yaha or aaj hee chalejaarahe hai?

S.M: Ji. Ham to yaha bus Sia ko lene aaye the or ab hame lagta hai ke jaana hee chaheeye. (puts hand on Dharam's shoulder) aap ne itne dino tak hamaree beti Sia ko yaha rakha oske liye shukriya

Dharam: shukriya kis baat ka? (looking towards Sia over the maharaj's shoulder) shukriya to hame Rajkumari Sia ka karna chaheeye ke onhone yaha aakar hamare liye itna kuch kiya. Ham onka yeh ehsaan bhool nahi paaenge

Both of them said their good byes and Dharam and Sia just kept looking at each other with their eyes doing all the talking. There was so much still left that he wanted to tell her but time wasn't with them. He had the urge to go out and hold her hand and to stop her right that moment but he knew he couldn't do it. It would just put her into jeopardy and that was the last thing he wanted. He watched their carriage go off and Sia looked out and kept staring at him until both of them disappeared in the far distance.

Sakshi's room

Sakshi: Veer bhaiya, aap ne Rajkumari Sia ko roke kyu nahi liya?

Veer: kyu ke Sakshi wo mera kaam nahi tha. Ham dono ne to on dono ko bus milaya hai per aage ka kaam to ab Dharam ko hee karna hai na. Agar wo chahta to roke sakta tha

Sakshi: to onhone aisa kiya kyu nahi?

Veer: kyu ke wo Rajkumari Sia kee bari izzat karta hai or onke pitaji ke saamne onhe aise sharminda nahi karna chahta tha

Sakshi: (smiles) waise aapki yojna bare kaam kee aayee bhaiya. Kuch dino se Dharam bhaiya kuch badalse hee gaye hai

Veer: sach me Sakshi. Maine bhi dekha hai. Tumhe yaad hai ke aakhri baar kab tumne Dharam ko muskuraate huwe dekha tha? (she looks at him surprised and nods her head saying never) kabhi nahi na? wahi to kamaal kee baat hai ke aaj kal oske chehre pe ek haseen see mukurahat dekhne ko miltee hai. Yeh saabit karta hai ke wo Rajkumari Sia ko bohat pasand karne laga hai

Sakshi: lekin Rajkumari Sia ka kese pata chalega

Veer: oske liye mere paas ek or yojna hai.

Sakshi: wo kya?

Veer: tum bus dekhtee jao ke ab me kya karta hu

Sumaina

The maharaj and Sia returned back and everyone were glad to find Sia back. Especially Ananya who had missed her a lot. Sia was dying to tell her that Rajkumar Veer had returned back to Aryanagar.

Ananya: yeh tum kya kehrahee ho Sia

Sia: ham sach kehrahe hai Ananya. Wo waapis aagaye hai or is baar ham jaante hai ke ab kahi nahi jaane waale

Ananya: (elated but then feels sad again) yeh to aachi baat hai ke wo waapis aagaye hai. Lekin iska matlab yeh to nahi ke wo hamse milne aaenge bhi ke nahi

Sia: hame pata hai ke wo zaroor aaenge (really excited) ham jaante hai Ananya ke tum kyu aisa kehrahee ho per tumhe apne pyaar per vishwaas rakhna hoga. Wo zaroor aaenge

Both the sisters hug out of joy and finally after a long time Sia sees a smile on Ananya's face and she is happy from the heart.

Few days later

They got the message that Bhoomi and Agni were going to arrive at Sumaina so Nivriti was all excited and started rushing everybody around to clean the mahal and get everything ready for the arrivals. She was over the moon but the maharaj wasn't too keen to meet them and neither was Sia. She knew how vicious Agni was but for the rest of the family she had to make sure his real identity didn't come out.

Maharaj's room

Sia: aap abhi bhi itne chintit kyu hai pitaji?

S.M: ham yeh soch rahe hai ke aakhir koi to hai jo onkee aane kee khushi mana raha hai.

Sia: ham jaante hai ke aapko khushi nahi hai lekin maa ko koi samjhaa bhi to nahi sakta. (thinks about something) kya sach me Bhim Chacha ne Agni ko bari rakam dee hogi

S.M: aisa hee huwa hoga Sia, varna Agni to koi bhi choti maamuli rakam lene se raha.

