WOW Di!
You started this FF with such a BANG! I loved the first part...The way you described Riddhima's emotions and then her thoughts taking control of her better judgement and so forth...It was all beautifully penned down..What more can I say? You are a very talented writer...and im in awe of your way with words!😳
I kinda knew that Rahul would be close to Riddhima since the intro--since you said that both lived in the US and I was right..He is now her fiance...Your descriptions and dialogues of Rahul show me that you portrayed him as a punctual, time-keeping person, who wants the best and for that he always thinks ahead of time...I'm liking seeing this side to Rahul...He is a guy fond of statistics..Everything is calculated already..LOL...I guess his accountant self takes the better of him..LOL..can't blame him for that--he loves his career..
"I have checked out the train stations….they are less than a mile away from the neighborhood…..you will be at Grand central in precisely 33 minutes!"
I like how you portrayed Riddhima's character also...Her being accustomed to American values and traditions--her sticking to her adopted language rather than her mother tongue...
I am also a very organized person like Riddhima--so there is a similarity..Im kind of OCD about cleanliness too..LOL...
I love the way you wrote out her thoughts also...How she was dissapointed upon seeing some facets of Rahul...like listening to the Proposing CD rather than being creative...and then her imagining life fulfilling Rahul's commands like a servant...but despite that, she loves the guy...She is ready to put all that aside for their relationship! True love, I guess...
Anjali seems laid-back and carefree--love her character also..Im in love with the characters already Di...you described their personalities so effectively!
Can't wait to see how Riddhima's life changes in those 15 days in Italy--beautiful place I will go to one day..lol..Obviously Armaan will be coming in the story in Italy..I can't wait...Continue soon Di!
It was a GREAT way to start off the story...can't wait for the action to unfold...
Love
Anita
P.S- I love the way you have described the setting and background of the characters...Loved the way you described New York--seems like you know a lot about the suburbs and all...and then the universities--colombia and cornell.. .Awesome portrayal Di!