Sia: (sighs in worry) kese yeh karz chukaaenge ham

S.M: yeh sab hamaree wajese huwa hai Sia. Hamne hee aap sab ke liye kuch nahi kiya jiskee wajese aaj hame ye din dekhna para hai

Sia: aisa mat kaheeye pitaji (goes to console him) aap thori na aage ka dekh sakte the jo kuch karte. Hamne kabhi bhi aapko kissee bhi baat ke liye doshi nahi theraaya kyu ke agar aap nahi hote to ham sab bhi kaha hote

S.M: phir bhi hame aap sabke liye sab kuch tayaar kardena chaheeye tha take jab ham nahi rahenge to aap sab surikshit to rahenge na

Sia: bhagwaan ke liye aisee baate mat kijye pitaji (hugs him) isme aapki koi ghalati nahi.

S.M: (sighs) ab jo bhi huwa wo badla to nahi jaasakta. Aap hamaree chinta mat kijye Sia. Thore din me yeh afsos bhi mitjaaehga or ham bhool jaaenge.

He leaves and Sia keeps feeling bad for him.

Later on the day Agni and Bhoomi arrive and Nivriti receives them really happy and excited.

Nivriti: are meree bacchi (hugs her with joy) kitni bari hogayi hai itne dino me

Everyone else also arrive to receive them

Bhoomi: hame bhi kitne din hogaye yaha se jaane me or dekho yaha to kuch bhi nahi badla per hamara to sab kuch hee badal gaya.

Agni: mujhe aap sab se dubaara milne me behat khushi huwi. (Eyeing Sia who had looked away from him in anger)

Bhoomi: to maa, bataye kya hamne hamare liye sabse khoobsurat pati chuna hai ke nahi

Nivi: oh tum to ho hee laakho me ek or yeh Agni bhi

All three of them are excited to meet and the others are just plain annoyed.

S.M: ab maharani inko ander bhi lejaana hai ke nahi

They all walk inside and Bhoomi is really showing off saying that she is higher in positon than all the rest of her sisters now as she is married. Sia and Ananya just shake their heads sighing that they'll have to tolerate a lot more than this.

Near the evening all the sisters and Agni are out in the mahal grounds and Agni is riding his horse and just showing off.

Bhoomi: to Sia, tum to hamse kaafi naraaz hongi kyu ke ham jaante hai tumhe bhi Agni bohat pasand tha

Sia: (sarcastic laugh) aisa sochne kee bilkul zaroorat nahi Bhoomi. Ham tumko yakeen dilate hai ke hame osse koi shiyakat nahi or naahi koi dilchaspi hai

Bhoomi: wese kaafi afsos kee baat hai ke ham sab os mele me nahi jaasakhe. Kitna accha hota, phir ham sab kee shaadi hogayee hoti

Sia: tumhaare khayaal kaafi acche hai Bhoomi magar hame tumhara shaadi karne ka andaz bilkul pasand nahi aaya

Agni kept passing by them and Bhoomi kept gigiling and praising him.

Bhoomi: kaash ke tum sab or Agni ke saare dost bhi hamaree shaadi me hote lekin koi bhi aanahi sakha or ant me bus Bhim Chacha, Pari Chachi or Maharaj Dharam hee the.

Sia: (halts) kya? Maharaj Dharam bhi the?

Bhoomi: ha (laughs) ab koi to Agni kee taraf se hona chaheeye tha na. Baaki sab to… (covers her mouth with her hands) ham to bhool hee gaye. Yeh baat hame kisee ko batanee nahi thi. (giggles like a stupid kid) ab kya hoga. Agni kya kahaga mujhse.

They continue walking and Sia keeps dwelling on what Bhoomi said and she had to find out the truth soon that was Dharam also there at the wedding. There were so many questions in her heart about it and she wouldn't rest until she found out from Pari.

well, i loved, really loved the drastical change of DS opinion towardseach other.. liked the dia "hum tumhare saat kuch aisa waisa nahin karenge".. said in a casual way.. 😆😛 and then the echoes of both shouting the names... 🤣 and veer complaining... 🤣.. - yeh now there was a drastic change. I'm glad u enjoyed it very much

i like very much ur updates Arwa, coz they have got everything... every kind of scene... i mean, i can always find some light hearted dialogues in the chapters.. =D - aaaw thats so sweet of u

i was getting lost in DS confession scene when.. the heck that fire had to happen just right in that moment na?? 😡 😆 gosh but that was realistic, coz actually these things only happen in these moments... lol... - hahaha they sure do
